MULTIPLE TEMPERATURES
The multi temp jug kettle has a choice of temperature options which can be adjusted in 5°C increments using the buttons on the handle. This ensures you always get the best flavour from your drink.
Use the 85°C setting to maintain the flavour of delicate green and white teas, the 90 and 95°C settings to avoid burning coffee and the 100°C setting for herbal and black teas.
The handy LCD screen allows you to see the temperature of the water at all times so you’ll know if you need to re-boil

I liked the look of this kettle. Our previous buy was KitchenAid and it lasted over 10 years. We have been used to temperature control so went for this model as KitchenAid didn’t have equivalent design. So far performed well. Easy to use and to vary temperature. Good capacity 1.7litres.
We have the stainless version. It’s fast boiling and has plenty of capacity which is what we wanted. The temp setting is easy if you want to have the water at less than boiling for coffee etc. and it looks good
Why on earth does this kettle beep when you press a button and when it has finished boiling? other than that looks good and boils quickly and is well featured

I absolutely love this kettle. It feels very luxurious and looks lovely. Very study and worth every penny. The only thing I will say against it is it is quite heavy to lift when there is alot of water in it. It’s not an issue for me but may well be an issue for some people. But all in all a brilliant kettle. I also got the matching toaster which is brilliant too.
We ordered this kettle having tried it at a holiday rental last year. The two settings of temperature are really useful if you have a hot drink e.g. cappuccino that only needs 85 degrees and whilst some people have said that they dont like the bleeps when the kettle has boiled however, we find it really useful as it reminds you that it has boiled, I generally put the kettle on and do something else whilst it boils so at least I dont forget and then need to boil it again! Pleased with the purchase.
Purchased this updated version of the kettle to replace my original, which had started to be temperamental. It’s a nicer finish now, much brighter brushed stainless steel finish, and polished steel giving a chrome effect finish to the handle. Hand many good years out of my previous one, that was purchased as part of a set, with a toaster and hope the same for this kettle too.
We use this kettle every day and it works beautifully. It is very easy to use and instructions are there for you.
Bought this to replace a Bosch temperature control kettle that died. It is a really good kettle, fast boil, smooth pour, looks good.
Only problems, if you can call them that, are that it’s a touch noisy and you will accidentally press the buttons on the kettle’s handle when you pick it up (but since you’re invariably picking the kettle up when this happens, the buttons don’t do anything as the kettle is not powered).

Looks great. Works as expected. I like the 85 and 100 degree options as well as the ability to see the current temperature. However, and these are the reasons I have given 4/5, for me who has arthritis, the handle is not the most comfortable to hold. Nor is it easy to see the water level as it is hampered by the handle. But a lovely kettle!

Love everything about it, gorgeous colour (pistachio) looks perfect in my kitchen. The dual temperature control, the 1 beep when it starts and 5 to finish with a nice blue light. Feels sturdy and looks great.

Shame about the 5 year guarantee not valid anymore. You want a 5 year guarantee at this price.
Best kettle on the market, used them for the last 10 years, first one failed 2 months after the 3 year warranty but Cuisinart still honoured the warranty and replaced it for free. Replacement one went after 7 years and probably 10,000 plus “Boils”. 85 is the ideal for instant coffee.
Next day delivery from Amazon saved the day.

Bought as a replacement for the same model which had lasted 6 years of constant use. The temperature control is adequate for most needs . Boileds fairly quickly and is not too noisy. A good buy.
Brilliant kettle, love the temperature control feature, feels good heavy quality, unlike alot of kettles that are way too tinny.
This kettle is much improved over older version. LED light goes out after boiling is a bonus

Do note, that the handle is quite thick, so anyone who has small hands and/or a weak grip may have diffiiculties holding the kettle comfortably. My average-sized hands quickly adapted, though, so this should not be an issue for most.
I had not realised different colours of the same product had different prices. Very happy with my purchase – exactly as described and what I wanted.
We got two products the kettle and toaster and both are great, worth the extra spend, great brand and great product. Would buy again and recommend.

Bought this kettle for the ability to set water temperature for different purposes e.g. instant coffee, ground coffee and tea in 5 degree steps from 85C. It is so simple to set the desired temperature without having the often numerous buttons for different temperatures on other models we looked at . It is made entirely of stainless steel without a plastic inner which means it is a bit noisier than the plastic lined kettle we had previously, but at least we won’t be ingesting plastic particles any more!
We bought this kettle about 8 years ago, after trying out many different makes, which all went wrong or leaked. this kettle we found to be the best! so have ordered another one exactly the same. love that it arrived so quickly and the different temp settings for tea and coffee, which im now using! its well made and robust and hopefully will again last for many years!
Beautiful quiet. Love watching the digital display for the temperature ho up as it heats & down as it cools. I know that’s sad but it’s there so why not. Why are they asking about my opinion of its flavour?

I like it. This design stainless steel and lights are pleasing, and the temperatures are helpful if you need to use it non boiled beverages like coffee. It is very quiet compared to the previous old one we had
3 points:- 1 It is not light. 2 the lights seem to stay on – I need to ring about this – I understood they should power off.
3 as is often the case it is not easy to read the levels for just one cup.
update – I phoned them. The instructions are for an older model. The lights do not switch off as described. I was told that switching the lights off and then on used more electricity, than leaving them on. I guess that will depend on use. Very helpful on the phone though. So I reckon customer will be at least good, which means a lot these days.
On this basis I have put the stars up to 5 though I still wonder about the lights, and using up the old instructions.
I feel I’m in quite a unique position to review this as I’ve recently taken delivery of our second one of these kettles. The first lasted for years and was a really good kettle — it broke due to natural wear and tear. We decided to repeat the purchase and replace the broken one with a new one.
The good: The boiling on these kettles is really speedy. Even when filled to the max 1.7 litres. The lining on the unit does a good job in insulating the water, so the internal temperature remains high for a while after use. The multi temperature settings are very useful (though I’d like to see 75c and 80c added to the kettle in a future version).
The bad: I’ve seen some reviews of this kettle that state the lid mechanism is a point of concern. We’ve been using the new kettle for a couple of months now. So far so good. But it does feel far flimsier than our old kettle did. In a very well constructed kettle the lid feels somehow out of place — as though in the manufacture that’s somewhere they’ve tried to cut costs.
Hopefully the lid won’t cause any problems long term, and overall this is a good kettle — but I feel it only fair to tell you about my lid experience.
Speedy delivery and smart looking kettle great having a choice of temperatures.
The variable temperature controls are ideal for making specialist tea and coffee. this is our third purchase, the first one my partner dropped and dented. The second purchase the control buttons failed. However a third purchase shows that I still impressed with the kettle. So much so I purchased one for my son.
It’s a heavy kettler,; also not fan of beeping sounds everytime u press button or 5beeps when water has boiled.
Really happy with this kettle, love that you can see what the water temperature is, it stops you reboiling the kettle all the time too for a cuppa!
The beeping when selecting temperature and when it finishes boiling is loud and annoying, but otherwise it looks very nice in the pistachio colour, boils like it should, heats to the desired temperature (although it’d be nice to be able to choose a temperature less than 85 degrees).
It’s a kettle with temperature controls. It doesn’t leak, heats to the temperature I want quickly and isn’t too noisy about it. Beeps when it’s done. Sometimes has a moment when I think I’ve pushed the button and it doesn’t do anything. We have words and I press the button again, it then gets on and does its job. The only thing I don’t like is the lid release button is too far away from the handle and I can’t operate it with just one hand but it’s fine, I can work around that. Looks lovely, feels well made and is easy to clean and descale too
This is a great kettle the temperature control is great. No smell from the kettle to the tea pot which I’ve had from cheaper kettles
Only downside, and loss of 1 star. The blue light doesn’t turn off after 10 minutes as it should. Not the end of the world. Far more important things to lose sleep over, such as how I’m going to pay for the other expensive shiny things my wife likes.

I bought this to replace a similar Cuisinart kettle, which gave me years of faithful service, and rated this product 4* overall instead of 5* only because of the price. I like the flip top, which opens at the press of a button, and the built in digital thermometer. I mainly use the 100C setting, but value the ability to adjust to a lower temperature setting if I wish.
I’ve had the Cuisinart electric kettle for a month now. It is a gorgeous stainless steel kettle,very elegant “hi-tech” looking. Seems to be very well made. It works perfectly.
I highly recommend it.
The only exception would be – since it’s a bit heavy, don’t buy it for someone who is frail.
Other then that it’s a fantastic kettle.
We had a similar model of Cuisinart kettle for over 6 years which was very reliable (until in the end it started being a bit flakey turning on and off but still did the job most of the time). This new one is similar to the old one and works well in most way except unfortunately even after a couple of months the lid is very slow opening on button press and often needs pulling open. I may well have to have it replaced. Other than that they are good kettles – solid, boils fast, show the temperature both increasing and dropping once left.
Excellent kettle well made expensive but the temperature control is good for my green tea.
This is my 3rd kettle as my last one was faulty the lid didn’t work. otherwise a very good kettle.
Bought same again as loved old one. Would have been all 5 stars but let down by the fact that although page 8, comment 5 says “displays current water temperature at all times ” it’s misleading as back light does not come on when main switch is turned on so temp dial is dark and can only be seen when switched on to boil. Thought it was faulty but saw a similar comment from someone else. I know it’s newer and “Eco friendly” but mine is switched off at the mains after use! I miss that blue light that showed it was working before I switched on to boil.
Bought this kettle to replace our old one of the same model. Quality product. Love the fact you can boil it to an 85% temperature which is perfect for coffee & green tea. It also reduces the amount of steam produced.
This is a nice kettle, it looks good and works well.
We were going to buy the same kettle but not multi-temp, but the reviews for it indicated that the on/off switch was often faulty so, after looking at many other kettles, we settled on this one.
We like the controls being in the handle (since reviews on kettles with controls in the base suggested that these were unreliable, often due to contamination of the electrical connectors for the sensors).
There are two reasons why it didn’t get five stars:
It is quite heavy – not a problem but noticeable after using our plastic ’emergency’ kettle.
It is difficult to judge small quantities of water for, say, just a single cup of tea.
Hope it lasts – it should do for the price!!
It lights up in a nice blue and is very visual the control panel is very clear and definitive to use and the LED displays the temperature of the water from when you fill it up from the tap wright up to when it switched off with 5 short beeps to let you know it is done.
Very good kettle, exactly what I was looking for. Working well, boiling water fast and Im happy that can do my green tea properly without a hassle now. Looks good too, Highly recommending
I have been buying these kettles since they were first produced. They are well made and the different temperatures are great for different drinks. Obviously they are not cheap but they last quite a long time. I hope Cuisinart do not stop making them.
Depending on the strength of your wrists, I reckon it would take 2 hands to fill to the top.
The water level gauge is difficult to read, and perhaps, most disappointedly, already the “silver” is wearing off the temperature control switch.
As there are only two of us at home, it does not receive what I would consider heavy use.
Very well made, solid kettle. Pours very well and is powerful. Set it the lower temp for perfect coffee.
I hope this lasts longer than previous variable temperature kettles. So far, exceptional!
Excellent product – used very often and definitely improves the flavour of coffee and green tea when set at 85 degrees.
I have the stainless steel version of this kettle which has been excellent. I took advantage of the 3 year warranty after nearly 3 years and the return process with Cuisinart was exemplary – free return label and instant return of a brand-new item.
I bought this graphite grey version as a spare and to ring the changes. It is even better as the high quality pearlescent grey/black finish does not show watermarks as stainless steel does.
