This was a replacement for an old Bristan controller which had lost the ability to control the temperature and also dripped if not wrenched off very tightly. Installation was easy apart from the back plate having a slightly different dimension to the old one necessitating drilling a new hole in the tiling for the fixing screws and filling the old unused hole. The whole kit came with a new hose, shower head, etc, which I didn’t replace. Remarkable value for money as a servicing kit for the old one would have cost more.

It’s a very attractive looking item with good chrome finish. Once you know the know how it’s quite easy to fix. The thermostatic valve work well but you have to wait for about a minute or so to function effectively

Good quality and doesn what it needs to do. It is taking a little time to accurately judge the temperature but I am sure in time I will be able to do it. The shower looks lovely.
Needed a mixer shower with 12cm pipe centres to replace an existing shower. Good quality product, but no adjustable flow.
Was easy for my husband to fit as it was same make as the existing showe

Chose this as a replacement for my shower which had a slight leak. After paying a plumber to fit it. I was disappointed with the pressure/Flow. But after swapping my existing expensive head with the head that came with the shower it’s turned out a little better. So iv changed my original review.
