Vacuuming is quick and easy. I lost the charging cable and contacted customer service (Marilyn), and they were very helpful. The cable turned up in the end, but they did a good job of looking after me.

Great Hoover for great price
It does a pretty great job with picking up all kinds of dirt and hair both hardfloor and carpet. The three year warranty really helped as well when one of our hoovers were broken and their customer service were absolutely great and gave us a replacement. I would recommend!

This is a great lightweight vacuum cleaner. After using it for a couple of months the battery developed a fault. I emailed them and it was sorted out very quickly. Within a few days I received a new battery. Working perfectly again. Thankyou Marilyn for your help.

I have been happy using this vacuum cleaner from Pretty Care, but only used it sparingly in the past few months. When I started using it again in earnest, the battery refused to charge. I reported it to Pretty Care, The response was immediate and amazingly quick. Within a week I had a replacement battery shipped out to me for no cost. I have been quite impressed with the service provided.
Great Vacuum Ticks All of my Boxes
This vacuum ticks all of my boxes as it’s lightweight has a good suction and is easier to clean than other stick vacuums I’ve used. This particular vacuum developed a fault after 10 months so I contacted Prettycare support desk directly who quickly and efficiently dealt with my concerns. As the vacuum has a 3 year guarantee there was a no quibble replacement which was quickly arranged by Marilyn on the help desk. So many thanks to all at Prettycare for living up to your promises.

Very handy vacuum
I bought this hoover in October and found very good little powerful cleaner. In February this year I started experiencing problems with the telescopic pole. I contacted the company preetycare who I can say have been absolutely fantastic to the point of sending me a new hoover for my inconvenience. Top customer service.

Also suction power seem quite low and that’s after the very first use. I presume after 6 months it will get much weaker but that’s to be seen. Overall for around 100 one cannot expect miracles and it’s still solid **** product.

Have bought a new hoover for my home and it works great! I have many fur at home from my doggie and it helps me to clean without any burden, the battery life is great too and it could be charged separately which fits my home setting.

Battery power is really good. It last about 45 min with normal suction and about 17 min with turbo suction. Also the blue indicator will start flashing on the top when battery is running out.
Suction is very strong especially in turbo mode. I can clean all cats hair from my carpet and sofa.
The hoover can be easily attached to the wall. It’s very light so you can use it in the car.
Overall this product has great value for money. I can recommend it to everyone.

I bought this vacuum cleaner for my garden office and 6 months in, i can safely say that it has been a fabulous purchase, especially for the money, compared to other brands. It picks everything up and I’ve never had any problems. Highly recommended.
A GREAT PRODUCT FOR A SMALL FLAT!
I bought this cordless vacuum cleaner for my two bedroom flat. It was very easy to assemble after I watched a YouTube unboxing video of the cleaner. It is light to use and the lights are very useful for dark corners. Having two filters makes it easy to keep the vacuum clean.

I wasn’t sure, but thought id give this cordless thing a try and it’s brilliant. Picks up much more than my old Dyson, perfect on the stairs and hard to reach places. I bought 2 and gave one to my mum.
The customer service was really good. When my parcel arrived there were items missing and I was told to wait. I waited and but decided to use the vacuum in the interim. The vacuum actually didn’t work. The battery failed to charge. I contacted customer service and they delivered a new vacuum within 48 hours. The hoover works really well. I would recommend
I was a bit dubious about buying this cordless hoover as it seemed that Vax and Shark are being touted as the best cordless hoovers. I need not have worried, it is very lightweight and very easy to use. The attachments are great for the stairs and although you don’t need the light I do love it, it makes me giggle!! It is excellent value for the money. I am going to be buying one for my mum is is 84 and cannot manage a normal hoover. I contacted Prettycare about replacement filters and battery and Marilyn was a fabulous help and responded to my enquiries very promptly.
Needed a lightweight hoover, something easy to use and versatile. I love how you I can clean the whole house including the stairs without needing to find a plug socket. The battery life lasts well too. Very happy with this product.

This swivel on the floor attachment is brillant. The suction is strong but not too strong that it gets stuck on carpet. Its all round a great product!

I thought this can’t be as light as they say it is, but I was wrong, It Is. I have a twisted coccyx and osteoarthritis in my spine, knees, hips and fingers and this Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is so light and easy to manoeuvre I’m so glad I bought it. 3) Weight wise, it is very light. I went to a few stores to check the weight of different products by taing those in my hand and few other products which my friends were using but I found those products bulky. Of course, there is a small battery so it would have little weight but compared to a lot of other products, I found this one really good.
Note – it is good with pet hairs too. It did not show any issue with long hairs so far either so I am pretty happy with it. Hope this helps.

The fact it is so transportable, so easy to use, so easy to attach or detach each part, so lightweight and the lights when using the timber or carpet upright are so bright they illuminate corners and under cabinets and beds that have not seen light since being put there. A powerful suction adds to the overall product. Definitely recommend it.

I bought this hoover for my small studio space. Its extremely light weight, easy to use and the detachable battery makes charging it very easy.
Its very effective at picking up dust and hair and very easy to clean. Comes with all attachments needed and the best thing is the tube attachment that you can change in length (for different purposes).

My wife and myself have been looking for a cordless light weight hoover to help her do the hoovering around the house as she has a bad back, so I Brought her this one as a Christmas gift, which tbh is really good for the price bracket it has led lights so you can see the dust you are picking up, it has light weight so very easy to use on the stairs, it comes apart easy so you can clean the filters, you can make it smaller so you can use it like a handheld hoover, and clean the car with it. We are very happy with the product so far .
