Clips fit onto leisure battery terminals on the caravan, and I can conceal the inverter in the battery box itself and send the charger cables through the window to recharge my mobile and battery pack.

Used this to keep my laptop charging whilst my wife drove. Enabled me to work whilst in the passenger seat. Brilliant.

I use it to have mains electricity in my shed. Apart from the slightly noisey fan it does a great job.

Nice little unit which seems to have a clean output. It doesn’t fully power down from the onboard switch but I use an external switch so not an issue. The fan is on all the time when powered up which is ok for me.

I’ve run cables straight from the battery to the cabin. It’s been a life saver for the last 3 months. Running quietly and having no struggle with baby milk heater and steriliser which in fact heats water to 100 degrees Celsius in no time, so it must draw some power out of the Inverte

Good compact, never overheats, wires long enough to plug into cigarette lighter, does job of running powerful laptop at night, ordering another one as bac to go in other truck

Nice looking inverter but only lasted 9 months. Not good enough and there’s no guarantee to get a replacement.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersPerfect. I’m an engineer and was sceptical of this device at the price but I was honestly amazed at its performance. Pure sine wave, less than 1% THD at 450 watts with a mixture of inductive and resistive loads, that’s using a Tektronix Digital Oscilloscope FFT maths function and also in normal mode. Also tried overloading it at 750 Watts for a few minutes. All ok, still Sinusoidal, voltage dropped a bit. Be aware the USB ports are live and consume some power even when the unit is switched off. Also, yes, the fan runs all the time when the unit is switched on, and speeds up when under heavy load.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI haven’t pushed it yet, but did try powering a 60W soldering iron. Output voltage regulated at 225V AC down to 11.6V DC input (dropped off slowly below this). Checked the voltage waveform with a scope + x100 probe, clean sine wave! Pressed the Fast Fourier Transform key – worst harmonic was below -45dBC. Not quite hi-fi but no sensitive equipment powered by this will have any problem. Minor negatives: Noticeable fan noise all the time. Draws 0.6A with no output connected, so make sure it’s switched off when not in use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWorks well but I was unaware when I ordered it that the fan runs constantly when switched on.

Used in a CamperVan. I like the dual connectivity and fuse protection. A little heavier than expected But all round a good buy.

I bought this inverter to replace a basic model and it’s been working perfectly. The fan is very quiet as well.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis inverter appears well made and comes with spare fuses and cables to hook it up to a battery or 12v socket. It powered a laptop and sonar unit for several hours without a problem, running cool and quiet with no electrical buzzing. Overall recommended
