I ordered this for back support, rather than for weight loss. It’s easy to fit and adjust and is pretty comfortable. When you wear it and work out you do sweat more but for me I only wanted it to help support my back around the house, which it does. It hides away nicely under my clothes so overall not bad.
Holds in the tummy, you work up a sweat just walking with it on, combined with exercise and calorie cutting I have seen my tummy flatten in the span of 1 week. Will continue using until it is unneeded.

Flexible so you can wear all day, doesn’t make you sweat loads IMO. Does roll down if you keep bending down and then you have to take off and readjust as you can’t really pull it up since it sticks to your skin (which is good since it stops it moving).
It gave me a waist and also raided my mum apron during wear, but results seem to vanish (as of right now, but consistency is key) shortly after removal.
The velcro is good but you can only stick it to select parts or it will eventually come off. Which is hard for someone like me who has no waist (but all squish) as once on, I need to adjust to a smaller waist but have bigger hips and ribs, for it to sit comfortably.
Durable, easy to wash, no holes, breaking or fraying as of yet.

A fantastic bit of kit for the waist line. It fits nicely and you can adjust the tightness of it. Has two fastenings. The initial fastening of the belt itself and then the secondary wrap over it. Nice and snug. Warms the body quick and easily washable
I ordered this recently due to my weight increase throughout Covid. I ordered the XL waist trainer and went around my waist.
I have had waist trainers before and use to feel a sense of uncomfortableness , but this waist trainer was different it was wrapped around but when working out felt at ease.
I tend to wear it under my clothes when I go to the gym but when I’m at home I wear it on top of my clothes.
This waist trainer is ideal for losing weight, I sweat a lot more and have seen good results in 3 days I lost 6llbs. The trainer increases the body temp which also increases your metabolism.

The sizing is good and it isn’t too uncomfortable to wear. The inside is like a non slip rubber which makes you very sweaty. Fairly new to using so will update over time but so far I’m impressed!

This is a very nice waist trainer belt. Very good material….very easy to put on and also take of. On the inside it has almost a rubbery material…that it’s good if you do want to sweat a little….it helps to keep everything in also. On the outside you have an extra band that you can wrap around to make things even more tight. Overall…i love it. Very easy to keep clean. Great value for money. Good buy for anyone.

This belt is great to use during exercises, it helps in posture and to keep the belly contracted, helping to have more stability and balance to practice some exercises. Accelerates the burning of fat located in the belly as it heats up during use. When I remove it I belt my hot, sweaty belly.

This body shaper is strong and stretchy, comes with an additional support band. I ordered the large which is 117cm (46″) long and 24cm (9.5″) wide, with the additional support being 87cm (34″) long.
The outside is soft so that the Velcro can easily secure to it, whilst the inside is a type of rubber, very similar to the rubber backing on a mat! The additional support is very stretch and can be wrapped around the main support and secured by the Velcro at the ends and even a strip in the middle.
In use, it was very comfortable to wear and did generate a lot of heat around the stomach and back during exercising, although I am not too keen on the rubber feel on my bare skin so would wear a T-shirt underneath.

This is brillian workout belt. Sweat so much under it and helps to get rid of the belly quicker. It is not as big as in the first advertised picture. Made of durable and strong fabric. Adjustible velcro belt straps.

Nice material and feels good quality, wish it came with instructions how to use it as took me a bit to figure out what goes on top and what goes under etc, Velcro is secure and feels tight and secure when on, I would size uo hwoever as it is quite tigh

As a waist trainer, workout aid or simply a waistline cincher this is so easy to use and works brilliantly!
Put it round you, do the first velcro up nice and snug, then the stretchy bands are brought around, pulled to fit, and velcro’d in place (if that made sense!)… It works great in creating a great shape, holding strong and having the desired effect either during exercise or just to provide some waistline shape.
