Bon produit, avec un fil pour utiliser la corde plus classiquement et la partie pour raliser de la corde sauter en intrieur. Trs simple monter et utiliser. Fonctionne bien.
Obviously I don’t need instructions to use this but it came in several pieces. Luckily was able to work it out but some instructions would have been useful! It does seem a little tacky for the price and the rope/wire is really really long!
There weren’t any instructions on how to attach the weights or the rope, but I sussed it out and it seems easy to use. Nice and light, so I’ll be able to take it on holiday to complete my skipping challenge.
For the price – they appear good if you think you can make them up without instructions. I managed by finding a similar make (ish) you tube video.
All the bits needed supplied and a spare battery for the display. Now my challenge can commence
I travel a lot with work and find most hotel gyms inadequate for cardio. I carry these bad boys in my bag and can easily workout in my hotel rooms.
