A friend has been sleeping on this for a while now, the only complaint I’ve heard is that the pillow isn’t at the right height for them and is a bit uncomfortable, so they actually sleep with their head the other end so they don’t have to use it.

Other than that, it’s easy to maintain. It requires pumping up occasionally (is some leakage over time natural?) but doesn’t seem to be a problem. The pump is quite noisy, so you’re going to put it up late at night…I hope you have thick walls. It’s as loud as a vacuum cleaner (it’s basically the same tech, right?).

I’ve not packed it up again yet, because it’s being used consistently, so I can’t review the ‘Easy to Fold’ part.

My husband and I bought this bed for when our 3 year old grandson comes to stay with us. The bed arrived promptly, is a quality item and we are very impressed with it. We have both laid on it to try it out and it is very comfortable. It inflates quickly and easily with the automatic system, took around a minute and a half as stated on the instructions that came with it. We haven’t yet deflated it as we are waiting to show our grandson what his ‘new bed’ looks like (over FaceTime) for when he can come and stay with us again. But we are so impressed with it that I felt we needed to write a review.

I’d definitely recommend this bed to anyone who needs an extra bed for a friend staying over even for longer periods of time. The only thing you have to be careful is inflating it least 2-3 times in intervals until it feels firm every time. If you inflate it only once and then put your friend on the bed it will loose all the air and your friend ends on the floor. However if you remember this the bed is perfect. Would buy agai

Was bought as a extra bed for self isolating during the covid 19 outbreak, did not disappoint. Easy to inflate and deflate within minutes and has been used for three weeks non stop. And due to the wife being high risk will have to be used every night for at least another 9 weeks. Hope the electric pump holds out.

Bought this air bed to use occasionally in the spare room. Very quick to inflate and deflate. Folded up after use and almost fitted back into the box, would certainly fit into a sports type bag. Comfortable and supportive. Might be a little short if you’re very tall but fine if you’re under 6 feet.

We have now had three of these beds. It’s used 3/4 times a week being delated and inflated each time. It is used by teenagers and adults and none of the beds have lost air during the night. The reason for replacements have been punctures. Patches are supplied but are only successful on any flat area of the bed. The holes we had were in the dimpled areas and difficult to get an affect repair.

They are much larger than your average blow up bed and much deeper. Almost the same height as a standard single bed. The bed is very comfortable.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersReally easy to inflate, my sister stayed 5 nights at home, she was confortable and slept like a baby. It is not so easy to fold (to fit inside the box) but otherwise it is great to have it at home in case you have sporadic visitors.

    Great to have at home

Bought this as an occasional bed for when we have our grandchildren staying over and needed an extra bed which could be easily stored away without taking up space.
It self inflated easily with the built in motor which also extracts all the air when it comes to putting it away.
It held it’s stability throughout the night and the child using it slept comfortably. A bit short on length for a tall person but that didn’t apply to us. It can be easily stored in a drawer or under bed storage compartment. The material used in manufacture seems of very good quality and with a 2 year warranty if you register your product it is a no brainer. If it out lives it’s warranty period, it is money well spent and we would certainly buy a replacement.

I bought this bed for my grandson ,he said it was really comfortable and he slept very well . I’m very pleased with the bed it is so easy to inflate and declare as folds up really well and fits back in the box which makes it easy to store with little space . I would definitely recommend this product..

I needed an extra bed over Christmas. It arrived promptly, just as described. Excellent guidance for usage included. It inflated super easily and was easy to move when not being used. The sleeper found it very comfortable. It deflated easily afterwards and even went back in its original box.

I was a bit relactant about buying an inflatable bed. I’m a student and I have suffered for years with horrible quality beds and I’ve had neck and back pains for years due to bad beds. I decided to buy this bed as it was the most affordable bed I could get and it is the best option for someone that moves houses often. I am in love with it. I cannot believe how good it is. For the first time in years I can sleep so well. The quality is great, it support my body and it doesn’t deflate. I rarely have to top it up with air. It has a good height for a bed and it was super easy to put it in use. I believe it took less than 2 minutes to inflate. Last, I bought the single premium bed, however, it is quite spacious and even 2 people can sleep on it. I’m so grateful! The best buy I have ever made.

I bought this as an extra bed for my granddaughter when she pops over on the weekend. Prior to buying this, I used to endure a night of getting kicked in the stomach by the four-year-old, as well as her constant tossing and turning throughout the night. Now she’s turned the bed into a trampoline and when it’s time for bed she sleeps like a baby….and so do I without getting the usual disturbances!

My daughter uses this when she visits and loves it! it inflates very quickly and only needs a small top up every other day. She tells me it is very comfortable and she gets a good night’s sleep. She finds it very easy to deflate and pack away too. So we would thoroughly recommend this !

This arrived promptly and as advertised. The self inflating pump works quickly and easily and is equally easy and quick to ‘top up’ as required. As it is a spare bed I haven’t used it myself but our grandson reported it to be comfortable over Christmas. Brilliant addition to the household

Was absolutely delighted with this bed, when it arrived, followed the instruction, brilliant easy to inflate, left it to air for a few hours,my grandson was thrilled with the bed,in fact wants to take it back home with him to Australia as he found it so comfortable even praised the pillow attached to the bed he’s been using it for over a week now, still no complaints still delighted with it,so one very happy recipient and one extremely happy granny. Excellent price easy to use can’t find anything negative to say about this purchase Haven’t folded this down yet but can’t see it being difficult to do

We used this to add a bed in the spare room over the new year break. Easy to inflate .. reasonably comfortable (though took a bit of time to get it and keep it inflated to the right point) … not hard but we would say a little bit more difficult to fold and put away. Does what it says on the pack -so cannot complain at all .. and a good value ‘buy’ for the house

The bed was easy to blow up and deflate. Would have loved for it to come with a bag to store it in as never going back in the box. My grandson who is five slept on it and said he had a lovely nights sleep. Did not hear a peep from him all night. I laid on it and felt it was firm. Others I have had in the past can have a water bed feeling. Will be using it again.

I just spent my first night on this air bed and I must say it is amazing! Super easy to use with clear instructions, comfortable and a joy to lie on and easy/fast to put away. Be careful not to over-inflate and time 90 seconds.

Arrived quick and a great product! I am a very satisfied customer. They even asked me directly if there is anything else I needed to make me as satisfied as a customer as possible! Quality company!

I got the bed for my son, who was visiting, to sleep on over Christmas. It was straight forward to inflate and inflated in record time and the same when deflating it. My son slept on it for 3 nights and had no complaints.
The only issue we had was that it lost a small amount of air over the night, which was stated within the instructions that came with the bed. But one night it lost a lot of air, which we topped up in the morning but when it came for bed it only had around 50% of air within it. I was on the verge of packing it up and returning it when I realised there is a cork on the bed for inflating manually, I pushed this in as tightly as I could and hey presto it worked, the bed stayed fully inflated all night.
I’m tempted to buy the double bed for when we visit friends and family, save sleeping on the floor and getting a bad back. Would highly recommend

Bought the air bed as we had extra guests at Christmas. It’s so easy to inflate and is done incredibly quickly. It looks a top quality product and the feedback we had was that it was very comfy as well. Yes you’ll need to inflate again in the morning, but not by much. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I bought the air bed to tide me over for a couple of weeks until my new proper bed arrived (today) and was surprised at how comfortable it was. I bought a camping mat/groundsheet to put on top of it (underneath the bottom sheet), as air beds can be quite cold in winter. After the first couple of nights, I didn’t need to put any more air into it for the remaining two weeks.

Inflates VERY quickly and seems to hold pressure well. Did as instructed and topped after a couple of hours. Will be interesting to see what it is like in the morning. Built-in pillow seems a nice touch; would still need pillow but if nothing else this would help keep any additional pillows on the bed. We’ve bought this for one of the kids to use so should be fine but a word of caution: I’m 6′ and lying on my back my feet do hang off the edge. Not a problem for us, but would be worth considering for the taller prospective buyer (all dimensions are listed on the box so not an issue).

I have only had this airbed for about a week and have not actually slept on it yet. I have inflated it and that was super easy and efficient. The bed has a strong PVC smell so I have left it inflated in the hope that the smell will go before my visitors arrive just before Christmas. Otherwise it looks good, I like the height and the size seems fine as long as you are not too tall.
    I will update after use.

My daughter broke 2 bones in her hand and had to come to stay with me so I could help her with her baby, she quickly inflates and deflates daily with no problem, its reasonably quiet. It stays firm until morning, large enough for them both to sleep comfortablly and high enough to get in and out of easily. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great air bed, brilliant to have the electric pump for inflating and deflating it. Inflated really quickly, and was comfortable enough – definitely better than the sofa or the floor! Slept on it for 5 consecutive nights, and only had to top up a little on 3rd day. Took a little while to deflate, but not really a problem. Folded down reasonably, although not as compact as I’d hoped, but again it’s not a major problem.
Overall, really pleased with this item, and it will be great when I have my friend to stay. Delivery was prompt too, so well pleased.

Excellent. Have had my over 70 mother stay for a month, she loved it, slept very well and only topped up the air – didn’t have to fill it every evening. She said it was very comfortable – better than her real bed at home :). My only issue is that the photo shows a much higher bed – this is not as high as this at all. Not worth removing a star though, as it is a great bed.

I used this product as a spare bed for my adult Grandson when he and my family came to stay overnight. I felt, for me, it was a bit too firm, but he, being much taller and heavier, said he’d spent a comfortable night. It’s so quick and easy to inflate and deflate and can then be packed away until needed again. Much more convenient than having to open up the sofa bed. It’s good quality and very well made. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with it.

I bought it to use for when my mother in law came to stay as we just moved and didn’t have another bed. She said she had a really comfortable nights sleep on it and as she was staying a couple of nights I had to inflate it a bit which is to be expected with any air mattress. I would recommend this to others.

Take me last then 2 mins to inflate, I use it during my holiday, I like to sleep on it rather than hotel bed( most of the mattress is soft which I don’t like )
People do complain about don’t like the noisy it make when u had even little movement, it not bother me, i put a duvet cover for it so it cover the top also the bottom, this will reduce the noisy
    Overall I like this

What a great air mattress this is. Quick to inflate and deflate with the use of the unbuild electric pump. Surprisingly comfy and stable no matter how much air you put in it. At first I blew it up till it was solid and got a reasonable nights sleep on it. The next night I made it a bit softer and had one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Great produc

I bought the air bed as an extra single bed for visitors to replace an ageing Coleman inflatable mattress. It has now had its first use, for six nights. My visitor found it comfortable, the only slight grumble being the built-in pillow which was not the right height for her head; adding a separate pillow didn’t really solve the problem. I was impressed with the speed of inflation and how easy it is to top up when needed the first couple of nights. Like other reviewers, I was unable to fold the bed up small enough to get it back in the original box. I suspect that it will last longer if folded more loosely and stored in a bigger box or a bag.

So I have had this air bed for a few months now and I’ve used it quite a few time. I have to say this is definitely by fair the best air bed I have ever bought. It’s amazing for the price for it. Having had so many different air beds over the years that have all broken on the first time of using it I was very sceptical about paying the price for this one. I’m very glad I did as I have used it over 10 times so fair and it’s going strong still, it’s easy to inflate, very comfortable to sleep on especially as I have a bad back and most other air beds cause me to hurt more but this one is perfect for me. I would highly recommend this air bed to anyone who needs to get one. Thank you and sorry for delay in giving feed back I just wanted to make sure it was as good as I thought it was after the first use.

This was a brilliant purchase. I needed a blow up mattress for extra guests staying over and wanted a mattress which was similar to a bed size. This was just the job, i didn’t notice any smell but did leave the window open to air the room once inflated. The bed deflated very quickly and i flat packed it into a bag (no point trying to get it back inthe box). All guests who used the bed said it was very comfortable so I am very pleased with the purchase.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI purchased Active Era Premium Single mattress to use in our caravan awning as needed something with a bit of height. It was very easy to inflate and deflate – plug it in and turn the switch. Was concerned by some of the reviews concerning it deflating during the night. So I inflated on set up, inflated again just before going to sleep on it. In the morning it had deflated to the point the bed was still comfortable but when I sat on the edge it sunk somewhat. Re-inflated it and the remaining time I used (another 3 nights) I did not need to inflate further. By the way I am 16+ stone. I was very comfortable BUT I am 5 ft 5 inches and once the pillow was in place (one on mattress not sufficient for me) this took my head about 4-6 inches from the top so my feet touched the bottom on the mattress – so tall people may find it a bit of a problem. Otherwise a very good product. Delivered promptly, very well made and very easy to use. Does smell a bit to start with but lessens with use.

Haven’t actually slept on it yet but inflated it to ensure all was well. So easy and quick to inflate–simple instructions–and equally easy to deflate. Tried lying on it and was very satisfied with the level of comfort though think I will buy a mattress topper. I couldn’t fit it back in the box but it’s fine in the plastic bag which it came in. Will have another go later and try to fit into the box. All in all, an excellent purchase.

Been a while reviewing this as I ordered it several weeks before I needed it. When I did use it I was really pleased how easy it inflated. It was almost as deep as a normal bed and I had 5 nights of really good sound sleep on it.

Highly recommend this, it’s a million miles away from the old ‘lilo’ with it’s foot pump.

First inflatable mattress in 20 years and it seems technology has moved on considerably.

Built in pump inflated in 2 minutes. Mattress kept its pressure well, but needed a brief top up on first night (as was suggested in enclosed note in box, due to fabric stretching)

Deflating was as fast, but I couldn’t fold it small enough to get it back in the box. I suggest paying close attention when unpacking the first time to see how it should be folded, maybe take photos!

I bought this bed for my grandson to sleep on as he stays with me every weekend. I needed something durable and easy to inflate/deflate. I couldn’t have chosen better. It puffed itself up in less than two minutes and took only a little longer to puff itself down at the end of the weekend. Because I am disabled my grandson who is 10 years old had to roll it back up, which he did easily. My first introduction to air beds and am impressed.

Bought this for my husband to use whilst he is having his leg treated. It’s the first time he slept all night he said it was so comfortable. It takes minutes to inflate and the plug store away easily in the bottom of the bed. It also deflates in minutes and is easily folded and stored back in the box. Bought for our caravanning trips as i like to sleep in the awning.
Very comfy, easy to inflate and doesn’t deflate during the night like some airbeds do.
Instructions warn that the material may stretch when first used, giving the impression it might have deflated slightly, but mine didn’t do this.
Integral motor with the storage compartment for the plug and power cable, behind a plastic flap/door.
I imagine the plastic flap/door might break in time, and the internal compartment for storing the power cable & plug could do with being a bit larger.
Deflates easily using the internal motor.
Shame it doesn’t come with a storage/carry bag.
I’ll be buying a second one soon for my young lad to use for sleepovers etc.

The Active Era Premium single size bed is very comfortable to sleep in. It is very easy to inflate and is up and running within 2 minutes. I have bought this product after buying two of their double double beds in the last two years and recommending it to my son who also bought one.
It is also very easy to deflate.
The bed is very hard wearing. One very minor point is that whilst it folds reasonably well it is difficult to get it back into the original box. If you can live with that (and I do) them this is good purchase to have.

Been using this as a temporary bed for a couple of weeks and no complaints. It inflates very quickly and it only needs a little inflation boost after a few days. Great that you can just plug it in so no effort required to inflate the bed. You get to know the level of inflation you find most comfortable. As others mention it can be a little cold to lie on but I put a mattress cover over it plus a soft blanket and it is fine. I haven’t tried folding it up yet but no reason to foresee any issues with that. A very good purchase.

I bought this air bed because it is just small enough to fit in my tiny room (seriously, half an inch wider and it wouldn’t have worked). It turned out to be a really comfortable mattress, and I daresay that it’s even as comfortable, if not more comfortable than the mattress that I normally use. It was easy to set up and take down, and although I did have a bit of trouble trying to get it to fit in the box again (I managed after a while), it was overall a really good mattress.

I needed to buy a guest bed and my first thought was one of the folding ones with a rigid frame. It wasn’t until I started looking around that I came across the inflatable type. I had no idea how they performed but was attracted by the relatively lower price and so I took a gamble. I’m glad I did.

The first obvious point to note was the small amount of space the bed takes up when deflated. That’s a real advantage for me. Secondly, comfort. 10 out of 10 on that score. My guest says he had a very comfortable night. There’s also the added advantage of being able to inflate it to the firmness that you prefer. It’s also very light to carry and move around but the material it is made from feels substantial and not liable to burst. The bed also inflates in about a minute and a half and the electrical pump has a feeling of power to it. It’s rather noisy, though, so it’s best to inflate it before other members of the household are asleep.

I would heartily recommend this bed with no reservations.

he bed is well made and the fitted pump works very quickly both inflate and deflate, which is an excellent idea to prepare the bed for storage after use. My bed has been used intermittently for two weeks and has lost very little air. Apparently it is quite comfortable and the air pressure can be adjusted for individual preference regarding firmness. i must say the pump is quite loud and I wonder if perhaps it would be better placed on the pillow side which is generally against a wall, only a suggestion, but overall pleased with this purchase and the ease of both assembly and storage preparation.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersInitially I was very impressed. This airbed is higher than average, making it a good guest bed for visitors with stiff joints. It has coped successfully with tall and heavy guests.

It also provides quite a firm and supportive position at first, although, as the night wears on, it tends to deflate slightly, tipping the user towards the centre. I found one had to reckon on re-inflating at least once during the night, in order to maintain firm back support. Inflation, via the built-in electric pump is rapid enough that this is not particularly onerous.

The motor can also be used to deflate the bed after use, preparatory to storage. As well as this inbuilt motor, which comes with a UK plug attached, there is a valve, enabling the bed to be inflated using an external pump, if desired.

The extended raised area at the head is intended to be used as a pillow. I didn’t find this the right angle for me, personally, but it does not interfere with using a pillow, if desired.

The flock surface did wear away after a while, making the bed rather sweaty if used without sheets. This is really an easily stored guest bed, rather than for camping.

Nevertheless I was, on the whole, quite pleased with this purchase – until the day when it sprang a sudden hole! It spontaneously cracked. The split was about 4″ long, following the curve of one of the ‘air coils’. Since an attempt to repair the puncture (with a puncture repair kit intended for airbeds) proved unsuccessful, that was the end of it. It failed after 13 months and around 80 uses.

Bought this Air Mattress as my son was having mates over and didn’t have enough beds, by the time they left, the three of them had all had to have a nights sleep on it. They all loved it, and one even went as far as to say it was more comfortable than his own bed. It only took about 2 minutes for it to inflate and about the same to deflate.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AS A SPARE BED.

I’ve only used the air bed a couple of times so far. In all honesty it has been exceptional. I have wasted money in the past on sub standard inflatable beds that have been made from cheap materials or they have simply deflated during the night. To date this product has not let me down. It has an extremely handy internal air pump which is quick and efficient. The A/C plug is a nice edition that has plenty of length on it to get to a plug socket with a handy little compartment to store it away when not in use. It’s a doddle to delflate and unlike any bed I’ve had before actually folds to a size that is manageable.
I bought the product when it was in the sale which was an absolute bargain and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality piece of equipment.

Nicely made and robust item. Purchased as extra bed for Christmas guests. Inflated rapidly and held pressure with one top up after initial use. Single bed under-sheets cannot be tucked in due to height of inflated bed from floor. Probably best used with a sleeping bag. Not long enough for anyone over 5′ 6″ height though great for children. Rapidly deflated but impossible to get it small enough to fit original bag for storage. Durability over long term not assessed but looks well made with robust seams.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersUsed most days for over a year as child’s bed. Pretty happy with it until about a month ago when one of the seams developed a leak. Fixed that with pvc boat patch, then 2nd hole appeared in same seam, fixed that, then 3rd hole appeared in……you’ve guest it, the same seam. Now on fourth repair (hot glue gun works quite well) but still a slow leak somewhere.

Update: The maker of this product has demonstrated great Customer service so I have changed my rating on that basis. Despite being over a year old and thus out of warranty, they have fully refunded me having seen the issues in my original review. I may use the refund to buy another (though the price has gone up now!).

I already had a couple of Intex beds and thought I would give this one a try. It was just as good as the equivalent Intex versions. And, I really like the switch – turn to inflate and turn to deflate. No separate on off switch. My only gripe with all these beds is will it survive minor ‘injuries’. One of my Intex beds has developed a slow puncture – hence buying this one. Lets see how it goes. So far so good.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI was a bit worried when I made the order for this air bed as there were many negative reviews (along with the positive ones) mostly around the problem of leaks.
I received the mattress without any problems and used it and am pleased to say that I did not find any leaks at all. The bed is quite high and in that way a bit different from other air mattresses that I have used before.
As mentioned in other reviews, once it is inflated, even after fully deflating, it does not go inside the original box and you will need to have a slightly larger box to store it.
Overall I am happy to give this mattress five stars.

Appears to be strong and well made, inflats really quickly and arrived really quickly, the pump is quite loud, so you would not want to inflate it late at night if others are asleep, you would need to inflate it much earlier, it’s very comfortable had this now for quite a few months brilliant only one question How the flipping heck do you fold it back up again to put it back in the box ? lol

Bought this as a spare guest bed and very pleased with it – I read the reviews beforehand and followed the guidance that you should inflate 2-3 days prior to use and re-inflate each day otherwise it can deflate. But once we did this and our guest arrived on day 3 the bed was great.
There is an in built pillow which can be quite firm for some people but other than that I certainly recommend – it is as near to a divan bed as you can get I would think for an inflatable.
Also very easy to inflate with the built in motor.

Inflates easily, with an integral pump, stayed inflated all throughout Christmas. In fact, the person using it said that they hadn’t realised they were in a blow-up bed (might just have been being polite!). My only gripe is that it’s not possible to fit a sheet onto it. Single size is way too small; we had to settle for a droopy double. Not the end of the world though, the important thing is that it was very comfortable to sleep in and I was very happy to get it in the Black Friday sale, it was an absolute bargain.

Bought for guests, we checked overnight to see if it leaked and it did not, so we bought another, which also did not leak. Now we feel confident. If they let us down, I’ll update my review in January.
Meanwhile, this mattress is better than the Mangar Elk for lifting me if I fall. That has like a giant pumping station with it and needs to be plugged in all the time to keep its battery charged.
The instructions with the Active Era aren’t so great. The electric plug and wire are hidden away next to the motor, but they are there. The motor dial has to be turned to Off one you’ve inflated the mattress, it doesn’t seal completely while inflating (or if you just switch the motor off at the wall.) I suppose that’s a safety function so the mattress won’t explode or something.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersNeeded a suitable mattress for my family who were visiting for a few days from seas. We didn’t have space for a third bed so looked at these. Price is excellent value for money and the item is brilliant. I don’t know why people had issues folding this back into its original box. If you deflate it properly and fold it properly it goes back fine. It is a tight box though. Even when it arrived it was tight. Amazed at the built in pump. It inflated for me within 35 seconds. Deflated about the same. Highly recommended. Comes with patches as well. I wouldn’t say this had a built in pillow. It’s more like a bump so will ignore there claim that it has one. Build quality seems very good. Valves seems strong too. Its also quite sturdy. It doesn’t want to fold over or collapse. Very impresssed. 5/5

I haven’t yet slept on this but it arrived in good time and seems very easy to use. I inflated it yesterday, just to see how well it keeps it’s pressure overnight and so far it seems perfect. I have seen some on the market that will inflate electrically but not deflate, so the ability to suck the air out using the electric pump is great as it is so quick to put away for future use. I will update if I have any problems sleeping on it over the next few weeks, but from what I have seen I think it’s a fantastic piece of kit for the price.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersI live in France but go back to UK every 6-8 weeks & stay at mums. I bought this mattress as my usual manual blow up mattress was very uncomfortable. It arrived quickly. I got it out of the box, infolded it, plugged it in. Within 1 1/2 minutes it was up. It’s a bit noisy so you’ll have to make sure to inflate it before your neighbours go to bed if you live in a flat. Its amazingly comfortable. It’s nice and high like a normal bed. It was firm enough for me after the first deflation and didn’t go down at all. After 5 days I plugged it in & deflated it. Deflated very quickly. I folded it carefully pushing the little bit of air out, folded it up & put it in a zip up vacuum bag, (I didn’t use a hoover though, just manually expelled the air & zipped it up). I don’t think it’s possible to put it back in the box. It’s on top of my mums wardrobe till next time.

I have a double aero bed and wanted a second but smaller one. I am impressed with the quality and have tried the mattress for comfort. It is definately comfortable and stays pumped up to the required fullness?
The fact that it has an inbuilt pump is a definite bonus. It packs down to such an amazingly small size, which is an added bonus especially as it does not take up much storage room. A very good purchase!!

Excellent and well made having used it non stop as my primary bed was being replaced. High level of comfort and support and only needed minimal re inflating over 5 days of use. Couple of small points for future product improvement : Is there a way to see a gauge or reading to see when it was getting to full level. Was very concerned that it might burst as there is no automatic cut off to the pump. Second, on wood floors there is significant noise when you move around but on carpet less so at night. Is there a way the matting that covers one side of the bed could be on both sides as it would provide grip and dampen noise.

We brought this air bed to accommodate overnight guests at our home. So far it has been used by a 10-year old and a fully grown adult both of whom rate it highly. The bed is very comfortable but also sturdy so it doesn’t dip if you sleep to close to the edges. The fact that it self-inflates and deflates is excellent. If you were to take this camping in a tent without an electricity hook-up then my guess is that you’d need a good foot pump as blowing it up yourself would take some considerable effort.
Overall an excellent, well constructed product.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Although we have only used it once so far the bed inflated perfectly in a minute and a half and provided a comfortable night’s sleep for our guest. In the morning the bed deflated in the same time in a fuss free manner. When inflated it is as light as a feather and easy to move. The pump is well integrated into the design and easy to use.
The noise of the pump and is no louder than an old Hoover and is perfectly manageable as it is only a short time in duration. In short I think this bed is an excellent well made product. We have already recommended it to others and hopefully we will get many more comfortable nights out of it.

Excellent air bed, it is so comfortable. I am using it as a permanent bed. Only needs to be topped up with air about every 5 or 6 weeks.
The air temperature in the bed is the same as room temperature, in winter it will feel chilly to lay on, just put a topper on the bed, pull a
duvet over you and you will soon be in the land of nod. Any one with a pet that comes equipped with teeth and claws might want to
avoid getting any make of air bed, or keep the bedroom door closed.

Golden Review Award: 104 From Our UsersThis bed is excellent, very comfortable and robust. The huge amount of positive comments influenced my purchase.A small few critical comments stated that the bed deflated somewhat overnight.Mine did, very slightly;just a matter of inflating a little more.It must be noted that the instruction booklet clearly states that this may happen initially, until the bed settles. It is not an air leak. After use,it doesn’t fit back in its box. This is a non-issue,I just got a slightly bigger box.Personally,I find the “pillow” too low.An ordinary pillow sits comfortably on top of this.Would I purchase one of these beds again? I certainly would.

Exactly what I needed for an occasional bed for guests. As others started, you do need an insulating layer under the bed sheet as the sir in the bed can get cold during the night. A thin duvet took care of that! Would be nice without the raised pillow part, as it’s too much when you use a pillow on top, but it is not enough on its own and it makes the bed feel shorter than it could be. Overall a good product for the price, would recommend!

Golden Review Award: 47 From Our UsersBought this Active Era single size air bed because we had a family member due to stay overnight for a few days.
Package received in super quick time and in good condition. After unboxing and unfolding we used the integral 240Vac electric pump to inflate.
Bed inflated quickly approx 1.5mins and all family had a lie on it to try firmness etc.
The next morning the guest family member informed us that she had a wonderful sleep and did so for the next few days.
YES you need to put a covering (blanket or duvet) over the bed first before putting on base bed sheet – this prevents bedding sliding around and also extra warm from below.
Good product and would recommend to others for unexpected overnight guests.
We used the integral electric pump to deflate the bed afterwards – and that worked fine and bed was easily folded back into small size for storage again…

Good quality and so far, happy with it after a few days. The air pump is efficient and relatively quiet and definitely inflates within the time claimed. It’s comfortable enough to sleep on and can readily be deflated (impressively short time using the pump in reverse). Only two points to make: First, the mains lead is not very long and it would be a great benefit if it was possible to wind it back in after use (like some vacuum cleaners do). It could be a manual mechanism – nothing fancy. Secondly, it would be helpful if the instructions were a little clearer and more expansive, especially regarding the point at which to turn the pump off. It doesn’t give the user any confidence regarding leaving the pump on too long, except the comments regarding excessive use up to 20 minutes or beyond, which time length would only occur if the product was faulty. Overall, it’s a good product and deserving of at least 4 stars and would get a whole-hearted endorsement if the above were rectified. Finally, delivery time and packaging were very good.

I am delighted with this purchase. I actually look forward to using it each night as its so comfortable. It is exactly as described in the advertising. So easy and quick to inflate and deflate. My husband is ill and I purchased this so that I could sleep downstairs nearby to his bed. I am five feet six inches tall and it is long enough for me. I am not sure whether it is available in longer lengths. Highly recommended and other members of the family are already interested in purchasing one for caravan holidays.

We bought this last week for a guest coming to stay for 4 nights. It arrived promptly as described and we had no problem inflating it, the inbuilt pump works perfectly and inflated the bed in less than 5 minutes. The bed was slightly soft after the first night and just needed topping up, which took about 30 seconds and was a couple of days before our guest arrived, the instruction manual does say that this will happen for the first few days so it was exactly as described. We had no problems with it after that at all. Our guest said that she had a lovely nights sleep with no issues whatsoever.
Overall very pleased with this bed and it is now in the loft, waiting for our next visitor!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this air bed almost a month ago and have been sleeping on it very soundly every night for the past fortnight, whilst a bedroom is being redecorated. I wanted to try it out before writing this review and can verify that it works really well! It’s so very easy to unpack and inflate (also deflate when needed). Although already comfortable and a good height from the floor, I added a little bit of extra comfort in making my own ‘mattress topper’ – a folded double duvet and fleece blanket placed underneath my sheet. I can highly recommend this air bed. It’s so convenient to have as a ‘spare bed’ and very well made.

Perfect as inflatable beds go. The pump took 1.5 min to inflate mattress new from the box, very comfortable to sleep on. In the morning it was still pretty inflated (given the expected loss of air through air temperature, stretch in the new bed matched with a 100kg weight sleeping on it) 😉

To deflate was just as quick.

Packs away very small, given its inflated size.

Very prompt service following placement of the order. The air bed inflated and de-flated exactly as per instructions and was so easy to use. It was bought for use by our grandchildren and has been very well received. Only used for one night so far but a definite thumbs up. Would definitely recommend as an extra and useful bed which takes up minimal space when deflated. Just one thing could improve it – a lightweight material storage case/bag as we could not return it to the original box.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our Usersfirst things first, ‘it does the job’, and it’s is comfortable and certainly better than the thinner inflatables. It does indeed inflate in about a minute and half and deflates in a couple of minutes, so easy up and easy down.
However if you are 5’10 or over your feet will extend over the end, it does deflate slightly overnight and it would be worth a few extra pounds on the price for a storage bag ( it being almost impossible to refold and put back in its box.
So, it’s not perfect but in terms of a relatively cheap, comfortable and easy to use item ‘it does the job’.

Ordered as an additional guest bed. The order was processed quickly and effectively. Although I have not had the opportunity to use the airbed yet (our guests are not due for another week), I have inflated it and tried it. It inflates very quickly and appears to be very comfortable. I also like the fact that the pump can be used to deflate the airbed and that it does not take very much space when deflated. A storage bag might be useful. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

A great product – very easy to use. I have only used it once however and it had deflated a bit over night so had lost some of the rigidity I had gone to sleep on. I had previously read other reviews before purchasing and heard similar but took a risk, however I did inflate/deflate it a couple of times before using it to see if it stretched or not, but hadn’t slept on it. Would be useful if the seller could comment back please? Like I said, it is a great product, but I would like to check this is normal – when I say deflated a bit, I had sunk into the middle quite a bit. Happy to discuss further! 🙂

It does what the manufacturer promises. It inflates via the inbuilt electric pump within a few minutes. I like the height: so many inflatables are too low. If you have back problems it’s difficult getting up from floor level. This bed is high enough to allow the use of a table for a bedside lamp and so on. It’s comfortable. I liked the built in pillow. It is not adequate on its own of course but it provides a boost for a conventional pillow. I don’t know how much air pressure the bed will lose over the course of a week. I haven’t had it long enough. An earlier review remarked that once out of its box you’ll never get it back in again. Quite right: but then life is like that. It’ll fit easily enough into a lidded plastic container. They’re cheap enough. It is heavy. On the other hand I imagine that its heavier gauge plastic will withstand accidental rough treatment rather better than some of its competitors. The pack included one miserable little patch as a ‘just in case’ for repairs without suggestion or instruction as to how it should be best used. Let’s hope I never need it. Apart from this detail it’s a well constructed and thought out product. More expensive than many others but I think it’s going to be worth it .

I bought this to replace a blow up bed (not this brand) that had annoyingly sprung a leak. This bed arrived nicely boxed and on time. It’s very quick and easy to inflate and there is space to store plug and cable in a panel. The bed is nicely high off the floor and comfortable. I had a friend sleep on it for 4 nights without any negatives. Once it is no longer needed it deflates just as easily. I am not storing it in the box but you could. It’s safely on the plastic and then in a shopper and packed away. Perfect for those who don’t have the space for a permanent bed for the occasional guest.

Wanted a comfy bed , which inflated quickly , stayed inflated and had a resemblence to a proper bed i.e. Significantly off the floor.
So far it has met all my expectations.
My 8 year old niece used it over a weekend and
loved it , so much so that she didn’t want to get out of it in the morning it was so comfy !
I provided an extra pillow but she didn’t use it as it has a “pillow ” built into the design .
Deflated easily and now stored away , I did struggle to get it back into the original package but stored it in a larger one so no problem to me .
I am 160 cm and it was long enough for me, I think if you were very tall you might need to tuck your feet in and that seems to be the only negative thing I can say about it .
Very pleased with my purchase ,I think well worth the money for a good nights sleep.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHi All. This is not a sponsored review!!! This is a fantastic product! I had a double air bed years ago in our house in France and this is fantastic in comparison. It’s sturdy and the raised edges stop the rolling off effect. I slept on it when guests came to stay and left it inflated to check deflation. I also did my back excercises on it. One thing I was really pleased about is that it is a generous single, so no problem changing positions and feeling you were going to fall off! Easy to inflate and easy to stack away giving me lots more storage space in my flat.

Easily assembled using built in air pump (mains power), about 3 minutes to inflate, also using pump to deflate removes virtually all air for easy folding and storage. Good height from floor, comfortable sleeping. I am about 15 stones and bed copes easily with weight. Perhaps a little airloss when new as fabric stretches.
I would recommend this bed, a very useful addition to any household.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy wife is so pleased with this bed. She’s actually choosing to sleep on it instead of our normal bed whilst the nights are so hot! Our normal pocket sprung bed retains so much heat in the night that she ends up sweating, whereas this bed keeps her cooler than anything else she’s tried, she says this: “I love it! It’s so lightweight that I can move it around the room easily. It’s wonderfully easy to inflate, it’s a really generous width so I don’t feel like I’m going to fall off either side, and the quality of the mattress as you sleep is actually fabulous. To top it all off it keeps me cooler than any normal mattress. Who’d have thought that a blow up bed could solve so many nighttime issues?”.

We bought the Air Bed for a visit who stayed for a week and was very pleased with it. Our guest slept like a baby. It is very practical as it comes with an electric pump that allows you to inflate the bed very easily and quickly when it is needed and deflate it during the day to save space. The material is very strong. It is ideal for visits if you live in a small flat as you will not need much space to store it and can easily have a bed ready for your visits in a matter of a few minutes.

As my parents were coming to visit me in my small flat, I had to find a solution to avoid sleeping on the way-too-small couch.
I read some of the reviews on Amazon and was convinced to go for the Body Source air bed, even if there were definitely cheaper options. After all, it’s not something you purchase every day. I was surprised at how small the box was and slightly suspicious. Even if the reviews were glowing I thought that an air bed would never be as comfortable as a proper bed – I definitely shouldn’t have worried.
It is as good as a proper bed, if not better. As soon as my parents arrived, I got ready for the night, plugged in the cord and turned on the pump. Mind you, it is rather noisy so if you want to avoid annoying your neighbours probably better to inflate the bed before 10 pm. Inflating the bed is quick and painless but to be honest I always turned the pump off before the auto-shutdown because I thought it was inflated enough. Fitting the sheet was a bit of a problem – the bed is too high to fit the sheet at the bottom so you have to fit it halfway. I thought it would move during the night but it definitely didn’t – another plus. The included pillow was a bit too shallow for my taste so I used a regular pillow but probably you can sleep well even without it – a matter of taste, I guess.
When you lay first on the bed you have to get used to a bit of noise as the bed adapts to your shape but then you’re good to go. I was afraid that the bed would deflate a bit during the night as I weigh over 200 lbs but it didn’t. I had a perfectly good night of undisturbed sleep – when my parents left and I went back to my regular bed I had to adapt to the mattress and I sort of miss my air bed.
As far as I’m concerned, this product is perfect and I would wholeheartedly advise everyone who needs a temporary bed to buy it. Only minor issue is that it’s not easy to find the proper way of folding it to make sure it fits in the original box but once you learn how to do it, you’re good to go.
Doesn’t happen often but I wish I had more than 5 stars to give – it’s THAT good.
