A patch from this pack repaired a small frayed tear on my grandson’s very expensive body warmer which was impossible to be repaired by sewing. The patch attached to the material very well. The body warmer has not been washed yet so cannot comment on this aspect.
Kit looks as described but as yet unused so can’t comment further yet .
I have used a patch now . It looked ok but came off in the gentlest machine wash .
I was horrified to catch the inside of the hood of my warmest down coat in a tall rose bush last week! It made a centimetre long tear. I tried stitching it with a needle and thread but quickly realised that sewing down garments is not recommended at all, as it then tears and more down comes out. I was delighted to find these repair patches. You just push the down back in to the garment and choose the right size patch. You peel off the backing and stick the self adhesive patch on. I chose the sea green colour as it was the best match for the inside my hood. It’s a really good match and you can hardly see it, as the photos show. Many thanks to the maker and the supplier!

Very simple to use, colour not the best match but as long as it stops the hole getting bigger it doesn’t matter for where it was
