Q: What to do if the watch doesn’t record my sleep?
1. Please check if the watch has been upgraded to the latest version (Go to the FitCloudPro app–> Device–> Click the “Device Version”–> “Download and Upgrade the new version”.)
2. Please restart the watch and wear it again the next day to check if there is a sleep record.
Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
1. Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
2. If the FitCloudPro app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch–> Click the ”Settings” icon–> “reset”.) Then try again.
3. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the FitCloudPro app and also delete the “LW11” from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the FitCloudPro app and try again.

Works Very Well
Works well. Connected with app easily and syncs when not in do not disturb mode. Shows incoming calls and messages very well. Connects with googlefit also. Battery life excellent, put it on charge whilst I take a shower in the morning and tops up what little it uses. I had a fitbit charge 4 and I think this watch is as good if mot better. Would recommend putting it in do not disturb mode whilst sleeping but still revords sleep etc and syncs to app when dnd switched off
I have a very thin wrist and that makes it difficult to find a watch that isn’t too big, and most digital watches are big. I found this to be a good size, light, thin, the strap is rubber but it is very comfortable. All functions are working fine. Recommend.
I’m actually quite impressed with this smart watch. I’ve had Samsung watches in the past and didn’t use most of the features so when I found this one and read the reviews, I thought I’d give it a try. And I’m very impressed with it. To be fair I only really use it as a step counter and for the health and fitness stuff but it’s easy to use and compares quite well tother expensive alternatives. Also, the battery lasts a whole week without needing to be charged. Definitely recommend this product.
Brilliant watch
I love my watch., previously I had a Fitbit and this gives the Fitbit a run for its money. The watch is comfortable and easy to set up and link to the app. Only ask in the future is a few more choices of watch faces .
Love this watch….easy to set up literally takes a few minutes….its pretty and screen is nice and big. Lots of different features…steps/ sleep and blood pressure the usual…BUT best thing about it is the battery life last, ive had my watch nearly over a month and still dont need to charge it. So pleased with this watch I ended up buying 2, 1 for my son. Battery life is great, ive been wearing it all week and its still over 50%. Watch faces are easily changed through the app and there are some nice ones available. Message Notification works, everything else works. Its ip68 so fine for keeping on when you wash.
I don’t know why some reviews worry about water ingress except they think ip68 means they can go swimming. Ip68 keeps water and dust out its not for water under pressure. You need a watch that specifies water depth or pressure for that.
I came so close to spending hundreds on a watch as so many other cheap ones disappointed, but after my wifes Michael Kors watch failed i realised the expensive ones are a bit rubbish too. This warch does all i want, looks good and works

Received on 9 May charged it up and charged today for first time since. Alarms and reminders work as supposed to app is handy enough to use.
Have it synced to phone and notices come through fine not WhatsApp though or it would explode so left that off.
Haven’t tried it out in water yet as too scared incase it gets wrecked last watch was a branded watch was 200+ and somehow got messed up because I had it on in the pool despite being IP68 or whatever.

I had this given to me as a gift for christmas and fell in love with it It’s got a good weight to it, fits well and never had even the smallest of technical hiccup. You can adjust brightness from the watch face which makes it handy for outdoor weather and you can easily switch between silent mode. I also like how I’m able to select certain apps to give me notifications and not others meaning I only get alerted for things I care about. You unfortunately cannot see emojis on the watch which isn’t a big deal but would be nice. Many watch faces to decide from which you can also do from the watch not just the app (although it’s limited). You can’t answer calls or texts from it but you can hang up and pause music. There are also other handy things like a sports tracker for different sports, heart rate calculator, sleep monitor, weather and a timer / stopwatch. Just to top it off, if you ever misplace your watch or phone you can use one to find the other. It’s such a good watch my mum loved it and I had to buy her one too. Only downside is that the strap is rubber so may become sweaty in the summer but can wipe clean. Will 100% recommend.
I really loved this watch. Very easy to use and set up, the app is very user friendly also. The watch looks nice on and is not too big.
The only negative is that the plastic strap gives me quite a nasty allergic reaction if I wear it for more than a couple of hours at a time. Would be lovely to have some different strap options in the future!

Great watch, but being very critical here, there are just a couple of points that could make it even greater.
Hope the manufacturers update the watch software to correct the following:-
1. Timer & stopwatch, stays on display after activation, which makes it unusable in practice.
Swiping or knob pushing just stops the function. It should continue, and run in background, until zero or stopped. Also, the timer only vibrates on zero, and a beep beep would make it much more useful.
2. Blood Pressure calibration, seen on YouTube, would be useful, as it would make the readings more recognisable, but seems to have been removed.
One month later, additional comments.
Watch working well, and very pleased, but just to be clear, this is not a premium sports watch, but rather a budget smart watch, with several useful functions, in addition to time.
As such it is good value, but does have issues. Time synchronising and accuracy is good, but one should not expect the accuracy of other functions to be as good as the high price premium brands. Measuring steps from a wrist based sensor will never be optimal, due to your arms also moving around, and the LW11 is no exception. More expensive smart watches use A.I. to try and improve true step detection, but even those will not be without errors.
One other problem that occasional occurs, and seems to be common with many smart watches, is the spurious display of menus and functions, due to the display being inadvertently touched after a ‘wrist wake’ operation. Which can easily happen with long sleeves touching the displayed dial.
Limiting the enable ‘wrist wake’ time slot helps, but it would help further if there was also an option available via the App, whereby menus would only be made available after the button/knob push. That way ‘wrist wake’ would only display the time dial, and touching would have no affect.

Love the look of the watch. Different options on the app to the watch itself which is a little confusing.
Alarm and notifications set to vibrate on the wrist but to be honest it is nowhere near intense enough to feel it.

Love this little watch! So handy and does a lot for 30 odd quid! Was looking at them for a while but didn’t want to spend hundreds on a Samsung or Fitbit one. This had lots of great reviews and I wanted it mainly for fitness, I wanted to have a step counter and heart rate monitor. The app is really simple and controls the watch and syncs to your phone. It gives text alerts, controls your music, monitors your health and has numerous sports functions.
Been using this every day for 4 months and only had to charge it 4 times. Unsure if the calories burnt are accurate but everything else is great. My partner has even brought one himself now because of how much I raved about the watch.

Great smart watch
Bought this to replace my Fitbit Alta as the battery had died. This actually does more than my Fitbit did, you can track different exercises, the sleep tracker is more accurate. The battery life is really good, just over 2 weeks.

I got this watch for Christmas and its been amazing. I work in hospitality and not only is it incredibly useful, its also durable. I’ve banged it againt metal counters and scraped it on kitchen floors and apart from tiny scratches here and there, its perfect.

Pros – really nice bright dial and easy to read.
Easy to use functions.
Not sure how accurate the step count is as previous watch my steps were much higher.
Strap is really comfortable ( I’ve had no discolouration) need to clean with baby wipes and NO fake tan, this will discolour your strap.
Battery life is really long, had now for a month and only charged once.
You can activate a drink app to remind you to drink water, this is really good as I’m not great at keeping hydrated.
Cons- For a ladies watch, the dial styles are more male.
Functions no gym app only elliptical and yoga.
Very large dial could be slightly smaller.
Due to the large dial size I don’t use the sleep app as too bulky to wear in bed.
Don’t think the heart rate monitor is accurate as can jump from 64-94 with in a few minutes when sitting down.

Lovely watch with some good features, seems accurate but the app is a little basic. Strap is good quality, read other reviews regarding discolouring but this hasn’t happened to mine, only negative with the strap is the size, its too long.

Amazing watch at a fantastic price
I smashed my Galaxy watch face and was so sad. I decided because I’m so clumsy I didn’t deserve a watch that expensive so I found this one.
I’m actually blown away by this watch. I went for the black one.
The app is easy to download, register, navigate and works really well. The watch itself is slightly larger than my old one but I love it. It sure is up there with the big boys in terms of accuracy and runs rings around them with battery performance.
The wrist motion brings the display up every time. I’ve had it nearly a week now and the battery is still more than two thirds full. It was really easy to add my own image to the face (see photo) and all my movement, heart rate etc is a swipe away.
The only downside is the vibration is a little weak but nothing that should put you off buying it.
Don’t buy this watch thinking it’s going to be able to do all that the Galaxy does. It doesn’t. I never used it for anything other than tell the time, check my steps for the day, check my heart rate and sleep pattern. This watch does all that very well and is just as accurate as the way more expensive alternatives.
The app will also link with Google fit if you have it. Yay!
If your on the fence about buying one I hope this helps you decide. I’m so glad I got one. For me, it’s brilliant and everyone that sees it can’t believe how affordable it is.
Beautifully packaged and so far not disappointed with produc
So I only received this item today but really impressed. I can’t see how to change the watch face to anything other than the 5 default images but that may come through when the update does maybe. Really impressed with the appearance and it responded immediately to the test call and message. Shame Whatsapp can’t be viewed properly but through no fault of the watch. Looks fab, feels great and feel the font of the writing is professional too – not square and tacky like some I have seen.
Only had it a few hours but REALLY impressed and lovely packaged in sealed wrapper so know it’s brand new 🙂

Great smart watch
This smart watch is very pretty compared to others, more feminine. Instructions are easy to follow to set up, battery life is excellent and although it’s not always 100% accurate it’s always very close. I bought to monitor my blood pressure and you can recalibrate the watch through the phone app by entering a precise blood pressure reading from a medical device and after that the readings on the watch are fairly accurate. 100% happy with my purchase, would recommend to others.
Works great but…
The only criticism I have is that it does not alert me to what’s app notifications. I have followed all instructions and selected it on the app and still nothing. This is my most used method of messaging so it’s annoying that I can’t get alerts. All other notifications are great and overall the watch is worth the money and looks good!

This is the 3rd smart watch I have bought and so far the cheapest and the best. Great battery life and offers me all that I need. I can not really comment on accuracy as I have nothing to compare it with, however I know that I do around 5000 steps in an hours walk and this watch give the same reading too.
My only dislike is that is quit big and clumpy. I would prefer it to look more like a watch on my arm than a mini computer, but I will sacrifice that for the performance. Lastly why oh why do all smart watches with a female function have to come in PINK
