I bought this projector for a movie night with the kids and they loved it !it was easy to set up and had amazing quality when watching the movie .I really recommend it you can use it regularly and it will still work amazingly like the first time .
I’d like to share my experience buying my first projector and this one was the best choice, I had never used before a projector and was bit reluctant thinking that the image quality wouldn’t worth or be that good, however I had such a great surprise! I really enjoy the projector, the image and sound quality, I’ve been using for a week and didn’t regret it, so easy to install, didn’t have any problem at all so far, I just would like to have an option to mirror my phone without using an adapter (which is possible), but rather than that, no complaints, I’m attaching a video using the YouTube 1080p, really like it!
Sound quality sounds a little tinny, picture quality is really good, previously had a projector tripod and it works with that

This is my first projector and it works well for the price. It was very easy to use and connected to everything with a simple wire or Bluetooth connection.
The only critique I really have is it would be good if it had a zoom function, as that would mean I could place it in a more suitable position.

Very easy to adjust the screen to the size, focus, and angle you need with the use of the remote and keystone buttons on the projector.
I have plugged in my Sky TV box through the HDMI port and works perfectly.
The projector is a little less noisy compared to my previous one. But it is manageable once you start watching movies.
The sound is ok, I use a Bluetooth speaker which gives a great sound
I have tried the Apple Casting function, little bit slow for me but my Wi-Fi is slow so I wasn’t expecting much. It is a decent feature though and as long as I’m not watching live tv through it worked fine. But as I said, I believe this is down to my Wi-Fi and not the projector.

After reading my original (1 star) review, the seller got in contact with me to discuss the situation. After a short message exchange, they concluded that it was a faulty device, but this is not the norm. A new device was sent to me immediately, and I’m delighted to say (after initial scepticism) that the new one is in perfect working order.
If you are thinking about purchasing, go ahead, it’s a nice little compact device with (from a short test drive) decent image & sound. If you do have any hiccups with your device, the seller is very responsive via Amazon message so I’m confident you will get a good resolution.

Arrived in good conditioned. Got it as a present to give. When the birthday girl plugged it in, the only thing that happened was the red light flashed. The power button didn’t do anything. No sounds from the unit to indicate powering up. No troubleshooting guide included, quick Google didn’t reveal much. Phoned Amazon tech support who concluded it’s a faulty unit and started the returns/refund process.
I think its a lottery with this Product – If you’re lucky you get a working one!
Connection options on this piece of kit are extensive, with USB, HDMI, VGA, TF and AV connections. The game changer for me compared to my old projector is the built in bluetooth and wifi, enabling simple and lag free hooking up to bluetooth speakers, soundbars or for more privacy a set of bluetooth headphones. Connection is easy and syncronisation is very good due to the high quality 5.1 version of bluetooth. Easily connect directly to your wifi enabled devices. I use this to stream photos from my android phone but it will work with all wifi enabled phones, tablets and computers. I also connected up a chromcast into the HDMI to gain access to Netflix, Prime video etc.
My son connects his Xbox to this and it is really very cool to have the game streaming on a big screen.
The unit has a mounting screw for fixing to a ceiling or tripod with the ability to switch the image rotation to allow the unit to operate upside down.
Highly recommend this projector, whether you are upgrading an inferior version or you are looking for your first projector you wont go wrong with this – Brilliant.
It’s at least 1 inch smaller on all sides than other machines I have had. Leaving it easier to store away or if you decide to mount it, It’s less obtrusive.
It’s super easy to set up. Plug in and play. Just add your media device through HDMI (for laptops, Games consoles, firesticks etc), SD card slot (for memory cards), USB (for memory sticks and Hard drives) VGA (for PC) and even an AV connection for older machines like the Xbox 360. Obviously, this list is not exhaustive, so I’m sure what ever format you want there will be a way to connect it.
When using the media feature, I tried loads of different format types. This little machine played them all! Even the ones my SONY Bravia smart TV could not. The remote control included is a life saver, no stumbling in the dark to find the controls. This simple little remote does all the good basic stuff like Menu, volume, pause, play FF and RR.
To watch streaming services, you have to watch it through one of the many devices listed above. As due to copyright laws you can’t screen mirror the likes of Netflix or Prime. It’s not a real issue though as you can always connect it manually through one of the devices above.
Video games play at speed and there is no lag. It definitely gives you an advantage when you’re playing a shooter and you have a 176in screen to see things far off in the distance.
The screen projected is 1080p and can comfortably project a massive 176in screen without any quality loss (I projected onto the whole bedroom wall and didn’t see any degradation). You don’t need a screen or white sheet to project it on, I just used the walls in the house. FYI it projects just as well on a dark blue wall than a light green wall. The video attached does not do the the projector justice, my phone camera isn’t that great.
The sound quality is excellent, for a little machine it can produce quite a volume. If however that is not enough for you, you could add a set of earphones or a sound bar through the earphone jack or even better through the new Bluetooth 5.1 feature.
As with all projectors the fan can be a little noisy in a small room. This is a common thing with all projectors and it’s only when you start to by really expensive ones it starts to quieten. It’s not really an issue as soon as you start to play your media, you don’t hear the fan.
Overall, What a good little machine. For less than 80 you get tons of features, a good picture and sound. If you were to look for a T.V. or Monitor at this price you wouldn’t find one as good. It’s suitable for the office, games room, cinema room or even the ‘man cave’. Go on, go treat yourself
Bought for my husband for Fathers Day! He was thrilled!! Watch a movie in the garden last weekend and it was fantastic, kids loved it! Ideal to even take camping and compact! Looking forward to more summer movies in the garde
Very good this is also very quiet whilst in use. attache av for sound red white 2.5 jack into sound bar and is complete all HDMI components like Amazon fire stick connect and work. Very large screen in the package Only issue is I can not pair any Bluetooth. Very good for the money spent.
With the leads and screen included you have everything you need and setup is very simple. Other reviewers have posted a lot of detail about getting the most from this projector and I’ll work through their advice down the line but honestly you can just plug it in and go. I’m looking forward to a summer of home garden cinema.
I like every thing about it, so easy to connect via Bluetooth to an external speaker, although the speaker on it is brilliant, connects to Wi-Fi ery easy also, super easy to change the settings to get the look that you are happy with, again nothing wrong with the factory setting, I use it to watch films inside and out via my Firestick, I am extremely happy with this projector, so many thanks from me.
It’s a decent projector but I have had some issues with getting the Bluetooth audio to sync with the picture and the built in speakers aren’t great, in a small room we still have the volume at 100% when watching videos. I think I would probably spend a little bit extra for better audio next time but the picture is good for the price point and there is not much noticable pixelation. It works a lot better in a darker room but that is fairly standard for budget projectors.
The company kindly got in touch with me, and offered a free replacement, very good customer service and the projector works very well!
Purchased this just over 2 years ago was great when it worked, but only used 2-3 times, most recently on this weekend. Worked fine to begin with but about an hour in the picture became un-watchable (horizontal lines and distorted, shaky, blurred) nothing we did rectified. Such a shame as makes it very expensive for 2-3 film viewings!
When I first used the projector to run a course, the power cable short circuits and nearly caught fire. The projector worked ok after I borrowed a cable

The brightness and quality was completely lacking. Even with all blinds closed and lights off we barely could make out what was being projected, worse when there are lighter scenes being displayed.
The Bluetooth didn’t work. It wouldn’t detect any devices and the built in speaker volume is far too low.
I understand it’s a budget projector but it’s below budget quality.
Update: Seller resolved issue with the projector and a replacement was sent, which had better resolution and brightness. Great communication from the seller.

This is a great little projector, the only criticism is the fan is very loud, we negated this by connecting to our Bluetooth speaker! Very easy to use and set up.
We’ve had this for a couple of months now and still going strong. We use it every weekend for kid’s movie nights and it is brilliant. I think the one major issue is the sound is pretty quiet and can be drowned out by the fan so fully recommend a sound bar/speakers. Picture quality is more than adequate for what we use it for. Forgot to mention we also sometimes use it for gaming and haven’t yet experienced any lags/issues. Absolutely worth the money for a family on a budget.
Picture is quite impressive even better in the dark which why I gave just for stars for brightness but to be fair most projectors work best in darker room, but it can be seen the picture in daylight actually better than I thought it would. Fan is fairly quite. Comes with a nice size foldable screen too along with sticky hooks. It comes with a nice size remote control I found it works really well ,even if I facing the remote away from it.
Hates not really much to hate I guess only problem I found is if using bluetooth audio it’s slightly out of sync but not too bad, you can also plug audio lead into it so that there is no out of sync.
I used hdmi with it plugged into me laptop and it comes with hdmi lead. I have not tried it with phone as I did not have the correct lead. I guess one thing that would of been useful is wifi built in so can stream to it.
I yet to watch a film with it but I can see it will be great for films.

There is a built in Speaker in the projector. It’s good but if you need something more dynamic, I’d recommend getting a separate sound bar altogether.

This is an update: after I wrote this review, customer service contacted me personally and offered to send an upgraded version of the projector as a free replacement since my original purchase had problems turning on just after few months of use. I haven’t used the new projector much yet, but I can already tell that it is much better than the one I have. It has better picture quality and can connect via WIFI and Bluetooth. But the upgrade to the 4 star rating is mostly because of the customer service they provided. Thank you so much Sarah.
It is important that you look at Native resolution. Not Supported resolution
This has a great picture and will project a reasonable HD picture as it is native 720 resolution and upscales to 1080HD
The photos and Video are from actual footage when I set it up.
However if you want HD/4K picture you need a projector with native resolution of 1080 with 9000 plus lumens which makes a massive difference and stops fade out at the edges of the picture.

Having said all that:
It’s a good buy if you just want a budget projector and comes with a large foldable fabric screen that works well enough if you have a darkened room, but it is fairly transparent so you can rear project also.
It Benefits from Bluetooth connection for external speakers.
Focusing is simple and you can adjust all picture settings for personal settings
The fan is not overly noisy slightly louder than a laptop Fan, but not noticeable when playing a film or video.
Volume is fine for a room but for outdoors or large room would require a sound bar at least
benefits from a remote also
All in all a good budget Projector.

I am absolutely satisfied with the lovely quality Projector. It has small size ,multiple functions and it also come with screen package which I don’t need spend money to buy the screen if I want to have better results. Easily setting up, I simply plugged the HMDI socket and link to my mini speaker. The picture quality is better than what I was expected. It shows excellent results in dark room or night time. But I prefer put a wall light on , when the children are watching movie. I took pictures to compare during the different time how it works. And the video was taken by sunny afternoon with curtains down. My children really enjoyed the time . I don’t spend the big amount money on Cinema. I think it is a great budget for home cinema!!! I also recommended it for my friends !

I’ve got 10′ high ceilings and white walls and this covers a huge area.
Use it with my firestick and it’s perfect.
It comes well packed with HDMI and AV cables, remote control, clear easy to understand instructions and a large fabric screen for your wall. I haven’t tried the latter as my house has white walls and they do the job perfectly well.
The screen is mounted onto walls with sticky tabs, so these may damage the decorated surface and it would need to hang for a while for the creases to drop out.
The projector worked easily and flawlessly straight out of the box. Correcting keystone and focussing was simple and straightforward, as was working my way around the on screen menu controlling the device.You can use either the remote or controls on the unit to do this. The height adjustment was a single leg; basic but effective.
The pictures you can see with this review are 70 inches across the top. In general they doesn’t look as sharp as a regular modern TV but I really like the ‘Filmic’ quality. As others have said it definitely pays off to adjust the graphics settings to achieve the sort of picture you prefer.
Yes, there is some fan noise, but nothing that put me off and whilst the onboard loudspeaker is not the greatest, it’s adequate. However, there’s bluetooth connectivity for an external speaker, sound bar, or headphones, which is the way to go.
One thing you need to take into account is that you will need to dim the light in the room. The photo’s you can see were taken around 1.00pm with the curtains drawn. With the curtains open, the picture is rather washed out.
To sum up I think this is a versatile and easy to use budget projector.You get lots of ‘Bang for your Buck’ and there are lots of upsides with only four very minor downsides that I can think of (none of which would have stopped me buying it) which the manufacturer might want to address at some stage.
These are: a) there are no batteries included for the remote b) there is no 12v power input for those wishing to use in an RV or the like without an inverter c) You need an extra connector to work with Apple products and d) there is no cap to keep dust off the lens.
These are minor, minor criticisms. Overall a great piece of kit providing beautiful, clear, large pictures from a variety of sources such as USB/TF card, stick TV, laptop and phone. A great product which I give 5 stars.

The projector supports lot of inputs. I have got a Amazon fire TV and it works great on it. you can project a big screen within a short range which is quite impressive. The sound quality can be improved and the volume can be increased as well. However you can connect your speaker thru Bluetooth.

It was easy to set up the WiFi and wirelessly connect to my iPad & iPhone through screen mirroring.
The remote control doesn’t have to be pointing at the projector for it to work which is an added bonus.

This is the upgraded version which definitely has more gumption, true HD and WiFi for wireless connecting.
I have some movies on a small external hard drive that I connected via the USB port and it plays perfect.
The sound is good also, I was expecting it to be tinny but it has normal depth, just like a decent TV speaker but you have the option to wirelessly connect another speaker or via the 3.5 headphone socket.
Still trying to work out how to project Netflix and Prime through the app on my iPhone though. I can access and view the film listings but it stops when I try to play but I have only just received this projector so will update once I figure it out.
Really appreciate the accessories that comes with It. Small and neath only issues the fan is a bit loud! However its brilliant. If you have an android phone ect you’ll need a Google chromecast.

Bought this for our family camping trip and have just set it up to test it out, I adjusted the settings based on a previous posts recommendations and it works great, we plugged our amazon stick in and its literally play and go, would definitely recommend, we have it pointing to the ceiling as I had no free wall space, also worth buying a stand for it and a hdmi cable if you want to comment to phone or ipad

Firstly, for the price I paid on amazon prime day (just over 50), this projector does everything I would expect of it.
The picture isn’t advertised as 4k so dont expect that, but it definitely provides a clear, watchable video which can be viewed in low light conditions.
Colour adjustment needs to be done in the set up of the projector and whilst the colours are bright, it does lack a little in the red tone which makes some of the reds seem pinkish.
That said I love this item and have used it both in the garden and indoors to watch football against a wall in the living room.
The projector is supplied with a screen with is slightly elasticated and can be fixed to a wall with the supplied adhesive hooks.
One down side is the fan which can appear a little noisy when switched on, although you can pair a Bluetooth speaker to your tablet/phone which can easily distract from the fan noise once you start watching your programme.
Side note – when watching in the garden for the first time, I was surprised to see the projection of a huge moth on the screen as one has inconveniently found its way into the projector and was stretched out infront of the projection. There is a cover at the bottom of the projector which allows you to clear any debris from inside the projector if needed and when this was removed and the projector shook slightly, the moth vacated and left us to watch the movie!
I got a replacement from the company with their upgraded version, and i must say i have no complaints picture quality is great connectivity to wifi was easy. It is the best! I’ve had several projectors in the past the upgraded one to this tops them all, and i myst say customer service was great couldn’t ask for better, quick response. Thanks lily..

It’s a great projector and everything works as it should. The remote works perfectly, connects via Bluetooth to my soundbar perfectly. The only complaint I have is the noise, the fan noise is very loud and off putting however this could be a problem with all projectors. Since this is my first projector I can’t compare the noise issue with others but I have read they can be noisy with the fans. If it weren’t for the noise then I would happily recommend this. The picture quality is great also.
Bought this to do outdoor summer movie nights. The picture quality is amazing, sound quality is great too. The screen does its job and is a good size. The projector itself is nice and small so it’s easy to store. Love how we can just plug the fire stick in and it’s all set. Very very happy with this projecto

This is my first projector, bought for outdoors movie nights!! I managed to get this on prime day offer but actually having now used it I would have happily paid the full price!! Super simple setup (I am not tech at all!) great portability, screen is brilliant size, great picture with lots of options to alter brightness etc, good sound even without external speaker! Yes you have to wait until it’s getting dark to appreciate the pic but it absolutely does the job and then some!! I am delighted with this purchase!
You get what you pay for – I needed a basic projector and this fit the bill. Picture quality and brightness could be better, but for the price, it’s great.

I took a punt on this projector having read the review by ‘out of bath’ and realising that with the discount applied, it would only cost 56 quid! Well, I’m glad I did, the picture quality is amazing for the price. We set it up in the garden last night to watch the Glastonbury coverage on the BBC IPlayer via an old chromecast I hadn’t used for years. It’s not bright enough to be seen in daylight but by about 8.30pm it was becoming visible and by 9.30pm it looked great.
The speaker is serviceable but I connected some portable speakers via the headphone socket to improve things.
The fan is a bit noisy indoors but outside and once the music is playing, you won’t notice it.
Mine doesn’t have the individual RGB settings ‘out of bath’ mentions, Prudhoe a firmware thing, but otherwise there are plenty of settings to talk to get a picture you’re happy with.
The projector was just over 2 meters away and projected onto the back of the house using the free screen.
Picture quality:
surprisingly clear. When you go to the cinema, the picture is a little grainy, it’s like that.
Picture brightness:
When the ambient light is dark enough, it is plenty bright enough
Focus and Keystone tilt:
Focus works well, the picture can get as sharp as the cinema screen. Keystone tilt is very limited.
Colour:
Once you set up the unit (I had it set to Dynamic, Warm and Mild) it looks great
Sound:
Meh, it’s ok, but I bought a 20 rechargeable speaker and it sounds great!
Fan noise:
you can hear it at lower volumes but it doesn’t get in the way
Remote control:
IR receiver is on the front and when sitting behind it, you have to be specific when pointing at it

Well when I bought it, it had a 22% discount instead of the 79 price tag, but at 79 I would say this unit is perfect for ad-hoc garden movie nights or indoor fun with a games console etc. If you are looking for a super crisp permanent installation projector then I would look at the 4k units 200 and above.
I was not expecting the level of quality for the price at all! This was an impulse buy after racking my brains on what to do for my daughters 13th…. Upon deciding on a movie night I happened upon this little gem and what drew me in further was the inclusion of the screen (extremely portable and good quality material)
Its super easy to set up and even works with a firestick plugged into it directly.
Don’t be put off by the old adage “you get what you pay for” as this projector far outshines its price.
Possibly the best buy I’ve made so far this year in terms of value and quality. Pretty certain that my daughter will be over the moon with it too.
Straight out of the box it was easy to set up but be aware the remote control does not come with batteries (AAA *2). The 6500 lumen output is strong and when using inside gave a rich picture with no lag even during high speed scenes. Using outside as it was purchased for this showed a slight degradation of image quality due to the increased light pollution but when used with a good screen (the one that comes with it is generic and not really up to the job unless you are rear projecting) is overcome. The focus and keystone (manual operation) are basic but easily done and I would not have expected more for this price range. Overall a great projector and it is already adding to the enjoyment of the outdoor cinema. Good buy and worth the investment.
For the price, this is a fine projector. The picture quality is perfectly acceptable for most users but the brightness doesn’t stand up to daytime use unless you can completely black out your room. I found that the ideal projection distance is very similar to the viewing distance for a given size, so the projector will sit very close to the viewers.
Also, the sound is rubbish but you should probably be using dedicated speakers anyway!
The brightness and quality of the projector is just about OK. Though in the daylight even with 2 sets of curtains it’s not bright enough to use. It’s kind of like a fun toy. It works, but the quality is not good enough to sit and watch a movie or sports match for hours IMHO. It’d be fine to use for VJ-ing / abstract light projections at a small party for example (and maybe kids wouldn’t mind watching shows on it). But there’s just not enough resolution, sharpness, colour or brightness quality to make it an enjoyable experience. Though at this price point, maybe expecting better quality is not realistic?
I use it to project images and text slides from my laptop for talks to gardening clubs. It is perfectly fine for that . I have played my home made information films on it and it is fine . I think if you were watching movies on it at home, you would find the fan noise very annoying and the sound quality is not the best . For what I use it for,it is great.
I was looking for a small projector for my teaching which involves powerpoint, files, videos etc. Saw this reasonable priced model which says not suitable for teaching. I took the risk and glad to say that once plugged into my laptop with the enclosed HDM1 cable, it works as any old teaching projectors and shows whatever you have on the screen of the laptop. The image can be sharpen by turning the lens and there’s the keystone to tilt it slightly which I find it makes no difference to the image. There are buttons on the projector itself for volume, menu selection etc of which you have the same in the remote control provided. The noise is quite distracting but it should be fine when in the classroom setting with noises around, it will not be that noticeable.
There is a small white button just underneath the lens and when I unturned it, it lengthens itself to add as a prop to raise the projector to the desired tilt. Pleased with it for the price compared to the more expensive ones
This projector worked straight out of the box projected onto a lightly painted wall. It gives a strong image and as I need to use it during the day time in a luminous room, with direct sunlight, its image quality and power of the image enable me to watch without having any special blackout blinds, just by closing the curtains if necessary. I got the projector principally to watch football, and now I can watch midday and afternnon matches with no problems. Connected to my PC I now use it for all my TV, film, sport and music viewing, and I am very pleased with this projector.
My son bought this for his xbox, works well, a little noisy but bearable, sound isn’t great but plenty of cheap sound bars to rectify this,, he has it in his computer room, projector (with screen). Tripod and Bluetooth sound bar, all three night for under 120 =a very happy teenager (cheaper that a half decent TV and much better for his games)
Fan is a bit loud, but not really noticed when using a boom box/sound bar. Its own sound is of average quality. I used an amazon firestick. If I was to buy again, I’d buy one with bluetooth as i had to get a 3m, 3.5mm sound cable to connect to my sound box. Its great quality though.. Well worth the money.
I ordered this and it came before the estimated delivery time (stoked!). I didn’t set it up the first day because I felt it’d take a while. Today’s Friday, season 2 of the Witcher just dropped so I felt like kicking back. It took me 30 seconds to set it up (not much to do anyway). I’m watching the Witcher now and the quality is way more than expected. It’s great!
Downside is, the fan or something in the projector gives a bit of white noise. I cancel it out by increasing my volume to get the full cinematic experience. I didn’t use the projector screen/cloth it came with. I just projected it on my peach wall with yellowish closet door and it’s fine!!
Can’t wait to catch a game on this.
I am delighted with the projector.. it works a treat.. I got it for a presentation; neverdone one before ans hey presto.. it’s marvellous.

Excellent value for money, the picture is very clear when projecting straight onto my wall, kids love it just like the cinema. May need to connect a wee bluetooth speaker to just to make the sound quality better, but for the price great value for money..
A projector which i brought for my bedroom and was pleasantly surprised. Very cheap compared to some of the other projectors and just as good. You need a dark place to use it, but once it is dark, the projector has great detail with 1080P quality. I use it with a google chromecast, but it also works well with HDMI & amazon firestick. For what it cost it is a great product which I use often. I would definitely recommend buying this over an expensive projector.
great wee projector for night-time movie nights or home cinema apart from that pretty much useless throughout day as its not bright enough to sustain a clear picture such a shame if it was brighter would have purchased a few more
It’s a smallish projector and image quite clear, clean and bright and with options to change picture brightness, contrast, sharpness etc. Sound is pretty decent as well. Worth the money spent, bought for tracing art designs on canvas but using it for gaming/tv in the bedroom as it doesn’t take up space like a tv (great on any walls if they are white!). As it’s small it’s easy enough to move from place to place when I need to use for work of play.
I can’t fault this. If you want a cheap projector it is so simple just plug and play.
The picture is crisp and clear, the sound quality is a bit tinny and you’ll need a speaker, but that’s the only downside.
It won’t run in total daylight, but nor do more expensive projectors, so don’t have unreasonable expectations. Slight shade and the projector close to the screen can make up for most scenarios.
I use for rugby matches in the summerhouse and the picture is ok with the windows covered with blinds. When it’s dark outside it’s fantastic.
I bought this for my son’s birthday – he had an overnight sleeping tent and this projector with the perfect way to watch a movie to make his night special. It was very easy to set up, we plugged it into a sound bar and this optimized the quality of the sound. I’ve never had a projector so not sure if its normal for it to be very loud – this was the case but since it was further back and the sound from the sound bar was louder, it wasn’t too much of a problem for us. I would highly recommend this product! It came with a nice fabric screen and velcro tabs to hold it up!
We have been enjoying this video projector already for quite few projections indoor (on our white wall) and also outdoor on the screen that comes with it and it has been very enjoyable so far. It is very easy to setup and connect. We connected it to our laptop for the video input (HDMI) and also connected it to our speaker via cable so sound is good even outdoor.
It is slightly noisy when on but as you watch the movie you actually don’t notice at all the fan noise.
It has been a lovely added outdoor activity to enjoy.

For a small, light and compact projector, this is second to none.
A clear, crisp picture projected onto a large screen, gives a great theatre experience. Connected into an additional audio system, the sound is exceptionally clear and when turned up, can be exceptionally loud.
Used as a projector to delivery PowerPoint presentations, again this gives clear definition and is easy to see.
The set-up of the projector is very simply, gives both remote and hands on functionality to adapt picture size and definition.
Connections are easy to access and stable.
For those requiring a lightweight projector that packs a punch, this is highly recommended.
We were a bit worried about ordering the projector because you can pay so much for them, however we don’t know why anyone would pay for anything other than this projector – DON’T hesitate you won’t regret it. The only thing that is slightly poor on it is the sound from the speaker but you have the option of connecting your own speaker to it which makes the experience great.
Bought as a gift for son. Very impressed, easy to set up and although it came with a screen, we haven’t had to use it as our walls are white and flat. Presume in the summer we will use the screen outside although I suspect it would have to be quite dark to get the best image. Connects to MacBook via HDMI and can stream directly or we can plug in Firestick to watch Now TV etc. All-in-all a great product for the price.

I was extremely apprehensive about this product as I didn’t expect the quality to be great but it was amazing!
The quality is almost the same as watching a movie on the TV.
I love the fact it also came with the cloth screen, so I didn’t have to buy a separate one.
If you are thinking about buying one, then this is definitely the one to get!

At a distance of 2m, the image was a respectable 55″.
What i liked:
The manual focus had a very good range. Which meant i could move the projector nearly 1m from the wall. Something that you can’t do with a lot of small projectors.
Keystone correction had a raised centre on the dial which made it easier to use.
What i didn’t like:
No Lens cover.
User controlled settings had options link tint, sharpness that couldn’t be changed.
There seems to be a consistent issue about edges of display being out of focus compared to the centre with these small projectors this is obvious in the last photo, this isn’t really noticeable when watching movies, but a big issue if you tried to read a word document.
The video was shot in a darkened room with no light.
The second photo was taken with a living room lightbulb on full brightness, so you can compare dark room with light on.
Sound:
The fan can be heard but not so loud that it stops you hearing the sound coming from projector.
You can hear dialogue without any additional speakers in a completely silent room.
I don’t normally write reviews but this has to be one of my best purchase.
I brought this projector during lockdown heatwave as we had so much time to kill why not spend the evening outdoors as well. What a great buy, easy to set up with remote control, picture quality excellent and the sound very clear , best of all was the price money well spent.
Now it’s getting colder in the evening and still not been able to go to the cinema as a family with grown up kids we have big screen movie nights indoors most weekends .. great fun. We absolutely love it.
I was surprised to find so many projectors under 100 with four star plus reviews. One of the first i read was a very in depth review including his settings he had settled on to maximise picture quality. On setting the projector up I left the settings as they came and started to watch a motorcycle film. The projector coped well with the high speed action as well as the close up details of the bikes and interviews. Halfway through i started playing with the settings, quickly got bored, and tried the settings in the review i’d read before. With a bit more tweaking I got a picture way better than I was expecting for the purchase price……so far very impressed.
If you are looking for a top notch projector look elsewhere.
If you need a budget projector then this will fit the bill.
I use mine to project tv and videos on a good screen as the one that is supplied is not that good.
Picture quality is ok in a dark room
Sound out of the projector is not too bad but I would suggest a external speaker system would be better.
We received this with the remote but could never get it to work – there is no infra-red receptor on projector, think the model received was one without this (did receive an email from manufacturer through Amazon soon after delivery but no time then to follow up).
Overall after 31 months of occasional usage, like this projector.
Use external wired soundbar – have bought a bluetooth transmitter but testing now, seems not to work via audio output jack, will update review if works.
What I like is that I can play games, watch movies and listen to music with this projector connected to my laptop. Screen size is huge and sound quality is great. Really is a joy to use. The only thing that may or may not put you off is you got to remember that it’s a projector and not a tv and you have to dim the light in the room to use. May not seem like a big deal but it’s one thing I did not consider I had to buy a blind to use in day time but that was my fault really didn’t do my own research. I really love this produc
Well hey this projector is not amazing, if you had paid 2K for it but for this price it is absolutely outstanding. I mean yes it needs to be dark for a decent picture and it takes a little bit of messing around with to get the picture that you’d want but whe. You get there for this money this is a great projector!!! You will need an additional external speaker if like me you want to watch movies big and loud. The internal speaker will not be any good as to be expected. But a simple line in and you can plug in any external speaker which will top of the effect. The effects and menu are simple to navigate and the setup.is easy. On the whole o will be recommending this product to anybody that’s listening.
My sister is 40 in a couple of weeks and wanted a Home/Garden Cinema experience for her Birthday-looking on line at cost to hire a company -we decided to look into buying our own projector and screen to see if we could create the atmosphere ourselves for less. We came across this projector whilst searching and were impressed with the video clips we watched and the reviews that we decided to purchase DR.Q HI-04 Projector ourselves with the added bonus of the screen being included in the price!….Delivery received the following day and we’ve tested it out watching the minions on the Big screen we didn’t take video footage as we were too engrossed in the film and watching the BIG screen. instructions easy to follow the remote is user friendly and the picture and sound quality is fantastic. We are all impressed with our purchase and are looking forward to many family movie nights under the stars! ..We would recommend this projector to anyone looking to buy one!.
