I have torn a ligament in my ankle. After wearing this ankle strap today, I can now put my whole foot flat and put weight on it again.

Both the knee and ankle braces offered stability and had good fastenings and are adjustable using the Velcro straps to fit most sizes.
Worth every penny

I found this to be very helpful for arthritic ankle. I have felt as if I was walking on a sprained ankle for many months and I have tried all sorts of remedies. This is much better than a crepe bandage. It is quite easy to put on if you make sure the little white label is at the top right hand corner as you lay it flat. I am now able to walk much better and not in as much pain. The velcro fastenings are very strong so anyone with weak hands might find difficulty in removing the support at night.

Recommended by a fellow golfer it has certainly allowed me to continue playing golf without generating a limp.
Good quality brace
For its low price I thought this was a really good brace. It is very secure, the velcro straps hold well. The design is good.. there are four velcro straps that together really support the ankle with plenty of scope for adjustment. I found after s day of wearing the ‘heel hole’ left a deep indent in my skin … But then I strapped it tight to support my ankle so no surprise there! Overall a really good strap, secure, well designed and inexpensive, don’t think you can go wrong with this product.
Ankle support for relief of plantar fasciitis
Brought this to help in the recovery of plantar fasciitis, and it really helped. I was able to walk comfortable when wearing it with little or no pain. Would recommend.

So far so good
First day with the ankle brace, I’m mainly using it because of Plantar foot. I could feel that my ankle was feeling weak, because of how gingerly I was placing my foot down, because of the pain in my heel.
My foot felt comfortable and supported in the brace, and the best thing of all, was after my daily walk, I was still ok to move around on my foot! Normally I’d be hopping around the room, to avoid putting my foot on floor, which would by now be screaming in pain. Obviously I can still feel that my foot isn’t 100% but the brace as been the first thing that has given some pain relief.
Effective support for running
This product was recommended to me as I had pain in my ankle/Achilles tendon caused by a running injury. I used the support at home and rested. This helped ease the pain and allowed me to walk around more easily. I then used the support running and felt no pain whatsoever. After the run when I removed the support I felt no pain. I will continue to use this running until I’m comfortable I’ve healed from the injury. Lightweight, fits securely and is really effective.
Relief
This totally wraps up and supports my ankle… I hadn’t realised how much of over compensated on this ankle after rupturing my achilles and treating the ligaments on the left ankle.. .. I know.. And, to add insult to injury I was dancing, in bare feet, to the Proclaimers.. “500 miles ” didn’t walk anywhere without crutches for 8 months in the end.. But anyway.. Obviously when I did I was leaning way over onto the other ankle.. But now.. I feel supported, and ready to get back to my fitness.

Very good product, bought this for my wife who broke her ankle a couple of years ago this is now healed but still has problems with swelling and pain when at work this wrap gives her good support when on her feet and not obtrusive very adjustable with the straps would recommend
Simple but most effective
Take care to place it over and around the joint avoiding any creases so that shoes or slippers fit perfectly and then relax as your tendons are supported whilst you go about your day. Wonderfully simple but highly effective helping your tendons to heal. I find wearing it over a thin sock is preferable to being on bare skin.

Very comfortable ankle brace
I purchased this after my original ankle brace, which was an elastic wrap around one, started rubbing me. I’m so glad now that it did, otherwise I wouldn’t have bought the Bodyprox brace which is so soft and comfortable!
Comfortable
This is a good product that provides stability to your ankle, easy to clean and use. Very comfortable. Difficult to wear with certain shoes though, but fits with trainers.
Great if worn alone
Great for support after my plaster cast came off my broken ankle. The hole in heel is uncomfortable if worn for more than a few hours. Very bulky so can’t wear with footwear unless loose Mary Jane type trainers. Couldn’t even get ugg boots on whilst wearing. But good support when ankle is aching worn alone.

After a very painful sprain, I was wearing an orthopaedic boot, after some improvement I was advised to get an ankle support- I liked the look of this one as you didn’t need a degree in origami to but it on. It certainly did the job, giving good support where it was needed- I have no hesitation in recommending this item

It gives good support and is easy to use., I can only wear it at home, cannot wear with footwear.

I didn’t believe this would make a lot of difference but it has really helped my recovery from an ankle injury. It has meant I can walk more comfortably and even get back to trainingegs in the gym on certain exercises

This support is the best I’ve found so far. It is adjustable unlike others that you pull onto your ankle (which when my ankle is swollen it’s almost impossible to pull these on) and it really provides support and comfort and helps with the pain a great deal. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately didn’t help with pain, as ankle swelled throughout the day support felt too tight and painful, unable to loosen the support.

Okay, I don’t ever post reviews for Amazon buys, I never have. But this deserves a review.
So I went on a night out, fell and hurt my ankle. I proceeded to buy this and it was delivered timeously I wore it for over a week and my ankle still hurt, so I went to hospital where I was told I’d broken my ankle. They were shocked as I was in no pain and the bone had virtually not moved, despite having been walked on for 9 days and this was all due to this ankle support.
I cannot recommend this enough. It is great quality, great price and great support.

This ankle support does help stabilise my ankle. My only reservation is that the material used does make the ankle sweat which is very noticeable when you take the band off. The result is that the skin becomes very itchy and uncomfortable. Other than this I have no complaints

I have a weak right ankle. Have worn this especially when walking and it’s great. Gives enough support without strangling the ankle. I even wear it whilst in my shoes or walking boots and it is no issue.

I felt so much more confident when wearing it, the ankle was protected, more stable and less painful, resulting in less inflammation. I really liked the fact you could make it as tight or loose as you want. A very clever design I wore it a lot and so wore a thin sock under it to prevent any rubbing.

I badly sprained by ankle about 11 weeks ago and I have been unable to run due to the pain on impact. I bought this to see if it would help and it worked like a dream! The pain was no more and it has enabled me to slowly get back into running again. Such an amazing product and fantastic value for money!
