I use this camera for online meetings and it gives clear videos as specified, even in the low light conditions. So far, I am happy with the product. It was delivered quickly and all the accessories were given.
Pros:
– Noticeably better image quality compared to C920, especially in the low light conditions.
– Autofocus seems to be working quickly and stably. Again, autofocus in C920 tends to get stuck.
– Privacy cover is easy to slide. Still, the cove ron C920 is the best.
– Cover does not block the On light.
– Detachable USB-C cable with USB-A adapter.
– Versatile mount.
– Three FOV angles to choose from are nice.
Cons:
– You have to install Anker’s software to configure the camera (FOV angle, framing) but has to be done just once.
– Auto-framing feature is a cool gimmick but not useful in practice. It often gets stuck chopping a portion of the face.
– Gets warm.
Though I wanted every time that the CF302 comes out better so that I can justify my research, decisions, spend amount, and boost confidence, every time I felt to go back to the old dark horse, the CF300.
Finally I don’t need to run a program just to have the video working. I came from Logitech cameras, and on a Mac they all require you to have their app and Zoom running at the same time. Not useful, or easy. However, this Anker camera is amazing, plug and play. I only open their app to adjust settings and do software update, but other than that it just magically works with Zoom. Quality is amazing, everyone keep telling me how sharp my video always looks. Very good low light quality and it’s not bulky or has weird cables. Superb product.
I acquired an Anker PowerConf C302 as soon as they were released in the UK towards the end of 2021. I upgraded from a Logitech HD Pro C920 (which had served me well). Although I liked the idea of having a 4K webcam, the reality is that it would be overkill for my purposes and the extra cost and processing time involved, overall, were prohibitive. However, as a 2K device, I found Anker’s version to be a perfect compromise, with a clarity I suspect most users would be unable to distinguish from 4K.
When a problem arose, I sought help from Anker, but with reticence, expecting it to be an unpleasant and frustrating experience as such situations usually tend to be. However, I was fortunate enough to liaise with their representative, Ada P, whose level of customer care and attention to detail was second to none. Over the course of several e-mail exchanges, she was consistently prompt, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, successfully resolving my initial issue and going on to help with further queries. Ada stuck with my case, throughout—a welcome change from the more familiar experience of being passed from one person to another, and it was clear that she really cared about her work and achieving customer satisfaction.
In use, my PowerConf C302 is working well, giving me great results, and its accompanying software, AnkerWork, is more comprehensive and much easier to use than that of its Logitech predecessor. Anker regularly issues updates to AnkerWork, so keeping on top of emergent issues and making improvements.

This web cam works as advertised. The face tracking feature is pretty cool and is automatic. I bought this camera to live stream on my Xbox Series X and it recognized the camera right away. I also used it on my MacBook Pro and it also worked perfectly with it too. I highly recommend this product to anyone that’s live streaming or if they’re looking to upgrade their current web cam.
I need a great camera to conduct work and meet with clients if I am not in the office or meeting in person.
Having the Anker C302 is a mus
I’m very impressed with this camera. I wanted something with an effect similar to Apple’s “Center Stage” feature without the expense of buying a new computer. This camera delivers on that. It’s also far superior (in image quality, lighting and field of view) to the default 720p webcam built-in to the 2017 iMac. I needed a camera that could fit multiple people in frame for video calls, and this is much better than what we had before. Thank you, Anker and Amazon!
Edit: The solo and group automatic framing work just dandy if one person’s in the frame, but as soon as we added a second person to the frame, the AI doesn’t know how to respond and jumps between different sizes so rapidly that we had to turn off all AI framing. Hopefully Anker will fix this in a software update. So in the end, if definitely doesn’t replicate “Center Stage” with more than one person in frame, but the quality, lighting and FOV are still big winners.
Love this little camera for my remote home office work, the auto focus and zoom functionality as well as the ability to improve the image look with the software on my Mac is great, I love that I am streaming in super high quality on my video conferences I come off much more professional. I will be buying these for my team to use as well! Another great value from Anker, keep it up!
