We bought this as the tops of our cupboards were getting a bit
greasy with cooking this certainly helps to clear the cooking oils away keeping our kitchen easier to clea

Item is made in China. Unit is very sleek and the fan speed is terrific, but is noisy. I doubt if we will use the fan on settings 2 and 3.

We needed an extract for our hob which is mounted in a chimney breast. It had to be slim so as to avoid me bashing my head on it. This seemed to fit the bill and at the price it was ‘worth a punt’. Two years later it is still working fine, still quiet. Only fault is some of the paint markings have worn thin due to cleaning.

Easy to install. Unfortunately my cooker still sets off smoke alarm when cooking steak!
Had to drill 2 little holes on sides towards front to secure front better, other than that a great produc

Really nice kitchen hood, great value for money. Slim design and not very noisy, light is big and bright.

Have given this 5 stars- it looks great in the box but due to lockdown, my joiner hasn’t been in to do the upgrade on my kitchen. I’m sure he’ll fit it no problem

Superb value for money. Is light so is easy to install and the stainless steel makes is easy to clean.
The extension power cable is handy addition if you power sockets are bit faraway.
The extractor has a nice appearance,it is very lightweight making it easily fitted.Venting the extractor through the outside wall was a little more difficult,had to adapt a 5″ to 4″ reducer to connect ducting.
Easy to install, is a little flimsy but once its installed its ok. Light is ok, i may swap it for an LED at some point like others have.
The edges are pretty damn sharp so be careful

Bought to replace old extractor fan, which was white and the paint flaking. Wanted to replace with a nice looking fan that helps to prevent condensation whtlen cooking. In comparison to those we viewed in local diy stores, this is very competative in price and looks far more expensive. Husband actually managed to fit this himself, with no issues. Would highly recommend

Easy to install, I changed the supplied screws for stronger screws.
This extractor is very powerful and works great.
The metal filter is very easy to remove and wash. Push buttons are simple to use and there is a powerful light. Super smoke suction makes it slightly noisy but you get use to it and smoke clears in no time.
Much quieter than previous hood. Lightning at front of hood really useful as throws more even light across hob

One thing is Finger prints stay on the stainless steel and makes it look dirty.

This is a great value unit and now I installed it everything is fine. I didn’t realise all the bits I need were *inside the unit*! I thought they forgot to pack the instructions, cable, outlet adaptor etc Please put a sticker on the unit to say this.
Anyhoo this works fine and, on my installation, ducts all those cooking smells outside. No more bedrooms smelling like a chippy!

Good for the price and is much slimmer than many, but as it is relatively cheap the edges are sharp and the metal thin. Lamp is at the front not the rear; which is unusual? It has a plug so bear this in mind if your old one was hardwired.

Looks great. Light was absolute rubbish so we used a higher bulb. It says motto but it’s fine and not hot.
Simple installation and does a great job of getting rid of the smells.

Only had for a week so early days but it seems ok for the price. It is not as deep as the old hood which was over twenty years old. I therefore had to buy a stainless steel splash-back to cover the 4 inch gap above the wall tiles.
It has a cheapish feel to it although it looks good once installed. As I have a fused switch above in the cupboard so i had to cut off the 3 pin plug to wire it in. Also the light bulb is rubbish so I bought a 5 watt led bulb off amazon which gives off great light.

Very easy to assemble and fit over Kitchen hob but is quite noisy when on top speed! much much quieter on low.

This hood looks great once fitted, it’s slim design is lovely. Bought it as wanted rear vent, there is a push out for rear vent but the fan inside doesn’t go to it so there is no way it would work. Easy to use and quiet, clears steam and smells very quickly.

Very pleased with this item, does exactly what I wanted, looks good, also very well packed, but fiddly working out how to get fittings out from inside good but other than that very pleased.

Y el filtro que viene es de un solo uso, no es lavable. Es blanco sinttico (tal vez poliester) como los antguos pero muy finto.

Good quality although the bulb need replacing after a week but would recomend
Over all looks good . Very efficient at extraction . Only problem found was with the catches for lowering the filter panel the right hand one sticks badly . Very fast delivery well packed looks good and works well . But big warning watch your fingers on the edges . Because metal is so thin you can slice your finger off.

I am so happy with the product so simple to install no need on the instructions but worth the price

Not actually used as yet, however looks to be a great item and for the price you can’t go wrong
The unit can be externally ducted or switched to recycled. In recycled mode, the efficiency is impaired, but this is to be expected and is like to be true of any extractor fan.
Power is fed into the unit on the top back edge of the unit, this almost perfectly lined up with the location for the power cable of the older extractor fan, so a small enlarging of the hole into the up and over cupboard was very easy to do.
The unit comes with a rectangle of mesh material that acts as a grease filter. To this I added a sheet of a charcoal filter which is suppose to trap more odours. The advantage with this unit is that the filters are just sheet material rather than more expensive constructed units. The down side of these cheap filters is that it is probably not as effective at trapping stream and odours as more expensive solutions.
The unit is made from stainless steel and the edges are sharp so be careful when fitting.
Essential an inexpensive, easy to fit solution.
