Easy to assemble, sturdy, cable management is great also has all the bolts. For the samsung q930b the bolts are marked as q90r.
These are for my surround sound speakers, so very pleased with them
In case you are like me and was struggling to find a stand that fit the annoying 1 threaded hole dead center at the bottom of your speaker I can confirm this was perfect. Just use the hole through the gap where you place the wire. Came with the correct screw Labelled i. Very pleased as the alternative was twice the price
I bought them for the surround speakers of Sony HT-A9. They are sturdy and stable. Good looking as well. I wish they come in grey or white.
Easy to put together, very sturdy and well thought out design to accept so many different speaker designs. Dispite some reviews saying different the stands came with screws for my Samsung HW-Q930 speakers.
Stands are excellent value very sturdy and perfect for Samsung 9500 rear speakers. Kit now includes the correct bolts for them as well. (See pic)
Brought these for my Samsung Q950A, Speakers sits perfectly, very sturdy and straightforward installation.
Purchased 4 stands for my Sony HT-A9 speakers, easy to put together and provide a relatively sturdy base for my speakers.
Also purchased a pack of M5 x 20mm bolts to secure the speakers to the stands
If your speakers have a mounting hole on the rear, then these stands have multiple adjustment methods to make sure you’ll get a perfectly stable mount.
Very happy with this items for my Samsung q990b rear speakers. Speakers fits perfectly. Only think to mentioned. Need to buy keyhole screw from here https://amzn.eu/d/0M67TQc. Easy to assemble and nicely hide cable
A lot of the reviews say they don’t come with the 1/4-20 bolts needed for Samsung rears. I just received mine and they have now added them in within a separate bag in the package so now no need to buy the additional bolts. Great stands, adjustable, sturdy and recommended for the Samsung rears.
Great build quality, solud and sturdy. Good price point and fit my Samsing soundbar’s satellite speakers perfectly. These puppies are fully adjustable and sit well. I gavent had any resonance loss or vibration issues, though it is a carpeted room
Pros:
Solid, sturdy, good value for money, easy to put together.
Cons:
None really
Searched everywhere for various methods to mount the rear surround speakers inc buying bolts to fit wall brackets but to no avail , then I spotted these guy’s and they fit perfectly , they even include the shorter bolts needed to hold the speakers to the stand…
Excellent value and build quality
Bought for the Sony HT-A9 and they are pretty good. I’m really dropping one star as while they are perfect functionally, they look a bit dull and while including bolts for lots of different speakers they don’t supply the ones needed for a Sony HT-A9 speaker set up. If buying these you need some M5 bolts (lots of packs on Amazon to choose from).
Some details for the stand:
– It comes in a few pieces and assembly is pretty straight forward. I did make a few mistakes by not feeding power through during set up and had to disassemble partially, though that’s more due to the power location on the speakers
– You can run the cables through and they come out a small slot in the base which is a very neat and tidy solution
– There is an adjustable bracket to fix to your speakers. This is very functional and works well, but it does look rubbish. Function over form isn’t a bad thing, but since these are prominently in the living room I’d have liked something more classy
– The base itself is quite big. I had trouble slotting the speaker stands into some tight corner spaces
– The platform the speaker sits on is generic and not really meant for Sony HT-A9s being a little bit bigger than the bottom of the speaker, it works really well, but again is more function over form.
– The stands are reasonably sturdy but I’m not convinced they wouldn’t topple over if someone knocked into them. It hasn’t actually happened though
I’d buy them again, as a generic option when a bespoke option doesn’t exist these are good. Price is very reasonably for a speaker stand too
pretty decent stand with adjustable feet and adjustable height. The stands are great, but if you have powered speakers you might struggle to thread the power wire through the stand as it’s pretty narrow at the top.
I had to cut off the moulded plug end of my power cables then thread the cable through in reverse and then put on a new plug.
These worked well fo my LG surround sound set-up. I have left some details in the question and answer section above
Best value for money!
Very easy to assemble, the only downside is you can’t attach to the stand but we have bought black cable ties to keep safe.
So glad I went for these stands! They’re nice and easy to set up with clear instructions and all the parts are numbered and lettered. I have the Samsung Q950A and these stands even had it’s own separate bag for the correct bolts!
Once in place they’re very stable and sturdy whether on carpet or solid floor. You have rubber adjustable feet for solid/wood flooring which you can change for screw in cleat type fittings for carpets.
If you’re looking for good, sturdy rear speaker stands, these are the ones to go for!
Looked around for a while until settled on these, very sturdy, good cable routing and screws and parts are labelled with letters, making assembly a breeze.
The pack includes Samsung specific screws, labelled as such and the speaker fully covers the baseplate. At their lowest they are about the right height for surround speakers.
Forget the Sanus models, too lightweight for these nearly 2 kg speakers.
Although rated to 5kg, I’d say they’d take a lot more if needed.
While the rear upright mounting bracket was not suitable for my particular surround speakers (Yamaha NS-B51), the four screw holes of the main base plate were of just the right width to secure them in place.
The unit has nicely thought-out cable routing from the base, up through the tubing and out the back. This accommodated a fairly thick audio cable with ease.
Of all the speaker stands I evaluated, these were the only ones to get as tall as they do; vital to reach up and over my sofa. They are fairly hefty in weight, adding to their likely durability, with a broad supporting base – itself with switchable screw-on rubberised feet or pointed pins, to suit the flooring on which they will be placed.
The instructions could benefit from some improvement, though once understood the build-out was fairly straightforward. The combination Allen key (wrench) and screwdriver was the only tool necessary.
Exactly what I needed for the rear speakers of my Samsung Q950A soundbar (mounting screws provided in the box which was a surprise too).
I bought these stands for my Samsung SWA-9500S rear speakers.
Very easy to assemble thanks to the clear instructions and – for a change – labelled parts so there is no doubt which part is which – including all the nuts and bolts – brilliant.
The stands themselves are very attractive, sturdy and I’m very pleased. They even came with the correct bolts to secure my Samsung speakers to the stands, in a separate clearly-labelled bag.
Highly recommended
Easy to assemble and look good – supporting better sound
Likes: choice of feet or spikes. Adjustable height.
Dislikes: engineering isn’t great. Screw holes are poor. Still got them in though.
For wharfedale dx2s the top is almost a perfect size BUT the mechanism that holds the key hole bolt sticks out the front by about 10mm so not pretty. But highly functional and sturdy and directional, just not pretty.
Works just fine. Easy to put together. My speakers fixed on with Velcro simply because I didn’t fancy drilling holes in them.
Easy to assemble, very sturdy (all metal base plate, top plate, speaker bracket and poles). The only points I’d like to comment on are: 1. The retainer screw that controls the height lock-off is a tad flimsy compared with the rest of the stand. Not so much the screw itself, but the head of the screw is embedded within a plastic thumbscrew key, which is the weak part. However, it works fine handling the weight of my speakers (DX2). 2. The poles are very thick, about the same diameter as a golf ball. They easily cope with my speakers, although the square plate at the top of the pole (that supports the bottom of the speaker) is so large it sticks out a few mm from the front of my speakers (mounted vertically). That’s not a negative as I knew there’d be some protrusion. Speakers slightly larger than DX2’s will be fine (as long as they do not exceed 5kg). To be honest it doesn’t bother me as my old stands (3 times more expensive) were not only difficult to position on the floor, due to an odd shaped base, but were also close to toppling over as the design didn’t take speaker weight into account particularly well (despite claiming so). All said, I think these stands are well built and sturdy. A recommended purchase for sure. Especially considering the price.
This is a very nice rear stand and I like the fact that the speakers is sitting on rather than hanging from the screws good quality and easy to assemble if you follow logically the cable can easily be hidden inside the tube and it has high adjustment.
Used to mount Samsung HW-Q950A surround speakers and they fit just fine. Compatible screws were included and tubing was of sufficient diameter such that I could feed the power cable up to the speaker without issue. No problems encountered so a good product I think.
I am using the stands for a pair of Samsung Q950A rear speakers and I had absolutely no problem mounting them.
I like that the height is adjustable.
We got a Samsung Q950T soundbar and bought these for the rear speakers to be mounted on and they’re brilliant! Very sturdy with decent size base so they don’t tip over, even if the cat decides to have a look at the top of it.
The height is adjustable as well so you can position the speaker heights to fit your room/sofa height, so they’re not obstructed. The cable can also be mostly hidden inside the stand itself so it looks neat and tidy.
Definitely a worthwhile purchase!
There are many things to like with these stands; the cable can be hidden inside the tube, they fit a wide range of speakers, they are solid and robust and not unattractive. Having seen other reviews I can happily state that mine came with spikes for the base and also had the correct screws for Samsung Q950A satellite speakers. I do not like buying from Amazon for a variety of reasons that are well publicised but made an exception because these stands are great.
Turned up very quickly in a sturdy box. On first appearance seems like alot of parts to put together but only takes a few mins as most parts are for various speaker types. I have a Samsung 950A system and was relieved to see a separate bag labeled Samsung speakers that contained the exact screws for my 950A rears. Only minutes to mount and setup so really pleased. Only negative is the power leads that Samsung supplied for rears are stupidly short(1m). So I’ll get the 2m or 3m at some point. Highly recommended.
Having read another review I bought these for my Samsung Q950a rear speakers. These are surprisingly sturdy stands and have a very wide variety of attachments. I was pleasantly surprised that the correct bolts are now included in a separate pack to fit Samsung rear speakers. The only thing you need to be wary of is that as they are telescopic and the head of the figure 8 plugs need to be narrow to fit inside the stands. The Samsung ones just fit but another I tried had too long a head to fit inside the tube.
Overall theses are great value for money and I don’t regret buying them.
These speaker stands are easy to assemble. I like the fact that they come with different varieties of screws and instructions for the various possibilities of mounting the speakers on them.
A great looking, well designed speaker stand that has no resonant issues and stand up well to the occasionally brush by living room traffic. Highly recommended!
Excellent speaker stands. Very well made and very sturdy. Love the way the stand hides the speaker wires/power cable so it looks very neat and tidy. They fit my Samsung Q950A rear speakers perfectly and now even come with the correct screws to fit the stand to the back of the speaker so very happy. The stands are not only height adjustable but they rotate 360 degree as well so you can position them exactly as you require. Very happy with my purchase and great value as well.
Very impressed with this product woodwork recommend to buy and easy to set up.
The stands are decent. I got a pair in order to use just one of them. In general I liked them and I recommend them. A better rating is 3.5 but certainly not 3.
The good:
* They look ok.
* They are fairly sturdy for the price and the shape they have.
* They have excellent instructions and are quite flexible with many options for multiple types of speakers.
The bad:
* A screw at the top of one of the stands failed to attach. It’s probably a manufacturing fault and I’d have got a replacement of I didn’t need just one.
* The speaker holder has an unfortunate shape that doesn’t work for Dali Zensor 1 Pico. See the attached picture. I solved it by slightly tilting the speaker.
* They wiggle a bit.
I think that they are ok for the price and I’d recommend them.
Fantastic set of speaker stands, comes well packaged, easy to read instructions, all parts are clearly identified with letter. Really can’t go wrong assembling these. They come with a variety of fixings to cover ever eventuality even down to hard floor (adjustable feet) and carpet spikes. Once assembled they are really sturdy, there’s no vibration from them and they are of excellent quality. Can’t really fault them at all. One point to note, they are fully adjustable both in height and for different speaker sizes and fitments.
hese stands are truly value you for money , as i have a KEF home cinema 5.1 surround , these are cheaper than KEF stands and do the same job , and look really cool to any room ten out of ten for me
It’s good quality easy to assemble with clear instructions. I was surprised to find that two screws were supplied to fit the Samsung speakers HW-Q90R or HW-Q950T when there’s no mention of it in the listing. I don’t know if they fit the latest 2021 Samsung unit the HW-Q950A. Check the listing carefully to see if your speakers will fit. A good buy.
Got these for my Samsung q950t sound system and they fit perfectly, they even came with screws that are for the for the sound bar. Took 10 minutes to assemble. Less than half price than other stands. Can’t recommend these enough.
Very quick delivery arrived next day of ordering easy to assemble good quality came with different fittings I bought these for Samsung Q950T soundbar and they are perfect fit for rear speakers
This is a very versatile pair of speaker stands with with all the adapters, screws and support one can ask for.
I’m using these stands to support a wharfdale centre speaker slightly tilted downwards, behind and over my TV. The speaker and stands together are very stable, although I would have preferred the bases to be a little weightier.
Great product, easy to assemble, it look very sturdy as well!
Great quality, very secure, very stable, look brilliant in any environment. Big plus is the versatility – different fittings for a wide range of different speakers. Detail is very good – wires track on the inside of the base and uprights, ideal for proper cablie housekeeping.
These speaker stands are pure quality, solid in construction with a comprehensive and logical arrangement of fixings.
I wanted a speaker stand for my Samsung SWA-9500S and these are perfect even including a separate bag of screws especially for Samsung.
Perfect for my new soundbar rear speakers . Sturdy , well packaged , easy instructions, arrived very quickly, would recommend.
These were one of the cheapest stands I could find on amazon however the quality does not show it. They are very good stands, I have carpet and they include carpet studs to ensure the stands do not move. The base is also small enough to fit under my sofa so they tuck away nicely.
I used this stand on the SWA-9500S and they fit very well, there is lots of adjustment options to ensure the speakers fit well and they do look like there were made for the speakers. Also the included screws were ideal for the speakers. It also has grommets for cables to run inside of the stand so it is not visible.
I would strongly recommend purchasing longer power cables for your speakers if you are using the grommet feature.
after 3 weeks , i was able to get the perfect rear speaker stand for my Samsumg hw-Q950T.
Sits perfectly, easy to install. Quality is just great and add elegance to your living. Highly recommended
Excellent bit of kit with different feet options, very adjustable
The surround speakers for LG SN11RG have a fixing hole in the bottom of the speaker box and this stand is not designed for this type of speaker. The M4 bolt provided with these stands can be used, but do it in this order
1 Put the speaker on the floor and turn it upside down (very awkward if you dont do this)
2 Push the M4 screw through the central hole in the fixing plate of the stand.
3 Bring the fixing plate together with the upside down speaker, aligning the protruding m4 with the speaker fixing socket – make sure the rear of the speaker is in alignment with the cable exit hole.
4 Fiddle around with the screw via the cable exit hole and try and give it a few turns – small hands would be best.
5 Once the screw is connecting get a thin screwdriver and tighten the screw.
6 – You can now assemble the stand but I found it easier to fix the bottom section of the pole to the stand base first and then feed the mains cable through from the bottom and then through the next section to the speaker. You can then connect the top section (with speaker attached) to the bottom.
7 As LG are very mean with cables, you will probably need to either get some extension mains cables or new longer figure of 8 ones as there is only about 12″ spare with the speaker positioned at the lowest level. I have one speaker connected with a long figure of 8 cable and one with the original, then plug both into a two way mains extension (saving mains sockets being all used up)
8 Point worth consideration – apparently the surround speakers should be the same height as the sound bar. I have a wall mounted 65″ screen and as the sound bar has to be about 4″ below the screen, its actually about 12″ lower than ear level. Not sure how important this is but everything sounds fine with the rear speakers being higher than the sound bar.
PS – if you prefer to make the stands a bit lower you can simply not use the bottom pole section. If you do, just connect the top pole to the base and hold a nut inside the tube while screwing a suitable sized bolt from the outside
For an easier screw fixing for the connection to the speaker you could try ordering an m4 40mm cap head or m4 40mm socket head cap screw.
Amazing quality of speakers stands. I’m so happy about this purchase. Very quick contact and express delivery. Highly recommend this seller. I will deffo come back in the future. 5* rating
Had to improvise and drill underneath the my wooden speaker. Well built stands and can take abuse
What a difference! Bought some from Argos, same price, broke during assembly. These however, are easy to assemble and you are immediately impressed with the quality. NO plastic! We’ve used them on relatively small surround sound speakers, but they would easily cope with huge speakers as they are so stable. So neat and stylish and great value for the quality.
Our speakers are quite heavy so needed something strong to hold them. After reading reviews decided to order these and so glad we did. Very strong and easy to assemble, look good too.
I bought these for my Sony rear speakers and they work fine. The Sony speakers are a bit small for the stand, but the stands come with fixings that allow you to adjust the positioning so that they look okay.
These speaker stands are great …I have a Q950T sound bar and they seem very sturdy and robust although they do seem to scratch a bit easily…
I also have to thank HOTLUSH on the review and the recommendations for the the bits and pieces required to make this perfect (longer cables and screw threads)
Over all very Happy at this price poi
Had to send them back because they are only good for small speakers.
Very high quality sturdy and could hold quite sizeable speakers with ease. Just one point to bare in mind if you have active speakers with a plug on you won’t be able to drop the wire down the middle unless prepend to cut the plug off and reattach.
Very easy to assemble and sturdy very good quality and value for money well impressed
Easy to assemble, will work with just about every speaker.
Good quality speaker stands with universal fixing points for all makes of rear speakers
Good build quality and easily supports the medium sized Mordant Short surround speaks.
Base is a little bigger than I would have liked but overall was the best option I could find for the 5KG speaker weight.
They are pretty chunky but far sturdier than other stands I have purchased for smaller surround speakers.
I purchsased these to mount the rear speakers for my new Samsung Q950T Soundbar system and they are great – the speakers look amazing on them. They are easy to put together and hold the speakers really well and can be adjusted to the optimum height for my room.
If I had one tiny niggle it is that the hole on the back to put the cables through is a bit tight to fit the powered leads through and I had to remove the rbber protactive ring to get them through, a small issue but still a great produc
These replaced my spindly lightweight speaker stands and are superb. Simple to put together, very solid, stable and easy to attach the speakers too. Very adjustable and look good in my home cinema setup.
The speaker wire routing could be a little neater, but thats it.
I’m so pleased with them as my LG SPK8 2.0 Wireless Rear Speakers fit perfectly on them. I would most certainly recommend – worth the money.
Nearly perfect, well made , the feet are fiddly and some what usless my main issue is the top speaker holder is just not sturdy enough to hold a decent speaker , like svs elevations they lean forward ,so if the manufacturer could address this and add another section to add height they would sell like hot cakes ., The accessories are excellent aswell.
Very well made stands, clear and easy assembly instructions. Ideal for LG SPK8 2.0 Wireless Rear Speaker Kit.
These stands are fantastic, Value for money and Lovely and sturdy.
In order to attach the LG SN11 Rear speakers to the stand you need to put one of the supplied screws into the cable hole and line up with the screw hole on the speaker. Tighten with a flexible screw driver and voila!
They are fantastic and easily adjustable to lower or raise higher.
Would be 5 stars if the base the was “X” shaped as opposed to a solid square, it can’t slide up right under/against a couch if a leg is in the way and or table legs for the same reason. Basically I have 1/4 meter of unused space vs 50-100mm if the base was X shaped. Doesn’t sound like a lot but in a UK flat this means moving or getting rid of other furniture to make speakers/the stand fit. Lastly none of supplied screws/bolts mated (threaded) with my JBL control one but luckily I had my own screws that worked.
Superb sturdy stands with plenty space up middle for your cable.comes with plenty of screws for most speakers but not for my samsung rear speakers.
I like that they are adjustable, and that you can feed the cables down the centre tube, which keeps everything neat and tidy. Using them for the rear speakers for Samsung Q950T soundbar. They come with a variety of fixing screws, but according to a review I read before ordering, not ones that fit this model of soundbar, so I ordered some separately at the same time. I like that they have base plates for the speakers, a lot of this type of stand doesn’t. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended and good value.
I wasn’t these speaker stands would suit but was pleased to find they worked well
After much deliberation and research, I opted to purchase these speaker stands as they appeared suitable for mounting my Dali Zensor 1’s. And boy, am I glad I did. Assembly was a breeze and the brackets for securing the speakers were the perfect fit – using the keyhole method for securing them.
The fact that they are manoeuvrable and make it simple to adjust the height just add to the overall pleasure. I usually opt for high-end stands due to the guaranteed quality and brand recognition, but these genuinely brought a smile to my face given their price and adaptability. Sure, they’re not the heaviest of stands and you can’t fill them to aid their sturdiness, but they certainly do the job they’re intended for and look superb, being that they’re all metal and look seamless once assembled.
For the price and service, these are a bargain and look more expensive once assembled. My neighbour commented on their look and was surprised at how little they cost.
Since fitting my speakers to these stands, I’ve honestly not enjoyed listening to my huge CD collection so much as they are now at the perfect height and angle for fully appreciating my music. The fact that they can be moved with ease, should the need arise, make these one of my best purchases of the year.
This is an honest, unsponsored review, written whilst listening to ‘Daydream Nation’ on CD for the first time in years instead of using downloads. They’re honestly that good.
Bought these to replace some terrible stands I had purchased about a year ago on Amazon. I have a roomba and the other stands would fall apart with the slightest tough due to poor build quality.
Don’t have that issue with these stands. They are extremely sturdy and go high enough that they are perfect.
I only have a couple of minor complaints and they aren’t really the fault of these stands. There aren’t fittings that adequately hold Samsung read surround speakers. This is a problem with Samsung rather than this manufacturers as Samsung customer service don’t even have any idea what size of bolts should be used to mount the speakers. These stands probably deserve higher quality speakers than what Samsung offers anyways.
2nd minor nitpick is that I wish the base was a bit thicker and heavier because my roomba effectively gets confused and mounts the bottom of the stand over and over again and will sometimes move it slightly or rattle the speakers loose. Again, not really an issue if you aren’t using crappy Samsung speakers or a roomba that’s not smart ebought to detect the stand bottom.
These stands are simple to assemble and provide a robust platform capable of supporting my Bose units size 420 x 270 x 250. They are flexible in hieght and secure when locked with no tendency to gradually drop under the load of the speakers.
Good quality stands they are designed for bigger speakers but there are plenty of mounting bracket accessories screws etc and they are sturdy with cable management top buy
9/10
Good chunky sturdy stand, will hold a good deal of weight. I bought them read for my Klipch speakers, but for now I have mounted some jvc ones. I had to screw them to the base as they had no mounting holes. I then use the supplied brackets to make a support for a make shift upfiring atmos speaker :).
Stands are quick to assemble, just a few screws and you cables are routed through the post.
All in a all a good purchase, my speakers before were just in the floor so directing sound at my feet :).
Edit: I thought I would update my review to say I have swapped out the JVC speakers as seen in the images with some Klipsch 51Ms (see last image). These speakers have no mounting holes and to be honest even if they did the brackets supplied with these stands would not have fit and would have interfered with the terminals. Anyways to secure these I have removed the rear mounting bracket used Velcro strips (official Velcro ones) and they hold the speaker perfectly, the grip is enough so that if you pick the speaker up it will pick the stand up with it.
Easy to build. Good sturdy design for the price, slightly bigger than what i needed but does the job
Easy and quick to assemble and attach to speaker. Instructions and labeling very clear. Very sturdy when setup due to weight in base. Look great and easy to adjust height and position. Lots of washer and screw types provided for different speaker connections.
Speakers stand is very stable. The only problem that I discovered is that the speakers need to be drilled to the base so that they do not slip. If you attach only in the rear, they will slide.
Excellent value. Great materials.
Chosen to use with the rear speakers from the Samsung HW-Q90R soundbar.
Pictures should hopefully show that they fit great.
You will though have to buy some extras to get it to fit just right.
The supplied fittings won’t work with the speaker you need a 1/4 – 20 UNC bolt. I recommend this one; https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00CI3KYKS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The power cable that comes with the speaker does not leave much cable to the plug socket if you thread it through the trunk. Most cables you can get though are too long on the right-angle part of the connector and leave the speaker wobbling about on the speaker base.
I’ve ordered this one which is a bit too long for my needs but gives me more flexibility to move them around;
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B085F1T4NS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Made from very sturdy metal tubing, this is surprising simple to put together. Instructions are idiot proof (tested), and you’ll have them together in minutes. I use them with Klipsch RP-402s which are slightly over the weight limit at 5.6 KG, but the stands still appear stable enough, but they are not in a high footfall location in the room.
The fixings to hold the speakers in place do not work out of the box with these speakers, but I had some 3/8 and 1/4 inch tripod screws (see https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B077PDJN48/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) that did the trick with just a little bit of fiddling. Overall very, very happy.
These stands come with a multitude of fittings for various types of speakers, They are easy to assemble and are neat easy to hide your speaker cable if you have them.
From opening the box to installation these are quality. I knew I didn’t have any holes for the various brackets and that I’d need to secure the speakers directly to the plate on top of the stand – very easy to do. They look amazing.
Pretty sturdy with the plate to take the weight of the speaker as well as the rear brackets securing things in place. These look the part as well.
I have Quad L-ite Plus Speakers each weighing 6.3kg, and these stands cope fantastically.
I mounted the brackets slightly differently from the manual as the Quad’s have 2 mounting holes one above each other, but there are so many fitting options that it should be easy to find something to work for most satellite speakers with bracket mounts.
It was a close fit, as the vertical bracket would only just fit between the binding posts on the back of the speaker, I could have mounted the bracket further out, but I feel that it would have been less sturdy, I am pushing the weight limit a bit as is.
These are definitely not for just resting speakers on, like the much larger hifi stands you can buy (atacama etc). You need to either fit the rear bracket, or screw into the speaker base.
I have the height adjustable poles set quite low to increase the rigidity, I am also not using the internal cable guide as my speaker wire wasn’t long enough, but there is loads of room.
I recommend placing some rubber protective pads on top of the plate that the speaker rests on to stop any scratches to the base of the speaker.
Very good for the money.
After much deliberation & receiving a fair few answers from other Buyers I decided to buy these stands. Received them next day with Prime so there.
Straight forward assembly however despite all the various Speaker fixings & answers from others, non of the bolts fitted my Speakers, ( Rears of Samsung HW-Q90R ) without in my opinion having to be forced threaded & even using spacers or washers. In the end I found some short enough Bolts that screwed in no prob and using a spacer. In all fairness not this Companys fault but as mentioned elsewhere a Samsung thread non compatability issue !. Also I purchased these so as to hide the Speaker Cables, unfortunately again the Samsung ones not really long enough giving enough scope for placing stands near plug sockets & being able to raise on stands, again a Samsung issue.
Overall though good value sturdy robust Stands, just wanted to point out not all Speakers will fit with ease without some improvisation.
I am using them with Yamaha Musiccast 20 speakers.
I am really happy with these speaker stands, they are really sturdy with a solid base that gives good support.
The introductions were very easy to follow though you could easily figure it all out without them.
As it is a universal stand, it comes with various ways to attach a variety of speakers.
I really like that they seperate each screw type, washer type etc into seperate sealed compartments in the bag, each clearly marked with a letter corresponding to the instructions for each speaker type it supports.
I recommend these to anyone looking for a solid stand that looks well and won’t cost a fortune like others I’ve seen when researching which to purchase. The purpose built ones for my speakers are 3 times the price for basically the same thing.
I love these stands they have far exceeded my expectations In quality and design. They are strong and very very easy to set up. They come with difference parts to suit a wide range of speakers but you won’t need all the mounting parts depending on your speaker mounting specifications. These stands are perfect for bookshelf speakers and fit my JBL control ones perfectly. They are robust and stay upright with no swaying like cheaper stands. If you’re looking for speakers stands just get these you won’t be disappointed.
Simple to put together and set up and will adjust for most rear speakers. The base plate is not very heavy and could easily tumble with weight of speaker and the bolts supplied do not fit the Samsung threaded sockets. I believe this is because Samsung use an unusual UNF thread size and is not fault of the speaker stands which are good value for money and the shaft size is large enough to accommodate speaker cables with right-angle heads, whereas the previous ones I had purchased would not. Good stands for the money.
Bought this to mount my LG SPK8 speakers on and there were no other reviews at the time so took a chance.
Out of the box the instructions do not help with mounting these speakers but they come with alot of screws washers and spacers. So i opened them all, ignored the instructions and was able to mount these speakers as shown in the photos.
You also do not need to use the screws half way up the stands which then allows u to rotate the speakers to any direction u like.
They are pretty sturdy too.
One of the product images shows what looks like a Q Acoustics 3010, yet there is no way to fasten that particular speaker to the stand. A bit misleading. Otherwise fine for what it is.
Does not fit Q Acoustic 3010i if you qant them for other speaker the stands are well made
Used these with some monitor audio bronze bookshelf speakers which are a little over the maximum rated spec (5.3KG). They situate themselves just fine and despite being over the max weight limit.
Stands were easy to assemble and I would recommend anyone who was looking for a decent stand solution.
These stands are solid quality and very easy to assemble. You have various brackets and ways to fasten your speakers, depending on their type. I was trying to use these for Onkyo front speakers which are 46cm tall, the maximum compatible height advertised here. Unfortunately, these stands were unsuitable, otherwise I would’ve kept them.
But I could definitely recommend them for another set of speakers, especially smaller ones.
Excellent value speaker stands, easy to assemble and good quality, they are robust and secure. The top plate is just slightly (about 5mm each side) larger than a Sonos Play1 and the rear mounting fittings are easy to adjust or modify to fit most speaker types. The end result is a very neat setup with the power cables running down the tube for extra neatness.
Great quality stands. I searched a lot of speaker stands on here but These are by far the best with the adjustable mounting base, and inner tube to hide the wires which was really good as my fixings were are the bottom of the wall, and finally the weight of the stands is very good to prevent toppling over.
Very well made product,
Instructions are clear and easy to follow, the screws & tools provided are also clearly labelled & separated which is god as some look almost identical. The cable management is a bonus for
Me & this will fit fairly decent sized surround speakers comfortably. The base is sturdy & wont be knocked over easily.
