Bought a while ago as I couldn’t be bothered to go to a normal shop just for a bulb. Arrived quickly, no damage and worked fine. Still going strong. The filament looks a bit odd but its not noticeable once the bulb is fitted.

La tonalit della luce calda. Le ho utilizzate in sostituzione a lampade della stessa potenza ma di “marca” e pi care, ma sono indistinguibili. Consigliate !

Die Amazon Basics LED Lampen mit E27 Fassung sind klasse. Wie jede E27 Leuchte leicht zu installieren und werden nach etwas gebrauch auch nicht sehr warm. Die Helligkeit bei equivalent 60W entspricht diesem auch. Da kein Difusor um das Glas ist, erzeugt das Licht etwas schrfere Schatten und ist damit nicht gedmpft, was aber nicht strt.

“With a life of 15,000 hours, the bulb will last over 13 years (based on 3 hours of use each day)” was the product information which drew me to the item because who wants to replace bulbs often? Not me anyway. It’s been in the hall with occasional use but last night dimmed to the extent that the stairs were very badly lit.

I don’t write many reviews but in this case, I am impressed. This was purchased to replace the bulb in my Victorian style carriage lamp porch light. The brightness is impressive for a 60w. And unusually, the shrouded filaments (not obvious in the picture) actually glow with pleasing effect.

Really bright bulb..only downside is that the solid section extends very high up the bulb from the screw base. Limits amount of light coming down if the bulb is fixed upright rather than hanging from the light socket.
Bought these to replace a couple of halogen style E27’s in our table lamps, they give off a nice warm temperature light and are bright enough without that ‘LED Glare’ that you can get with frosted style bulbs.
Will look to buy these for other lamps around the house in the future.
Initially got this light bulb for my breakfast bar light fitting. I purchased two more for the light fittings in the hallway. They look great when the light is turned off and give a bright pleasant light when on.

These bulbs appear to be great quality. They are well made and look good, both off and on. They are bright, a nice cool light, and are perfect for the garden wall lanterns I bought them for. Time will tell as to longevity but I’m happy so far.

I waited quite a while for these bulbs to be dispatched. They arrived in very good condition in suitable packaging. But Oh dear me I have made a mistake as I have only read down the guidance for use and they can’t be used in my enclosed outside light! Says they are unsuitable for an enclosed fitting! I will use them in other indoor light fittings. This is only day one but the bulb we fitted in a light without a cover gives loads of light – 3m x 3m utility room.

These bulbs replaced the old type 40w and are really bright on the two up lighters that we have in the front room.

Bought these to go into a luminaire where the bulbs are clearly visible. They look good, are lovely and bright and all work.
We’ve put these into pendant lights over the breakfast bar in our new kitchen and my wife absolutely loves them! They don’t look like LEDs at all, which is of course what you want, and they give off a warm and “yellowy” light. In fact, they are usually the only lights we keep on in the evening (we have an open plan kitchen/lounge area)!

I was a bit reluctant at first to try these, but they are extremely bright and light up the entire 5ft x 6ft room.
These LED bulbs are the equivalent of 60W and work well as side lights. This generation of LED bulbs are better looking, can have warmer tones and there is no delay when they are turned on. These are good value and live up to the good value/good design the Amazon Basics brand generally delivers.

As expected, emits a warm white light and was packaged well. No complaints with these so far.
Looks good, very bright considering they only use 7W. Non-dimmable. Cool to the touch. Instantly achieves full brightness. Too bright to really look at, so the stylish design is somewhat lost. Due to the four main LED strips in the lights, they give off four “hot spots” and therefore these lights would work best in a light shade that surrounds the light (if you want more even, uniform light).
Not much to say about light bulbs really. We screwed them into a couple of lamps and they work – remember these are SCREW-IN bulbs not bayonet – will update review if anything untoward happens or they don’t last very long 4/5
The AmazonBasics LED E27 Edison Screw Light Bulbs are a twin pack of classic looking screw-fit lightbulbs that provide a A++ energy efficiency due to them being LED.
The lightbulbs are 7 Watt, but give off an equivalent of an old 60 Watt light. This isn’t the most energy efficient you can get (we have some 4 Watt bulbs), but it is pretty darn good nevertheless.
The four yellow strips inside the bulb (that look like the old-fashioned elements) are where the LED lights illuminate, giving off a large area of light that shines with a clean, slightly off-white light. In a freestanding lamp fitting these look very classical and elegant, with the bulbs really complementing the dcor.
All in all, we’re very happy with the bulbs. Super energy efficient and they look great too.
Whereas most LED bulbs that we have are opaque white, these are clear with some sort of element inside. It doesn’t look exactly like a traditional bulb, but is closer to it than other LED bulbs we’ve had. We’re using one in an up-lighting lamp (pictured), so the bulb itself isn’t really seen, but this might be a consideration in other fittings.
It’s supposed to be a fairly cool, blue-ish light. I wouldn’t say it particularly strikes me as such, but perhaps the lampshade and surrounding yellow/green walls give it a warmer hue than it would have naturally. I don’t know whether this really comes across in the photo. One of these lamps in the corner of the living room (near the sofa) is enough to light the room. I wouldn’t try reading a book on the far side of the room, but we regularly use this instead of the main lights whilst watching TV and it’s fine. (The main lights have LED bulbs too, but there are five of them so it’s more economical to use one lamp.)
The light comes on as quickly as any other bulb — none of the delay that you get from older energy-efficient bulbs. At over 3 per bulb, they’re not the cheapest, but if they last as long as they should they will probably pay for themselves in energy savings. We’ve not had them long enough to comment on how well they last, but these bulbs are meant to last years. I don’t think we’ve had to replace any of our other LEDs yet, so I hope these prove similarly long-lasting.
When switched on these look like a stylish bulb from the 1930s because of the long ‘filaments’ inside that glow with an attractive warm colour. If you have a light fitting that doesn’t cover up the bulb with a shade, this is a definite advantage. They look better than almost any other bulb when lit. Plus they’re long-life and low power, like a standard LED bulb, and they reach full brightness immediately, But, they seem to me just a little dimmer than their rated 60W equivalent. And if they’re hidden behind a shade, they offer little, if any, advantage over a cheaper standard LED bulb.
Excellent quality LED E27 bulbs from Amazon’s own Basics brand. Just a 7W hourly consumption provides the equivalent of a 60W standard light bulb, and unlike many other low energy bulbs, the light quality is very good indeed, and full illumination is pretty much instant, so no waiting for the light intensity to reach maximum. Ideal for reading, for bedside lamps, outside lights, or just general use around the house where additional illumination is not required. Tthese bulbs represent very good value for money, and the packaging they arrive in is also excellent, preventing any damage in transit. Now that LED lighting technology has become so efficient, and is so much cheaper than a couple of years ago, it is a no brainer to replace tradional lighting around the home as far as possible. The savings on electricity more than pay for them in a very short time, and they should last for many years. Hghly recommended.
These really are great LED bulbs for the money. They are screw-in type and you can achieve almost 100% full brightness as soon as they are switched on. They are A+ energy rated with a 15,000 hour lifespan and come in a pack of two. Love these light bulbs and very impressed with them, I will be purchasing more.
Another impressive one from amazon basics, they are just as good as more expensive ones on the market at less the price. Come in a plain box but well packed. Bright as your normal bulbs and don’t seem to be as hot though as your normal bulbs so another big plus. All in all very good and great value for money.
Amazon Basics LED Light Bulbs which for the price are excellent. These LED bulbs nowadays are becoming more and more acceptable with regards o light quality gone are the days of the full spectrum white light of old and now we have some very nice and pretty looking bulbs.
These have the E27 large screw fitting and excellent. Offering the light and the looks of an incandescent bulb with the cost savings of an LED bulb and at a reasonable price.

These seem decent quality screw-in bulbs that produce a fairly warm glow at a fraction of the wattage of old-fashioned filament bulbs. They light our fairly large dining room really well. Obviously it’s impossible to comment on the claimed life-span of over 13 years, but in theory these should last until 2030, as it’s October 2017 at the time of writing. We’ll see!
