So I tore muscles in my thigh just above my knee, long story, won’t bore you with it, and as a result my leg was ‘wobbly’ and so I needed a stick for a few days. Went on Amazon, like you do, and saw this. I needed something to stabilise my knee area to give me a bit of confidence. This has done the job.
The first obvious thing is that it is very adjustable,as you would expect with a Velcro based item, but the straps are wide enough to hold. There is also a thinner strap that goes behind the knee which hold it in place so no riding up or down.
The hole for the kneecap is well padded. It’s got me on my feet without a stick, and no wobbling. I do need to remember that I am still injured, but that’s not the straps job. It my job and with em being thick enough to get injured in the first place I’m not betting any money on that.
Good knee brace if you don’t need the metal rods down the side.

Used this for a few months now and it actually works. Was very sceptical but pleasantly surprised.
I do a lot of walking and working outside. Bad problems with some of the ligaments in my right knee meant that some days could be really painful, aching could lead to loss of sleep and I was cautious about moving heavier things. I was really skeptical about this knee brace being of any value or benefit. However it’s great. Positioning your knee cap in the right place, then fastening tight and then forget about it level of great. Lost a lot of swelling in my knee over a few days and can walk a lot better now. Easy to walk in and doesn’t get sweaty even in hot weather. I wear this over clothing. I don’t have to wear it every day now but if I know I’ve got a big job or moving anything heavy-ish, I certainly put this on.
Substantial and firm with super strong elastic and Velcro. Not had time yet to assess it for pain relief but hopes are high. The quality of make is reassuring.
Great support, helps reduce my daily swelling due to arthritis.

I have tried the product on both knee. It offers a mild to strong support the knee, quite easy to put on however I think that depending on the type of exercise you plan to do you might have different levels of comfort. When you bend/squat you do feel the Velcro slightly pulling the skin, this is in no way painful and I guess it is fomenting you need to get used to. Good price as well.
At first not sure if it was going to work….but once i fitted it correctly….the 1st few attempts weren’t…I was pleasantly surprised..and got on with my exercises no problem…..

Anoopsyche Knee Support was just the job and easy to fit. After a few adjustments it was a comfortable fit and increased the working day on my feet to more than 8 hours. The support allows rising from kneeling with relative ease but should still be considered.
I got it as my knee started hurting me when running. I used twice so far and it was really supportive and comfortable.

I was optimistic about ordering this so I only ordered one. I’ve previously spent s on knee supports and they’ve either slipped down, or rolled up causing excruciating pain. We’ll I’ve had this on all day under my Ju jeggings and it’s been fine even able to drive with it on. Just ordered my second one

I have been wearing this knee support for a day ( not in bed) and do far I am not sure if it will do the job that I expected.

I recently got into dancing but my left knee is a little bit weak and I didn’t want to over work it so I got this knee support thing and I haven’t had any aches or pain in my knee since I started using the support. I even ran 17 miles this week and my knee is still fine. Obviously everyone is different so if ur knees are like crazy messed up then don’t just rely on this& don’t overwork yourself
One little complaint I have tho is that the straps are getting a little bit weak now especially the middle one. Sometimes during a workout or when I’m dancing it comes off& I’m like bro how it’s literally Velcro just stick and it’s so frustrating sometimes but it’s whateve
Had a really sore knee for weeks since laying some decking in back garden.I could hardly put any weight on it without pain. Looked on Amazon for a support and came across this one. I must say it’s great and made a lot of difference to my pain. It took a little while to get used to wearing it but after that it has helped tremendously.

Bought this for my popping knee, which I injured few years ago play football. Once in while, my knee cap gets weak and then the problems comes back (popping knee). Therefore, I was advised to wear a knee support for time to time to reduce extra pressure on the knee cap.
So far so good. Material seems to be firm and made of out of a good quality. The padding is very comfortable.

This strap is comfortable and very strong. The best thing about it is the 3 velcro straps are very sticky and stay in place all day. It prevents me from bending my knee all the way and kneeling down, and after a week it feels much better. It is easy to get on and off. I am medium build and have quite a slim lower body, and there is plenty of adjustment. If you have bigger legs then I think there will still be enough length in the straps to go all the way around and have room to still fasten at the velcro.
Generally good quality and works well. Helps me hit the mileage and washable.

Really good knee strap. Feels supportive, doesnt fall off while running, no knee pain at all with this strap.
It seems to work OK, my leg is on the chunky side and it fits well. The centre strap is fine, it doesn’t pinch at the back of the knee.
Will have to wait and see whether it gives the support I’m looking for.

Having been newly diagnosed with arthritis I bought this to ease the pain. It is easy to put on and is reasonably comfortable to wear. I still have some pain but it is definitely reduced when I wear the knee support.

Due to my right knee having succumbed to a meniscus tear, I wanted something to support this are that could be applied by wrapping around the knee. I am very pleased that this ticks all the boxes, very well made, very supportive, I can wear it all day even reduced the pain.
I like this product I bought as I feel supported the longer I am wearing it on my knee the more comfortable it is, would recommend buying this again which I have done for my sister.
I liked the size chart that enables you to get the correct fit, as the compression that this provides is very important in the recovery. The information leaflet was a good addition as not everyone knows how to use and washing it. This is quite important as it not only provides support throughout recovery but can be used on a regular basis to help avoid future injuries.
I love everything about it. Even the price is good. I shall be buying a couple more. My leg is swollen due to injury. But it is still comfortable to wear. As I’m at home I wear it under my pj’s. When I go out next week. I’ll wear it under my jogging bottoms.
Using this support, which is very comfortable, swelling is greatly reduced and there is no pain at all during the day, making life much easier for sure

Very comfortable unlike most braces. Offers good knee support for a reasonable price. I’ve paid over 25 for knee braces before that haven’t offered anywhere near as much support and comfort as this one.
This is a very good brace in the sense it immobilises unwanted knee motions. It didn’t provide compression as much as I was expecting though. So it does decrease a bit of pain but not as much as a non adjustable neoprene brace.

I have very wide knees, and I find that when I go walking, the middle strap comes away from the brace. It needs to be the same length as the other two straps, which are a lot longer. Apart from that it is a very good quality.

They are very comfortable; I wear them all day and hardly know I have them on. The neoprene keeps the joint warm, and for walking the springs seem to cushion the impact on the cartilage, walking poles also help. They also make the knee joint more rigid to help prevent the knee from bending so you must swing your leg a bit more. They are too stiff for cycling but that does not detract from what is an excellent product at a bargain price.
UPDATE: The straps are held on to the support with the hook part of the hook and loop fastener. Unfortunately with time the support no longer retains the hooks and it will not hold together. This means either buying a new support or like me sewing the loop part of a hook and loop fastener onto the support, avoiding the reinforced strips. This is not good enough and therefore I have downgraded it to four stars.

Ok so I thought I would give this a try after a previous meniscus tear I tried to do the couch to 5K. I spent the first two weeks in agony but then I bought this support. Day 1 of week 3 completed and barely a twinge running round. I can’t say how long it will last but so far very comfy very supportive and has reduced the strain and pain.
Historically, I have used elasticated supports which have only marginally helped.
I decided to purchase two of these knee supports, which arrived promptly a few days ago. Just thought I would give them a try -reviews looked good.
What a difference they’ve made ! They have basically improved my mobility significantly whilst at the same time reducing pain levels. I’m no medic, but I would assume that this is due to the knee joint being adequately supported therefore reducing loading.
I am delighted with them and they have made a huge difference to me, can’t recommend them enough.
Wore it for jogging and it’s great. No knee pain the next day at all!

Sturdy support for my knee. Three good quality straps which allow for adjustments.
Just received the item. A little too big for me and I have large quads so it seems a little loose. When I start winter training we’ll see how it goes. Does it run up and down my leg as I suspect it will, I’ll update tomorrow evening after training…
Only given 3* for comfort as the middle strap that goes behind your knee is about 4in to short so I can’t do it up

The brace itself secures very easily and stays in place. The material is thick and the velcro holds well.
