My son had a broken arm, perfect product for the support. Adjustable, comfortable & value for money.
Bought for my daughters (11 years) broken elbow.
Even with a pot on, my daughter was finding that her arm ached because she had no support for her arm. Since buying this sling she’s alot more comfortable and can move around without her arm aching.
Very comfortable. Good that the Velcro straps can be detached completely and put where you need them.
This sling gives good support but the fastener is very strong and difficult to undo. Needs more padding round the neck

comfortable to use, however if you are cack-handed like me the velcro fittings stick to each other/random bits of the sling when you try to put it on!

It’s very good quality , way better than the one I got from hospital. Disappointed there are no instructions on how to use the back band so I don’t bother. Glad I bought though.
Very good support for the taller person, excellent when out as big enough to go around light coat. Did not give final star as made from neoprene like material so not breathable when used without jacket against skin!
Broken elbow which didn’t require a cast but did need support. Used this to replace the flimsy affair provided by the hospital and it worked a treat. Just make sure you order the right size.
This is an excellent product, very comfortable and probably very similar to the ones used in hospitals. Highly recommend it!
The size I think you would need a larger size I bought a medium but had to get a Large.
This item is almost exactly as it appears on the photograph, and provides good stabilisation to my shoulder. I say almost because I have long forearms, and the size I ordered (Medium) provides no support to my wrist. This is not a problem for me because I have a problem with my shoulder. If my injury had been to my wrist rather than my shoulder, I would have returned the item for a bigger size, probably XL. My advice is this is a good product. My advice, this is a good product but go for a big size if you need wrist support.
This sling is fully adjustable for comfort and the progress / improvement of your injury. Don’t bother with anything temporary or cobbled together when this purpose made device is available. It really helped my healing progress. AND it can be washed and used again if needed.

Double fracture of the radius elbow end, , not put into a cast to allow the ligaments to flex slightly. Found this sling but pressure on the fracture point and became increasingly uncomfortable after a short time.
Came back from hospital with the frayed handkerchief they give you and decided on this.
Very happy, allows flexibility to position as best suits, relatively easy to get on (injury itself of course prevents it being a cinch). Comfortable fit.

I only use this intermittently for shoulder pain, but it’s very comfortable for the time I use it. The velcro adjustment makes it feel secure. The strap is slightly padded giving comfort, and the thumb holder also adds to the security. Overall very pleased.

Broken my wrist and this is perfect, supportive and very easy to use. Very well made. I wanted one that had a bit of structure, and this one does. It doesn’t pull on the neck either. I’d be lost without this.
Downside, far smaller than the measurements seem to say. I ordered a medium, which was too short. Ordered a large and it’s perfect.

Unfortunately it was the wrong sort of sling. My husband should have been sent home from hospital with a “collar and cuff” sling instead of a cheesecloth triangle, which I found impossible to put back on. The sling itself which I bought would otherwise have been ideal.
I was advised by the doctor to keep my arm raised after an operation but not provided with any support to do this. The sling was perfect to help until the stitches were removed. Good quality and lightweight. It is also reversible and came with an additional closing strap.
Just what I needed for the support for my recent shoulder injury..
Comfy as the one supplied by the hospital – much better quality though. As I needed a sling long term I bought this so that I could rotate with the hospital supplied sling and wash them. I washed this item in a 40 deg as stated and it shrank. It was fine for me as I’m very petite and it actually made it fit better. However, for the average person this may be a problem. Perhaps a hand wash may be better, but then if you have your hand in a sling that is t possible!
No problem at all , just for convenience the waist strap can be removed unless there has been an issue with dislocation. A further improvement could be with a more padded neck strap , a problem with most on the market .
Perfect fit for my 12 year old daughter. Used for a broken collarbone. She found it very comfortable and supportive. Much better than the standard triangular bandage sling that the NHS supplied.
full support for both elbow and wrist. its easy to adjust whist on its comfortable and gives that extra comfort with it being padded I would recommend or even buy it again if need be. the price is a bargain.

Apart from an initial struggle with the velcro, the splint does its job. It weighs next to nothing…would recommend the splint if you are told that medically its in your interest to wear one.
Bought this for my son who has a broken collar bone. Being an adjustable sling allowed him to get and keep his arm in the correct position thereby allowing the broken ends of the bone to fuse together, while being comfortable and supported. A very good practical piece of equipment.

This sling was perfect for our needs. My partner had a shoulder and rotator cuff injury and was released from hospital with a standard NHS cloth sling. No matter what he did, he couldn’t get comfortable and within hours, the back of his neck was red raw. He even had to sit upright to try and sleep. I bought this sling, based on the reviews and it was instant relief for him. The sling was light-weight, supportive and very comfortable to wear. I followed the advice of other reviewers and went up a size, which was an ideal fit.
I got him a small adult size but he could have probably also worn a medium adult too.
Very happy with this item as it’s being worn all day without issue so is helping the bone to knit as effectively as possible.

I had an operation on my shoulder (rotator cuff repair) which involves wearing a sling all the time for at least six weeks. The sling I bought from amazon is black so goes with more outfits than the standard issue royal blue one! So vain I know but what you can wear after the op is really limited Ponchos are a godsend by the way. This one is comfortable easy to use and easy to adjus

We left hospital following my husband’s operation with a flimsy sling which actually caused him to jar himself with the fear of being knocked. This product has been an absolute Godsend and has given my husband the much needed support that he needs right now. Would not hesitate to recommend it.
There are no instructions so it took a while to work out where all the different straps went, but once on, it is comfortable. The only problem is that the Velcro joining the neck strap is partly next to my skin so that is really scratchy unless you tie something round it.
Such a relief as a replacement for the sling given by the hospital for a broken collarbone. Thankyou

Really great product Son had a hand injury and surgery, we were given a fairly decent sling from the NHS however it did fall to pieces. Ordered this one, immediately my son said it was more comfortable, secure and easy to use. This is a good piece of kit and quality is very good.
