very powerful, the roll up hose wire is better as doesn’t kink. however, this is a heavy piece of kit compared to my last one. decent quality as long ad you don’t need to lift it anywhere.

This purchase was to replace & upgrade an old jet wash that I’d had for many years. It was fairly easy to set up. The wheels make it easier to move around but the unit is heavy if you need to lift it. I used it on my patio & it was very powerful. I suggest that you reduce the spray to start until you gauge the right level for the job purpose. The job was completed in half the time compared to using my old washer. This helped me as I have suffered back & hip pain after using my old one. Overall very pleased with the purchase & although a bit of an initial expense it will pay for itself in time saved & my joints will be happy too!!

Like the way it is so easy to use and assemble, dislike the overall weight of it and the way the lance hose is wound up on the machine..

I have been through several karcher pressure washers. The Bosch is much sturdier and feels like everything is built to last. Excellent results so far and you will appreciate the much better hose and cable storage if you are used to wrestling with this on a karcher!

Is well packaged. Easy to set up. Powerful jet. Easy to use. Jetting pipe wind up roller for storage is excellent and keeps pipe neatly stored. Only weakness is there is nowhere to store the electric cable or hook it up so only way around this is to wrap it around the pulling handle. As for long term reliability no idea but assuming that as it is a Bosch it should be good. Let’s hope so.

My previous yellow jet wash unit went rogue and the customer service was dreadful, actually non existent, despite it being an extremely well recognised brand.

Bosch consistently delivers quality, unlike another leading brand that has gone from market leader with great products to shody value engineered plastic that fails within in a few years (I’ve had 5 of that particular make and each time they get flimsier). Judging by the build quality of this machine I hope to still have the Bosch in 10 years time.

Very powerful and seem to do the job! long nice hose and easy to take around. Had no issues jet washing decking and the paving. Washing up the car and foaming it was a breeze. Will update on how long it lasts .

My last pressure washer was Karcher but loved the idea of the roll on the top has my old Karcher was fun when wrapping up the pressure hose, this one is hassle free..

Unpacked it, plugged it it and went pressure washing for trhe next 4 days.
So easy to use, great pressure for domestic use and to be able to wind up the pressure pipe to the wand is just great – no need to struggle with storing it and tangling it up.

Had a Bosch pressure washer for years never an issue just wanted something more powerful and easier to store etc, Karcher everyone said even the reviews!! Special offer!! Karcher arrived, instantly I was disappointed on how cheap and flimsy it was for 200! This was confirmed when a wheel fell off and it fell over every 2 seconds!!! Back in the box it went. Was reluctant at first due to cost but took the plunge… the moment I opened the box, wow what’s awesome but of kit, solidly built and pretty much fully assembled. In use no issues falling over or concerns in performance!! If I was to gripe it would be the fact that the water inlet is on the front the same side the lance hose comes from??? Surely in at the back out the front… so your not fighting pipes

For the price you won’t get better. Way better than several Karchers that I have owned in the past.
Fors: Good pressure – actually does blast dirt off patios, car wheels etc. Good quality build and materials. Comes with a few accessories.
Against: Changing the attachments is a little fiddly. Some of them have different connection types to others some click, some twist and click. Retractable hose mechanism is a bit fiddly

I bought this Bosch pressure washer to replace my 10 year old Karcher. The Karcher cost 199 10 years ago plus I paid 90 to get it repaired just after the 2 year warranty ran out, but it was never the same as it was new. For the past 3 years would not recognise some high pressure fittings. It continued to be ok for washing cars but nothing else; but a 50 washer will do that.

In the Black Friday sales last year I bought the Bosch and I wish I had changed years ago. It is a revelation after the Karcher, plus being reduced by 30% it cost about the same as the Karcher did 10 years earlier. Where I had struggled to remove anything but basic grime on paving the Bosch removed it with no problem. It feels sturdy and well built although some might find it heavy.

The one good point about Kracher was the numerous attachments. Luckily Bosch specifically make a connector that allows Karcher attachments to fit the Aquatak. It is an expensive piece of plastic, but much cheaper than buying all new Bosch fittings.
