Gorgeous dinned set, fabulous quality.. however, huge! I didn’t measure up or pay attention to the size. Buyer beware, they are big! (Having to rearrange a storage place for them now!)

Good looking and strong plates. Had one chipped plate but was replaced with no problems. Packaged well but we were just unlucky with one plate. Will definitely look for matching cups and other bits from this selle
Great experience with seller as one set arrived crushed and was offered replacement. I’m absolutely in love with these. They look so stylish, fab design, exactly like the photo, also are nice and heavy, large enough for any meal and occasion. No issues with putting in dishwasher or microwave. Worth the price. The set is beautiful. I was very sad that my plates broke in the dishwasher … but after talking to the seller, it turned out that he would send me another, completely new set. I am very happy because this set is really high quality
Sadly it was delivered one very heavy box attached on top of another, so the box on the bottom took all the weight, bottom 2 dishes completely smashed, which cut me as I lifted them out. I don’t really want to return the whole item for 2 dishes. I think if they break during transit to me perhaps not very durable, stick with Wedgwood I guess. I am updating from 3 stars to 5 as communication was excellent, replacement delivered promptly, excellent service.

These are so beautiful and much more sturdy than they look through the pictures. They are fairly thick as well, tough to break. You won’t regret the purchase!

My wife and I purchased two sets of the blue / green plates and they are stunning
We used customer service with a small unglazed on just one plate but the response was quick and replacement sent out immediately

Bought a 16 piece 4 person set and it arrived within the time specified. 2 small dishes were broken. Contacted the seller, sent pictures and simply asked for 2 replacement bowls (the best packed pottery can break in transit and the parcel looked like it had taken a serious knock). They sent me a full set as replacement and said to keep the first ones as well!

Very well packed however one of the bowls was broken when it arrived, I contacted them and they are very responsive. Linda in customer service who helped me with my problem was very nice and polite and sent a replacement in a couple of days, with no problem what so ever!

Unfortunately of the 27 items delivered, 2 of the bowls in the dinner set were damaged on delivery. But I sent a message to the seller with pictures and they sent me replacements with no hassle at all.
So I am really happy with the items and am probably going to get more at some point, and the customer service was faultless.

We looked for a long time for a large plate size, that was durable and beautiful and this set has checked every box! The dinner plates are large and stylish, while the salad plates are stylish and the perfect smaller size. The mugs are very classy to perfect the look of the entire set. My other half picked this and I had reservations but it arrived well packed and in good order. The plates are all good sized and look expensive. One thing to note is that every plate is slightly different the non red parts are a full spectrum from green blue grey that adds to the overall style.
Ordered the Stern Blue color, within 10 minutes customer service let me know they were out of that color which was fine. They sent me the Blue Green and they are beautiful! None were broken on arrival because they were packaged really well. Will order again if I ever need a new set 🙂
I received the box of dishes and realistically expected one or two to be broken. At the bottom of the soup plates was one broken dish.. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement which I received 4 days later. Super happy at their responsiveness. The dish quality is great. They are beautifully glazed and feel like good quality. Already ran them through the dish washer with no issues.

My set is more blue than green I’d say. But it’s beautiful and durable. I had them for few months now and they have no chips (knock on a wood) . Dishwasher and microwave safe. No problems with them. They are not lightweight though. But I like that the set has variety of sizes.

These dishes are amazing all around. Very heavy, sturdy, amazing color. My only complaint is they’re a touch thick for some dishwasher spots so have to load creatively, but that also makes me feel better about overall quality of them. They’re think and durable.

Scratches on plates and the cups had some kind of film on them. I will run them through the dishwasher to see if that helps.

I love my new set, I actually bought 2 sets , however, I was a bit disappointed that there are some flaws on the plates, side and dinner.
Everything else is great but just a bit let down by the flaws.
Fantastic looking and feeling products. Well worth the price.
Being square means they fit into cupboards much easier and take less space, sounds obvious but it makes a huge difference.
Had a small issue with delivery, the box was damaged in transit and unfortunately a bowl got broken.
The supplier was superb to deal with and replaced without quibble.
Would definitely recommend these items and company. Simply excellent which can be a surprise these days.

Recd dinner set very quickly. Plates are of a good heavy quality and definately met/exceeded my expectations. One of the plates had a slight scratch but after contacting the seller they sent a replacement out straight away which i have recd with thanks. Really pleased with my purchase
I had been looking around for a good quality black square dinner service for sometime and then found this one.
Initially I purchased the 32 piece set, which unfortunately when they arrived one dinner plate was broken and a bowl was chipped.
After contacting the supplier and sending photos, they promised replacements ASAP, as at the time they didn’t have the stock.
Whilst waiting for the replacement items we also found that the glaze on one of the mug handles hadn’t taken and the bare porcelain showed through. Again sending a photos, the supplier promised as a good will gesture they would send a whole new 16 piece dinner service.
This arrived a few days later with no issues or broken bits.
I absolutely love my new dinner set although still trying to get used to the weight of the dinner plates vs my old ones

They are heavy so they seem even more expensive and good for the illusion of more on your plate.
The big size is great for dinner and the small is great for breakfast.
The colour is a deep, resonating blue and just what I was looking for. Plates were the perfect size, bowls are good for cereal, soup, rice etc, cups are not mug like but more than adequate. Not sure on durability, I’m careful on washing and do so by hand, but I have already noticed a slight chip in one bowl. I didn’t check upon arrival so perhaps it was my fault, if so, they may well be a tad delicate. But that said, they look just as I hoped they would and I have high standards.
They are ceramic so heavy my previous plates were ceramic and I like that weight. I love the colour and the glaze. The dinner plates are really large, being a woman I find I use the side plates more than the dinner plates to eat off. The bowls are really deep, would probably hold a good chunk of box of cereal, ideal for hungry teenagers, not really dessert bowls. I don not normally gush over products but I am with this. Sorry forgot to mention the mugs are excellent also, they are latte size, not small. I have only used a couple of times so cannot comment on durability, but had my last set 20 years and still have at least half of the set.,,,, will give an update then!

Stoneware is good quality. Very pretty. Customer service is excellent.
Only reason a 4 star is given for weight, is these are heavy like stone ware. Friends with arthritis find them heavy. Personally…love this set.
