This little thing comes in a ergonomic case that when you pull the sides away, it pushes all of the driver bits up for ease of access. The tool itself has a nice rubberized grip to it, as well as the ability to ratchet in either direction. The only compliant I have about it is, when you try to apply heavy force the ratchet stops working and the tool just locks. But still does its job!
I purchased it for my bicycle, and it pretty much does the work. Quite helpful if you have no other toolbox. I would say must have for students.

Not very easy to take some of the bits out though. Don’t know if it will be better after frequent uses. But I do love the design of the opening. I’ve been a fan of the Amazon basics always!

The kit is easy to use and comes with the most common sizes except the smallest piece for the screwdriver. I end up still having to use a separate one for those small nails.
Good quality suitable for household work. I do not think this is suitable for heavy duty work. The housing ( casing ) holding the bits and the screwdriver is fancy but not convenient to use and store. Simple design would have helped. Takes time to select nd reinsert the bits in its place and the design can be improved.
I had my doubts at first but once the det arrived |I was impressed. I gave them to my son and he has used the almost daily. Highly recommended

Eigentlich ein praktisches Set, auch die Ratschenfunktion und Bit-Qualitt sind vllig iO. Die Box nervt allerdings – Bits knnen im Zwischenraum versenkt werden, die Verarbeitung ist billigst und nix fr Handwerker oder gar Baustelle, und die Ratsche muss in der Box exakt nach dem Schriftzug ausgerichtet werden, sonst geht die Box nicht zu schlieen… WTF!
I moved to a new house and ordered furniture from IKEA. To assemble it quickly, I ordered this tool set from Amazon Basics. It has mostly all the keys required for furniture as well as small household jobs. The equipment is very sturdy and the rubber grip makes it easy to hold. The compact design makes it easy to work in narrow spaces. The ratchet mechanism sometimes slips if you try too much force. But for my application this much force was not necessary. My friends who came to help me with assembly also loved it. I am happy with the purchase.

Love this little set. Small and a great design for keeping the bits and handle tidy. So much better than using a screw driver. I havent used the sockets yet.

Ich hab nicht wirklich geglaubt, dass dieses Teil zu diesem Preis etwas taugt. Mittlerweile hat es sich gut gemacht fr viele kleine Dinge im Haushalt und Kleintechnik. Das Gehuse ist ein klein wenig hakelig und wenn ein Einsatz in den Behlter fllt wird es etwas mhsam mit der Bergung. Darf halt nicht rein fallen. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich nichts sagen.

The main reason I purchased this product was the competitive pricing and it’s combination of two tools. The carry case and portability of the set is a real bonus on top of this. The only downsides is that occasionally the magnetism isn’t that strong and the Amazon logo on the body of the tool wore off after two uses.

I got this for moving home and undoing all my Alan key flat pack. Without this bit of kit I would have really struggled.
It was easy to hold, the bit hardly ever came out, and I have used it alot with no issues. I’m really pleased with it, a great little gadget that makes massive difference.
I had got so tired of buying small screwdrivers for computers, spectacles etc. that would then invariably break that I thought I would ‘invest’ in this set and boy am I pleased I did. It is sturdy and good quality. My only complaint, as mentioned by others, is that it is not magnetic as described but this is not a big issue for me. Would recommend.

The case operation, how it butterflies out to stand the bits up is fundamentally flawed. Mine broke during transit. For what I paid for it, it’s really not worth sending back for a replacement.

This is a great tool to have around the house. It is by no means meant to be a heavy duty tool that you would use every day. But esp for me, I have it in a drawer at the house to use for small jobs. Its comes in a nice container that helps to keep everything in place and separated. It would be a great gift for someone who is getting out on their own and needs something.
Un destornillador muy verstil para todo tipo de chapuzas en casa, siempre ando buscando un destornillador por casa cuando necesito apretar algo y o bien no lo encuentro o lo encuentro pero la punta que tiene no me sirve, con este invento, no ocupa apenas espacio y tienes muchas puntas intercambiables donde elegir.Lo que ms me gusta es que todo se recoge en una pequea caja, que abulta muy poco.
El destornillador es el mango, de carraca (aprietas o desaprietas de sin girar todo el destornillador), y nos viene con 23 puntas de varios tamaos y formas, tambin hay puntas para tuercas, planas, estrella, cuadradas etc.. muy completo.
Otro detalle que me parece muy interesante es que el mango del destornillador se puede acortar, lo que lo hace muy verstil para apretar o quitar tornillos de lugares estrechos, en las casas hay muchos lugares complicados.
Para casa es un destornillador imprescindible, tambin para montar muebles, junto con un buen martillo.

Il possde des embouts ronds hexagonaux (taille 5,6,7,8,9 et 10) et des embouts plus particuliers de type : ADPH6,H5,H4,T10,T15,T20,T25,PH0,PH1,PH2,Ph3 ainsi que deux embouts plats (3 et 4 mm ; 5 et 6 mm).
La boite de rangement est astucieuse (tournevis et embouts visibles). La finition est correcte et je n’ai pas eu de problmes lors des premires utilisations. Je vous recommande cet achat. En esprant que ces prcisions vous soient utiles.

Amazon basics veramente una manna dal cielo.
Il set concepito molto bene, partendo dalla custodia o contenitore come dir si voglia,
avendo sue ali laterali nel chiuderlo va convergere gli accessori nel suo interno cos da
ridurre lo spazio senza perdere nulla, quindi nel suo interno alloggiato al centro c’ il
cacciavite di tipo magnetico con una buona impugnatura e un buon grip, nei laterali
invece troveremo da un lato le chiavi esagonali, mentre nell’altro lato troveremo 16
punte tra chiavi a stella, cacciaviti a croce e a taglio.
Questi vanno ad innestarsi al cacciavite con estrema facilit e le operazioni di
svita/avvita avvengono senza nessun problema.
Buon prodotto funzionale e utile, buoni i materiali.
This is great, very compact set. The handle has a good bit of torque despite being so small, which is great – it likewise has an adjustment for tightening and loosening without lifting the bit. As well, there is a small storage compartment in the handle which can store four different bits. This is a standard size as well, so if you have older screwdriver bit sets already they will most likely be compatible with this handle. Excellent!
The case, while attractive, can be slightly problematic (hence only four stars). A smaller bit had fallen into the cavity underneath the case, and it required emptying that side of the case and fishing it out with tweezers. Not too bad, but still a mild hassle. If it happened in shipping, it might happen if this stored or jostled. Also, with the handle in the center, sometimes the wings of the case will not shut completely. It requires a little fiddling to get the whole thing shut.
Still, for the price, this is an excellent starter set, a good expansion to a bit set, or a good backup to a standardized screwdriver magnetic bit set. Worth it, and a great gift idea.

In Anbetracht dessen, was gute Schraubendreher kosten, ist dies eine kostengnstige Alternatie fr Hobbybastler und -schrauber, denn soweit man das Werkzeug nicht fr stndigen und professionellen Einsatz bentigt, kommt man mit diesem Handstck plus Kpfen gut zurecht, ohne dass die Teile dabei sichtbar verschleissen.
Grundstzlich funktionieren die Ratsche und die Aufstze gut, sitzen sicher und mit der Auswahl kann man einige Aufgaben im Haushalt und zum Beispiel am Fahrrad erledigen. Dabei kann man sich das Set irgendwo anbringen, wo die “Grtel-“Klammer ranpasst. Bei meinen alten Set funktioniert das umstellen der Ratsche nicht mehr so gut und hier ist es leichtgngig und funktioniert gut. Es gibt kleine Pfeile am Schalter. Die Teile sind soweit ich es mit verschiedenen Schrauben testen konnte nicht magnetisch – die Aufstze halten aber fest in der Halterung. Ich bin daher mit dem Umfang der Grundfunktion zufrieden. Das Ganze liegt auch gut in der Hand.
Was mich allerdings genervt hat war das auf- und zuschieben der beiden Seiten. Das ist immer nicht richtig gelungen und ganz am Anfang musste ich einen Achtkant aus der Lcke fischen, da er sich gelst hat. Es ist zwar schn platzsparend und die Aufstze richten sich alle brav auf und fahren wieder ein – aber es ist fummelig. Mir gefllt in diesem Punkt mein grerer Kasten besser.
Mir fehlt die Vorstellung wie viel ein guter Kasten kosten msste – ich habe mich etwas umgesehen und AmazonBasic scheint im unteren Preissegment zu verkaufen. Ich verzeihe daher einige Mngel – da man damit ein funktionierendes Set bekommt. Allerdings wrde ich persnlich dann mehr Geld ausgeben und mehr Aufstze in einem greren Kasten nehmen. Fr einen Umzug reicht es, damit kann man die meisten mir bekannten Mbel aufbauen und was noch so anfllt. – Ich vergebe daher 4 Sterne.
Geliefert wird das Set in einem bersichtlichen Kasten, in dessen Mitte das Handstck verstaut ist. Links und rechts sind die Aufstze gut gegliedert angeordnet. Das Werkzeug wirkt hochwertig und konnte auch bereits bei den ersten Einstzen berzeugen. Alle gngigen Gren sind mit dabei.
FAZIT
Fr uns ist das kleine Werkzeugset ein treuer Begleiter. Fr gelegentliche Einstze reicht es vllig aus und die Qualitt stimmt. Der Preis ist fair. Kaufempfehlung!
Time and time again I find myself trying to open something that is fastened with a screw and I’ve picked the wrong size driver from my toolbox. This set should stop that happening for once and for all.
First impressions aren’t great. It comes in a plain brown cardboard box, and once open, the set feels very plasticky. The box is cleverly designed. The handle of the driver sits in the middle and is smaller than I expected – fine to fit in the palm of the hand, but for some reason I expected something a bit longer and chunkier. The two sides of the box slide open a little, and as each moves to the side the bits automatically tilt upwards so they can be easily retrieved from the box. There is a wide selection of both sockets and screwdriver heads, including a few of the star shaped ones you find on some computers and consoles. The handle can be used in a sort of “manual” mode, where you insert the bit you require and then just turn the thing as you would with a normal screwdriver, or a black ring just where the metal part of the shaft joins onto the handle can be turned either clockwise or anticlockwise to switch to a ratchet mode, which makes life a bit easier.
Those first impressions prove to be misleading. The screwdriver feels reassuringly sturdy in use, and as the whole set is very compact it is the sort of thing you could stick in your toolbox or drawer and forget about until the day comes when you need it. Sure, bigger and more expensive sets might have more attachments and might be made of tougher materials, but for everyday use this is ideal.
This wrench/screwdriver set is quite handy as it is very small and can get in tight spaces. It has a textured rubber grip to help you with the grip, however, due to the small size, you are not able to exert as much of torque as with a longer screwdriver. The metal is strong, I am not sure what type it is but it can do the job. Ratchet operates smoothly and has many teeth to help you tighten any bolt it comes across. The tip is magnetic so it will hold the bits firmly in place.
The 23 pieces included are basic (6 sockets, 15 various screwdriver bits) and will be enough to get the job done for the most part, but if necessary it can be supplemented with additional bits.
The box the ratchet and bits are contained opens to the sides and the bits pop out which is really convenient as you do not have to fiddle the bits out, however, I see it as a potential breaking point when constantly being opened and closed or for example, if it falls to the floor when opened it might easily break.
Overall, I love AmazonBasics tools as they are priced very competitively and they are quality made and just perfect for a job.
I was thinking this was going to be cheap and throwaway yet it feels correctly constructed, and is cleverly arranged that it all holds together and is cleverly made so that it opens like a book and the heads pop up as you open it to allow access. its really quite clever and well made
Great little metric set with everything I need. Got this to keep in my desk at work. When you open the sides of the caae, each bit rises to attention and this makes it easy to access, especially when you have sausage fingers like me. 🙂
This is a useful small tool set for quick around-the-house tweaks. The case is vey clever, in that the sides slide out to provide access to the bits. This means that bits do not fall out during storage. The bits seem sturdy and the hand tool good for simple hobs. Nice kit to have around the house.

I got this as an addition to my 7-year-old daughter’s first tool box. We wanted a nice, compact, basic set with full functionality that wouldn’t break the bank. My husband has done three or four projects with her over the last few weekends, showing her how to do repairs using the set. We are very pleased.
When I opened up this set I was a bit surprised at how tiny the whole thing was, but that’s fine because it just means that it’s highly portable, great to store in your car or truck to always have on hand. I have a few different Amazon Basics tool sets and they are all great quality products. This little set has all the basic attachments you would need and the driver has a ratcheting system built in which has a very smooth operation, it also locks in the middle for using the driver without the ratchet. It’s small, you are not getting a ton of leverage with the tiny little handle, but it’s good for small jobs.

In questo caso il prodotto ha come target di vendita uno come me, perch sintetizzando racchiude 16 punte differenti e sei chiavi a bussola di dimensioni variabili dalla 5 alla 10.
Le punte includono le pi comuni a stella e non, includendo quelle di forma esagonale e misura perfetta per i mobili Ikea (ne ho montato uno proprio con questo cacciavite).
Dove sta la novit, quindi? La risposta nel contenitore che, chiuso, fa rientrare tutte le punte verso l’interno, con le due ali laterali che, convergendo verso l’interno, bloccano pure il cacciavite magnetico che viene alloggiato al centro. Questi non mira ad essere trascendentale ma ha una buona impugnatura ed comodo da usare.
Una volta estese le due ali laterali, invece, le punte si rialzano, mostrandosi in fila ordinata all’utilizzatore, che pu dunque scegliere quella pi adatta al lavoro in corso e innestarla sul cacciavite, dove verr attirata magneticamente.
Per l’innesto e la rimozione della punta sul cacciavite non vi nessun problema. Purtroppo per le plastiche della custodia non sono certo indimenticabili (resistono, per dubito lo farebbero a seguito di una caduta rovinosa) e gli alloggiamenti delle punte non accolgono immediatamente quest’ultime, col risultato di dover fare qualche prova prima di metterle a posto. Roba da poco, ma va considerato.
Il prezzo non ancora stato ufficializzato ma sono pressoch certo sar sotto i 20 euro, anche perch se andassimo sopra vi sarebbero alternative pi rinomate sul mercato a fare una concorrenza abbastanza selvaggia. E’ comunque un buon set per chi non vuole spargere punte per tutta la casa ma preferisce mantenere un minimo di ordine.

I keep these in my craft room – I’m always looking for a screw driver, and normally I cannot find one when I need it. This neat little set has a dedicated clip on the back so I can hang it up or hook it onto my waist line on my jeans. I do much prefer to have it mounted on my walls so that I always will have it handy. I love that it’s a ratcheting screwdriver – it really makes life SO much easier!

This is a nice tool set. It has a good assortment of common bits and sockets. The ratcheting screwdriver handle is reversible and has storage accessed from the end cap. The tool holder is spring loaded and pulls out to remove the bits and sockets. The available tools are metric sockets, flat head and phillips screwdriver bits, torx bits and hex bits. The case also incorporates a belt clip. This compact tool set will be nice to have on hand for many common household repairs.
This is a very good ratchet wrench / screwdriver. Well built and does what it should. What makes it great is the case. The sides of the case pull out, which causes the bits to stand up, making them easy to take out. Some cases make it challenging, but not this one.

We’re getting ready to move which means all sorts of things need to be disassembled. Those things all all different screws and nuts and bolts. I’ve been lugging around an entire toolbox and digging for what I need. This set can easily be carried from place to place and has just about everything I’ve needed to deal with the small furniture items. I’m still using the drill for bigger jobs but this is great for everything else. No searching for a specific screwdriver or trying to fit the drill in a small corner. It’s well made and comfortable to hold. The tray keeps everything organized although a case with a lid would be an improvement.
