Fits great on my lounger. I loved the removable neck machine. I can turn on heat only to stay warm in the morning while enjoying my cup of coffee.
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my mom and let her try it before I tried it myself. She laid it in the ground and even in that position she fell in love with it. I decided to give it a try and even though the mat is mostly just vibrating, it feels nice with the different modes you can choose. The heat is very soothing as well. I think the shiatsu pillow is the best part of this overall. It can be detached which is nice, and the heat with massage feels wonderful on the neck. Worth the money!
I purchased a massage table to put this massage mat on top of for extra convenience. I’ve got screws in my back that tenses up muscles and this helps relax them back.
We love the warmth with the massage. The different settings are great. My husband likes the idea that you can separate the neck pillow part and use it on the low back area.
I love this massage mat! I wore out my first one that I had for years. It did not have the neck rollers. I love this feature. I really kneeds the neck and shoulders. I use it every morning and several times through out the day. I have back and neck issues so it is a wonderful thing!
I liked the 5 settings and the neck massage. I feel like the massager pad is not long enough to reach the lower leg. It takes several times of using it to figure out which settings work best for you.
It’s not the same of having a person doing a massage but it’s good enough to feel better and more relax after a day of work!

Really, the only thing I didn’t like is the pillow. It pushes my head too far forward, and causes pain in my neck. But once I detached the pillow, I love it! I believe the pillow can be used independently as a massager, but I haven’t figured out how to do it yet. The different modes help different parts of my body. And the heat feels wonderful!

This mat has neck massager to help gets the knots out. Also we can use the remote control to vibrate on different parts of the body, together with the different levels of heat. My husband loves to use it and always fall asleep on it, it makes him feel relaxing and smoothing. So he said we can save money on vacation because he has been having mini vacation by using the mat every night. Also, the price is reasonable compare to similar products. We will recommend others to give it a try.
This was a gift from me to a veteran that needed some relief. I have not seen the pad to date. I did get an email that said, the delivery was fast and a text message that said ” got it, love it, works miracles…..thx”.
I love this massage mat. It’s so soft and the warmth Is so relaxing and calming. The vibration motor is luckily stronger than I was expecting which is a great thing. I love that you can also chose the vibration intensity. Now I will say that it’s important to read the description before purchasing because at first I was under the impression that this has the shiatsu massager throughout the length of the pad but the description clearly says it doesn’t. None the less I still purchased it because I’ve always wanted a way to make my bed vibrate. The optional heating is just icing on the cake. I completely recommend this mat to everybody and will be buying another one to give as a gift.

I bought this product for my present condition. I was surprised with how it works. Although it is not a shiatsu thing but the vibration on the mat gives comfort. The detachable pillow plays a great part . It massages your neck and you can even use it to massage the other parts of your body— shiatsu like massage.

I wish I had tried this sooner! This product is so easy to use. When I need relief from some minor back and neck pain, I love the fact that I can do this in comfort of my own home. In my line of work (EMS), my coworkers and I long for a massage after a long, busy hardworking day and this would make such a “soothing ” gift. My husband is a diesel mechanic and after working a 12hr. shift his back always bothers him. So, I got this for him as a gift and he loves it. He gets it out when he gets home and plays on it and then does his back stretches. He says that it helps get everything relaxed and makes stretching easier and he feels a lot less pain. So in my book, it’s a win!
Very useful. I keep it in my bed so i could use it anytime. I usually sleep while it is ON as it’s very relaxing. It has a timer and turns off after one session. It relieves the pain on my back and legs after a long day at work.

Really like the fact that u can detach the pillow part of the massage mat that was a big selling point for me. Also the various different options on the remote.
The only downside to it has to be there no back up power for the pillow part meaning it has to be plugged in all the time.
Dispite that one issue the rest of it is perfect, seem to help alleviate some of the back pain which my girlfriend suffer from.

The massager mat has given me pain relief especially the pillow massager. It has relieved the tightness in my neck.
Now my days end with a GREAT 15-20 minute massage in my bed and not only it has improved the time I sleep but the quality of it as well! , This is by far THE BEST purchase I have done in a while. To the point that I plan to buy another to help my Dad with his lower back conditions. The combination of heat and automated massage patterns are in my opinion therapeutic!

Best thing I’ve ever bought for myself and My 12 year old wants one for her birthday. I have chronic pain disease and spine injuries and it’s amazing that the pillow can be put anywhere. The flap over the pillow is also a brilliant idea so I can decide if I want a softer or deeper massage. I was worried about the heat because I have temperature variations but it didn’t make me hot because the heat was more centralised around the massaging elements and the entire thing doesn’t get warm. it is the perfect temperature and a great width and length. I don’t have to spend time focusing on getting it in the perfect position. The fabric is so soft and just sitting on it is soothing even if it’s not turned on. The cushioning is the perfect amount. Not bulky at all. It even looks nice on my sofa. It’s pretty! I cannot fault it at all. After using it I feel like I’m floating around when I walk. Everyone should have one. Honestly.

Neck massager is awesome .. The entire pad is soft & comfortable. I’m 5′ 6″ and my entire body will fit on it. The intensity is VERY strong & you will feel it . The various modes are wonderful. This pad will satisfy you after a long tired day. I would absolutely recommend this product.
I enjoy laying my message mat on top of my bed and feeling the release of tension as my body is messaged. I don’t use the feature that starts out very low and increases. I like being able to remove the pillow and adjust the placement to my needs. I also very much enjoy the heat feature.
Love this mat! The vibrations themselves work as they should, but let’s be honest, they are pretty much useless. The vibrations are not nearly strong enough to have any lymphatic, muscle, or blood flow benefit. On the ‘mode’ setting, each mode is a series of different vibrating pulses within themselves.
However, if you do not engage the ‘mode’ feature and just choose which part of the body (or all) you want to target with vibration on the remote, then you get a nice, steady flow of decent vibration without all the fluctuating pulses, which is very calming and relaxing
Secondly, let’s talk about the remote control pouch. While the feature and construction itself is a great idea (it even has a velcro enclosure), it is positioned way down towards your feet instead of at hand/reach level
So unless you have elongated alien- like arm length, It’s a failer.
The remote itself is simple and works accordingly, and even has an automatic shut off timer of somewhere between 25 and 35 minutes
The pillow: I do enjoy the massage feature of the pillow, and it too has a built-in timer, but let’s talk about the cord. It is so short in length that if you try adjusting the pillow position on your neck, or if you want to unzip it and lay it on your upper back, you really cannot do this without disconnecting the power connection
The heating: the heating feature is a nice addition, but it really does get hot I equate it to a heating pad on its highest level, maybe even a little warmer. Personally, I can take it, but I could see how some may not. It really is pretty hot.
In general, it’s very nicely put together in both its construction, comfort and packaging, but a tad overpriced at $90
Could do with more balls for around the shoulders. Maybe 3 sets each side in a rough nech/shoulder position would be perfect.
This was a great investment. First – for the full body heating pad. Muscles sore? Back aches? Just cold? The heat feature is so soothing. Second – the full body massaging vibration. It reaches the spot you can’t to relax muscle knots and ease tension. Third – the neck massaging pillow. It’s a powerful stress reliever. Put the three together and there is little possibility of being disappointed. It’s a quiet luxury you can treat yourself or someone you care for to.
I wish I had found this before buying several other at home massage products. It’s easier to use and I find it to be of great benefit to my overall health and wellness. Personally I find some type of massage to be a critical component to my process and this helps fulfill part of that bill. ; )
I love this massager. The shiatsu on the neck is wonderful after a hard day it work, It does a fantastic job getting to that area where the neck meets the shoulder, where my knots form. The fact that the heat and gentle vibration relaxes the rest of your body at the same time really makes this a great item. Try it, you’ll like it!!
It is more than I expected. The heated massage pillow is awesome since I have issues with my neck since I have had neck surgery. Worth every penny. I love the different modes of vibration on the pressure points of my body after a hard day of work. Very relaxing.

I purchased this mat for my husband who really likes it, however, it does not come with a storage bag or case. Difficult to store because its bulky; therefore, I give it 4 stars.
The mat is great for muscle soreness after a workout, but not so much for deep pain. Rather than rollers (only the pillow had it) it pretty much just vibrates.
Later. And them later seemed to cause more problems then helped. I think because it is too wide for my recliner so was sitting on some of the moving parts and made it worse with time. It now sits in a box in my closet. Sleeping on it didn’t work.

The product is very easy to use and while not meant for deep massaging, the high intensity mode helps to really relax the back and legs.
I bought the comfier massage full body mat about three weeks ago. It is super easy to set-up and it vibrates great. The only issue is I wish the heating part was hotter. It is very warm but not anywhere near as hot as a heating pad. It shuts off after 30 minutes, but I thought it had a two hour shut-off. Maybe, I’m wrong.
It is easy setup. Loved the different vibration settings and the intensity levels. The head /neck kneading was very good once you find your spot. Easy to roll up and stowaway.
The neck massage button was shifted for me have to find and press the pillow at a different place to turn it on/off. Not a deal breaker. Definitely worth buying, if you register you get two extra years of warranty.
I have been using this for my neck pain and back pain relief. Also, I use it to heat up my body as the heat of the pad can work independently. The neck massage is awesome. The bonus is the neck massage part can be removed, and I use that for my arms and legs too. Wish that the vibration massage should be stronger. The intensity is good for the Mat, however I would like to have extreme high intensity for my back and legs. Thank you
I also have piriformis syndrome where the piriformis muscle spasms or contracts against the sciatic nerve (the piriformis muscle runs horizontally across the buttocks to help the hips move correctly). Part of the therapy is deep massage of the piriformis muscle. I can detach the pillow and angle it so it deeply kneads the spot without having to go to a massage therapist. It has been a lifesaver!
Had to replace a long-time owned Relaxor massage mat, so I was intrigued by this Comfier mat with the removable shiatsu neck massager. I’ve found a great combination of massage “region,” intensity, and mode – with or without heat – that makes my body feel great after my sessions with my physical therapist. I got this massage mat as a gift for my mom on Christmas and she liked it a lot. It did not massage her back as hard she usually likes it but she said it was very relaxing to lie on while watching tv and fall asleep on.
The neck massager part though was great! I have tried that myself and the balls inside that rolls and massages really hits the spot where I often get stiff.

We absolutely love this massage mat! We use it from the 8 year old to the 50 year old. It works great on the couch, chair, or bed. I love the heat function, and the fact that you can unzip the head/neck massager pillow and move it to different areas along your neck and back. A winner and a keeper!
I have used an older version of the massage matt and while it still worked(5 years later) I wanted to upgrade and get the one with the pillow included. The new matt looks and feels better and still massages well. The part of it is the pillow. I use it for neck massages daily and it is one of the best neck massagers i have used.
It was overall very efficient and it applies to the whole body. I enjoyed it. However, maybe we can improved on the intensity a bit more in the future.
Gave this as an anniversary gift for me and my wife. We normally end “date night” with a couple’s massage but because of covid were not ready to go back to a spa, yet. This is the next best thing. The neck massager is good (heat option can be turned on and off). The location of the massage motors in the mat are just right. We really like the heated feature for both parts. We love it.
It is more comfortable than I had expected and the Shiatsu massage is more effective than I imagined, it really gets in there to relax tight neck muscles, ahhhhh. I’m very pleased with the overall quality of it’s construction and well thought out design. It’s easy to fold up and move. I guess the only down side is that it should not be covered by any blankets as a precaution to avoid it overheating. Good to know though because my old one was kept under blankets and didn’t have an auto shut off, my bad. Sometimes I would fall asleep and recently it began to malfunction and the control box smelled of burning wire. Glad we survived a near accident and that old one got thrown away which is why I looked for a new one and settled on this after researching them all and reading reviews.
This product was very easy to order and it came in very fast. The very first day I took it out it was easy to set up an easy to use. I used it for 20 minutes the first day and every day since it has done wonders for my lower back and my shoulders are feeling much better. I would highly recommend this for anybody that has any light discomfort. I think this product is very good.
The mat has a lot of massage options. One can choose which areas to massage, as well as set the strength of the vibration. I personally prefer the always on massage, vs the massage modes. Glad that the mat offers both options. The heat on the back is really great, and the mat warms up quite fast. Also, the heat and massage can be turned on and off independently. The mat comes with a standard power cord, attached to a 4A power brick (like a laptop power supply). So, unlike some devices that come with a wall wart, this power supply does not use up adjacent outlets on a power strip. The massage pillow plugs into the mat, or can be directly plugged into the power supply as well.
One suggested improvement would be to include a second power supply in the package, so that the neck pillow and mat could be used separately at the same time by two different people.
I LOVE this!! I sleep on it every night! Whenever my back or legs get stiff I turn it on and fall back to sleep! It automatically turns off after a certain amount of time which is great! I researched about four others and am very happy I chose this one!

Just got this a couple days ago and everyone in the family has used it and loved it. Very easy to set up and use. The power cord is quite long and thankfully does not plug in to the controller. I myself love the massaging pillow. Is does wonders on my neck and I’ve used it on my lower back and it has helped relief my lower back pain a lot. The preprogrammed massage patterns are nice but I personally like that I can choose which area I want to massage. My only dislike is that there is only 1 heat setting. While good wish there was a low, medium, high settings. I will most likely buy another for my mom and dad.

I received this massage mat as a gift over the holidays. This mat is wonderful and the heat and the vibrating massage modes put you into a very relaxed state. Then they added the shiatsu pillow yet and you have a very relaxing product The only small complaint I have is that the strongest vibrating mode could actually be a little stronger but overall, it’s a great product to own for the money.
When my neck and back bother me the massager really helps. I relax in the recliner with the heat and massage on to take away the tension. I am shorter so the pad seems a little long for me and it takes me a minute to get the neck massager in the right position. Once I do it feels great!

I think the head part needs more thickened furry clothes to be a more comfortable neck massager. Levels of shoulder and back and legs are not matched. It needs to be adjusted.
After a good solid week of using this massage mat we are very pleased. The heating option is great. The shiatsu neck massager is very good, it really is pretty intense on the neck and reverses direction after a few minutes giving a slightly different feel. All the different settings on the mat are a great option. Also, really good that you can choose to isolate a certain area as well. Very please with the purchase and would buy again.
I tried it on first and I found that this is very easy to operate, the controller responds well and the led indicator lights is very helpful where you can navigate directly to your favorite mode. The motors are quiet and the intensity cycle is so gentle, good for seniors. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good massage mat.
One thing I noticed, since my mother often needs a back massage only, I decided I can use the pillow which is detachable on this model, but the problem is we cannot use them simultaneously. It’s quite a hassle to plug the power cord back and forth from the bedroom to the couch in the room where I use the pillow.
So I think it would be a good idea if the Company offer the customer an option for a separate power source for the pillow.

It’s a very good product feels very good to very comfortable. The phone is mattress is very comfortable. I’ll leave it on one side of the bed and I use it every other day.Me and my friend both have back problems so we find it very comfortable and relaxing.I’m really interested in the pillows because we both have back problems and we would like to use them for our own chair. like I said that we both have back problems and we would like to see to purchase the pillows for our chairs so we can sit with comfort. we both had coupons in our boxes so we would like to get the two of them one for him and one for me since they were two separate orders but I had to order it because he didn’t have Amazon. I bought this massage mat for my 82 year old mother. She loves it! It’s warmth it’s comfort and it’s massaging qualities have all helped her aches and pains. I love that the pillow detaches and can be used to target other areas of the body, the lower back and feet. Other family members have tried it as well and will be purchasing one of their own. An awesome product and well worth the money. Five stars all the way around!

The massage functions on the different parts of the body, shoulders, back, and legs, together with the different levels of heat, are soothing and just wonderful. I love that you can massage and apply heat to just one area at a time or to all the areas at once.
The price is very reasonable for the value you receive. And do not forget to send for the warranty!
Only disappointing thing is, there was supposed to be a storage bag included, according to the description on Amazon, but there wasn’t one. Several other purchasers of this same product have said the same thing.
It does what it promises, the mat does vibrates and it did help with a little neck problem I was having, just need to test the pillow by it self, will do so at a later time tho
