My baby is very needy and wants to be held all the time, I ordered the boba wrap as a friend recommended it and I’m so glad I did as I can actually do a few things in the house now Whilst wearing the baby in the wrap.
I did wear her in it for a dog walk around the woods as well but I felt she bounced around a bit too much so I think I will invest in something more
Sturdy for that sort of activity however for managing to do house work or make myself lunch using both hands it’s been a godsend! If your baby has colic or is a cling on then this will change your life. It’s also great for doing a bit of skin to skin as it keeps you and the baby warm but allows you to
    Be skin to skin underneath

I was initially a but nervous about using a sling as no one in my family ever had with their kids but the instructions for how to wear this product were very clear and easy to follow. I used it for the first time with my 3 week old baby for a walk through our local woods (where a pushchair just wouldn’t work!) and baby was very comfortable and asleep for most of the little hike. I’m looking forward to using it more!

I was sceptical about this wrap being any better than another one I bought. When I opened the box and felt the material I was impressed at the density but didn’t think it was all that stretchy. However, my mind was changed out of necessity. My little one spitup all over the first one I’d bought and so I had to use this one; it’s absolutely brilliant.

My previous one was not stretchy at all and it was very hard to get tight, there was always loose bits and I felt the baby was slipping more. With this she feels snug and firmly wrapped. The material is dense and soft and I love the colour (sangria). All in all, _very_ pleasantly surprised

Ordered this as I wanted to be able to do stuff around the house and also go out for short walks without having to bring the pram. My son loves it and it’s really easy to assemble, and the instructions are pretty clear. Would definitely recommend for mums looking for a sling for their newborn.

Came quickly and neatly packaged. The instructions were easy to follow to get started. The fabric has a nice feel and I like the colour (grey).

However, bubba isn’t here yet so I can’t comment on ease of getting baby in and out or the actual use of the item!

It’s nice and super stretchy…can’t believe it can hold my heavy baby goes to show its strong. Only criticism is they should shorten it a little bit as its tricky when u put it on as an emergency and you question the hygiene around you. Overall would recommend though am trying to see if i can cut off a bit and sow the edges

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI am thrilled with the baby carrier I purchased as a gift! The material is incredibly nice and surpasses the Ergobaby Aura carrier by far. The cotton fabric makes it ideal for summer, ensuring both baby and parent stay comfortable and cool. The carrier’s design and functionality are perfect, providing a secure and snug fit for the baby, and it feels supportive for the wearer as well. I couldn’t be happier with this choice and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and comfortable baby carrier, especially for warmer weather.

Trs pratique, simple a mettre et confortable. Le tissus est lgrement lastique et a tendance a se dtendre lors du portage, il faut donc tre quand mme assez serr au dpart.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love this wrap I use it everyday.
It is complicated to put on but once you have the hang of it it’s ok. Takes around 2 minutes.
The main downside is there is no instructions for different positions once the baby has head control, can you use this with the baby facing out, they do no tell you on the box and there is no instructions?

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this as a gift for my daughter; she opened the box, followed the pictures, and within a matter of minutes had her three week old daughter perfectly contained and snug inside.

She had tried a wrap a couple of years ago but a lower quality and one with toggles, so never managed to take to it.

The way this one is made is really good quality, sits really comfortably on the shoulders and feels completely secure for the baby.

I bought the grey. It’s a lovely neutral colour but I’d say more a khaki than true grey. Still, it looks fab.

5.0 out of 5 stars SImple to use and perfect in every way

It’s a good sling, comfy with my 8 week old. I’d recommend watching a YouTube video on how to use as there are better and clearer ways than the instructions. It is rather snuggly and warm so good for winter. Might be too hot for warmer months. I usually use it for skin on skin as lots of layers you and baby get hot quickly. Would recommend.

It takes some time to master how to wear it, but once it’s on, my baby absolutely loves it.

Baby and I LOVE THIS WRAP! I love that the Boba Wrap has a good amount of stretchiness to it. It makes for a super snug and contoured fit that my baby loves! In forward facing, I can have his arms in if I’m doing kitchen things, and easily switch to arms out once done. It’s important that he feels comfortable, as it makes it easier for him to remain interested in his surroundings.

The broadness of the cloth combined with the elasticity provides excellent lumbar and lower thoracic support when tied properly. I can also adjust the width on the shoulders to provide better comfort and weight distribution from carrying my baby. I can tell that he will be able to be carried in it for quite some time. The right support makes all the difference, as in a different style non-tying wrap, he felt heavier and my back would hurt. The Boba Wrap is my first tying wrap, and I’m beyond satisfied with it!

The only drawback I had with the one I picked, was that it aesthetically wasn’t what I envisioned – the Seville design is printed on the outside – as if dyed silk screen style – with the inside being the original white. I find the knots to be neater if I pinch the ends into a fold that somewhat tucks away the inside appearance, just to make it look neater. I would imagine that if you got a solid color, this would need not occur.

Super comfortable for him and me. Not only was i able to use him facing me but also outward.

Our baby liked it, and it’s comfortable for the adults. But the print is only one sided and the backside is not very nice looking when wrapped around, it’s a pity because we bought it also for the look of it.

Golden Review Award: 41 From Our UsersI used this for my daughter when she was newborn and she absolutely loved it.
She felt really snug and secure in there and would sleep for hours.
    PROS:
The material insured that my baby was warm even when we were outside in winter.
It was so stretchy it was really comfortable for my daughter.
It was very comfortable for me to wear.
    CONS:
Easy but a total pain to put on! Virtually impossible if I was out of the house as it would be draping all over the floor in the process of putting on.
Every time I used it I had to undress my daughter of her layers as it was so warm.
It was quite bulky and barely fit in my changing bag.
It was quite bulky to wear so I couldn’t just keep on under a jacket even if my daughter wasn’t in there.

If I was just using this at home for a child that hates to be put down – or if I did not drive and I used public transport or walked to the shops it would’ve been perfect but I needed a carrier more for travelling (putting daughter in and out, taking it on and off ) and so this just didn’t fit the bill.

We have both this wrap and the Tula carrier and keep them in the car with us all the time, because they’re both great and offer different options. When our baby was very small, the boba wrap made me feel the most secure and allowed us to do a lot of activities with a very young newborn because she was mostly covered and very close to the body. As she’s grown, we use the boba less because she’s very curious about the world, but it’s still great when she’s sleepy. Definitely was a must have for my first few months. Check out the fabrics based on your climate and the season. Some are more breathable than others.

I bought this wrap for my baby coming in April in the Seville print. When it arrived, I wasn’t fond of the fact that the print was only on one side of the wrap. Since it was fulfilled by Amazon, I contacted them to see if they could initiate an exchange for me because I loved the wrap, just not the color. They said they couldn’t exchange and offered me a $10 credit which I refused because that didn’t solve my problem. I contacted Boba directly and explained my issue. They promptly responded, asked what color I would prefer instead and sent me a new wrap in no time. It’s not often you come across exemplary customer service such as Boba’s! You can purchase with confidence because this is a well made product of excellent quality. I even practice wrapped and it is not as intimidating as I originally thought!

I loved this item. Was gutted when my son grew out of it. Was easy to use (not for my husband who is supposed to know all) and was also comfortable for me and my so

Love this stretchy wrap. I spemt a short time practicing and I now find it very easy to put on. I’ve got a variety of slings and I can honestly say this is one of my favourites at the moment. My baby is currently 4 months old and I’ve used it from birth. It’s made my life so much easier during these first few months.

Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Easy to put on, Attractive, Small for transportation when not in use (comes with storage bag..I just chuck it in my nappy bag when I’m not using it), Machine washable and quick to dry, Affordable.

Cons: Not very breathable (can get quite hot in want weather), Only printed on one side so can look untidy if not folded properly once on, Suitable for younger babies (as baby gets heavier I can see this becomming redundant).

I would reccomend this wrap, but maybe consider a plain colour if you’re a perfectionist like me. I’m really disappointed about the untidy looking plain back showing unless I spend a little extra time tucking in the edges.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHaving tried this sling out via my local sling library I was keen to buy this for me and my baby.
Being a preemie baby, this sling was perfect. It takes a bit of practice to put on but when you’ve got it on you can put your baby against your body for a lovely cuddle while you get on with doing things. My LO falls asleep when I put him in this and it’s been great when he’s been a bit windy or unsettled. I would recommend buying this if you’ve tried it first at a local sling library, and getting some advice about it first.
It will fit anyone – both me or my husband can wear this comfortably.
I opted for black because it was cheaper than the other colours at the time although admittedly I wish I had chosen a brighter or lighter colour for the summer.
It’s comfortable enough to wear around the house, although I have to wriggle a bit to breastfeed my LO if I am wearing it.
The fabric stays stretchy after several wears – something that I thought would be an issue if I bought a cheaper one.
It also helps support your baby with their hips – this is apparently important with carriers and slings!
The only downside is that it’s very very long, and doesn’t come with a pouch or similar to keep it in.

Love this, very easy to wear, washes well and my 8 month old nephew doesnt seem to weigh any more in it than my 3 month old daughter. Wish I’d had this with my first.

I loved it. Your baby really feels near you, so I used it for as long as I could. I would not follow the recommended weight as when the baby gets bigger, it does really do your back.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersAs mummies go I’m a bit of a sling addict and have a fair few in my cupboard. I have two children, the first is now five. When he was younger I opted for a moby wrap and later a mama sling and a baba sling. Both are ok, the sling is great for extra support when carrying an older baby in the hip carry but can become uncomfortable after a while due to all the weight being on one shoulder and the moby takes a while to get the tie right plus because there is no stretch in the fabric you have to get the fit just right before you put baby in. I found the colour on the fabric came off on my clothes too. I didn’t get on with the baba sling at all.
With baby number two (now five months) I have bought both the boba wrap and carrier 4G. Both are AMAZING.
The boba wrap is my favourite wrap by far, its super comfortable for mummy and baby because of the super stretchy soft fabric and its the most comfortable sling I have ever worn. Its so comfy and light weight my baby takes her morning nap in it while I get on with jobs around the house. You can just bring the fabric behind baby’s head to support it softly while they sleep and you can get on with life. I love the colour, it goes with everything and I’ve had so many compliments on the wrap. I really can’t say enough good things about it.
The carrier is just as brilliant and I use it when I’m out and about and I know I need to get baby in and out of the carrier quickly with no fussing, for example when I’m shopping and jumping in and out of the car (the carrier takes seconds to fit and put baby in while the wrap take a couple of minutes to tie). The combination of wrap and carrier is so good I rarely use the buggy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis wrap is very comfortable to wear in terms of holding your baby securely and distributing the weight well, as long as it is tied tightly enough. The first time, my newborn drooped a bit low, but we sorted it out with a bit of adjustment. I am hoping to get more wear out of the wrap later on, but two factors have limited how useful it has been to me so far. Firstly, this wrap is very warm, which would be great in winter, but I have felt it was far too hot in the recent hot summer weather. When my baby has been happy in just a vest, or vest and sleep suit, during the day, the idea of wrapping him in 3 layers of thick warm material which hold him next to an adult’s body heat is not such a winner, especially if we were going out in the sun or walking some distance so that we would work up extra heat. The other factor has been that this wrap is still not comfortable with my caesarean scar after 8 weeks – whereas I have subsequently forked out the extra for a boba 3g which I have already been wearing comfortably for a couple of weeks, and which is cooler for my little one. Having said that, I am looking forward to this being a great soft, snuggly option in the autumn and winter, as long as my baby doesn’t grow out of it too fast.

I bought as a present for my sister as she says it’s very handy and useful. The baby likes it as she is touch with her mum, and the mum can do something else while she’s also looking after her baby.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWhen our daughter was born, originally we had a Mamas & Papas morph baby carrier. Bit of a nightmare, a real hassle to put on and not particularly comfortable for baby or parent.

Around 9 or 10 months we heard about baby wraps, and wished we’d known about them sooner. They are a little complicated to put on, but actually easier than the morph. They are much more comfortable.
The boba wrap is a stretchy fabric which I believe makes it more comfortable for lighter babies, however the heavier the child gets the more it starts to slip as you wear it. She still goes in it at 15 months (and over 11kg) every so often and it still works though.

It’s only really officially suitable for carrying with the baby in front of you, facing toward you. With some experimentation you can try other positions (e.g. on the back, facing forward) but none are as comfortable and will depend on the age of the baby etc.

We did get a lot of curious attention on holiday in Italy with this and we became a bit of a tourist attraction at times, people taking pictures with us etc.! Seems to be a novelty in Italy where the majority of babies are in prams / pushchairs most of the time (in my limited experience)
