Usual top notch berghaus quality
I purchased this to go inside my Berghaus Maitland Gore-tex shell using the interactive system that allows it to zip inside the shell. On occasion i may simply wear it as a normal fleece its really cosy and nicely fitting.
Size is bang on – if anything berghaus are on the more generous side.
This fleece is super warm yet extremely light weight, material is very soft.
I recommend this fleece for both standalone use and use inside one of berghaus interactive shells.
This product represents extremely good value for money its of superior quality and a very good price. Will be purchasing more.
Excellent warm top!
Top quality garment which is warm and very well made. Also generously sized – I normally take a 2xl but decided on a 3xl when I noted the models were wearing only t-shirts under their fleeces. I typically wear a vest and a long sleeve shirt so was pleased I chose the bigger size!

Warm and very comfortable. I followed the Berghaus size chart and the fleece fitted excellently, with room for under layering, but still looks stylish worn as a separate. It fits well inside my Berghaus Gore-Tex jacket and can be attached to its zip system to made a warm, watering wind proof jacket. You can pay a lot less but with Berghaus you get high end quality.
Snug
I’m generally a Medium or Large depending on make. I’d say this is ok but a little more towards over large, it’ll do can’t be bothered sending back for. Medium.
The best fleece
Simply the best fleece you can buy at this price point. Excellent quality, warm and attaches well with the Berghaus coat. Showing no signs of wear yet after a few washes and multiple wears. Just buy it!!

Lightweight, warm and comfortable. I would have liked the fleece to be slightly longer and have an inside pocket, but aside from this a good product.

A good quality fleece which is nice and warm for cold days. The only disadvantage is that the inner sleeves aren’t lined which means when the fleece is zipped into your Berghaus jacket it sticks to your clothing and is annoying when trying to put your jacket on.
It nice and warm. It is perfect for winter with shell waterproof jacket zipped over it. I see many comments that sleeves are too long to fit in shell jacket, yes it is IF you do not hook it. There are hooks inside shell jacket sleeves and outside this fleece jacket, hook them together and it fits perfectly and stay inside shell jacket sleeves. I don’t know how many people know this since there are many complaints about long sleeves.

This jacket was bought to provide additional warmth beneath a berghaus shell
It fits inside the shell very well using zips and provides additional insulation against the elements.

This is a good fleece with great warmth to weight ratio under a shell jacket but it is a ‘fitted’ fit. I’m 6’1″ and a broad build. Normally 42 or sometimes 44″. Always have a size L in Berghaus because it just fits right. But this cuts under the arms. I would return it but I need it because I am going away and don’t have time to order another. Quality is fine, fit I would say is for more a slim/medi build.

Quite expensive for what it is but very well made and works great.
Good Quality item
Totally satisfied with this Berghaus fleece, really comfortable, warm and looks the business. Could have gotten a medium instead of a large but didn’t matter as I think the larger size allows for any potential shrinkage over time.

Consistente
Un polar a la antigua usanza, fabricado con fibra Polartec, gramaje medio, 440 gr. Frabricado en China pero de una calidad ms que suficiente. Tengo otro ms pesado de esta marca y para el que le gusten los forros polares con buena capacidad trmica, cumplen con creces su cometido.

Well worth paying that bit extra
Real quality, lightweight yet warm, bought to go with the outer shell. I wouldn’t normally spend this amount on a fleece but in this case you defo get what you pay for, well worth it, hope to have years of use from it on my wild camping and outdoor treks and watching my lad’s footie games!

It doesn’t dent like some other fleeces do with a seat belt. The collars are rigid even when unzipped which I like and whilst I does wear and after about 10 washes start to look a bit worn, it’s a kind of worn look like and old but good pair of jeans has. Basically it starts quite plush and shiny and ends with a shorter pile and a matt finish. The sort of fleece you can keep for years and years.

Good but long arms
I am a bit heavy so bought a larger size
However the arms were so long (probably 6/7 inches)
Picking a larger size probably didn’t help and I have short arms but still I imagine the arms would be long regardless

Great fleece , got it for sale price of 27 , wouldn’t have paid 52+ for it , but as it was it was a steal..
Ordered medium , black ,fits nicely without being tight ,fits my beguas rain jacket.
Warm fleece
Purchased to use with an interactive jacket which came with a much thinner summer fleece. This is thicker and warmer and ideal for colder days, which was why bought. Unlike the fleece that came with the jacket this does not have a collar attachment, only sleeve ones. Overall very pleased with purchase. Very comfortable.

Very warm and cosy. Looks great and very high quality fleece.
Sleeves a little long but that's better than being too short.
The sleeves were a bit on the long side but the jacket is lovely and warm despite being quite lightweight.
Can confirm the zips align with the Cornice III Interactive jacke
Bought this for the Cornice III jacket. Purchased the Medium fleece size for a Medium jacket, the zip fittings align well on both garments and had no trouble fitting the fleece to the jacket. I do not understand why Amazon is making experiments with the customers – in Scandinavian countries , the most reliable is Post Nord. They never lost my packs for so many years.
Excellent Fleece
Berghaus is a good brand and this fleece jacket lives up yo its branding. It is very comfortable and replaces an earlier version that our puppy ate the bottom of the zip. This is now relegated to a permanent liner role on my Berghaus jacket – which just shows what a flexible design it is. A really good buy.

Unfortunately the one I got is a lighter shade of blue.
Overall the fleece is alright.
The thing that let it down for me was the colour. I was hoping to get the same colour as pictured. Unfortunately the one I got is a lighter shade of blue.

I bought one 10 years ago – which was excellent but with the wear and tear didn’t look as smart as at the beginning!
Hence, I bought exactly the same and I absolutely love it!

Fortunately for me, the Berghaus I received direct from Amazon (as opposed to a Marketplace seller) is real, and, as expected, it’s a nice one. I know that because I’m a bit of a fatty and I like the cut on Berghaus fleeces because they don’t make me look as if I’m wearing a kaftan.
I am also a real customer, not a bot or a fake review writer, just in case you were wondering.

Angenehmes weiches Material. Fhlt sich nach guter Qualitt an. Die Jacke wird garantiert im Winter gut wrmen. Die Verarbeitung ist gut, aber das wird sich natrlich erst nach einiger Zeit zeigen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhltnis finde ich voll angemessen. Gre L.

FANTASTIC.. I always struggle to find a good fit, I am 6,3″ and always find that the size I need is XL to fit my chest 48″ but the arms are always too short…. this jacket fits perfectly. I shall definitely be buying again in a different colour.
