It never said it was second hand id never have bought it !!
I needed a Hoover that wasn’t heavy due to the fact I can’t walk very well , I love it. The ease now of going round my home is amazing, you can take apart and use it as a handheld Hoover on the stairs and it’s cordless.
My one pro is that it is quite noisy but when compared to the Dyson that my family has, I think it is about equal. So, consider this for its value for money and for getting the job done quickly and effortlessly!
Only scored it 4/5 as its too new to know how it’s going to go but initially it is ticking all the boxes.
My main difficulty is with the clips to take it to pieces. I struggle with my arthritic hands to release the dust container etc.
I also struggled with him on the stairs and his lead for was long. I have parked him away while I tried the Hoover
Amazon delivered this very quickly as always and I unpacked the Hoover.
I put it together and started hoovering.
I was shocked to see how much dust, hair etc it picked up.
It is very easy to remove all the part even the battery so you can charge in a small area.
All parts ( except the motor) can be washed out.
My stairs were very easy to Hoover without struggling with a heavy box and long lead.
Great suction, easy to recharge, long running time, easy to pack away, easy to wash out and picks so much dirt up!
For 149 much money saved, well done Hoover !

Well,it’s works well. I find it hard sth to pick some dirt on the floor but it eventually picks it.So far so good it’s been goood
Personally we find this type of cordless vacuum somewhat heavy to hold in the hand, so perhaps not for those with a weaker wrist – although most seem to be like this now.
But, as it goes, we are very impressed with this one. Seems to be well made, well designed, powerful suction, good value and basically very happy with it. So, yes, recommended.
I have had two extremely well known stick hoover’s which lasted a year before breaking!!! Some life time guarantee!!! This Hoover has a name that implies quality. I have it for a little over a week and so far,so good. It’s sturdy, not heavy, it’s easy to take apart to clean whereas the other two well known machines felt light and very flimsy. I have high hopes for my knee Hoover. It is extremely good value for money. Definitely would recommend. Ask me in a year!!!

I am a man and cleaning is low priority for me…. However I need to clean my apartment in Spain or rather my maid does and my camper van. I have one of these for each and am actually pretty impressed. Its not got huge suction but it picks up all the stuff that seems to appear endlessly in the apartment and the van with ease. The battery is just enough for whizzing round the apartment before it dies but I did buy a spare battery. In my motorhome it takes 5 minutes to hoover everywhere so is perfect. I tend to use it just on the short brush in the van as easier to get into small spaces and the little adaptor in the handle gets into the nooks and crannies just fine. Overall I can’t fault it!
Very good item but I did not receive the extras of the vacuum
Last 2 weeks from over night charge ,I have a flat with mix of carpets and hard floors, the led light is grate for hard floors and will go totally flat so can do underneath everything and see while doing so,plus the led style lights show things u wouldn’t normally see ,ideal 2nd hoover for daily cleaning but use my Henry for deeper cleans.

Moving from a corded vacuum to this little run about, makes you feel you have moved into the cool class (except at late forties you will never be cool again), but it encourages the oldest (preteen) to actually pick it up once a week and do the floor. Worth every single penny just for this one achievement.
Everything thing is perfect except it is a bit heavy for single hand using, a bit noisy for late time using and if it works with electricity while charging it would be more better. Dust capacity is fare enough. Vacuum power is also good for hard floors and carpet use. Charge capacity is also good for daily 1-2 rooms use.
Battery lasts long enough to clean average small terrace house but hand held for stairs could be better.

This vacuum is powerful and efficient. It’s easy to take apart and to clean. I bought it for my mother, originally. I was so impressed that i bought one for myself.

Fast charging and you could reach under the table and bed easily. The suction is not very powerful but it effectively works on different types of floor. Not very big waste compartment but easily accessible, to empty.

I bought this Hoover when I took over the cleaning of my mum’s home. She had a lightweight vacuum that was rubbish, didn’t even have a brush on it!
Any way, this one interested me, it looked reasonably light, came with a brush for dusting and a crevice tool cleverly hidden away in the handle of the vacuum.
This has excellent suction, led lights on the front to see what you need to clean up and an easy clean dust hopper and filter, just wash in soapy water.
My mum’s place is a bungalow, just bedroom, 2 living rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. This vacuum generally does 3 proper cleans of the whole place before it needs recharging, which is fine for me. I would imagine that someone with a bigger home might get a bit frustrated if it runs out halfway through the house work.
It charges in 9 hours I believe. I just plug the battery in and leave it up until it’s ready.
You can charge it in the vacuum or take the battery out and charge it separately, this is what I do because there is no power where the vacuum is stored.
It has a rotating brush in the head of the vacuum which stops automatically if it gets jammed on anything, you can release this brush to clean it if it needs it.
Compared to previous unit it has more power & battery life

Very handy as it is cordless. We can soon pick up any mess in our pre-school without worrying about a cord tripping anyone up. It is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre.

The hoover has fantastic suction power, great manoeuvrability for under my coffee and dining tables the lights on the power brush makeit alot easier to pick up everything under my tables.
Its lightweight in either its handheld or upright hoover modes. It also stands up on its own.

This is second one of these I bought. First was about 4 years ago and recently battery died. But for the price compared to its competitors I can’t complain! Couldn’t justify spending over double on a shark/Dyson etc when the first one we got was just as good. We use on Lino and one carpet. Occasionally use on stairs. We have a shark lift away for upstairs which is thicker carpet. This hoover wouldn’t give a thorough hoover of those but it’s ideal for what we need it for which is keeping up with bits on floor downstairs from the kids!

I purchased this item because of price and reviews. I have not been disappointed. We have 7 dogs and 6 are long haired. For the price I think its excellent value, it’s suction is very good and it cleans up hair very well. The removeable roller is really useful for easily removing hair from the roller. The batterys last long enough to being able to clean reasonably well. The bonus is being cordless. For my budget I am pleased I purchased it. The only negative is the price of the spare batteries.
Almost perfect, only defect the buttery which last not that long.
Suction is strong that it cleans up very fast and it’s very easy to use. Love this and Would recommend it after using it for 3 months now.

Vacuum is light weight to use, manovrable, has good suction and once battery charged a few times lasts about 30-40 minutes easily cleans our 3 bed semi. I have PMR so my grip is poor along with arm strength but I can easily use this cleaner better than our shark. I’ve no excuses to the wife for not helping with house work now.

Decided to break away from Dyson as not really impressed. Took the plunge with Hoover and have to say very impressed. Easy to charge and use. Suction is good. Lights are helpful. Easy to empty and store. Very happy. No more Dyson for me.

Light and amazed at how much it picks up. Easy release battery to charge at a convenient plug socket. Easy to empty
At first, I could not see how to access the filter above the dust chamber that gets clogged with dust. Then, I re-read the instructions and, inspired, found I could easily pull out the round filter top above the chamber and wash away the surface dust. The only niggles I have are its weight, the failure to move it sideways on some surfaces, and care needed to separate the main unit from its extension. tube The small unit, which is heavy falls off suddenly and needs to be attempted carefully, laid on the floor. Otherwise, you risk breaking it or hurting your foot – as I did.
Overall, I’m very pleased, provided my husband separates the unit!

This hoover cleaner is so much lighter than my previous Vax cleaner which was heavy to lift upstairs.
However i have noticed that the brush often flicks small hard items like dog biscuit across the floor rather than sucking it up, meaning i end up vacuuming some areas twice. I have also found it difficult to remove the long pole from the cleaner when i wish to use it as a handheld vac to hoover out the car for example.
Overall a great little hoover with a couple of minor flaws
