Wanted a heated gillet as I have Raynauds and feel the cold terribly.. it’s lovely! Nicely spaced heat around the body and lovely having some warmth around your neck. Good material and well made. Very happy. My new winter bestie!
Like the heated area around the neck – also the way the glowing logo is hidden. Great jacket, I returned two from other brands before arriving at this one
These are good quality heated gilets. I bought the first one and it was so good bout one for my wife and several others for friends. They all think they are great. Mainly used for work around the farm, horses and walking dogs.
It arrived with the wrong plug for charging and a dodgy battery, but the customer service was excellent and sorted it all for me. Apart from that, the jacket looks well made. It is comfy and warm enough to keep me warm when it’s very cold outside as an extra layer under my coat. The battery manages to keep out of the way in a seperate pocket behind the main front pocket on the left and is surprisingly unobtrusive. I also like the fact that it doesn’t have the glowy warmth indicator button on the outside . It can be easily accessed to change or switch on and off through the armhole as well as easily seen by just unzipping it a tiny but to peep in. I especially wanted a jacket with a warm neck area and this one work very well.
Absolutely love this body warmer. Keeps me toasty warm when out walking my dog, and saves me having to put heating on during day as it is also good in the house.
Purchased heated jacket from Amazon UK as a Christmas present for my wife. The jacket developed a problem with the heating system after the Amazon return policy dead line. Amazon put me into contact with Conqueco customer service who were excellent and replaced the jacket within a couple of days. The replacement jacket is working perfectly.
My wife loves this jacket and uses it daily to provide low-level body warmth that just takes the edge off cold winter days. The jacket itself is a high quality product though the battery did start to fail after some 4 months of use. I emailed Conqueco and Jenny quickly sorted out a replacement battery so the jacket is now back in full working order and being put to good use.
Fantastic garment for the winter. I wear it every time I have to be outside, particularly in the morning. It is a game changer for me because it keeps my back warm and reduces the pain and stiffness I suffe

This jacket has revolutionised winter for me. It heats up well and keeps my neck, shoulders and core warm.
The hot setting is very warm and medium is usually sufficient and makes the battery last longer – about 5 hours. It can be worn on its own – especially good in chilly parts of the house, or if it is colder outside I will put a thin jacket on top.
The service has been great as I had a few teething problems and Conqueco were brilliant at sorting them out.
A friend of mine has had one for 4 years with no problems. Even without the heating it is a warm, well made Gilet! Can thouroughly recommend

Had mine a year now & loved it so bought one for my daughter at Xmas .power pack held in side pocket easy to get to , heated back front & collar, easy to clean, 3heat settings but never needed on 3 yet, heats up quickly. Well worth the money(go a bit larger in size than usual as fitted) looks good though.
I was apprehensive about ordering this heated gilet but after reading other reviews, i trusted it would be ok and i can confirm it certainly works! it’s fantastic…. but the battery power charger stopped working after 6 weeks. However i received a replacement very quickly so it’s now working fine. I love this gilet, standing outside watching football for 2 hours – it’s really good. I just hope it lasts. i do recommend spending the money :-))))
Gilet seems well made, battery maybe not so much. A terminal fell off the battery and just outside of the Amazon returns window, but the Conqueco customer service replaced it without quibble.. hopefully this one will last longer.
Customer service also wanted me to modify the review to 5 star following the replacement which would be fine, if it hadn’t of happened to begin with.. I think 4 stars is a fair score..
I have been suffering with a bad back and it’s always worse in the cold, this heated gillet has really helped! Its light weight so fits under my jacket and I have worn this nearly everyday for the past week during the cold spell. I am a size 10/12 and I ordered a M and the fit is great.
I bought this for my mother as a present for Christmas and initially it did not work. I returned it to Amazon for a refund.
I did contact customer services, who did not get back to me.
They kindly offered to replace the item, however, I had already purchased a new one.
They offered me a goodwill gesture, and replace the item anyway. The customer service was fantastic, communication was great, and they went all out to make sure that I was not disappointed and that I was satisfied. I can definitely recommend the product as the new one works.
This is a good product, but the powerpack developed a fault and kept turning off, the supplier has replaced the faulty powerpack, so I am happy. I feel the cold so this is a great garment to have, you do need to wear it under a larger coat to get the most benefit from it, otherwise you waste too much heat. Great for walking the dog on a frosty morning.
Spending 3-4 hours exercising gundogs, this jacket really keeps me warm the whole time. Battery charge sees me through 3-4 of these walks (don’t need it on all the time…just now and again to keep the heat topped up). Looks smart, and sits easily under jacket and over tee-shirt and sweater. You can feel the battery weight in the pocket slightly, but it’s not a problem and quickly forgotten. Delighted with it.
I wear it underneath my winter coat and it keeps me snug and warm. I would suggest that you purchase an extra battery pack, so that you can have one on charge whilst using the othe
As it is lightweight this can be worn under outer clothing and over a base layer which then means you only need to use a low power setting so it lasts most of the day.
Purchased for my wife who’s always cold and she loves it. Lightweight and comfortable with the added heat pads all around keep her lovely and warm. Had a small issue with battery of whom Jenny has sorted out promptly for us.
Would recommend to anyone.

I contacted the seller and they kindly sent me a new battery and it has been working perfectly ever since. The gilet is very practical and warm and I was impressed with the immediate response from the seller to resolve the issue. Would recommend.
After the battery issue the company reached out and sent me a replacement battery which arrived within a few days. Works perfectly now. The first must have just been a faulty battery which can’t be helped. Love the heated gillet. Battery lasts ages. A must buy for the British winter!

Easy to use. Warm. Worth it’s weight in gold when it’s cold outside. Would recommend buying a spare chargeable battery for a spare for when outside for long periods in cold weather.

I have tried many different makes of heated gilets over the past few years and they have all disappointed me – been badly sized or poor battery life or just cheap looking! … but after a bit of courage I thought I would give the Conqueco make a go and it is absolutely perfect. I can’t fault it … The sizing is accurate .. I am a size 8 and usually an XS/S, but I wanted to wear a jumper underneath so the size Small is perfect. The included battery makes life very easy and the jacket even looks great. I have also now ordered one for my husband, and again the sizing was true to size (he’s usually a men’s Medium or Large in sweaters and I got him the Large Gilet to allow a sweater underneath). Again perfect.
Conqueco customer service have also been incredibly helpful … I ordered an alternative size as well just in case the small didn’t work …. and they have been extremely helpful and timely in sorting my return. All in all great purchase and can’t recommend these heated gilets more highly. Best make on the market.

They have all been extremely pleased with their jackets as well. I have just purchased this one for my elderly neighbour. She is 92 and gets cold easily. She loves hers and wears it all the time, indoors and out, during this cold weather. This will be the 6th person who has bought one on my recommendation and they all love it. I’m sitting here now wearing mine and feeling very cosy, even with the heating off. I am a size 12 to 14 uk size and the medium is a perfect fit.
Bought this for my daughter who is a police officer and has been freezing over the last couple of weeks. Absolutely loves it. The heated pads in 4 different sections keep the core and the neck lovely and warm in these freezing temperatures.
