A good solution for at-home workouts if you don’t have much space, glad I was able to find this versatile dumbbell set that can be heavily adjusted.
These weights are easy to use. The weights are filled with a cement-type material. There are 16 weights included which are measured in kg and lb. The mid-pipe is padded so you can use it for squatting or adding additional weight to hip thrust workouts without the bar biting into you. I have used the dumbbells without workout gloves and the texture was comfortable compared to the metal bars for similar type items.
Overall, they serve their purpose, have been very helpful, and are easy and pleasant to use. They are a nice set of weights for the value!
