Pas encore vraiment test, mais semble un bon produit pour apprhender la cnc.
Les pices pour l’assemblage de la machine sont de bonne facture et le montage ais.
El precio es bueno porque era una oferta, la compr sin lser, el lser no tiene potencia como para grabados en metal a si que lo descarte.
Es mejorable con los finales de carrera que traen otros modelos y que se poda. Haber puesto en esta. Pero en general le he sacado provecho
I’ve been using this CNC for five months now, mainly for architectural prototyping, and can highly recommend it for the cost. The accuracy and tolerance of the 3018 is comparable to much larger and significantly more expensive piranha machines used at work when milling soft material such as pine of high density foam (Images attached)
I was completely new to the world of CNC before buying this machine, so putting it together takes some patience, but is not incredibly difficult. Doing part of the assembly yourself is a great way to understand how the machine operates and what its limitations are.
The recommend software is very limiting, mainly just allowing for 2.5D Milling. I encourage anyone looking to get into digital fabrication to take the time and learn to use Fusion 360. It’s free for hobbyists and is incredibly capable to 3D toolpathing.
The machine is by no means perfect, and you’ll encounter a number of quirks when using it. I often have issues setting the Z depth, which can be problematic when milling on two sides of the stock. Milling anything harder than softwood will be difficult on anything by the lowest feedrates, and will of course be very loud. I built a small, dampened enclosure which really helps with the noise.
Overall though, I’ve had a lot of fun learning how to CNC on this 3018. For starting out, I can’t recommend it highly enough!
Nachdem mir Amazon die Lieferung fr Anfang Februar angekndigt hat, war ich positiv berrascht, als die CNC schon Anfang Januar, knapp eine Woche nach der Bestellung bei mir eintraf.
Als ich das Paket ffnete und die Schaumstoffabdeckung entfernte, bekam ich zuerst Bedenken, da die Aluprofile und Spindelgewindestangen wst durcheinander im Paket lagen. Aber des Rtsels Lsung war schnell gefunden, ich hatte das Paket auf der falschen Seite geffnet. Da wre evtl. ein Aufkleber “An dieser Seite – hier ffnen angebracht”
Der Zusammenbau ging schnell und auch die erste Inbetriebnahme verlief gut.
Jetzt muss ich mich erst einmal in das spannende Thema CNC Frse einarbeiten, bevor ich weitere Bewertungen der CNC Frse 3018 abgeben werde.
Zuerst werde ich die Frse ergnzen, mit 6 Endschaltern und einem Notstop, des weiteren habe och fr die Frse noch eine Update Satz fr die X Achse bestellt, der aber erst im Februar geliefert wird. Dann kann ich mit weiteren Erfahrungen zu der Frse aufwarten.

on va interprter des fichiers Gcode gnrs sur PC via des logiciels fournis.
CONCLUSION :
je suis trs content ce cette premire fraiseuse personelle, ayant une formation d’outilleur j’y retrouve mes marques et je m’amuse beaucoup. Plus j’avance plus les rsultats sont satisfaisants.
J’espre que cela vous aidera dans votre choix
si la machine est fournie avec du matos en rab, apparemment le fournisseur est plutt radin au niveau des crous pour la fixation des profils et pices baklites, perso encore heureux que j’en avait venant d’autres machines sue j’avais en rab, 8 au total donc faire gaffe
A short list of outstanding (good and bad) items follows.
* The expected date of arrival was precise. I really appreciate this. Which perhaps has more to do with amazon.de (prime) and not so much from the seller. But the seller did promptly dispatch the items (thanks).
* All the bits and pieces were included, (and a few extra ones).
* The manual had sufficient graphical information to put (guessing sometimes) things together. But it certainly needs improvement since I had to undo and redo some of the steps illustrated (sometimes there is a need for a proper literal description of how and why things have to be assembled). Furthermore, it is left to the new-owner to descide where some things should be placed (like the controller, being suggested to find a place on the back, right side of the bridge/gantry. Which I did found not so good for cable management. I placed it on the left, which, by doing so, also allowed to place the power supply well attached with double-sided sticky tape, instead of having it on the floor.)
I have only run a simple test, (to see if all worked Ok,) so; I won’t be able, (at this time,) to further elaborate on anything else.

Fcil de montar y poner en marcha. El usb que envian tiene todo el software necesario. De momento, probada con distintas maderas, va de maravilla. La atencin del vendedor inmejorable.
found this CNC machine on Amazon after being let down elsewhere as I needed one to expand my craft hobby business. machine ordered via prime which came next day.
Packaged well and came dismantled, I have read a few reviews stating this but it only took me approximately an hour to put together – the instructions were easy to follow. Machine is alot quieter than I anticipated which is good! the components are all of good quality and once put together the machine is very sturdy.
you can use the machine online/ via the offline controller and I have started to play around with some designs with online software – the machine links up really well but no teaching problems.
I haven’t cut anything yet as I need to go and get some wood but so far I am really impressed.

I’m new to CNC and engraving and wanted to start it as a hobby. It was really easy to assemble and I had it done within a hour. I used a free online software to make my designs. It was very easy to use and is a good one for beginners.
This is a fantastic bit of kit to get you started into the world of CNC. The box was suprisingly small (but heavy) and contained all the parts you need in well packaged foam inserts.
The machine waas easy to assemle and put to gether if you follow the instructions, it might be a little daunting at first as there are quite a few parts but if you take your time you will be fine.
I have yet to use the CNC yet on any production ready material but the test runs I have done have been great.
Overall a great beginners machine which will really teach you the basics of CNC and design for CNC.
Superb packaging and easy to assemble if you take your time. Should be possible to complete in an hour. Take care when wiring the spindle motor. Red wire to the red dot terminal – easy to miss. Need to take time understanding the computer set up. Kit comes with plug in computer software. Not yet used in earnest but hopeful!
Pour mon premier essai de fabrication d’un circuit imprim en gravure anglaise avec perage, je suis absolument bluff !
Petit cran de commande en manuel trs pratique! Les outils fournis permettent de commencer travailler tout de suite.
Le logiciel fourni est GRBL Candle, pour gnrer le Gcode je vous recommande Carbide pour commencer, assez complet et gratuit.
The supplied software is sufficient to get you started but there is a lot of other software online, much of it free/open source to enhance the capability.
There is a lot of learning to do to get the best of these machines but fortunately there are hundreds of YouTube videos. Take it slow, don’t try to do too much too soon, and watch lots of videos.
Piccola fresatrice cnc molto solida per il prezzo bassissimo che ha. Per ora l’ho solo montata ho fresato un piccolo bassofondo semisferico su legno con una qualit superficiale veramente ottima. La parte meno convincente della macchina la rigidit dell’asse z: la staffa di plstica pi il peso del motore non sono il massimo. Secondo me asportando poca profondit di materiale non sar mai un problema.
Per fare PCB e piccole incisioni perfetta.
Si monta bene ed dotata di tutti gli accessori che servono.

Easy to put together it took about 4hrs not rushing.
It also came with 2 meters of spiral cable wrap + 1gb usb key + 1gb SD card.

I did have an EMF issue related to the ch450 usb to serial chip on the main board what caused disconnects. Wasn’t hard to resolve by bypassing and adding my own usb to serial. Been solid since. 🙂
Une amlioration que je compte mettre en oeuvre consiste ajouter des switches de fin de course sur les axes, d’autant plus facile que l’lectronique est prvue pour les connecter ainsi que leur gestion par le logiciel de pilotage. Dommage sue le constructeur ne les installe pas, cette fonctionnalit tant indispensable pour localiser prcisment le 0 en X et Y.
A ce jour, j’ai seulement fait fonctionner la machine sans graver, cependant j’ai pu constater la prcision et l’absence de jeu dans les axes.
Je prvois de l’utiliser essentiellement pour la gravure de PCB l’anglaise.

Der verbaute Lfter ist obernervig und wurde mit etwas Bastelarbeit durch einen kleinen Noiseblocker ersetzt.
Wer eh Spa am Basteln hat, kann die Frse natrlich nach Belieben pimpen und ggf. versteifen.
Alles in allem empfehlenswert, wenn man Platinen frsen mchte, oder Acryl o.. bearbeiten will.
The frame is well built. It is quite a loud machine but that is to be expected. I’d recommend buying new bits as the supplied ones aren’t great quality (particularly the end mill). Endless upgrade options.
Die Aufbauanleitung ist sehr gut, kein Vergleich zu sonstigen Gerten aus Fernost – Der Aufbau war nach einer Stunde erledigt. (Achtung: Fr die X und Y Achse erstmal die Wellenkupplung auf die Schrittmotoren setzen, dann Schrittmotor festschrauben!)
Erste Versuche in Pappelsperrholz und MDF haben sehr gute Ergebnise gebracht, die mitgelieferten Schwalbenschwanzfrser tauchen problemlos ein und haben ein tolles Schnittbild.
Aber es gibt einige Punkte, die mich sehr stren, und ber die ich trotz des niedrigen Preises nicht hinwegschauen kann:
1. Die Trapezgewindespindel der Y-Achse ist krumm. Im “normalen” Frsbetrieb fllt das kaum auf und fhrt auch nicht zu nennenswerten dimensionalen Abweichungen, begrenzt aber die maximale Verfahrgeschwindigkeit.
2. Damit einhergehend: Man kann die Referenzspannung der Schrittmotorentreiber nicht einstellen, damit kann man auch solche Reibungswiderstnde nicht durch den Schrittmotor berfahren. Verfahren mit 2500mm/min fhrt auch auf der X-Achse schon zu Schrittverlust
3. Das Kabel von der Frsspindel wurde verpolt geliefert, die Spindel luft also bis zur Behebung dieses Fehlers rckwrts – Da wundern man sich auch nicht ber das schlechte Schnittbild beim ersten frsen, aber bei maximaler Drehzahl fllt das auch nur begrenzt auf.
4. Der Y-Rahmen ist einfach nicht gerade zu bekommen, die Frse wackelt also immer ber zwei Ecken, es sei denn man schraubt sie fest. Dementsprechend ist eben auch die Geruschkulisse beim frsen biblisch.
Kein Manko, da mir anhand der Bilder bewusst war, was ich kaufe: Die Spannpratzen sind fr die Tonne. Damit ruiniert man sich nur die Nuten vom Frsbett. Ich habe die M6 Schrauben weiterbenutzt um eine MDF Platte als Opferbrett auf die Nutenplatte zu schrauben und benutze dann Holzschrauben, um das Werkstck direkt zu fixieren.
Im Ganzen gibt es bei dem Preis wirklich nicht viel zu meckern, aber Anfnger sollten von diesem Gert lieber dine Finger lassen. Wer schon mal einen 3D Drucker selbst gebaut hat oder bereit ist Zeit in die Recherche zu stecken, kann hier ganz glcklich werden.

Took a bit of practice and the proper software (I use Easel online directly connected to the cnc) and I’ve carved PCBs too!
Le plus pratique est de poser les vis avec les “crous”sur les plaques et faite glisser les “crous” de fixation l’intrieur des rainures de fixation, une fois fait,en resserrent l’ensemble les “crous ” vont se positionner correctement et se bloquer.
sinon le systme de vis de fixation sur le plateau pas top… prvoir quelques modifications de fixation plus pratique.

Hinweis: Um das ( geringe ) Durchbiegen der Mechanik zu minimieren, sollte man den Arbeitsbereich nahe der rechten oder linken Pfosten nutzen.
No es una mquina para grandes pretensiones, pero para su precio y tamao se defiende con mucha dignidad.
Maintenant que j’ai test ca je passe sur plus grand et je vais tester le module laser.
Je recommande pour ceux qui ont envie de se faire la main avec une premiere CNC.
Seul petit bmol, la partie logiciel. J’ai des soucis de dmarrage du logiciel sur mon PC sous Windows 10 avec 2 crans.
Aucun problme sur mon PC portable avec Windows 7.
Le logiciel ne permet que de lire des fichiers gcode, pour la conversion svg ou gerber vers gcode, il faut passer par un autre logiciel et la conversion n’est pas toujours vidente.
Facile assembler environ 2 Heures , utilis pour fabrication de PCB , la qualit est au rendez-vous.

carton arriv abm mais comme tout est bien emball rien n’a t abm.
Montage rapide et pas compliqu : 1ere essais termin au bout de 1h aprs le dballage du carton et nettoyage des pieces car beaucoup de limaille prsente.
la cnc est livr avec presque tout ce qu’il y a sur la photo, il ne manque que les 4 ensembles de vis rondelles courte pour la fixation des planches fines sur le plateau mais les grandes pices font bien le boulot.
la carte livre semble etre une 150w ventile et cratrise avec GRBL 1.1f
je l’utilise principalement avec un laser 5500mw aliment par la carte il faut environ 12 passes pour couper une planchette de contreplaqu de 3mm (cagette de legume)
les ralisations dans les photos font environ 50mm de haut et ont pris environ 10 minutes a faire chacun sauf le flocon plus dtaill qui a pris 20 min.
les logiciel sont simple et marchent bien. le site easel est aussi une bonne option pour l’utiliser

Bonne qualit pour dbuter, mais il manquait le prolongateur de broche ER11 dans le colis. Aprs discussion avec le vendeur, ddommagement pour acheter ce qu’il manquait.
Pas vident de trouver le logiciel pour faire de la gravure en relief, mais force de ttonnement je vais finir par y arriver…
Par contre, a aurait t mieux d’avoir un assortiment de fraises de tailles diffrentes, plutt que 10 fois la mme
Maschine 2 von Anbieter Y bestellt, versucht zusammen zubauen. Bin aber an defekten Lagern der vormontierten Z Einheit gescheitert. Ebenfalls zurck.
Voll frustriert Maschine 3 bei TOPQSC geordert. Ein Wunder, der Zusammenbau ging einwandfrei, die Inbetriebnahme ging dank des 23 seitigem Handbchleins im A5 Format, das auch die Software beschreibt, ohne Probleme und ein leises Quietschen an der Z Gewindestange lies sich mit einem Trpfchen Nhmaschinenl lsen. Alles passte, nichts wackelt, nichts klemmt. Bin begeistert. Die wiederhol Genauigkeit mit der Spindel, als auch mit dem Laser ist einwandfrei, es ist also kein nennenswertes Spiel vorhanden.

partie mcanique de trs bonne qualit ( conception et matriaux utiliss), dommage la partie commande est de moins bonne qualit ,gros problme pour moi pas de notices en franais!
Je n’ai pas trouv de notice de montage dans le carton mais je prsume qu’elle devait tre sur le mini CD fourni (qui a un lecteur CD de nos jours? En tout cas pas moi). Du coup j’ai t voir sur le site de Sainsmart leur notice en format pdf qui est claire et bien faite (peu de texte, des images explicites).
Au dballage, le produit dgage une odeur assez dsagrable (peut-tre l’huile de protection qui sent pas trs bon), pensez prendre un chiffon pour tout dgraisser.
A noter, sur la photo on voit un ensemble de mches supplmentaire, je ne les ai pas trouv ni dans le carton ni dans l’emballage Amazon. J’ai du en commander part du coup.

Achtung: die X und X Schrittmotoren nicht falsch anstecken, sind in der Beschreibung alle beide mit X angegeben, sonst laufen sie seitenverkehrt, auf der Platine sind die Achsen bei den Stecker angegeben (X, Y, Z).
Ich habe mir den 5500 Laser auch gleich mit bestellt, muss ich aber noch testen.
Im Ganzen muss ich sagen, fr mein Modellbau Hobby genau die Richtige Wahl.
No puedo decir nada malo de la maquina ya que de momento me esta pareciendo un diez.
La he comprado para hacer grabaciones en madera incluso fotos en relieve,tambien la quiero para poder hacer pistas de chips.
Mittlerweile gibt es Einsteigerfrsen schon ab 100 Euro, fr diese Pro Version hab ich unter 200 bezahlt, dafr ist es ein Bausatz. Ich bin ein Bromensch und hab wenig Ahnung vom Maschinenbau. ich konnte mir aber schon Erfahrung mit 3D Drucker baustzen aneignen. Gebraucht habe ich fr den Bausatz 3 Stunden, ein Profi wrd es wohl in 2 Stunden schaffen. Den Bausatz konnte ich allein Aufbauen und das ntige Werkzeug ist auch vorhanden.
Beim Aufbau habe ich genau die Anleitung beachtet und man sollte mitdenken die Anleitung ist nicht optimal vom Ablauf gestaltet. Auch wichtig: der Hersteller hat keine Metallspne entfernnt, ich musste erstmal alle Metallteile mit einer Roladennadel und Pinsel von den Spnen befreien. Bei den Schrauben liegt meistens eine ersatzschraube dabei. nur bei den nutenblcken waren Sie genau abgezhlt, bei einem einzigen ist mir das Gewinde durch gedreht. Ich konnte es fixen mit viel Glck. Ich habe eine andere Schraube genommen und mit einen Sechskant den Nutenstein gegegedrckt , so konnte die neue Schraube wieder greifen. Ansonsten hatte ich keine Probleme beim Zusammenbau.
Ich empfehle jedem sich viel Zeit zunehmen, besonders beim Ausrichten des T-Nutentisches und alles gut anziehen. Wer beimn Zusammenbau schlampt wird spter keine Freude daran haben.
Die Steuereinheit ist vermutlich auf Ardurinobasis sprich man kann andere Steppdriververbauen und die Firmware aktualisieren. Zudem gibt es eine Bedieneinheit mit SD Kartenslot, diese CNC Frse kann daher auch ohne Computer arbeiten.
Diese model scheint beliebt su sein man findet im Internet viel Zubehr z.b. einen Laser und Moding Vorlagen fr den 3D Drucker z.B. Elektronikgehuse oder Frserhalterung.
Meine Frse lief auf anhieb gut, ich bin mir aber Bewusst, das es keine Professionelle Maschine ist sprich Metalle werden weniger gehen, Sie eignet sich mehr fr Kunststoff und Holz.
Fazit die richtige CNC Maschiene fr Bastler im Einsteigerbereich die Hauptschlich ‘Holz bearbeiten wollen oder Platinen frsen.
Nikel. Simple monter. Par contre, pour l’utilisation, c’est un peu plus compliqu. En faite, il ne faut surtout pas brancher la tlcommande en mme temps que sur l’ordi, sinon, a ne fonctionne pas sur l’ordi. Une fois a trouv, c’est nikel. Je l’ai connect un raspberry.
