This is very good in home massages. The product designers’ thought of everything. It will strap to any full back computer chair. The seat has gripping dots underneath so won’t slide away. The back section has a cover that stops the massages being too intense but can be removed if not needed.The features are by far the best part of this product. The back massages is real Shiatsu You can choose upper back, lower back, full or can use arrows to pick an exact spot. Also has a vibrating seat option. I have only had the massage for a few days but I am very pleased I could not now live without it! The price is fantastic, and it comes with a 2 year guarantee!!! I highly recommend this massage.

I bought the back massager for my office chair and I must say its been fantastic. The cover fits perfectly on work chair and the device is really easy to use. The only thing I would say it needs is a longer cord for the plug but still its great. I initially bought it for my upper back as the strain of sitting for periods was starting to hurt me but the whole back feature is very good. I also noted that its not very noisy so works in silence. Really good product so thumbs up from me.

I liked the ease of use and different settings the product has. It has a very relaxing effecf during and after the completed session.
It provides a great lower and upback massage. I particularly loved the neck massage. It is easy to setup and use. Only thing I am not sure of is the air compressions. I think I am still learning how to use that bit. Great purchase.
Very happy with the product. Previous comments on the length of the massager are not wrong but it suits my height well. It can be a bit painful at first but after a couple of uses I don’t feel any pain anymore and it massages my back well.
Given we are working from home so much more I have been suffering from some back tightness. I now use this massager intermittently throughout the day and it has noticeably relieved some of the tightness in my back and neck. The massager uses rotating balls that are actually quite ‘deep’ which is what I was looking for however there are 3 intensity setting depending on what you want. Also love the heat /vibrate options which helps to ease the muscles into it. Fantastic purchase for those feeling the effects of prolonged sitting.

I like how the massage balls move down your whole back and that you can press the ‘spot’ button on the remote to make it focus on a particular area. It’s also good how you can either have the cover down or lifted up to change the intensity of the massage (you can also press a button on the remote to change the intensity so it’s basically like there are 4 levels (low/high with cover on, low / high with cover off) …you can also turn heat on /off and have the seated cushion vibrate which might be good if you have sore glutes.
My calves were also feeling a bit sore after a long walk and so I put the massager on my bed and positioned my legs on it and had a lovely massage!
I’d recommend giving this massager a go if you’ve had any back pain. There are more expensive ones out there but I don’t really see how they’d be better than this one plus you get a 2 year guarantee which is good peace of mind!

This product is fantastic and hits the right spots. Its a bit painful at first but wanting to get rid of my aches I may have used it too much, however after a day I was ok and my aches seemed to have eased. A good variety of function so overall, happy with the product.
After nursing for 38 years before retirement – the job took it’s toll on my back. From time to time I get problems resurfacing and this massager is a really big help in getting the problem sorted quickly. Both the vibrate and heat options are useful. My only complaint is the massage balls don’t reach high enough up my back and the flap that covers the area – I would prefer for it not to be loose. Other than these minor points – I’m very pleased with my purchase.

As I am old my muscles are weaker than they were and I wear a jersey when using the Massager to get the right level of strength of massage. The controls are excellent, allowing good control of the strength of the massage and also allowing one to direct which parts of the back need massaging.
The cost of this excellent product is approximately the same as the fees for two visits to a professional chiropractor and it has proved very good value for me.
Some my find it too intense and painful like my mum, but for most it’s a joy. Relaxing heat pain relief.

I got one for my mum, tested it and had to get one for myself. It is surprisingly powerful but really relaxing. My mum says that it helps enormously with lower back pain, but if you suffer from upper back pains, the massaging balls don’t go high enough to be effective.
Really good for back pains and aches. WFH had left our backs wrecked and this cushion has really helped. it’s best used with a chair as it tends to slip a little on our sofa. the heat function could be stronger for me but thats a personal choice (maybe this is the right setting for how it works). overall really happy with the purchase. The seller is very professional in their communication and we have now received a very kind and thoughtful present of a massage cushion from them. Very highly recommended!
I have deterioration of the lumbar spine and had experienced a fall due to a wobbly paving slab near the main road. After telling my aunt she surprised me with this massage chair pad and I have to say it has been GOD SENT!!!!! It really relaxes me and and eases the pain allowing me to sleep. The option of adding heat and letting it focus on the area needed is a bonus! I don’t know what I could have done without it.

One of the best buys I ever made
Used it as soon as it arrived as I was in some pain due to some heavy lifting that I had done that day. After 15 minutes I was pleased with the results. It hadn’t completely stopped the pain but went a long way to easing it and I am sure after a few more sessions I will feel much better.
I suffer in the evening from standing haunched over all day, so in the evening I get pain, I can watch tv and get massaged lovely and a big asset…

I have suffered from general back ache for many years. Using the shiatsu massager once a day allowed me to go about my day with much more ease. Takes a bit of getting use to as you can really feel the rollers kneeding into your back – can at times feel uncomfortable but it is simulating an actual massage. Very easy to use. Like that I can massage just lower or upper back seperatly or both together.
I really like the design of the products and they are very good quality, I use the products to relax and relieve pain in my back.

I am very happy for this massage seat, I just get it for2 days, hope it will last for a long time. The air pump up in both side pads to tighten the body while massaging is amazing. It is easy to use, very comfy .
I’ve actually bought an other product and cancel the purchase because after more research I’ve found that most of the other products just vibrates so wouldn’t call them “massager”. This product really does massage you. Quality is very good. Overall is a great product.

bought it during lockdown to relief stress. typically I would go to beauty salon but now that era is over I am grateful for some massage rather than none. It does work. The first day I used it my back was in agony, but then after a few more sessions my back no longer hurts after I used it. Its relaxing.
Got for my mum who has sciatica and she finds it easing the pain, less stiff thankfully. My dad who has arthritis also get releif of it. Really easy to use, so much so I’ve to get another fir my missus.

I actually wasn’t expecting it to be so good. It is straightforward to use and there are a lot of different functions that you can use. It is quiet and there are no weird noises. The air feature is great and the heating is a plus.

A great product that has helped with my stiff back. It has loosened the muscles along my spine brilliantly. It could just do with being a bit longer so that it reaches my shoulder blades whilst seated.
This does hurt the first time you use if your muscles are stiff, but once they have been loosened it is great.

This product is exceptionally good value for money. It gives a really deep strong massage. The control pad is incredibly easy to use and understand and unlike other products I have seen in the past has clear labels rather than just pictures.
As others have said it doesn’t quite get to the very bottom and very top of my back but if you’re willing to shift in your chair a bit and/or sit on a pillow you can get around that. As it gets towards the lower back it feels like it gets quite close to my spine which is unpleasant but overall it’s a really good massage and almost up to the standard of a real person.
Unfortunately the balls in the product mean it’s not comfortable enough to leave on the chair when not in use so I think I will end up just putting it off and on as required.

As a nurse, I have problems with lower back pain. My back just aches after a 12 to 14 hour night shift, this product is perfect, for lumbar lower back pain. I place a cushion on the chair to push it forward more.
The heat setting is a bonus for me, makes it even more comfortable. I recommend this to anyone in need of pain relief and that does like deep tissue massage. I was very impressed by the strength of the nods, really good! Wish I had found this sonner!
Delivered on time in very good condition. Worked straight out of the box, very user friendly. Used on a bad back which improved with use over several days. I would suggest several short periods of treatment and rest after use. Would recommend and have already recommended the massager to several friends.
– The massage area is limited- I’m only 5’2″, and it isn’t long enough to go all the way to my shoulders and all the way to my lower back. I can choose one or the other by adjusting the seat position behind me, but I can’t enjoy both in one massage. I imagine therefore that if you’re 5’6″ or over, the rollers will barely reach the points of your shoulder blades. The seat height absolutely needs to be about 6″ longer.
– When the rollers hit the bottom or the top of the massage area- which if you’re using the spot massage, can only be couple of inches, or for the full back massage, is from roughly small of back to the sticky-out bits of your shoulder blades- they pause for half a second or so. Doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s definitely an unwelcome interruption, particularly when you’re using spot massage- the stopping and starting isn’t particularly relaxing, in fact, it’s rather annoying! It’d be nice if either the motor continued running in the same direction for another up and down sweep, or the motor direction switch was instantaneous. The motor changes direction when it’s going up compared to going down, and I think it would actually be nice if it stayed in one direction for a few sweeps and then switched, so you got a more varied with/against the grain sort of sensation.
– You have to be seated in quite a specific way to get even pressure all the way up and down- otherwise you’ll hardly feel it on your shoulder blades but when it hits your lower back it’s like being kneed. This may be quite difficult for people with spinal curvatures or particularly bad posture, but on the other hand, may help people improve their posture by forcing you to sit in a particular position- I mention it mainly as I’m aware some people don’t have the luxury of being able to straighten and flex their spines at will! Once I had found the comfortable position, it was perfect all the way up and down (except for not quite reaching the top)- but prior to that, it was very uncomfortable on the lower back!
– The seat seems to have hard lumps in it (I’m not sure why- the vibration doesn’t require the same ball rotation as the top part!) so if you use the massager in a hard chair rather than on a cushion it’s incredibly uncomfortable with lumpy bits sticking into your bum bones (and mine is rather well padded!). It’s absolutely fine on a thicker cushion or sofa, but on a carpeted floor, was like sitting on a bag of tennis balls.
Positives:
– The massage, once you get your position, is lovely. I like a firm massage and I’m actually still using the cushion pads- I think it’d be quite painful (not in a good way) without them. However, this is great if you have built in padding of your own as you can still benefit from the massage 🙂
– I didn’t think I would like the heat function, but actually, it’s very nice indeed, like hand-warmth (through the padding, anyway. I’m not sure if it might be too warm without it.).
– You can change the intensity (which seems to be the speed) and prevent the seat from vibrating which means a good customised massage.
Overall- highly recommended if you have nobody to ease your aches and pains like me, or if your partner is fed up with doing it 🙂 The massage is wonderful- a lot like going for a professional massage, except you can watch the telly and have a nice snack at the same time 🙂 I’m enjoying mine so much I may end up buying one for someone for christmas 😀
Got this for helping upper back pain and tightness because I have to remain seated all day due to mobility issues. I have been using it 3 times a day since it arrived and it has done a great job of loosening up my back and has helped improve my posture when not using it.
It folds up to be easily stored and is light enough to get out and use without making my back worse.
It seems very well made and has been faultless is use since purchase. The auto off makes sure you never overdo each sessio

Really like the look of this massager, it’s very neat and fits in just about any chair / seat and comes with a cover. The chair shown in the photo is actually quite a wide seat. Its well made and comfy and tye settings are good, you can choose low or high intensity for the massage and vibration, also has heat option. The only critism I have is that when it gets to the upper back it would be nice if it went a bit higher but then again it is not advertised as a neck masssger. If you want a good reasonably priced back massager that looks smart and well made then I would recommend.
Large range up and down your back, not too fast or slow, and you can pick a specific area! it’s great.
the vibration is anice feature, sometimes i like it, other times i don’t. but that’s just preference!
Nothing really bad about it, the 4 stars on comfort are the fact that even low intensity can sometimes be too much but i suspect again, thats a me problem.

Honestly the best chair massager I’ve ever had. My partner has a really bad back, and I’m constantly having to rub and elbow his back, so I bought this to lessen my load, and I havent had to do one bit of massaging. Its lovely and highly recommend.

Bought this as in a lot of pain in my back, have used it for 3 days now, and it has made a huge difference. Like the massage and heat function.
Product works really well. I am a massage therapist and this piece of kit is really good for me to use on myself. It hits the spot really and has helped loosen me off when my foam roller just can’t. The only negative point is that the seat is a little hard in a couple of places but, this is easily resolved by putting a cushion down to sit on instead.
