It does what it is meant to do- A sound product.
I needed a complete spool with cutting line, and this did the job!
Easy to use – have previously bought this from other sellers on Amazon and spent a lot of time having to re-thread the wire. This spool is great and does the job well without having to stop every few minutes! I now assume the others were fake – we live and learn.
A really good line. I can see the difference compared with 2 cheaper one from B&Q
Changing the reel is super easy and it works very well. I was careful to match up the replacement as there are so many on the market I wanted to make sure I got the right one. Serial number is in the owners manual.
The cord does tend to break if connecting with borders nearing slabs.

Excellent replacement since it actually works unlike the original one that came with the Bosch strimmer. The line now extends from the spool when the button is pressed down, the original just got stuck and never worked
This plastic line seems to have a metal core. Good and strong.

Brought this to replace my old strimmer line that kept braking almost as soon as i started the strimmer. this line is a lot better than the original. if you are having problems with your line breaking i would recommend you get this and try it.

Does the job very good quality that you would expect from Bosch
Very clear instructions for use and is lasting very well through my hideous jungle of a garden, though the line still gets snagged about 50% of the time and requires manual pulling-through. Could well be me being an idiot and working it a bit too hard, though.
Very simple to fit and much better than winding on loose strimming wire.
strimmer now works but do have problems with having to re-thread every now & again – not sure if it is user error though!!!

What can I say its a spool of trimmer line
Have tried cheaper substitutes, but have learned if you buy cheap you buy dear. None of the substitutes I have purchased thus far have worked. Frustratingly they are usually ejected by the Bosch Easytrim in one foul stroke as soon as it is started up. Yes the Bosch spools are not cheap but they are the perfect match. I would have given 5 stars were it not for them being overpriced.

This is a fair price but the fiendish thing about it is to get it correctly positioned in order to get the auto feed mechanism going. I have not succeeded at present!

Just purchased Bosch Pro Tap Spool great purchase, far superior to the normal 1.6mm cord purchased from your local hardware shop, it did not break once and cut superbly highly recommended.Another fine product from Amazon.
Great product, fitted in minutes and back to the job of strimming all those weeds and lawn edges, will be back for more.
This is a convenient way of replacing your Bosch strimmer line, its simple enough to exchange once you manage to get the new spool out of its packaging, all you need to do then is unscrew the plastic cover on your strimmer, I struggled with mine as I had never removed it before and it was clogged with bits of grass, but spraying with some WD 40 soon sorted it out, once you have fed the line through and refitted the plastic cover you can then strim away happy for a while.
