L’unica pecca che ho avuto modo di riscontrare che non segna i km poich non previsti nel computerino

HE RECIBIDO LA BICICLETA, LA HE MONTADO Y NO ME HA SURGUIDO NINGUN PROBLEMA, LA BICICLETA ME PARECE DE BUENA CALIDAD, CREO QUE LA BICI Y SUS COMPONENTES ESTAN POR ENCIMA DE SU VALOR, YO LO COMPARO CON LOS PRECIOS DE AQUI Y MISMO ESTILO, IMPOSIBLE COMPRAR NADA A ESE PRECIO Y CON ESA CALIDAD Y HE MIRADO MUCHO, LO UNICO QUE TENGO QUE DECIR ES, QUE SIENDO UNA BICI DE CIUDAD EL MANILLAR SEA TAN BAJO, YO LE HE PUESTO UN ELEVADOR DE POTENCIA DE MANILLAR Y VOY MUCHO MAS COMODO. YO LA RECOMIENDO, ESPERO QUE LA BATERIA RESPONDA BIEN,Y TENGA UNA VIDA UTIL LARGA. EL PESO ES ACORDE A LAS DE SUS MISMAS CARACTERISTICAS, OSEA DE CIUDAD.

Ad inizio Luglio ho acquistato due biciclette modello Polluno 28″ che sono state recapitate con congruo anticipo sulla data prevista di consegna. La realizzazione molto curata e i materiali utilizzati sono di assoluta qualit in relazione al prezzo di acquisto e comunque in valore assoluto. Il motore estremamente silenzioso e sufficientemente reattivo, il tempo di attacco rientra perfettamente negli standard dell’assistenza alla pedalata. La spinta vigorosa in relazione alla modalit scelta ma mai invasiva e segue con precisione la cadenza imposta dal conducente. I freni sono sufficientemente adeguati anche se la pressione necessaria supera quella dei freni con circuitazione idraulica. necessario come per tutti gli impianti effettuare un certo periodo di rodaggio per ottenere delle buone prestazioni in termini di spazi di arresto. Il cambio arriva gi perfettamente tarato e non necessita di alcun intervento. molto preciso e silenzioso negli innesti. La postura buona per una statura media: 175 cm io e 173 cm mia moglie. La disposizione de manubrio corretto cos come l’altezza. Il display chiaro e perfettamente leggibile anche al sole, unica pecca non registra i km percorsi anche se scaricando l’apposita app possibile connettere la bici al telefono e tutti i dati sono disponibili, mappe comprese. Unica pecca la sella non adeguata a stare in sella a lungo e sfruttare le potenzialit della batteria che sembra supportare i circa 100km di autonomia dichiarati con un utilizzo medio della potenza. Eccellente il Customer Service de venditore che segue perfettamente il cliente relativamente ad ogni questione inerente pezzi di ricambio, garanzia, questioni tecniche ed accessori relativi al prodotto venduto. Grande professionalit e seriet a garanzia degli acquisti effettuati. Dopo le ferie estive, a seguito di quanto esposto sopra relativamente alla qualit dei prodotti acquistati e dell’estrema seriet e professionalit del venditore, provveder ad effettuare un ulteriore acquisto di una bici professionale per un utilizzo specifico in montagna.

I have revised my initial 1star review as there was apparently nothing wrong with the battery, however the design is confusing as the battery won’t show charging status when plugged in (which is intentional so I was told) and when fully charged the display should show 1 red, 1 Amber and 3 white bars… Which is the most confusing CX in my opinion.

As far as custome service goes, they have a long way to go… It took 10 emails and 7 days to clarify that there was nothing wrong with the battery. Either the people who responded to my emails have no idea about the product or they simply didn’t listen / watch the videos I sent them. I asked for a call back on several occasions, never happened. In their initial response, the seller advised me to basically figure it out myself by going to some local bike store (!!!??) or to drive with the battery 281 miles to their Warehouse to check what’s wrong with it instead of just proactively sending me a new battery in exchange for the original. They eventually sent me a spare battery which of course showed the same behaviour…. And all they had to do was to tell me there was nothing wrong with the battery in the first place as the confusing design is acting as expected….

I ordered this bike based upon the experience of a colleague with another model of Eskute. He was ecstatic about the bike. The bike came in a box and you only had to assemble the front wheel and handle bar basically. It took me around half an hour to set it up.

The bike drives very lightly for an e-bike. I can even cycle long distances without the motor on. The motor responds quickly and helps you get up to speed. Since I got the bike I wasn’t able to drain the battery completely. When sitting on the bike, you are tilted a bit forwards. This is personal. I like it, but for some people it might not feel fine.

The front wheel has a quick release system. This is one part I don’t really like. I understand the choice for it, but it also makes your wheel more susceptible to theft. I will replace this part for a permanent solution. Also the front springs are a bit too loose for me. But that’s a matter of personal opinion. The springs are awesome when going of a ledge, but feel a bit wobbly in cornering. Overall they are very good. Wish you could adjust them.

The interface of the computer is good. you can read it properly and doesn’t have to much (unnecessary) information. The manual doesn’t state that you can use an app on your phone to connect to the bike (tuya app). but it’s worth installing this and connecting. It shows you how far you cycled and all kinds of extra handy things. and a bonus is that you can turn on your light with it.

All in all a very good bike. And especially for this price.
