Everything was great until I opened it and found the charger snapped so can’t charge it. Other than that everything was good came in 2 days. Just not happy that the charger is broke

Bought this for my 5 year old son who’s likes playing games like roblox and watching YouTube videos, when he plays on his alexa tablet that’s priced 30 pound from argos the game always lags about and it looks like it has froze but with this he is able to play his games without a problem, he can also watch allot of YouTube videos without needing to sit with it. On charge because he battery is about to lose power.

Terrible I would avoid at all costs, brought one at Christmas you can’t use it as it constantly crashes and freezes, tries a factory rest and it was still the same, I looked up update the software as it was last updated in 2018 however there are no recent updates available. Takes ages to load especially external apps I.e Facebook.

Very good tablet. In conjunction with a wallet/keyboard makes a very portable laptop. The Android version is capable of running all the current apps I use on my up to date smartphone.

I bought this as a replacement for my Apple iPad which started to play up and run very slowly ,despite only being 4years old. Must have been all the updates that Apple send. It doesn’t come with any printed instruction book, but neither does an Apple iPad. The layouts of the screens are very similar to Apple and easy enough to navigate after a day or 2. Any teething troubles I just used the Q and A facility on the Amazon website for help, where somebody always helps. Obviously not as sleek as an Apple. Sound and picture quality prob not as high as Apple but not noticeable after 24 hours. It was only 80 so what do want for nothing? Probably will slow down after a while,but so did my v expensive Apple. I think somebody in China just bolts together all the different non branded component parts and flogs them to the west at a fraction of the price. All in all very happy.

Good tablet for the price. Quality is compatible with dearer ones. Only one moan, there is no real instruction booklet, which, as this was a present, would have been very helpful. Generally, a nice tablet, clear and bright screen with good graphics. A screen cover would have been nice too.

We have bought two of these tablets for each of kids. On is 2 and other 5 years old. Only used them an hour each night and not been abused. Both tablets have stopped working within a month of each other.

Okay, this is a weird one.
Tablet arrived today with a diagonal crack to the upper left of the screen.
Obviously it’s being returned.
Just for lulz I charged it up and tested it out.
Despite the damage it seems fast and responsive when watching vids or insulting Americans on social media.
What more can one ask of a budget tablet?
Although considering the state of the thing when it arrived I have to question it’s durability.

Upshot, I’ve ordered another as well as the tablet protective cover to make up for any lack of durability the item may be suffering from.

Bought it for my 7y old daughter. Was impressed on battery life. Very easy to use she managed to set up all by her self. Menu is identical to Samsung galaxy tabs. Now she can play games and do her home work as well. It has everything that she need to. Also I got hers dim card and now she can use it when we are out. And it didn’t cost and armand leg. Thank you

I ordered a tablet for myself for work. I was very pleased, the picture quality is good, the tablet is comfortable, thin, the back is made of soft coating. I received the phablet just 3 days ago. To my surprise it has met my expectations and beyond. In fact, it’s checked all the boxes. Build quality, ease of operation, we’ll placed controls ,display, speed: download, upload, battery life, no bloat ware. Sound, speakers are adequate, a little thin but as background mudic whilst working. .otherwise use headphones. One feature that is new to me, FM radio using headphones lead as an aerial. .great stuff. Finally to compare machines, I have a Samsung tablet, 10.1 and the phablet is just as responsive and would say it’s level pegging. So yes it’s recommended for all of the above. 5 stars
I should mention that the 1gb ram, is not enough if you want to watch an instructional video.

I have just received the tablet and so far I’m very impressed. The picture quality is extremely good and the sound quality is reasonable. Great screen size and the weight is nice and light.
I have bought if for my Mum who doesn’t have wifi at home so I will insert a sim card so she can use it like a phone.
The battery life seems excellent so far, which is much better than an amazon fire tablet I bought recently which had abysmal battery life.
One problem is that I cannot turn off the sound when I press the keypad and it’s really loud! Hopefully I’ll figure out how to get over this soon.
Overall I’m very pleased with this tablet so far.

Not a bad tablet really overall, screen seems to be good quality, I have it in a case also which prevents damage. Downfalls are the battery life and you can’t connect to 5g broadband! Luckily mine has a 2g and 5g connection, so speed isn’t fabulous at times

Bought this as a replacement for my iPad, for the price it’s a good comparison for my old iPad, I do international calls so very good to have 2 SIM cards, 1 uk 1 European, to navigate the menus / apps is easy. The front and rear cameras are good quality and perfectly fine for the calls that I do. The Calendar is very handy to have schedule everything in there and they sync from my emails! Battery life is good I would actually say it’s better than my iPad! I will be a larger Capacity storage as standard it has 32gb it will accept and GB SD card so no issues there. Overall it’s a great tablet at a great price!
