What a great purchase this cctv camera is. Such a clear image with great night vision. Would definitely recommend! So easy to set up too
Due to taking delivery of our new business van decided it was time to upgrade our security system with a PTZ Camera and human detection as our old camera didn’t have this feature and due to sharing a driveway with other people gives you that peace of mind knowing that it’s protected just in case they bump into it as some can’t drive around hear haha.
I’m happy we went with this PTZ Camera as the image quality is fantastic even at 1080p and the autofocus when zooming is also a nice touch and the app that it uses even works better than the old app I was using as you will receive notifications when it detects movement or picks up someone walking around but getting this just right can be a pain as it will sometimes pick up the rain so you will get a false notification that can become annoying at times.
The camera casing is all made out of plastic sadly and for the price was hoping that some of it would have been made out of metal especially the white mounting part to make it more robust and that it would have supported PoE+ as there’s enough power from a PoE injector to power the unit doing away with the power adaptor that can make this camera a pain to install due to it needing its own power brick and I would also like to see the manufacturers making the white mounting part come away from the camera as you can’t get easy access to the mounting holes due to the size of the camera getting in the way making this a pain to install and the cables this camera comes with are way too short for a nice clean install, so they need to look at giving us more cable when making the camera.
I would like to see the manufacturers update there app or website so that you can automatically apply firmware updates to this camera without having to go digging for them as I couldn’t find anything for this camera but would recommend a few updates to make this camera better as the software is holding it back due to picking up the rain at night that ends up with false notifications that become a pain with British weather, but the PC Software is also perfect for viewing the camera without using the app all the time.
I would recommend this camera to anyone who is looking at securing their property or vehicles

Android software IS HD but pan control is “variable”.
Recording to local SD card works well.
Replays work well.
Have yet to master the “sensitivity” setting of motion. Seems to detect humans ok and track them fine.

Habe die Kamera nun ca. mehr als ein halbes Jahr in Betrieb.Die Handhabung ist sehr leicht. Das Interface ist auch bersichtlich. Auflsung ist sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht sehr gu
hier sind meine punkte die ich gut finde und auch ein paar die besser sein knnten.
Ich wrde mir die Kamera wieder kaufen da sie ein sehr gutes preis Leistung Verhltnis bietet!
– super Nachtsicht mit und ohne Farbe.
– optional intelligenter modus der die Farb-Nachtsicht bei Bewegung einschaltet.
– Weie Farb-LED’s sind sehr sehr hell was manchen stren knnte, dann kann man halt nur normale Nachtsicht nutzen.
– Drehgeschwindigkeit ber die Webseiten Oberflche einstellbar, schnelle Drehung beim Positionen anfahren, Personen werden aber sehr langsam verfolgt, wodurch diese schnell verloren gehen.
– mehr als die blichen 8 Positionen speicherbar.
– Positionen lassen sich mit eingestelltem Zoom speichern.
– ber die App ist das drehen sehr mhsam da kein Steuerkreuz vorhanden ist, man muss immer wiederholt wischen.
– Lautsprechen und Mikrofon sind OK fr den Gnstigen Preis.
– Ctronics bietet Cams mit besseren Lautsprechern und Mikrofonen.
– Gehuse ist aus Plastik, was einen nicht so wertigen Eindruck vermittelt.
– SD Karte lsst sich einfach tauschen aber aufpassen die Mikro SD karte kann da bei sehr schnell ins Gehuse fallen.
– sehr gute W-Lan Abdeckung mit den 2 Antennen.
– es ist nicht so leicht die Alarmvideos die auf den FTP Server geladen wurden wieder abzuspielen, auf iPhone und iPad ist mir bis jetzt keine App bekannt, die das kann.
– auf dem iPhone / iPad kann ich nur die Videos von der SD Karte in der Kamera abspielen.
– Das Automatische verfolgen einer Person ( Auto Tracking ) lsst sich in der App ein und ausschalten, Personen Verfolgung ist ganz Okay.
– Empfindlichkeit der Personen Erkennung nur ber die Weboberflche einstellbar.
– Andere Ctronics Kameras markieren ihre erkannte Bewegung, zum einstellen ganz hilfreich, fehlt hier leider
– Wenn man den Lan Anschluss NICHT nutz ist keine richtige Abdichtung zum verschliessen dabei, nur eine wenn man ein Lan Kabel anschliesst.
Ich wrde mir die Kamera wieder kaufen fr den Preis kann man nichts falsch machen!

We bought this product as the reviews were good on it however after installing it I have to say it’s not great. Picture both day and night is really good, however then connectivity is terrible especially if it’s raining/ snowing you cannot get your phone to connect too it. The tracking is OK however the human framing works when it feels like it, sometimes it picks humans up sometimes not, and the playback of anything recorded it dreadful. Any one caught on camera looks like their clockwork and big delays and gaps in playback. Contact customer service and to date little to no feedback. Dread to think how good the life time warranty will be. Not impressed have to admit wish I hadn’t spent the money and would send it back if I could be bothered to take it back off the wall
Good value and easy to set up (if you have had an ip WiFi camera before). You do need a decent WiFi signal if mounting this outside and we had to run a length of 5 metres of twin 0.75mm cable fir the 12v supply. Picture quality is very good with optical and digital zoom. Night vision is very good. The active tracking of people works very well and the facility to alert you of intruders in just certain sections of the area in view is excellent. This is the best camera for the money we have used.
With the lockdown that is ongoing we are all spending so much more time as home (almost all of our time!) meaning we all have a deep rooted thought in us regarding how safe we feel in our homes!

This security camera is wireless and so easy to set up! It’s controlled through an app where you receive sound and movement notifications and I can move the camera through my phone if I wish to get a better view of something. I’m really pleased with it so far and can’t rate it enough for good quality product for a great value for money!
A lot bigger then I expected but it does such an amazing job and I’m more than happy with this purchase, I will be saving to get one for my back garden! Would definitely recommend to friend and family

As for functionality, it ticks all the boxes for me. Night vision is excellent picture quality is good and I also like the auto human tracking.

Good quality images, daytime and nighttime. Camera is big and sturdy. It’s very easy to put together and get going. Just have to sign up for a lifetime warranty too.

We finally put up our camera that we ordered just before Christmas and we are so happy with the quality of this product!
It was relatively easy to set up- you will benefit from purchasing a back box so that you can put the wire connections in that as we did under the camera.
The picture quality is great, it allows you to focus the camera in the app so that you can make it just right for its surroundings.
The night vision is very clear! You can see everything in the garden.
It sends a notification to your phone when it detects a person and what I like in particular is that as long as a person is in range, the camera will follow the person which will help record any intruders from all angles.
So far, we are very impressed with this product and for the price you really can’t go wrong!

However I must say that this camera’s everything it says on the box and more.
I’ve used camera before, using hicam app, always seems a little hit and miss connecting but with the CTRONICS app much more seamless.
Pictures quality very good
Night vision with the LEd on is fantastic
Connects seamlessly with the 2 antenna’s and u can afford to stretch the distance from ur main WiFi
I had brought the CTRONICS 5m and 5xzoom also just to see the difference. I personally felt the picture quality much better on 4x zoom, also the 5x zoom appears to struggle connecting to the WiFi but it is in the garden some distance away from the main WiFi router. But the 4x connects every time.
All in all I would highly recommend
I contacted Ctronics and they got back to me within hours and advised I try this camera instead as it has the ability to identify human beings and would drastically reduce false alarms.
The camera was a little more expensive but I’m glad I did. It arrived the next day and was well packaged. It is somewhat bigger than the 380 but seems better quality. It didn’t take long to get it up and running but please note that the power cable needs to be plugged into a socket and is only about 3 meters long. 10 metre extension cables are available on Amazon for about 8. It also doesn’t come with any Sd card but can be used without.
The picture quality is marginally better than the 380 both during the day and at night and it is still slow when moving the camera around manually. It has the ability to store some preset positions and is pretty quick to move between them. Movement is very quiet.
This camera has 2 way speech which I found to be excellent quality and has the ability to sound an alarm or announce a pre recorded message when it detects a person.
WiFi connection is good and the Ctronics app is really easy to use.
Not the greatest looking camera and I would have preferred it to be all black and the cable which protrude from the bottom are difficult to hide.
I received an anniversary scratch card in the box with the camera and won an Sd card which was an added bonus.
All in all a fantastic camera which claims to have a life time warranty which remains to be seen. Well worth the money and a well deserved 5 stars from me.

I’ve now had this camera for just under 2 months and it started to have problems connecting to broadband. At first I thought it was just my router and corrected it by pressing the reset button or just turning the power off but it got to the point that nothing would work. Ctronics were pretty good and tried to resolve it but they were just so slow that I ended up returning it for a refund.
Now on the lookout for a replacement??!!

I bought this camera as we have recently moved to a quieter estate to give us peace of mind….and it really does. First of all the set up of the camera and downloading the app was very simple.
The camera has a wide angle lens that is able to capture my whole driveway which is great. The motion detection on it is great and will alert you to when a there is someone within range.
There are many other features like recording onto SD card and the night vision is very clear. The camera its self is not too big so doesnt stand out which is what you want in a security camera
Overall i am really impressed with this camera and going to get a second for my back garde

This is a fantastic camera. And such good value for money! The images are super clear in the day and night. I love the zoom. It is however a very large camera, however this doesn’t bother me and once it’s on the wall it doesn’t look too big. I really recommend this camera.

There’s nothing I Dont like about the camera. It arrived sooner than stated seems a solid camera sturdy enough. Pucture quality is very good and night vision really good compared to my static dvr cameras. All in all will be ordering a couple more to replace my existing static ones.
Once we purchased a longer ethinet cable to go with this camera it was very easy to set up, I’m amazed at the night vision on this camera and the zoom is brilliant I’ve attached a short video showing that when it’s light enough the camera will change from infra-red to colour. It’s so easy to control from your phone and has a brilliant motion detect aswell, the camera also has a brilliant zoom. I would 100% recommend this camera.

This is a really high quality product with fantastic image quality and works just as well in the dark with colour too. Having recently moved to a new house we wanted to extra security of knowing our home and family were safe and this camera really did the job in helping to ease our minds. We’ve had this camera a few weeks now and are very happy with it, the quality is much better than expected for the price. Very easy to install and set up and the app works brilliantly, both myself and my husband have it connected with no issues.
We are very impressed with the picture quality, particularly at night. It records on an SD card with no issues. We would have no hesitations recommending it. It is slightly bigger than I was expecting but that really doesn’t make any difference once it is installed. Will definitely be looking into more ctronics products in the future.
Really happy with this camera that we have set up on the front of our house. It has a great motion sensor on it and we can easily see things in the dark due to the night vision. Makes me feel much more comfortable when home alone knowing I am alerted of motion. The picture quality is great also. I would definitely recommend this camera to others. This isn’t my first purchase for ctronics, I have had and bought several items before. As always they do exceed expectations. There are so many low quality copy stuff out there, it’s always hard to know what you are buying will be good quality. As a previous purchaser of ctronics items, once again I cannot fault this item. I’ve had it installed for the front of the house, as for security you can never be too careful today. So much crime and theft around, every little security helps.
This is a great quality camera, does what it is supposed to, picture quality is great, night vision is crystal clear. It does pick up motion using the motion sensor option, which is great especially at night. The camera itself does look a little bulky, but once up it’s great and not so in your face.
Pricewise I think it’s great especially with the 20% off voucher, I don’t think you can get better quality. I’m very pleased with my purchase, have even recommended to other family members too.
Firstly, the camera arrived very well packed and the manufacturer made sure the camera was not damaged upon arrival.
The camera quality is decent – not perfect but good for the price. I’ve been testing it out and i have to say it is like another CCTV camera which i bought from amazon but that one can’t be controlled on the app – and can’t move 360.
This CCTV camera can be controlled with the CTRONICS app which you can install from the play store. You can move the camera left, right, up & down which is great.
The camera feels very sturdy, which i can’t fault for the price. The 1m network cable was quite funny as that won’t go very far when connected to the CCTV camera. I had to buy a longer network cable.
The only downside which i found with this camera is the SD card slot (picture attached), it doesn’t seem safe weather wise. If there is heavy rain which is common where i live, i feel like water may get into the camera and could damage the SD card and electronics inside.
Everything works fine on this camera and the voice feature is brilliant – loud and clear so you can talk through the camera.
The CTRONICS app which you can install is very simple and works perfectly. The manual that is included shows you what to do so the installation and setup process is easy.
You also get notifications if the CCTV camera detects any movement – this is very useful whether it be someone unexpected or a delivery person.
Once i get more footage of this camera in action, i will be updating my review. I’ve not had the chance as the weather has been terrible.

This camera has exceeded my expectation, not only does it have night vision but it also rotates when movement is detected! I found the picture quality so be clear. Very impressed with this camera. Its well built and very robust. It comes with all attachments to fix to the wall and a connecting cable for a laptop or computer. Its simple to set up using the instruction guide and free app available.
Easily paired with home WiFi and mobile phone within minutes. The picture quality was brilliant and even better using the HD function. The camera features are very simple and intuitive. The tracking option is great. An SD is needed for recording purposes.

The camera comes well packaged and with all the accessories you’ll need (See the photo attached) as you would expect from a quality camera.
The camera is easy to set up, just make sure you either have an existing electrical connection or a plug nearby. I have mine mounted outside and plugged in the bedroom. Then just download the CTRONICS app and follow the setup steps.
There are a few setting you can adjust – the zoom, tracking (follow human movement) and colour/lights. Overall I’m happy with the night vision and you are able to see passers by easily.
In summary; just make sure you have a good WiFi connection otherwise the video quality will be low and you’ll experience a lag. Other than that I would definitely recommend without hesitation.
This camera is amazing. We brought the doorbell a couple of months ago which is a WiFi doorbell with app and it was really good quality and we have had no issues with it. So we decided to try the camera for the side of our house as we are detached with a lane to our garden so we could keep an eye on it and any parcels that are delivered. This camera is excellent quality, I’m really happy with it. It works off the same app as the doorbell which is a bonus for me. There are absolutely no issues with the app, the resolution is very good. You will definitely feel like the security in your home is much better for it.

Great camera setup is easy as you can see by the pics the colour night vision works really well another great feature is the human detection it pick up some and follows them also it has push notifications which I would like to say is great and you don’t get loads of false alarms there is genuinely some one there normally the postman for me lol

It’s a really good quality camera, very simple to use and great Picture quality, I love how you can move the camera from your phone, full size picture and very clear when zooming in. The night vision is just as perfect as the daytime vision.

I was looking for a Security Camera for my home and came across this one and i must say that its quality is absolutely brilliant!
I was extremely happy with the easy set up with a mobile application which i did using the easy user manual. There are 3 ways of setting it up: via the app, with PC software or PC browser. The night vision is excellent as normally it’s not too good or clear.
My family and I feel so much safer knowing that i have this camera fitted in my home.
Great product for the price, the motion detection and auto tracking is a great feature and the colour night vision means great quality pictures should we ever need them. Comes with everything you need to install and was impressed with how well it was packaged

This camera is the perfect security camera to protect your house. It is easy to set up it took less than an hour to hang it up and set it up. The steps to follow were easy and simple too and I’m not a very tech minded person. The quality of the camera is brilliant it’s very clear I was actually pretty amazed at how clear the picture quality is. Especially at night time the night vision is insane. Admittedly we have Christmas lights up at the moment so it looks like day time but even away from the lights the night vision is still so clear and not blurry at all. The audio is incredible too you can hear everything as clear as day. It’s so simple to use too you just download their app and you can view the security camera live wherever you are which is brilliant. You can also talk through it if your not home and you see someone at your door you can still chat to them. You can also have set times for it to record for when your going out or going away for extra security. Overall for the price I think it’s well worth it, you definitely get your moneys worth I’m so chuffed with my purchase that we’re going to have to buy another one for the back of the house too.

Great camera! Came very well packaged so no damage to camera. Comes with everything to get you set up from Ethernet cable to wall screws, plug and instructions. Very easy to set up using the app which connects to your phone. Camera is waterproof so no worry about it getting damaged by the rain and it has night vision which is fab for checking outside at night. Very happy with this HD security camera!
The app is easy to download, install and connect the camera to, you can also set up and monitor via desktop PC or Mac and laptop, android and ipad.
Physically fixing the camera is very straightforward too. It’s simply a case of finding the best spot you want to monitor and fixing it to the wall, plugging it in and away you go.
The wide-angle lens captures a really wide field of vision and the motion detector isn’t too sensitive and alerts to any movement that is likely to be human. You can pan the camera nearly 360 degrees to pick up a wide field of view and the Wi-Fi signal is pretty strong too, doesn’t have to be near a router to work.
All in all this camera has been a great buy and gives 100% peace of mind to the user, being safe in the knowledge that your home is being constantly monitored.
The Ctronics app that you need to set these up wirelessly is limited and needs refinement, but it functional, the only thing I needed to do to setup my camera was to disable Mobile Data after the initial connection (which is something I learnt from the 1st camera I brought and used) otherwise the app gets confused, something I have fed back to Ctronics.
The camera quality is great, the human detection and tracking is excellent (the wife tells me it’s creepy), but personally I think it’s great, it literally follows people when it detects them.
As the camera is ONVIF compatitble it works with a whole host of other apps and programs too one of which is ‘ispy’ (a free customisable survalliance program).
It’s cheap (for the quality you get), it works, the only test now is how long it will last. The 1st Ctronics one I got is still working well (I would of brought the same one but it was out of stock at the time) and has been recording 24/7 since mid-August, so I have no doubt this will stand the test of time and the elements of the British Winter.

This cctv camera is perfect, makes me feel safe and secure. It came nicely packaged and quickly, very easy to set up.
It has a very accurate, clear and concise image. The night vision is very good at night. I love that it has motion detection to alert you when someone is at your drive and that you can move the cameras view so easily. Also the fact it has very clear audio that you can communicate through is brilliant. The zoom capabilities are excellent.
The camera’s app is very easy to use on your phone. so that you can easily access to watch live footage, you can record, and take photos of the footage.
