I bought this phone for my dad, he’s 95. It was really easy to set up and the videos and support were really useful. It’s nice and loud and there an SOS button which give me peace of mind that he can reach out if there an emergency. Would definitely recommend.

I got this phone for my mother..she’d had a cheaper model from a different seller before but wasn’t happy with it at all.
Straight out of the box we could tell this one was a better thought out product.
It was really good to have a UK based call centre to help me set the phone up they were very friendly and patient.
But to be honest I could probably easily have set it up and personalised it myself as it’s very intuitive.
In the Settings I particularly liked the Picture Speed Dial feature , so mum can just tap a Picture and it Automatically Dials me or my wife.
Nice to know that I was buying from a UK company too.

I bought this Easyphone for my Grandma and it’s really Easy to set up and use.
After 5 minutes of getting myself familiar with the device I was able to give her a demonstration and point out the key features I needed her to understand.
It’s sold contract free so we put in her existing SIM and it worked straight away.
I’ve just purchased a second one for my Grandpa, I couldn’t recommend these devices enough.
Excellent service, l reported a problem by email because the battery was loosing an excessive amount of charge, and received a prompt reply and Michael put a replacement battery in the post the following morning. Most reassuring to know that the support service is so good.
The phone itself is ideal for its purpose. I have not had reason to use all its facilities but have every reason to believe that it will meet its claims.
Brought for mum first Android phone I would say as even described as easy elderly find some features confusing I paid 139 christmas present and mum found confusing but maybe u will find OK and now mum brought bt mobile sending back, brought phone from bt very disapointed she never gave a chance
My husband is hard of hearing & this is his first smart phone so he’s getting used to it the pros are easy to read excellent sound if it has a con it’s difficult to get into settings to put the blue tooth on ect
I think he’s getting used to it !! I’m so pleased not to see him with his old flip phone

This phone is simple to use and has great features also a nice size to carry about….LOVE IT
Purchased for an elderly relative, and so far very pleased with it. We like the menu, which is written as a list, so you know what each option is. They seem to be coping with it well. One suggestion would be to have a stylus incorporated somehow, as he finds it tricky to hit the correct option with his fingers – but that is just a tiny niggle, which we solved with a purchase. The set up was easy for me, but would not have been easy for my relative. If someone was already used to using a smartphone, they would probably be fine, but a complete novice would need more assistance. The whole family is happy that he now has WhatsApp, he can see photos from his grandchildren – if only we can persuade him that he needs to have it switched on and with him :))
Having had bad experiences with mobile phones I approached this one with fear and trepidation. How wrong I was, easy to set up and there is plenty of help available.. Would I recommend this one to other people like me yes.
Fantastic if you just want a smartphone for the basics. Sadly my Dad still couldn’t get on with it but that’s him not the phone so he’s back to his old phone with this as a back up for when he next drops that one down the stairs
This phone is very easy to set up , I have never used a smartphone before but it is very straightforward . My only problem is that I can’t activate my sim card , so I can’t actually use it as a phone and I have no idea how to remove the nano sim ( will have to take it to a mobile phone shop ) . It is so easy to download things and I confess I have been critical of younger people being glued to their phones but now I am too ! If , like me , you have never used a smartphone , I would highly recommend this .
Only just got this phone. It’s easy to read. So just getting used to working it. There is a help line number to call. But. We are still way for a call back.

We bought this phone for my mother-in-law, as she struggled with the hand-me-down that my sister-in-law gave her, so far she is loving it, especially the large keypad and number audio.
The main menu screen with the most commonly used app shortcut icons is very useful, as she no doesn’t have to remember where everything is.

We needed a product that our elderly parents could use and not feel like they have been downgraded. This phone was perfect with the zoom function and Whatsapp preinstalled. The setup was easy and we can now communicate with our parents again. Products like this are vital as when you get elderly you cannot always keep up with the electronics and iPhones and the usual smart phones were not working.
instructions were just right. So annoying when some manuals are only on line and far too complicated.

Pleased with the mobile but was sent the wrong ear phones. they were white in colour and did not fit the small jack at the top of the phone. Can you send me another pair please.
