This is the second one I ordered and the product is great, it the one I just received came in a box that wasn’t for shipping (box even says do not ship in this). Also it wasn’t even taped shut, everything was still inside and worked fine but it’s not Bluetooth compatible like it say and the other one is.

This thing is a game changer..... It takes a lot of the work and worries away... If you can't keep your temps/ humidity stable then don't wait just purchase..... It's worth the money many times over.

I'm using this with the charcoal filter to scrub and exchange air in my tiny home. It is ultra efficient. I monitor the power consumption very closely and it blows my mind how low this fans usage is. The temp sensor and controller are very good quality and super functional

First off, the definition of quiet is very flexible so it is more quiet to some than others. But other than that i really really enjoy the product and i recommend anyone who is looking to buy one to do so. It is cheaper than the other products that have the automatic features and its rated one of the best.

Installed 4″ AC Infinity exhaust fan in my 3tent today. My carpenter friend installed louvered venting for me and it is ducted to the outside. As soon as I can afford a second fan, I will install it (for the 2tent) as the ducting is already in place!
I already own two T6’s.
It was quiet and energy efficient. Now it is 100% quiet and efficient. It quit working just over a year old. Almost bought another for my new enclosure. Not dependable. Disappointed.

I was worried when I bought this after reading some of the older reviews, and watching some youtube videos. But when I opened the box I realized they are now sending the latest controler "version 67" that has bluetooth and the app for the phone for configuring. You can set this fan to be "always on" at a low speed and then ramp up in speed when the temp raises. Previously with the older non bluetooth app controller the fan would shut off completely to maintain temps, but this is not good if you are trying to maintain airflow. Thank you AC Infinity!

This company has the best and most well thought out components that flawlessly and seamlessly work without issue.

Used this fan to control temp in a fish breeding room, works perfect. The controller is great and has an infinite number of ways to control the fan.
BONUS. The T4 cloudline I just got has Bluetooth and a great app to monitor. The temp/humidity/fan parameters are all logged even when not connected

Wasn’t expecting to get the smart controller with the fan, was kind of under the impression if I wanted it I had to buy it separately and replace the base model controller as that’s what My last 2 came with. Love it thanks for the great product!!

amazing duct fan moves a lot of air. controller 67 included was really nice, i almost bought one glad i did not. was easy to setup and program. the ability to set a min/max speed on auto is so nice much better than the previous controller that came with the t series.

I have e a few of these. I would say that I wish I had the 6” instead but that’s an after the fact based on my usage. I think the larger system would make for easier work load capacity if you’re using it all the time.

First day
Package arrived in the box without being packaged in another box. It literally says not to ship it like that. It wasn’t even taped closed. I’m shocked everything was there.
So far it works fine. Quiet on low speeds but sounds about as loud as my old 165cfm at 10.
I like that there is an app for the controller. It’s a little confusing setting temps for it to automatically run but it makes sense once you think about it.
I’ll update if anything fails but it seems good for what it does.
Edit: the Bluetooth app is amazing. I have this set on auto with a one degree variation and it keeps everything exactly where I want it.

Very quiet fan, nice controller that works with no Bluetooth issues encountered on the AC Infinity App, and impressive programmable features for temps. Easy to setup and the manual will help understand on how to follow through on how to setup the fan, controller program setup features, and how to clean product.
I use the fan mainly for adding more airflow into the bottom of the grow tent vent to provide more CO2 circulation to move the air upwards towards the plants. My CO2 bucket is hanging above my plant and is not on the floor since it’s heavier than air.
Would highly recommend and do love this product, it’s a game changer & life saver to say the least. The smart controller alone can be your new best friend that controls everything by Automations schedules, temp / RH % thresholds, dimming the lights, fan speeds, monthly charts of temp / RH Data, and with so many other great features that are pretty innovative. I would say it’s user friendly if you read the manual, but not so much if you didn’t read the manual. Easy to assemble with the T4 & 4″ AC infinity carbon filter and didn’t have any problems with the clamps or duct venting.
When I looked into this product, I wasn't sure it was going to be good, well let me tell you, the packaging keeps everything safe and it's very quite unless you turn it up to the max, but the screen works good and I use it for 3x3 tent, definitely will buy another in the future

I purchased this 1.5 years ago, and it has worked great. The controller is a little complicated to set up, but that’s because it does so much. You can set High/Low temperatures, High/Low Humidity, timers, and alarms. The fan is so quiet that I have to put my ear next to it in order to hear it. The fan has 6 speeds, and it increases based on how hot/humid it is. It slows down as it gets closer to the desired temperature/humidity. (I wish I had something like this for my salt water fish tanks!)
As for customer service…The screen on the controller went dark, and I wasn’t able to make any changes. There is a 2 year warranty, and I had it for 1.5 years. I called the support line, and the lady told me to email a description of the issue to their support group, along with my snail mail address – which I did, along with an image of the controller screen. The next day I had an email from them stating that a new CLOUDLINE T4 was on it’s way…no questions asked. Within 4 days, I had a brand new unit, not just the broken controller, but a new fan as well. They also sent me a free shipping label so I could send the broken one back to them.
I’ve never had such an amazing experience with a company’s customer service as I did with AC Infinity. I would recommend this product to anyone. I’ve grown a lot of healthy plants with this and never had mold issues or overheating in the summer. I cannot say enough good things about the product and the company.

First duct fan i purchase so i cant compare to anything else. What i can say about it.. good quality build. Doesn't make much noise but i believe that decreases or increases depending on the way its setup and how much ducting is attached to it. First duct fan i purchase so i cant compare to anything else. What i can say about it.. good quality build. Doesn’t make much noise but i believe that decreases or increases depending on the way its setup and how much ducting is attached to it. I set the fan up to find out the temperature probe wasn’t working. I emailed support and asked if I could replace it. They contacted me almost immediately and sent me a new probe AND controller for free. Very awesome.
I’ve owned a few metal clunky fans over the years for my tent, and I hate myself for not upgrading to AC sooner. It’s plastic, yes, but it’s seems to be pretty solid stuff. At the highest speed I still have circulating fans that are louder than the T4 fan. I will be adding their ducting and new filter very soon.

This is a great fan for moving air quietly. But it doesn’t have a heater or cooling unit, so I don’t get how it helps with humidity or temperatures besides adjusting the fan speed automatically.

So far very pleased with this fan moves a good amount of air is very quiet on speeds 1-4 speeds 5-10 are still very reasonable on noise the sensor probe is accurate only wish the sensor probe was 20' it's only 12' which is very limiting on placeme

This fan is bar none #1. Top quality, not really loud at all, an does this thing moves air? Hell yeah it does. Comes with a controller, that gives you info such as fan speed, humidity, timer,I mean just prefect for my grow op.

Super quiet! Works just perfect in my 2x4 tent . Easy to setup and the lcd settings are also easy to navigate. Super happy with my purchase!

I used this inline fan to climatize a room that had no ducting. Common problem when using mini splits. It worked perfect. The fan is quiet on normal operating speeds. If you're going to run it full bore then its going to be a bit loud. The thermostat set up couldn't have been easier. Everything worked as advertised. Plug and play. My only complaint is that the thermostat wasn't wireless so I had to use a cable wall plate.

I like the fan controller in that I can adjust the fan speed outside of the grow tent.
BUT, the thermostat on this DOES NOT work correctly. It doesn’t register the correct temperature or humidity. I calibrated it over and over, sometimes it will be correct for awhile but mostly it’s all over the place. And I don’t mean it reads high consistently or low consistently, it doesn’t even come close most of the time either being way too high or way too low. If it’s 75F the controller is reading 82F. If it’s 77F the controller is reading 69F. You can’t depend on it at all. As a result you can’t use the other functions because they are dependent on the temperature readings. You can EASILY DAMAGE YOUR GROW because of this.
I contacted the Seller and they were a little slow to respond but they did respond. They were able to get me another controller and probe. After receiving the new replacement I did testing against other thermometers that I own and know to be good and accurate. I expect a bit of variance but the replacement was worse than the original one.
I finally just disconnected the probe because it not only irritates me to see the wrong readings on it all the time but it scares me when I see super high false readings.
The difference in price for this fan with the controller and without the controller is ~$30.
My recommendation is for you to buy this fan as it is really nice. Has nice strong airflow and is very quiet. But buy the one WITHOUT the controller and buy a separate wireless thermometer for around $25.
If this company wants to sell more of these with the controller they need to fix this problem. If it worked it would have been great.

The AC Infinity T4 is a great exhaust fan, and the temperature/humidity control feature is definitely a plus. It's a lot more powerful than the one I was using before it and it doesn't make very much noise either. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for an exhaust fan system.
