When I got it I thought it was a bit pricey for what it is but after using for a while I can say it’s one of the best accessories you can get. The confort is supreme and it stays on your hand well so you aren’t concerned it’s going to slip out of your hand

I’ve found these to be a very useful addition to my Quest 2 – particularly while playing more vigorous games or fitness apps. You can’t drop the controllers which gives you a lot of confidence and aids immersion.

I originally had grips with Velcro and they did not stay down kept rolling up I wanted to get grips that did not have Velcro this time and these grips are perfect I love the elastic band its sooo much easier to deal then Velcro! They are comfortable and easy to apply definitely recommend!

My last grip was giving me many issues and within a week of using this product I already love it. For one the grip doesn’t interfere with the buttons and doesn’t restrain your hand from reaching to the top buttons either. Very snug and the anti slip works so well that I don’t even worry about holding on to the controlle

I really like this product and it sets out to do exactly what it claims, It’s comfortable and operates nicely but I found myself not using them half the time. They’re great at what they do but I would urge you to reconsider if you actually want grips like this for your VR at all, I think they’re not necessary to enhance the experience.

Sometimes especially in shooting games if holding a pistol the grips seem to be slightly off centre from the strap that goes around your knuckles

These are so easy to put on the controllers. And they are smooth and semi soft. Others I’ve tried were hard, annoying to put on and uncomfortable. I’m so happy to find these! They are awesome to use for workouts in VR. In Supernatural there’s so many arm movements in the air and fast ones. These allow me to grip on well and use the straps instead of only the sketchy strings from the original controller. Now I put on the controllers first by tightening the string on my wrists as extra safety and then use the grips on this cover.
PS the grips have Velcro so it can adjust to your hand size snd how tight you want it. Love!!!!

Love - great grip esp for VR workouts

It’s not a perfect fit but it’s close! It fits the HP Reverb G2 pretty well! I love the textured grips and the knuckle straps! You can get in and out faster with the knuckle straps compared to having to fiddle a bit with the wrist straps. The textured bumpy grips makes the controllers more stable in the hands. I can wave and try to throw and let go of the handle of the controllers and they will not fly off from my hands! I thought taking these off for battery replacements would be a pain since it was designed for the Oculus Touch Controllers which have a smaller handle size but nope, they came off pretty easy! I think this is a nice upgrade! I highly recommend!

Great little product. Makes the controllers feel safer in the hands. Took me a while to figure out the instructions but not that difficult.
Allows you to be protected with the normal controller loops and the hands grips at the same time

These grips are the best so far. They are comfortable, sturdy, and ergonomic. Just everything about them is awesome. The only thing I worry about is the elastic bands. They don’t seem very strong. But the good thing about that is I can buy elastic replacements in any craft store. The rest of it is totally worth it. I tried many different items and this is going to be the winner. If you want grip they’re going to last, these are the grips to buy. They are for any size hand that’s most important. I have small hands and my son has big hands and he was breaking the grips they were ripping all the time. With the elastic in the way that they have designed the grips, there’s no worry about him ripping the actual Foundation at the grips.

Superb, I didn’t like them at first, made the controller feel off set and awkward but once I got the positioning and strap set correctly I wouldn’t want to be without them now, controllers stay connected to the hand even when your hand is open and give far more security in vigorous apps like boxing or swordplay.

I was a little unsure at first. Out of the box they looked kinda cheap and not designed as well as they could be. Although after using them for hours and hours they are fantastic! I primary bought them for playing a game called Boneworks, an extremely realistic game that (with valve index) can track every finger. Anyway being able to let the controllers go and interact in VR with an open palm is great. It stays in a good position when going from completely open palm to closed hand which is great for a little added realism in VR. Now you can’t flail your arms around with open hands and expect these things to stay glued to your hands but they grip very well for normal and sometimes intense gameplay. Overall I’m very satisfied!

It has a good grip so it doesn’t feel slippery when you play for longer period, especially when your hands become sweaty due to a action games. Also the rubber band around your hands allows you to open your hands to relax after you squeezing the controlers quite tightly, without needs to put them down, for instance when a game is loading next level. Also the rubber band gives you the comfort, meaning that controlers wouldn’t slip out of your hands accidentally. Good product, its very handy and comfortable.

I originally bought other grips that were soft rubber and fitted over the whole ring as well. Since I had access to these AMVR grips as well, I experimented extensively with one of each grip on the controllers as well as comparing one of each grip to the other controller with no grip at all on it. These AMVR grip were the clear winners. They had no tracking issues I could discern, unlike the soft rubber ones which certainly did (unless I removed the rubber covering the ring). I also preferred the hard plastic grip of the AMVR grips. I found that during hard play with the soft rubber grips, the grips tended to slip slightly from gripping and re-gripping which I found hindered play somewhat. I also like that these AMVR grips actually extend the length of the grip slightly which makes them easier to hold in my view. One note regarding this, don’t try to jam the grip onto the shaft of the controller. They are not meant to sit flush with the bottom of the controller. If you do this, you may have a tough time trying to remove them to replace the batteries.

To start the product is not damaged that I can tell but the box was. I’m not sure if is sent one like that or not because the package this box came in was not damaged. It seems to work just fine. Only two problems I’ve had is the elastic bands were kind of frayed on the end and the controllers do not really fit in the quest 2 carrying case with this on. I got it to kind of fit but I’m not sure how well that will be for traveling so I’ll find out soon. Other than that they seem to fit ok from what I can tell.

I was unsure about getting these due to some reviews saying they wouldn’t fit on quest 2 controllers; but I chose to take a chance because they were a good price. I’m glad I did. They fit the quest 2 just fine (what doesn’t fit is the nose cover and the visor covers, but I got this for the controller handles, not the extras), they may not go in completely snug like a second skin (there will be about a third of an inch of space between the bottom of the controller and the bottom of the handle) but it doesn’t affect the grip or functionality at all. If you put them in correctly (not very hard to do, left with left, right with right) they are perfectly functional with no setbacks. These grips do wonders for Beat Saber mobility

I ordered these after being convinced by my friend to get them.
Long story short, they seem to be designed for a very fixed grip, they have ridges where the end of your fingers should be placed that actually start to aggitate my hand if I don’t have my fingers exactly where they should be, which I rarely don’t, I end up gripping right on the ridges which makes the whole thing a bit uncomfortable after holding them firmly for a while.

Other than that, I enjoy the feel of the whole thing, they do their job pretty well, it is just a shame about their forced ergonomic structure they have for them.

Fantastic product, also included were extra’s in case of breakage or wear.

While these will fit the quest 2 controllers, I feel it’s a bit misleading to advertise these as made for the quest 2. The require a very firm push to get them to fit, and the wind go all the way to the bottom, the do fit and provide a decent grip. However, the ergonomics are slightly out of whack with the quest 2 controllers which can make it pretty uncomfortable in some games reaching all the buttons. Overall I’m happy with them, the controllers feel better compared to without the grips. Would recommend for the time being, until something designed for the quest 2 controllers come ou

I was hesitant as these were pretty much designed for Quest 1 but they fit the Quest 2 as well.. A snug fit and do the trick just fine, great peace of mind know that the control won’t go flying if you get a bit exciting while killing zombies or looking for a K.O. on the 3rd round.

I think now there’s Q2 specific grips, buy those for sure.

I just wanted to buy a pair of cheap grips for my Quest 2 and these had a lot of reviews of people saying they’re good and fit.
They do in fact fit the quest 2 controllers, and i’ve been using them for awhile now.

The people comparing these to Mamut VR grips and saying these are better, is not true.
I’ve owned Mamut VR grips since they’ve came out and the quality/feel is much superior on those.
The price can’t be beat on these AMVR grips, and they are essentially the same thing as mamut grips…factor that in with the convenience of them on amazon with fast shipping. (Fast shipping, low price, same idea..instant buy)

The things slacking on these that maybe are improved on different versions (they have listings for multiple grips that all look identical but with different names and slight changes) is the actual “knuckle strap”
The strap frays the moment you cut it and try to feed it through the bottom clip.
They also used a staple on the end of the strap that rests right up against your controller (possible cosmetic damage to your controller from the friction of the staple against it?) that part blew my mind as to why they would use a cheap thick staple and not stitching on the end of it.

These controller grips are easily the BEST purchase I have made for my Oculus Rift S.

Without these grips, playing fast-paced games of any kind is not only risky, but is downright un-fun.

Playing Beatsaber on the standard Rift-S controllers will see the magnetic Batter covers slipping and sliding all over the place. Even playing games like Asgards Wrath, Stormlands, Rec Room, and Half-life: Alyx have the same problems.

These grips not only solve that problem, but they also allow you to relaxy your grip on the controllers without having to worry about them falling out of your grip!

These grips are comfortable, sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and SIGNIFICANTLY improve my VR experience.

I wish I could rate this product 10 Stars.

I cannot recommend these enough. Do you have a Rift S? THEN WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! BUY THESE GRIPS!

Fit my Oculus Quest 2 controllers and it came with a light bleed nose insert which was easy to install and helps with immersion. They had a couple strap options to install and I opted for the ones that matched Beat Sabre colors, cute idea I really liked and there are additional clips to ensure that the fit is as tight or as loose as you like. Overall super happy, and outstanding product and delivery highly recommend this to help with your grip 🙂

These knuckles style grips are awesome. The thick elastic strap with the tensioners work great, and I had no problem using it with my tiny hands, and my friend with giant hands liked them as well. I can fully release the controller while throwing things in Boneworks and HLA, and I have no qualms using it for Beat Saber, though, I’ll probably order AMVR’s Beat Saber handles.

I like the rubber straps as it feels more comfortable to hold the controllers. I expected the sleeves to be a more rubbery plastic so it would help stay in my hand, but its the same plastic as the controller unfortunately. The molding does make the controller feel a little more ergonomic, but I would have rather had a rubbery material than anything.

I don’t see a need for the velcro bits and the nose thing isn’t for me. I guess I have a big nose. The eye guard is a nice addition, though it seems a little large.

Overall I’m not disappointed because the straps help a ton, but I really wish the sleeves were “stickier.” Everything else is a bonus

I love these on the quest 2 but it may be because i have big hands… i can see this being too big for some people on the quest 2,
also when putting them on or taking them off the quest 2, they are very tight so slowly wiggely them on and off and grip your controller by the middle, not by the tracking ring, that thing is real weak…. after a bit u can figure out a way of getting them on and off easily, without damaging anything…
but thanks to new battery life its very rare i have to remove them….
so all in all i love these on the quest 2, the pinky finger imprints feel like a pistol grip
ALSO its meant to be around your knuckles… the picture presented by the listing is all wrong
so 5/5 as they are NOT INTENDED for quest 2 but still work great…. Perfect if you have big hands

EDIT: i forgot they included so much extra bits in the package like the extra straps, and clamps, and even a free lens cover… just really nice package all togethe

I bought these grips for my Oculus Quest 2. They work really well, and we’re really simple to install. It is better to be able to actually let the controller go when you play games that require you to throw or drop things. It just feels better, and my aim for throwing is much improved. One thing I really like is that it allows for the original security wrist straps to still be used as well as the hand strap. Only things that don’t work the best are the nose piece and eye covers. Worry that the eye covers is a little rough and don’t want it to scratch. Overall great buy though.

I’d been looking for good grips from the day I got my Quest 2, because I have big hands and tend to sweat easily. I went through a dozen products and came across this one, saw good reviews and bit the bullet. Best accessory for my Quest 2 yet. These changed the way I play games entirely. Beat Saber I dont have to hold the grips so tightly, shooters like Zero Caliber, I feel more confident holding the second grip because of the straps, and any other game where i just need to use a finger or two, i can let go because the straps hold the controllers in place. Not to mention the grips are really comfortable and add a little more girth for my hands. These are extremely customizable for different hand sizes and are well made. 3 strap colors came with mine to choose from, and a lens protector. I already recommended them to friends and would do it again.

I’ve been using these with about a week now and, they’re a must have. Without these, the controllers felt really weird for me. Maybe it’s the size of my hands but, something didn’t feel right. These grips sorted that right out. With the added benefit of the knuckles like strap. They are far more comfortable. They are well built with a kind of thick rubber. Very durable. Bought these grips for my Quest 2 but unfortunately they move the hand to an uncomfortable position on the new Touch Controllers. I tried them on my Quest 1 and they felt perfect for that so will keep them but I don’t think these should be marketed for Quest 2 use as the button position is different.

On the plus side I would say this is a company that cares and everything was well packaged and there was spare parts and a lens cover. Really well made and a great item. I look forward to a proper Quest 2 version and I’ll buy right away!

Bought these, curious if they’d work on Oculus Quest 2 controllers. Surprisingly, they do. It’s also a lot easier to install them as the Quest 2 controller default straps can be removed easily now.

Instructions are written in slightly broken English, but easy enough to understand. Took me about 5 minutes to get the first strap installed, 1 minute for the second. You get 4 designs to choose from: two identical white straps, then one red and one blue.

They’re not as satisfying as the Index Knuckles, but they’re good enough. I’ll continue playing around with the configuration, but until a much better design comes out, these will do fine. And at $20 it’s a good deal.

The grips are fine, and they do “fit” the Quest 2 controllers, but I have to knock off a star because they are way too tight. I ended up heating them up using a heat gun and stretching them out by hand before fitting them on, and even after there’s still a good 6-7mm of open space at the bottom of the grips as seen through the hole for the strap (probably can get it looser with more effort). The grips themselves are comfortable and do perform well. The nose pad wasn’t useful for the quest 2 (nose gap still very big) but the lens cover fits fine and covers the lens, but not very tightly. Overall I’m satisfied with what I got but it’s not without some compromises.

I find these to be well built, the instructions were clear and they work exactly as advertised. The new controllers of Oculus have one fault that I am sure they placed with good intentions. The battery placement cover is held on by magnets that will cause the cover to slip off during games requiring active movement therefore ruining your in-game experience. The solution ???…. This particular grip cover ! …. Works sweet, especially in beat sabre 🙂 … Eric

Got these after checking out many comparison video reviews, and was satisfied with my purchase. The hard rubber was not as uncomfortable as expected, hardly noticed it. Straps felt great with the adjustable tension.

Only room for improvement is the velcro bands at the top are long and difficult to undo, making controller battery replacement a bit more of a chore than it should be.

Awesome bit of kit, fits very snug and the sraps offer a surprising amount of sturdiness, the nose peice works well and is very descrete (the nose peice can be placed or stuck with the double sided tape it comes with under the face mask and is held in place with the pressure from the mask being clicked in place). The protective cover isnt anything special but it does the job well and wont fallout in anycase due to the tight and secure fit ( its a peice of hardend card covered in a felt material but will stop sun damage/ dust/ minor bumps)

Being able to fully open my hand is such a minor thing but it adds so much more immersion when gripping/releasing objects in VR. You forget that you’re holding a controller.

The box included 2 grips, 3 or 4 fasteners, and 4 straps. They’re very generous to include additions just in case. They also included 2 VR accessories unrelated to the product which was so nice of them. A lens cover for when your VR is not in use and a nose flap which I believe is for light leakage.

Makes it easier to hold the controllers, you don’t have to keep a death grip on them. You can relax your hands during play, and not have to set the controllers down!

These are great, it’s a quality product, touch controllers feel natural and sturdy in the hand and have a bit more heft to them for games like beat Saber. The knuckles strap is a game changer, keeps controller safe and less fiddley than the normal oculus straps. Recommend if you want a bit more grip and valve like knuckle straps. All of.this feels well.made, nothing feels cheap.
