This is the second time I’ve bought this and it is incredible!! It absorbs quickly and is not drying at all. It’s perfect for me as I don’t have to use an exfoliator anymore (worried about the fishies ) and it gets to work straight away! The wrinkles in my forehead have almost vanished which I never thought would happen without I had a lumpy forehead for years and that disappeared over night! I wash my face, use this, wait about a minute and then moisturise (and use spf if daytime). It’s amazing, trust me!
As soon as I’m running out I purchase a new bottle. I’m addicted to this serum. I love the smell the fast drying and the way it makes my skin feel and look.
The last bottle I bought however is so different. The consistency is runny it doesn’t stay in the dropper, it dribbles out. And it hasn’t got that lovely smell like it usually does. The new bottle design also doesn’t work very well. I luckily still have the old design from my last, last purchase so I transferred it over. But it didn’t help because of the previously mention liquid issues.
I just wanted to know if the formula has changed or maybe it’s a bad batch. But I don’t know who to contact. And I don’t want to risk buying another for it to be the same.
I really do love this product and it took me a long time looking at different serums to find the right one. I feel like I’d found a winner on my first try.
Just tried to use this for the first time. The liquid itself is good. Smells amazing, seems to work as it should with my new dermapen without much irritation. The only downfall I’m seeing is that the dropper doesn’t suck up any liquid at all. Like, NONE. My way around it is to put the dropper in, take it out and smear the whole dropper around the area of my skin that needed it. In some ways, this might be better though! Saves me having to rub it in with my hands, then risking infection while using the dermapen! I would still recommend though
Lovely bottle and packaging. Nice dropper but I found a little hack and apply it by dipping the dropper in the serum and then wiping all the glass across my forehead and then cheeks. Otherwise I found the product too runny and it drips off immediately so this gives me just the right amount.
I’ve seen a difference and I only use it on a night before bed so I imagine twice a day would work. I’ve had to use a moisturiser in the morning just cause my skin needs it in the winter
Some of the product does burn so absolutely not for sensitive skin. I have found the one a day application also better for this as well. The smell is very European and like most products I’ve bought from Italy /Germany that are organic so its fine, just nothing special.
You can feel some tightness as it’s applied but I am also doing dry January so my skin should ideally be at its best anyway, and this is just helping along the way.
Careful near the eyes. Nice product. Would not buy again as I’d try a different one first. Overall more a 6 out of 10.
maybe this is a personal opinion but i really dislike the smell – it’s kind of citrusy but there’s just something to it i don’t like.
HOWEVER, it works – well. My skin feels soft and looks smoother. As with all skincare products I buy, I ran the ingredients through CosDNA and this is truly a fantastic product for this price. Those saying “it will ruin your skin!” or “it doesn’t work for sensitive skin!” are possibly experiencing a bad interaction between this product and something else in their skincare routine. This product alone won’t cause those things to happen unless you’re allergic to something in it or it’s reacting with another product you’re using.
I’ve been using Ole Henriksen Truth Serum for years and i’m genuinely happy to replace it with this to save money, although truth serum smells like heaven so i’ll occassionally treat myself still 🙂
Love this product been using this for almost 12 months now my skin is definitely brighter it’s not greasy so you can apply makeup over it it’s the first product to hit my face before applying anything else !

Love this serum! Consistency is great – not too liquid or sticky, absorbs well, my skin looks clearer, with less redness, blackheads, pustules. Feel great on my sensitive skin. Great value for price!
I absolutely love this product. Its light weight and refreshing. It has given my skin the vitamin c boost it needs and keeps my skin plump and healthy. I use it as a base after washing my face and my skin loves me for it. Definitely a recommendation!
I’m a skincare sceptic and normally don’t believe ‘look younger’ claims but I’m a convert to this product. My skin is smoother and more even toned. I’ve just bought my second bottle and have gifted it to friends too.
I am at the age my body is sticking two fingers up and doing what the hell it likes, including my skin! After trying endless creams, serums scrubs and peels this fresh and lovely product is amazing! It sat on my dressing table for a while with acres of other waste of money creams until I thought ‘well let’s give this a proper go’ i was a little apprehensive as my skin is sooo sensitive but It has banished the dry patches and uneven skin near my temples and dare I say it I am even glowing a bit. In a good way! It is way more moisturising than you think and smells so fresh. I am delighted!

My skin feels softer and more moisturised. My hormonal achne on my jawline has improved since using this; they appear to clear up quicker and don’t seem as angry or red.
Has a slight fragrance. Lightweight and soaks in really quickly. I’ve done a double application by mistake, after forgetting I’d applied it (tired after a night shift) & it did sit a bit heavy on my skin that night but I can’t complain as you’re not supposed to do that! Haha.

This product is absolutely amazing! I always had freckles, acne marks, and sunspots due to sun exposition for very long periods. I started to use this product and I alternated it with a retinol serum.
This vitamin C serum worked wonders on my skin, so much so that I shared my photos on my social media, and people (and myself) were shocked. My skin has never been this clear! I would definitely recommend it (plus, wearing sunscreen every day and avoiding unnecessary sun exposition.)
I love this, I have been using it for nearly a month, my skin is much brighter I only use this in the day and a retinol of a night. Will definitely be ordering this again when I run out.
I’ve used this product for about 3 weeks now and here is what I think…
This product improved my skins appearance after first use. I had a large cystic spot for weeks which was not disappearing but once I applied this serum it went away the next day! My acne scars are also lighter. The smell is strong, it smells of oranges and spice but I actually really like the smell and its nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be. Plus if you only put it on before bed like I do, who cares?
It absorbs into the skin well and dries quickly. It absorbs better if you apply a moisturiser after, otherwise your face might feel quite tight. This serum has not caused any spots, of which I am usually prone to.
My only complaint is that it doesn’t sit well under make up, it makes foundation really flakey so I use the serum before bed instead now.
Very valid product, I am using it in combination with the Florence face cream and I can see my skin is very soft but not oily, which for me is very important as mine is a oily skin.

Wow! Literally stumbled across this while browsing Amazon to pass time. So pleased I did! It’s amazing and the one thing that actually works. I’ve had a red mark at the top of my nose,it seemed under the skin. Just appearing one day and staying for years. I tried everything and everything but nothing ever made it disappear. I’ve always been conscious about it and it would get me down every time I looked in the mirror. Make-up wouldnt even hid it.
Then I tried this and I’m not even exaggerating but this red mark at the top of my nose had faded so much by the next day – after one application – within a few days it’s totally disappeared!!! I’m so happy. I’ve also noticed that the rest of my skin looks healthier,sharper and fresher. Its reduced the oils on my forehand and nose. Honestly,you must try this for yourself
I like this oil. I use it with my jade roller by applying a few drops and rolling it into my face. My face feels great after and I feel the combination of this oil with the jade roller work well together. I keep rolling the roller over my face until the oil has been absorbed. A big plus for this oil is it actually does sink into your skin and I find within minutes my face feels lovely and soft. I’m not gone on the scent but it’s not overpowering and it doesn’t linger. My skin can be dry especially around my nose and this product definitely helps with this. I would recommend this product.
Wish I had found this serum earlier. My skin looks and feels less dry, and feels softer. After a few days it also looks brighter rather than dull. It feels light and is absorbed quickly. It has a faint soft smoky citrus scent.
Great service I received the item the next day as was expected. However I found the cerum cloudy and yellowish in colour I thought it should be clear. Has it oxidised or is this how it is supposed to look?
Not sure. I gave it 4 for the service but I need to know whether it should be clear or cloudy.
Product only arrived today so cannot comment on effectiveness – if there is anything worth reporting (good or bad) then I will edit my review in due time.
My bottle arrived intact and unopened. There was no cellophane around the bottle lid but the ring seal was intact and the box was clearly not tampered with. The bottle and packaging are good quality and wouldn’t go amiss on the shelves of a well known high street pharmacy.
The scent is quite medicinal but subtle – for UK readers, it reminds me of herbal tablet sweets with a hint of orange. This could put some people off but I quite enjoy this scent. The scent settles down but after a few minutes but approximately 40 minutes later I can still smell it slightly on the back of my hand. So buyers who are sensitive to scents may want to bare this in mind.
After trying the product on the back of my hand, the serum is a nice consistency – not too thick. It is cloudy in appearance and smoothes over leaving a slightly tacky residue until fully absorbed. After absorbtion, it left the skin feeling soft. A little goes a long way – you will likely only need one drop per portion of your face (forehead, left side of face, right side of face, chin, neck) so the 60ml (twice the amount that is in typical foundation bottles) should go a long way.
I look forward to trialling this out and hope it can be added to my list of affordable skin care reccomendations!
UPDATE (6 WEEKS USE):
Well I have to say that this is an incredible product for me. It is not a miracle worker by any means, but as someone with very fair skin with texture which is prone to red marks/scarring, blotchiness and dryness, I noticed an improvement within maybe 2 weeks of use. My skin was softer, more hydrated, and with continued use I noticed less redness in my complexion.
Like I said, this isn’t a miracle worker. There are still issues with my skin that persist so please be realistic when you purchase.
I’ve tried many different serums and creams over the last 5 years, from high end to mid-shelf and I have to say that I think I’ve finally found a skincare routine that works for me and is affordable – and Florence Vit C serum is a staple of it.
The most amazing skin oil/moisturizer ever because it actually sinks into the dermis and disappears which means unlike other brands it doesn’t just sit on the top layer of your skin. It penetrates. It has not caused me any sensitivity when normally products like this would cause a reaction. It’s fantastic value too. My brown spots seem improved too. I add my normal moisturizer on top and My skin feels smooth and fresh all day until my evening cleanse etc. Thank you to the producers im very grateful.
Have been using this once or twice a day as part of my skincare routine for the past couple of months, and definitely feel like it’s made a difference. Not sure how big of a difference given I’m young enough to have “good” skin naturally, but I do think it has left my skin brighter – friends have pointed my skin as ‘glowing’ – and spots have become far rarer (although this could be a result of me actually doing a skincare routine now haha). Immediately after use, my skin feels really velvety and soft. I don’t love the scent (not offensive, just a bit weird) and my friend didn’t react well to it (skin flaky and red) so it’s not for everyone, but it does the job for me, so I’d buy it again. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it. Just definitely do a patch test before putting it all over your face!
update: have bought this 3-4 times now, and still think it’s really great!

I’m no spring chicken at 52 but my skin is glowing..my pores are refined and the skin tone is evening out. This product is the boom. Like I actually made an effort to write this. My face has brightened up a bit. I’m a dark-skinned black woman so it’s hard to tell when I have skin damage caused by the sun but sometimes I feel my skin feeling tight and hot from the sun but this syrum leaves my face feeling hydrated and dewing but not oily. The reason it smells bad is the ferulic acid.which acts to stabilise the vitamin c while in use.
Unfortunately the combined smell of oranges and smoked beef is very unpleasant I am not sure I can continue to use it.
It is also a little thick on application, no I cannot use this I had to get up in the night and wash my face, sadly in the rubbish
I usually use oils on my skin, I found this while looking for a new product. For the price I wasn’t expecting the results I got. After the first application I noticed a visible difference (I have acme scarred skin which is now starting to age). I’m very impressed. I’ve been applying it once a day, just read that you should use it twice a day. Still, my skin looks plumper, wrinkles around the eyes have vanished and my complection has improved. Item was received quickly. The first bottle I got made my skin break out a little (My skin is very sensitive), i was unsure if it was maybe just a bad batch or something? The company emailed the next day to confirm that it got there okay and to offer advice. Definitely the best customer service I’ve ever received. They sent out another bottle, unfortunately my skin still didn’t react well to it again. The company refunded me right away and I honestly can’t fault their service. My knee area has been dark for a while now, and very dry. I bought this product based on the reviews and I am glad I did. I have certainly noticed an improvement, the skin area has lightened to match the rest of my skin tone. I have always applied moisturiser afterwards therefore the dryness has also improved massively. I don’t often write a review but had to on this occasion as I’m REALLY impressed with this serum. I’ve been using vitamin C serums for a while now. Having already tried one it two that are much more expensive than this one. Prior to using Florence I had tried one that is being particularly hyped up on social media at the moment . I didn’t like it as I felt the bottle wasn’t lasting long enough and it was pricey . I decided to switch to this brand based on the reviews . Been using it now morning and night for about 4 weeks and I’m thrilled with it !! My skin is glowing and smooth and I’m getting tons of compliments on how youthful it looks ( I’m nearly 43) . I use this in combination with garner ultra lift moisturiser as I’ve always done with a serum and the two seem to bring brilliant results for me . The serum is in a larger bottle than most others and you definitely get much more for your money !!! I still have lots left and I use it for my face AND neck.
The smell really isn’t that awful – it’s a bit herbal with a bit of an orangey scent , however I don’t think the smell is worth mentioning really as the serum soaks into the skin and dries very fast , and the smell disappears within seconds anyway . The serum goes on very easily – it’s not thick or sticky like others I’ve tried in the past and a little goes a long way . If I was still using the other brand, I would be way into my second bottle by now and I can tell I have a while to go until this bottle is used up . The combination of ingredients in this serum really do work to bring a healthy glow to skin . I also see less fine lines and no more visible pores ! Skin tone has also evened out massively, including a pigment patch on my left cheek which I’ve had for years. We’ve had some really hot weather here and being in the sun usually brings out the pigment on my face , and on this occasion it’s not visible !! Amazing !!

I love this serum! I’ve been using It for two weeks twice a day and I have noticed quite a difference in the even-ness on my skin tone. It doesn’t dry me out or irritate the skin at all. And it doesn’t require much product to apply as long as you follow the directions given. After I use it my skin feels well-balanced. Not too dry, not too oily, just right. The smell is a bit on the meds side plus a citrus subtle scent and to be honest it’s hard to understand why there are some complaints regarding the smell, it doesn’t last forever especially if you apply a moisturizer cream afterwards. Also a good price for what it delivers. Definitely I will buy it again!

Lovely product, excellent value for money. It has a very pleasant citrus smell and absorbs quickly.I use it at least once a day before applying my usual moisturiser. I have noticed a difference on my skin tone right after the first use. After one week, my skin feels smoother and firmer, dark sunspots have faded, I have a more even skin tone and glowing, healthy looking skin (I have sensitive and oily skin).Definitely recommend it!!! 5 star product!!!

I was nursing a surgical scar and was asked to use a serum while it’s healing. My skin feels softer and smoother after using it. You need to use a moisturizer after the serum has absorbed. I love how the manufacturers email you with detailed instructions on how to use it. Seems like a natural product with genuine Italian sellers. I highly recommend it.
Florence organics deserve 5 stars for their kind and attentive customer services! I’m a regular user of VItamin C serums and I use them almost daily to keep my dry and sensitive skin in a glowing shape. The product arrived in a high-quality bottle packaging, much better than several other (expensive) organic brands. The serum is very fluid and lightweight, which makes it perfect for use under moisturisers or make-up, and it is almost fragrance-free, which I like a lot. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good choice for my skin type, I had a sensitivity reaction (itchiness and red patches) and cannot continue to use it. I was contacted by the company the day after receiving the product and after mentioning my sensitivity issue with their product, they offered me a full refund without my even asking. Therefore, excellent experience even though the choice wasn’t right for me!

I use the serum then my moisturiser and it has worked well. I’ve also noticed that my makeup has been applying more evenly since I’ve started using it. I think the hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C work very well on skin. I have studied about the effects of Vitamin C on the body overall and there are lots of great attributes, so I was not surprised that adding a Vitamin C serum to my skin would help my skin so much.

I absolutely love this product. Its light weight and refreshing. It has given my skin the vitamin c boost it needs and keeps my skin plump and healthy. I use it as a base after washing my face and my skin loves me for it. Definitely a recommendation!

Has a slight fragrance. Lightweight and soaks in really quickly. I’ve done a double application by mistake, after forgetting I’d applied it (tired after a night shift) & it did sit a bit heavy on my skin that night but I can’t complain as you’re not supposed to do that! Haha.

This product is absolutely amazing! I always had freckles, acne marks, and sunspots due to sun exposition for very long periods. I started to use this product and I alternated it with a retinol serum.
This vitamin C serum worked wonders on my skin, so much so that I shared my photos on my social media, and people (and myself) were shocked. My skin has never been this clear! I would definitely recommend it (plus, wearing sunscreen every day and avoiding unnecessary sun exposition.)
I love this, I have been using it for nearly a month, my skin is much brighter I only use this in the day and a retinol of a night. Will definitely be ordering this again when I run out.
I’ve used this product for about 3 weeks now and here is what I think…
This product improved my skins appearance after first use. I had a large cystic spot for weeks which was not disappearing but once I applied this serum it went away the next day! My acne scars are also lighter. The smell is strong, it smells of oranges and spice but I actually really like the smell and its nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be. Plus if you only put it on before bed like I do, who cares?
It absorbs into the skin well and dries quickly. It absorbs better if you apply a moisturiser after, otherwise your face might feel quite tight. This serum has not caused any spots, of which I am usually prone to.
My only complaint is that it doesn’t sit well under make up, it makes foundation really flakey so I use the serum before bed instead now.
Very valid product, I am using it in combination with the Florence face cream and I can see my skin is very soft but not oily, which for me is very important as mine is a oily skin.

Then I tried this and I’m not even exaggerating but this red mark at the top of my nose had faded so much by the next day – after one application – within a few days it’s totally disappeared!!! Wish I had found this serum earlier. My skin looks and feels less dry, and feels softer. After a few days it also looks brighter rather than dull. It feels light and is absorbed quickly. It has a faint soft smoky citrus scent.
Smells slightly medical but a good smell, I like it a lot and notice the difference in my skin being more mosturized and sof

Great service I received the item the next day as was expected. However I found the cerum cloudy and yellowish in colour I thought it should be clear. Has it oxidised or is this how it is supposed to look?
Not sure. I gave it 4 for the service but I need to know whether it should be clear or cloudy.
My bottle arrived intact and unopened. There was no cellophane around the bottle lid but the ring seal was intact and the box was clearly not tampered with. The bottle and packaging are good quality and wouldn’t go amiss on the shelves of a well known high street pharmacy.
The scent is quite medicinal but subtle – for UK readers, it reminds me of herbal tablet sweets with a hint of orange. This could put some people off but I quite enjoy this scent. The scent settles down but after a few minutes but approximately 40 minutes later I can still smell it slightly on the back of my hand. So buyers who are sensitive to scents may want to bare this in mind.
After trying the product on the back of my hand, the serum is a nice consistency – not too thick. It is cloudy in appearance and smoothes over leaving a slightly tacky residue until fully absorbed. After absorbtion, it left the skin feeling soft. A little goes a long way – you will likely only need one drop per portion of your face (forehead, left side of face, right side of face, chin, neck) so the 60ml (twice the amount that is in typical foundation bottles) should go a long way.
I look forward to trialling this out and hope it can be added to my list of affordable skin care reccomendations!
UPDATE (6 WEEKS USE):
Well I have to say that this is an incredible product for me. It is not a miracle worker by any means, but as someone with very fair skin with texture which is prone to red marks/scarring, blotchiness and dryness, I noticed an improvement within maybe 2 weeks of use. My skin was softer, more hydrated, and with continued use I noticed less redness in my complexion.
Like I said, this isn’t a miracle worker. There are still issues with my skin that persist so please be realistic when you purchase.
I’ve tried many different serums and creams over the last 5 years, from high end to mid-shelf and I have to say that I think I’ve finally found a skincare routine that works for me and is affordable – and Florence Vit C serum is a staple of it.

I am very happy with this choice, it is the first time that I have received an email from the seller thanking me for choosing their products, making sure that the quality and the product I receive, is what I expect and offering me an additional discount if I decide buy again. So, I am sure I will buy it again.
The reason it smells bad is the ferulic acid.which acts to stabilise the vitamin c while in use.
Unfortunately the combined smell of oranges and smoked beef is very unpleasant I am not sure I can continue to use it.
It is also a little thick on application, no I cannot use this I had to get up in the night and wash my face, sadly in the rubbish

Ive not used the product on my face as the smell is quote off putting.
The smell really isn’t that awful – it’s a bit herbal with a bit of an orangey scent , however I don’t think the smell is worth mentioning really as the serum soaks into the skin and dries very fast , and the smell disappears within seconds anyway . The serum goes on very easily – it’s not thick or sticky like others I’ve tried in the past and a little goes a long way . If I was still using the other brand, I would be way into my second bottle by now and I can tell I have a while to go until this bottle is used up . The combination of ingredients in this serum really do work to bring a healthy glow to skin . I also see less fine lines and no more visible pores ! Skin tone has also evened out massively, including a pigment patch on my left cheek which I’ve had for years. We’ve had some really hot weather here and being in the sun usually brings out the pigment on my face , and on this occasion it’s not visible !! Amazing !!
I have used my current moisturiser for years , during which , I used it alone with no serum . Now that I use serum , the improvement is huge and I know it’s down to the vitamin c and H acid in this product. I’m So glad I found this ! I’m definitely going to be using this for life now !! Highly recommended and brilliant value for money !

I must say the redness in my face was gone just with the first use! I was surprised! I never had a product that reduced the redness in my nose and cheeks! And thr skin looks glowy, although is not sweaty or oily as usually feels when shiny. I am enjoying the product very much, applying it twice a day, and it’s only been 4days since I tried. I am loving it. Will try their moisturizers products as well!

I love this product, it makes my skin very radiant and it has made a difference in a positive way.
I am using this serum on my face and I do see some slight difference and iimprovements. I will continue its use as it is too early to tell of it is working well.
I use the serum then my moisturiser and it has worked well. I’ve also noticed that my makeup has been applying more evenly since I’ve started using it. I think the hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C work very well on skin. I have studied about the effects of Vitamin C on the body overall and there are lots of great attributes, so I was not surprised that adding a Vitamin C serum to my skin would help my skin so much.
All in all it’s a great product which I would recommend!
