Only thing I don’t like about this is if you try to use the app it only tells you what settings you need to use instead of actually sending the wash to the machine like the dryer does
I have only used tbe short ecenomy wash so far but very happy with how clean my clothees have come out and also the washing is spun so well it has dried on tne line quite quickly.
The only possible issue is the door handle is plastic so not sure how robust it will be.

is the filter latch keeps falling down.
The manual does not state this anywhere I can see, but would be good to know: when the cycle has ended, the panel shows a code of “56Y” or “S6Y”I thought it was an error code and was pulling out my hair, but after googling, it actually stands for “Standby” and this code will always show when the cycle has ended and you have not yet turned machine off. Would have been good to know!!
Also worth noting – there was a fairly big dent in the front when it arrived – the guys pointed it out to me. I personally don’t mind too much, but you might.
Its a lovely washer, leaves the washing smelling lush, only down fall for me was it says WiFi enables wich I assume people would think can use around the home, but that’s so wrong, every wash you use with WiFi enabled you have to scan it like you do when u pay for something in a shop wich was a massive let down for me, also when unbowed there was a dint in the bottom right corner.
I have tried out several of the programs and found them all fine and as they say in the book. I would recomend you read the instruction book, the selection of programs requires a little study. I have not yet attemped to conect my smart phone, I don’t feel smart enought, But my daughter is coming to show me. I have to say I am very happy with the machine and it performs as expected, I can’t say any thing about it’s noise, for the reasions I have given. I will point out I live a lone so no deeply soiled cloathes, but all the washing I have done is perfect. So I have to say I am very pleased with it. One point, there is a bit that is meant to go on the bottom of the machine, but the instalers didn’t put it on, and because of the comucation problems I have no idea why. It seemed to be a black sheet of material and go’s on the underside of the machine, I think I should have asked amazon, they are always so good about things, but I didn’t Ho Hum.
Great washing machine lots of different functions washing is always clean and fresh I would definitely recommend.
First off I thought the service superb, the extra cost for removal of the old machine and fitting of the new one well worth it, and I found the fitters professional, polite and efficient, with the whole process complete in less than an hour.
We have had the machine now for around two months with it doing an average of two loads a day having no issues at all. The controls are simple and instructions easy to follow. The machine in my opinion is quite noisy but we have been more than happy with its washing performance.
Overall a lower end budget machine which does a good job of washing, it is on the noisy side, and has an energy class of E which means it will cost more to run and not as good for the environment as a better rated machine. I found the fitting and removal service superb and would recommend this machine if you are budget limited as was our case.

First of all , I have never bought a washing machine via amazon before, always Curry’s. Changed this time as almost 30 cheaper recycling old and installation new service provision via amazon, MUCH shorter wait time for free delivery ( 3 days as opposed 10) and ofcourse similarly competitive prices for machine itself.
The delivery was great..I wanted free delivery so had a 12 hour slot but you are rung 30 mins before delivery and can track delivery van so I knew when it would be . 2 very nice Brazilian guys removed old machine, installed the new and removed all packaging in less than 15 minutes . They were polite and cheerful.
I had a backlog of washing so did 2 cycles yesterday on day of arrival. One using rapid 44 min cycle of moderately grubby stuff, other jeans cycle, this morning a synthetic cycle that weighs the clothes to make as efficient a wash as possible. All have cleaned the clothes well. I like the fact I can reduce the temperature and spin for all programmes . I use 20 mostly , occasionally 30. Not noisy and even.when on 1400 spin ( jeans ) the machine didn’t jump forward and the noise was acceptable..I like the way I can see how long a cycle will be and how much time is left.
Just really impressed…the machine but also Amazon’s delivery / service package for an item like this.

So far so good, still haven’t connected to smartphone but the basic machine seems to work just fine…. Time will tell. Wasn’t mightily impressed to discover that delivery charges didn’t seem to include the removal of transit bolts, but then the driver didn’t seem to speak English which I find utterly ludicrous.
Instillation men where great installed my new machine and took away my old one very efficiently after ordering. Cycles done relatively fast, fits a lot of clothes in and looks great. I am very happy with my new candy machine!
Only 1 niggle it only does 1400 spin on high temps or very long programs, so have to re spin at the end, all in all excellent machine, washes well

On Friday I tried everywhere to get a quick delivery on a new machine but simply couldn’t (Christmas, covid, you name it – all made it impossible.
Then I looked at amazon. Found this Candy and decided this time to go with a brand that has a good reputation for washing machines.
I paid 21 to have my old machine taken away with wrapping from new one, and the new one installed. Delivery was set for Monday and, if I’m honest, I was expecting to be left down on that.
So when I got a text from Amazon at 07:19 on the Monday, telling me they would be there in 30 mins I was relieved and surprised. Yes it meant they would be here whilst we were trying to get ready for school but we could manage.
Well readers, at 8:00 a.m. my new machine was in and on its test wash and the Amazon guys were on their way to their next job.
The machine looks lovely in situ and certainly the spin is quieter than I expected. Very happy and would definitely recommend giving amazon a go for household appliances. Curry’s and AO beware!

False advertisement in the product description, it has an EU acoustic level C, not A and it is quite loud. It’s easy to operate and was fairly light making it easy to install. Too early to comment on reliability.

The predetermined wash cycles are easy to operate and deemed economical. It runs reasonably quite and is considered excellent value for money.
The washing machine is very good, not expensive, just I could pay. Spacious for a lot clothes washing by once. Not noisy. It’s fast and save more electricity. Good to buy.

No complaints here. Does the job so well. My only crit is that the smart Start button is so sensitive! The kids only have to brush by it and changes my settings. But otherwise: perfect!

It’s more compact that my old one and only a kilogram less so I like its easier to move around. It works well and I like the smart features. Only thing I’d suggest is making sure the draw is closed all the way. I left it open slightly and a lot of water poured out. First I thought it was broken or faulty but when I closed the draw properly it stopped. Other than that I’m really happy with it and and it was an excellent price.
This m/c is easy to use, quiet in use and does the job and it was easy to install.
