One of the most visually beautiful, well crafted modern platform games ever!
Having recently purchased a switch, I bought this game as im a fan of the older platform games. I have mario deluxe also which is great, but DK is alot better – its a pleasure to play, challenging in parts yes but a lot more forgiving than the older games.
The animations and boss fights in this game are just so beautifully put together, so vibrant and engaging to play. Im having a blast playing it very good fun – highly recommend especially if youre a fan of platform games.

I played this with my son. I used to love Donkey Kong Country on the SNES back in the day and this brought back so many memories. I love riding the mine carts and jumping about on a rhino. Classic. It’s pretty tricky but worth the effort.
As a fan of ‘retro’ style games and a player of the original Donkey Kong Country on the SNES, I enjoyed this game a lot. Keeps what made DKC great while also innovating and keeping the game modern. If you’re a pretty average gamer like me, you might find some of the levels quite difficult to 100% but there are helps you can use if you get really stuck, which makes the game accessible for all skill levels.

Such a good game for the whole family, I can not count the amount of times the kids have had to work things out and work as a team and the adults are brought back to being kids trying to be better then the next, I would really recommend
Bought this for the kids, they love it. Definitely quite challenging at times which is always a good thing as they would complete it very quickly. I’ve played it myself on Co-Op & it’s a great game highly recommend if you like Donkey Kong or Platform games

I grew up loving Donkey Kong from arcade to Nintendo to the DK Country series on SNES this one is equally as fun. My husband and I play it with our kids too 19, 18 & 11.
