First one I have had one of these, and for the price I am very happy means I don’t have to carry my phone every where to track my steps, if you don’t use any exercise programs on it, the battery last about 4 day but if you do use them for about 2-3 hours, you will need to charge once a night but it does not take long so don’t mind I have had for a few weeks now and am happy so far.

Love this smart watch. Receives alerts for messages within a short distance from phone which is handy at work and being able to add your own photos to the watch face is a bonus as well. Highly recommend.
It really helps to track my sleep but I love that it keeps check on my blood pressure.
I really like that you can set up the face to suit what you want to see. Although I want to keep track of my sleep and activity, the blood pressure app is so helpful.

After sending back at least 3 watches from different buyers from Amazon this is by far the best – I use it for my exercising from Spinning to Body pump, road cycling and more – its better than an Apple Watch and my gym buddies who have the Apple watch cannot believe what I paid for it nor can they believe that its exactly or the same as their Apple watches – I would buy this as its battery life is amazing and it has lots of apps – one to remind me to drink water on my non gym days – its a steal

Outstanding for price
This watch is amazing for the price. I’ve had 2 Fitbit charge 4 that have both broke. This is a much better watch in my opinion and much more accurate especially for calorie estimation (walking).
It’s very cool with lots of great faces. I love its look and the strap is very comfortable. It records sleep well but I’m a little disappointed that it only records nighttime sleep.
I had a little bit of an issue getting it to charge but I did a factory reset and that appears to have worked.
I can’t comment on battery life because I’ve only been wearing it for 2 days. Overall I’m really pleased with it.

A few drawbacks but basically an Apple Watch without the price and a longer battery life
Very good watch all round. The raise to wake screen is annoying as it 99% of the time doesn’t work and the button can be temperamental to put the screen on. Overall great apps and tracking. Basically a Apple Watch without the price.

Great for the price
Great watch for the price. Only issues is that the strap has broken after only a couple of weeks. Apart from that you can’t ask for more when you pay less than 30 for this watch.

Watch is very comfortable to wear. Strap tucks into inside which makes it lie flat. Bit awkward at first.

I bought this watch for my husband, the one he had was really bad so I thought I’d replace it with this watch. Given the price this watch is great value and my husband is very pleased with it. I’ve given 4* instead of 5* because of 2 minor issues, the first one is instead of having buckle on the watch strap to push the excess strap into it has a hole cut out, which you’re meant to push the excess strap into, this is ridiculous as it’s almost impossible to do once you’ve done the strap tight, so we ended up adding our own watch buckle, the second niggle is the fact when walking around indoors the watch doesn’t always pick up my husband’s steps, which is very annoying for him as it’s the steps that’s the main thing he’s interested in, it seems to be intermittent at times, but he has no such issues when he’s walking outside. Having said about the niggle’s there’s an awful lot more that’s really good about this watch, it’s easy to set up, it gives a lot of health information that l wasn’t expecting to get on a watch at this price, i.e bloody pressure, blood oxygen as well as HR, the screen is clear and easy to read the time at a glance. If the above niggle’s l mentioned were sorted I’d have no problem with giving this watch a 5* rating, because it’s good

Excellent customer service
Watch strap clasp broke. Watch is now unusable. However, customer services has contacted myself and provided a good resolution.
It has to be noted that their technical department has been notified of the issue and have put measures in place to ensure the clasp design is looked at to ensure my issue is not repeated.
Battery life is very good.
The app is also very good.

What I would really love about this watch is that if instead of the silicone strap would have the same red colour (which I love) but maybe a leather strap. That would be wonderful. Even if it’s not possible to add a swimming workout but with the leather strap I think the wrist wouldn’t sweat and itch like with the silicone one. She was very kind to contact me and ask what they can improve and what they could do to make my experience happier. Thank you.
Good value for money
Good watch with a very modern design, app has lots of useful features aswell. Downside Is the heaet rate sensor can be very slow, but the brand has excelent product after care, so I was able to be compensated for this.
