Very bad knees, but with supports I get through the day
I bought this after injuring my knee when gardening. The knee swelled, the leg swelled up and it was painful. A friend recommended I try wearing this support and it worked like magic! Swelling down, great support and an easing of pain. And oddly enough it was very comfortable to wear even all day.

I was unsure about these but I needn’t have because the actual support on my affected knee is very good indeed. I wear for about half a day and remove it on going to bed. Walking with it on is very much easier.

These work really well. Very good support and comfortable to wear all day.
Looked at a lot of these and settled on these as a step down from full support. After tearing both cartilages in knee. Used stronger support one with straps for first two weeks. These much more comfortable for future use as will be using for few months. Took medium and fit well. After first ten minutes don’t feel it for rest of day. Not bulky underpants or leggings so very happy. Comes as a pair. Only needed one so great to have a pair. Definitely recommend these
I really like these knee supports although I only use one now and again for Ju-Jitsu if my left knee is a bit sore. They are very comfortable to wear and do not over heat my leg as have previous support straps. I would recommend this product and if needed I would buy again.
These are really comfortable (wore all day at work with no issues), stay in place and give me the right amount of support when running and walking. Can’t ask for more, quality purchase.
I’ve tried lots of different knee supports and these are the best so much so I now have 3 pairs. They wash well and are a tiny bit longer than most so fit better.
I measured my leg as instructed and ordered the correct size, and initially they were comfortable enough, I had no knee pain in the evening but they seemed to get a bit tight at the latter part of the day, They tended to roll down a bit when kneeling, I would recommend ordering a size up
I bought these for my right knee that is riddled with arthritis due to an old PCL injury some 30+ years ago, previously I was like Bambi on ice over any rough ground and had limited distance, even on pavements i have to be careful.
While these are not a miracle cure they do allow me to walk with a degree of confidence, comfort and a greater distance on rough ground which suits my dog walking and fitness levels. I do not use them for normal day to day surfaces but limit the use to rough walking or DIY jobs and gardening, I do feel that the overall knee condition is better as I do not aggravate the arthritis nearly as much as i used to and have less pain.
They generally stay up well and i have little discomfort, I now have three pairs, that’s how much of a difference they have been to me.
Only slight issue is that some trouser fabrics can cling to the supports but just have to be careful about trouser choice!
I was having problems with my knees as I was trying to get back to playing som recreational football. This has been quite helpful. There is a tangible difference when I have it on. No complaints so far.
I almost didn’t run my half marathon due to painful knees but bought these the week before and gave it a go. They were great and although my knees were still a little painful, it was manageable.

Needed robust but unobtrusive support for knees while mountain biking. Have used these a number of times now, & they have helped with stability, pushing off, balancing on pedals, & dismounting etc. Quiet thick, stretchy, but breathable material. Has 2 rubberised seams along thigh cuff to resist sipping. I use a tube banadage as a liner & it didn’t slip, though impact from cycling is less than running etc.. These are very comfortable to wear for a long time, they breath well so they don’t get sweaty when you wear them , and they don’t get tight behind your knees like some others do i have tried, so it’s a big thumbs up from this lorry driver!
Easy to put on, flexible but supportive and really good over a 6 hour shift on my feet behind a restaurant bar. So much better at the end of the night than before I wore them. Recommend to anyone, with ageing joints, faced with an extended period on their feet.
These knee supports are pretty good. They give the support I need without the bulk of other types. My only gripe is the do tend to work their way down a bit, but overall they do what they are designed to do.
My knee hyperextension injury lots of swelling. This gave instant support and comfort. It brought the swelling down overnight and was able to straighten my knee better. Your paying for a compression, comfort support brace. Definitely go for a smaller size range when you measure above the knee instead of the exact measurements for tighter support.
I bought these for myself and my gym buddy and we both had different experiences.
Overall, I’d say these are (like many reviews suggest) a good quality. They don’t slip and slide too much. They’re a good thickness. They aren’t too short or too long.
However, I found that my knees actually hurt a lot more in the days after leg day when I wear these. My gym buddy on the other hand found these flawless. My legs are chunkier so I’m thinking maybe this is why (for comparison, UK size 8-10 vs 10-12).
I’ve stopped using them when I lift and instead use then for compression after a workout. I found this is a lot more effective for me. It’s disappointing because I really wanted extra support on leg day so I’ll keep looking around for the right one for me.

My knee measurements put me into the medium size by 1cm. Consequently supports need pulling up and repositioning from time to time. They are comfortable and of a good length so they don’t bunch up too much behind the knee.
Appear to be good quality, price was fine for me and they have helped my knees, so all good.
Solid pair of support braces. I run on the road 3-4 times a week, usually between 40-60 minutes. Needed something to ease the knee pain from running on the road and these worked a treat. I went for medium and I’m glad I didnt go large as medium is perfect for me. I am 6’1 and 18-20 inch on my thigh. Non slip.
Arrived very quickly. Fits perfectly and so far although it is my first time ever using any knee support, and only used them for walking, it stayed in place. Very good support and very comfortable. Can’t wait to try them in the gym
Update. I am so pleased with this. I have been wearing them for three days and the relief is great. As a result I reduced my pain killers. Bought some fir my boyfriend too
I needed some supoort for a bakers cyst ive developed behind my knee due to standing for 7 hours on the shop floor ive found they really help
I ordered a size medium and they fit well i dont have wide legs just normal width really
I have arthritic knees (wear and tear due to having a life!) and not at all keen on an operation. These support braces help greatly. I can twist and turn, go up and down stairs and properly do my exercises all pain free. None of this was possible before I wore AVIDDA knee braces, so give it a go. I’m glad I did.
I bought these as an everyday alternative to my LP open patela support. I have been using LP for a number of years.
However these are a lot more comfortable and offer as much, if not more support.
I suspect they may not last as long but at this price they are by far the best all round support I have found.
Some people have mentioned they slip down but I can’t say I have experienced this, the LP moves a lot more.
I would highly recommend.
Purchased these for use when running. I have one knee that grinds and after any running was experiencing pain for a day or so. These stopped it completely and are comfortable to wear. I used the measuring guide and they seem to fit perfectly but do leave ‘marks’ on the skin that take a while to fade where they compress the joint. Since wearing I have see a good improvement in my running times and comfort during and after running.
I will continue to use them and would recommend to anyone with similar issues when running.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of these they make a big difference to the pain in my knees. I’ve had to knee injuries and surgeries but suffered irreversible damage. Occasionally my knees flair up and I just need a bit of extra support. These have definitely done the trick. Size wise I was top end of large so I bought xl for comfort but I’d say they would be a bit tight if you were at the too end of the xl measurements. As it is these are comfortable my knees feel more stable and supported. Tested going up and down stairs I will be wearing them daily know until my knees stabilise again. Bottom line good value for money and definitely help support the joints and comfortable..
