The washing machine itself is very impressive after a trial wash. However, the Amazon fitting team did not wear masks, despite me saying that my wife was ‘very vulnerable’. The younger of the two men could not fit our water hose properly (the supplied one was too short) and they left with a puddle of water on the kitchen floor. I fit the hose myself after they had gone, with no problem.

Worried I might not be able to use this but was I surprised how easy it was.

It washes wellI mostly use the 59 min program. I like that I can use the present programme or adjust the temperature and spin speed myself. It is noisier than my last machine. I paid for a install but the delivery men were useless and didn’t even know that you needed to turn the ‘tap’ on the wahing machine water pipe

Has lots of programs and it’s easy to adjust temperature and spin speed on all thd programs which is great. The smart feature is absolutely pointless though. You need to download an app, then within the app you select the program you want, change spin speed and temp if required (the same as you can do on the machine) and then take your phone to the machine and touch the phone onto the front panel! It’s not an app that connects over WiFi, or even Bluetooth it’s NFC the same as your contactless cards. You have to physically touch the machine. So just might as well do it all on the machine in the first place. I’m not tech shy, I have apps for absolutely everything but this is the most pointless sone yet.

The main advantage is being able to change the heat and spin speeds with the individual washing timers.

I paid 21 for installation and removal. Absolute bargain. 15 mins new one in , old one and all rubbish disappeared.
Brilliant washer. Brilliant service.
If it lasts as long at my old washer, also candy, I won’t need another fot at least 9 years.
