Correct Wearing Method for Better Effect
Step 1: Apply your wig cap to secure your own hair.
Step 2: With the Logo on the right side begin and wrapping the wig band around the side of your head.
Step 3: Wrap the left side of the wig grip behind your head.
Step 4: Secure the wig headband by pressing the Velcro piece closed at the back of your head.
Warm Tips: If you are bald or have short hair, you can skip the wig cap and use our wig grip band directly.

I wear this all the time under my wigs. Would definitely recommend! My wigs don’t move! Even when walking the dog in high winds.
I was quite shocked at how well it stayed positioned on my head without being overly itchy (one of my main concerns). I was able to move my head freely without worry and the colour blended seamlessly under my wig.

I think the product is nice and can also be worn as a head band if you want but I find that if you’re wig is not laid on your head flat and you haven’t placed the wig properly, the band will make it look bulky. I can say that the wig won’t move one bit if you have the band on under your wig.
The Velcro on the back can be annoying sometimes
I dont wear wigs without this any more….. they last ages…..I now have 5 and still use my first one ……try it I like it wig does not move girlfriend…yasssss from me

It’s super comfortable, and you can’t feel or see it once the wig is on. Totally works to keep your wig on without glue. Normally I have a lot of trouble with my wig and cap slipping, with this, there was no problem, even when moving my head a lot.

Having worn a wig for about 11 years I have to say this has changed my life!! No more kirby grips or embarrassing/funny moments when it blew off in strong winds!! It is slightly itchy towards the end off the day so I generally wear it when it is a bit windy or doing exercise classes. I don’t usually wear it at home. So simple, so clever, so inexpensive and so reliable – what more do you want!
Over time this product does stretch out. So I’ve had to buy multiple.

Did the job at gripping the wig, but did leave the lace front a bit raised so would either still have to glue the lace front down or wear a style with a fringe so that you couldn’t see it.
I have fine thinning hair so keeping a wig secure is a challenge for me, even when wearing a cap and securing it with pins. This wig grip headband is the answer. It tightens up my wig and keeps it secure. However it does make the headband area of my head feel warmer – a small price to pay for feeling more comfortable wearing my wig.
I have a petite size head (20.5 inches) and this fits perfectly. Plenty of room for larger heads too. I will be using it as a grip for headscarves when my chemo starts in a few weeks. I’ve used headscarves before for the same reason and found that some of the silky ones just slide backwards. This should work well to stop the issue!
I liked the wig grip as it was doing what was needed. It held my wig in place.

I’m an avid wig wearer, I have alopecia and have a smaller head. Also my head is more flat in the back than rounded so I always have a hard time keeping wigs on. I’ve ordered alot of different “wig bands/savers” and this by far has been the absolute best.

Likes inexpensive, easy to put on, feels very secure, no slipping so far and I have had the headband for a couple of weeks. My head is on the small side but most of the time I end up getting average size wigs because what I want doesn’t come in petite. This eliminates this problem. Knowing my wig is securely in place is very very important to me. I have had many instances when my wig would slip.I am very happy with this purchase and wish I had bought one earlier.
Dislikes Because headbands have not been part of my wearing a wig for over 20 years I feel very warm with it on. I have to get used to the extra band of fabric around my head.
What a fantastic product, after fighting with my wig for the past year to try and keep it in place I put the band on and like magic it felt like the wig was my own hair and stayed in place.
So it is no more bobby pins for me. I was out in a strong wind yesterday and the wig never moved. What a relief this is… Would recommend this to anyone who uses a wig.
OK so I wanted to give this thing a few weeks before I actually do the review and your goes. It’s good At first when I tried it on I tried to shake my wig off and it fell right off obviously you cannot do a handstand but it does keep my wig on ALL day! It’s really convenient to be able to take my week off at the end of the day and I love the fact that it’s adjustable because I have a very sensitive head

Great product but u have to have more than one so that you have a new one when the other one wears out.

Great product would definitely recommend to keep wig in place. I was worried it wouldn’t fit me since I have a large head (23 inches) but it fits and would fit bigger heads than mine. Lays flat and doesn’t looks bulky underneath wig. The only thing I’d say is it slips very slightly if your hair is oily
When you first use the product it takes awhile to get use it. It did cause headaches but I did wear this in. It did support baby hairs, not loose at all and made the wig more secure. However, long term stretched the wig out and opted not to wear again.

It helps to stop itching around the hair line especially around the face. It’s not as hot as when wearing a cap under the wig.

I was a bit sceptical at first that it would work – I was originally on here searching for combs to sew into a new wig and when I saw the head band and decided to try it instead……. best decision I could have made. I was a bit sceptical. I hate wearing wigs that dont have combs because im fearful that they will fall off. However I can safely say that i dont have that fear when wearing this wig band – the first time ive ever worn a wig band. Initially purchased to protect my hairline. Ive tried wearing the band and a wig and have pull it left and right and it keeps securely on my head. Im impressed.
Just out of habit i still put in a few hair pins (just to be on the safe side, but thats not necessary in my opinion).
Could be cheaper as its a bit of velvet fabric. But i would purchase again.

Product was as described. The quality is very good and holds the wig firmly in place. I also like the colour I bought because it looks like my skintone when it shows under the lace. I will recommend.
I thought this would be a gimmick but went ahead and gave it a shot. Honestly never have to adjust this band while wearing it. I followed the instructions, very simple, keep the tag on the right hand side of your head, and apply the velcro. I’ve tested the head band adjusting how close I want it to my hair line if I’ve laid it to far back it’s not as comfortable for me. However I will buy another one and 10/10 would recommend! I’m glad I gave this head band a chance it’s a great time saver I almost never glue the lace down. Occasionally I put a dab right in the middle by my part so it lays completely flat but other wise I never have to do it.
Absolutely excellent, it’s like magic somehow it stays exactly where you put it, and so, of course, does your wig. I bought one that looks like this one for 3 times the price, it doesn’t work like this, I wish I had heard about this product months ago. I wear a wig from necessity so I need to feel secure, with this band I really do.
Note: Had it on the wrong way in the pictures, lol. Plus my wig wasn’t prepped, but that’s a different story. Anyhow, I say YES to this wig grip. I new must have for me
It works. I brought it to hold my wraps in place.
One other thing I have noticed is that it does not go well with lace front wigs as the front and side edges of the lace does not lay flat which means that if you wear the wig grip with the lace front you will still need to glue the sides and front of the lace to get that smooth natural look.

I’m a photographer who sometimes uses wigs on models. This simple piece of materils keeps said wigs in place. A simple idea but it just works.
Once fitted works extremely well . Locks wig in place . Doesn’t irritate skin- you forget its there doing the job .

I did not even have to use the combs on my wig, that’s how secure it was. this thing is giving my edges a break and a chance to live lol.
My only qualm is the shade I got (tan) is a little light under the parts I am a brown skinned black woman but I just moved it back slightly and it was fine.
This is my new wig must have. I cannot reccomend enough. The people saying it never worked for them, perhaps they put it on incorrectly? As it has to be the way the description shows.

You also shouldn’t stretch out your wig grip either if you take care of it properly.
I haven’t gotten round to checking my other email yet but from what I understand the seller also messages you to make sure the item is utilized properly..etc which is a nice touch.
I think it will work better for a wig. But not for a Hair Piece.
I really love this, my wig no longer shifts or slides back whilst wearing the wig grip. It is so comfortable as long as you don’t wrap it too tight, I forget that I’m wearing it. Just be careful not to get the velcro stuck to your hair as it is a pain to remove, but i think that also speaks to the quality of the velcro. I would buy agai

I bought this headband to hold my wig in place because the wig kept slipping off my head so after looking on YouTube about what to do, I thought I would try this to grip my wig, if I’m honest not expecting much, it works perfectly I’m so happy. Worth every penny.
Easy to use and provides me with added security, comfort and confidence when wearing my wig.
Following radiosurgery I’ve experienced some hair loss in large patches. I’ve quickly learnt ‘the art of the scarf’ And needed something to keep my headwrap creations From slipping backwards off my head. This velvet band does the trick perfectly and has the added bonus of keeping stray wisps of hair in check too. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because sometimes my forehead gets slightly itchy after a few hours of wear. I’m unsure if this is true of all this type of product as I’ve never used one before, so maybe it’s just the nature of the beast. Overall I love it and will be ordering a second.

I’ve seen all the hype about wig grips on YouTube and never expected it to actually work, but it does! It keeps my wig on all day. Feels very secure so I don’t have to use gel or glue anymore.

I so pleased with this, I have ordered another one as a spare. I trialled it today and have had my wig on approx. 6 hours and no movement. My hairdresser said not to wear the stocking cap with it.
This is so good because I am one of these people who will want to do things as simplified as possible so this saves me time as I don’t have to glue it down. I am yet to wear it out in public as the only fault is it does creep to the back if your head/wig if your hair is shiny/silky which mine is so I have to grip it in place. Nice product though 🙂
I bought a wig to wear with this. It did keep the wig in place and it didn’t budge. However, the wig wasn’t very good so I will invest in a better one.

Snug fit which suits all head sizes due to generous width of Velcro . My head is actually very small so I was concerned
that headband would be too big . But no need to worry . A great fit . Wig was held securely in place without feeling too tight . Will definitely re order .
The most important thing is to make sure you’re following the instructions, it’s not difficult, just make sure that the label is facing upright on the right side of your head. This matters because it’s the texture of the fabric on the wig grip that keeps your wig from moving, and it has to be going “against the grain” to work.
I’ve used this a few times with a lace front wig and it does lay pretty flat! The wig hasn’t moved on me with this, but I do use the combs inside the wig now for extra security too. This is great for when I don’t have time to mess around with glue, which is most days.
Be aware that this can slide down if it’s fastened too loose around your head, but if it’s too tight it’ll give you a headache – you have to find the right balance for you.
This band definitely helps to keep my wig in place. It’s very gentle to my natural hair and edges.

Just worn this for the first time with a wig for 7 hours and the wig didn’t move. Need to make sure that the band is put on as described in the packaging. I have a small head and this is the only one that has worked for me. Would recommend it as it is very slim and effective.

If you need it to be even smaller, it looks fairly easy to cut of the smaller Velcro bit and reattach further down, once having fitted the grip to your head size.
Just make sure you follow the instructions and wear the grip the right way up as if it’s placed incorrectly it won’t work at all. The material fibres need to be facing a certain way which will cause enough friction to stop the wig/scarf from slipping and sliding.
