This mailbox offers plenty of space for your mail. Thanks to the full-surface galvanisation and tilting roof, it protects mail from the weather by storing it safely and reliably.
The built-in opening stop facilitates collecting the mail and prevents the mail from falling out when emptied.
Its practical design features a 332 mm wide slot under the hinged rain cover – with a maximum slot size of DIN C4 in landscape format. This corresponds to A4 paper size plus envelope (DIN C4 height: 324 mm, width: 229 mm)

This mailbox, manufactured in Germany, complies with all security standards and the high requirements of the European standard “EN 13724”. The standard defines not only the minimum size of the mailbox but also the protection against break-ins and corrosion. In addition, all Burg-Wächter mailboxes are equipped with a rounded letter slot. This eliminates the risk of injury.

Easy construction
BUBURG-WÄCHTER recommends mounting and installation in a weather-protected area. The mailbox should not be permanently exposed to weather. Fixing material and spacers to compensate for unevenness of walls are included.

Die Halterung des Deckels war verbogen, was ja mal passieren kann. Wenn die ausstehende Ersatzlieferung OK ist ,werde ich diese Rezension nochmal berarbeiten.
EDIT: Die Ersatzlieferung war OK, innerhalb von zwei Tagen da und ohne Mngel (siehe Bild aufgehngter Briefkasten)

Wir hatten schon einen BURG-WCHTER Briefkasten in wei seit 10 Jahren. Es hat sich bis heute an der Qualitt nichts gendert. War eine gute Kaufentscheidung! Sind sehr zufrieden auch mit der Farbqualitt.
