The gas pipe was a bit of a nightmare but once sorted the BBQ works perfect however the doors don’t stay on! There is nothing under to keep the metal bar in place so the doors fall off!
Great once built but quite fiddly to do so and odd hole does not line up perfectly. Condiment basket not very strong and one weld had come off. Contacted supplier but no replacement so got a 25 refund which was very fair.
I bought this for my son in laws birthday, when it arrived, the box was damaged, so arranged via amazon to contact Charles Bentley to collect the damaged box. They promptly replied and replaced the box. Once the Bbq was built its strong, sturdy and well built. It did take a few hours for two people to build it but definitely worth the effort.
We have had a big family bbq, it was easy to use. It is a very big bbq, but looks stunning.
If you decide to buy one, make sure you buy a cover for it, worth all the money. Enjoy
