1. Can the ezviz bc1c single camera system be expanded on?
- BC1C camera can be used alone or work with EZVIZ solar panel. Surely, you can add more BC1C model cameras if you want, there is no limitations of units.
2. Is this compatible with ezviz bc1 2-cam kit security camera outdoor wireless?
- BC1C camera does not compatible with BC1 2-cam kit base. This is a standalone camera and can be used without base.
3. Can it do continuous 24/7 recording?
- BC1C can continuously 24/7 recording. But we do not recommend you use this function, it will decrease the battery usage time after one charge. Motion detection recording is more suitable for this battery camera.
4. Does this work with Sandisk SD card?
- Since the BC1C model has built in 32GB storage, the function is as same as SD card, which can be stored around 7 months based on motion detection recording. The camera could not be put any other SD card.

Bought Camera with Solar Panel in the spring and it worked fine for eight months not requiring any external charging then it started going flat within a week even on solar panel (although not as much sun as winter).
The Ezviz support made obvious noises about changing parameters (made no difference) but didn’t initially offer to replace or fix the unit still well within warranty period, but after several emails, they agreed to replace the unit.. The replacement is working fine .
I suspect damp has got in during the winter months and ruined it so hope the replacement doesn’t go the same way as the original.
This is a great camera with lights when fully working and I can recommend.

Picture quality brilliant, day or night. Bought solar charger too, and together a great package, particularly for the price.
Links to phone easily, and picks up audio brilliantly.

A little fidgety to set up (5 minutes) but a great camera, good quality pictures and video. The App is easy to navigate and Solar charging is excellent but I’d recommend charging battery to full capacity before setting up camera. Only downside is the camera went off line a few times in the first week, took a bit of time to reconfigure the settings twice but no problems since. I’ve ordered a second camera for the back of the house now.

I have been searching for a outdoor security camera for a while and made a right decision buying this little security camera (Ezviz CB3).
The built of this camera is superb. Picture quality is very clear during days and even during night time it is very good colour quality. Built in alarm and spot lights are good to deter intruders which I like the most.
Two ways talk is very useful to communicate when you are not at home. You can also customise your voice alert on the camera which is useful.
Notifications comes instantly on my phone app and the internet connection hasn’t drop so far. Happy!
It says battery life is 120 days which I assumed it depends on the usesages. After using for more than 2 weeks it is only showing very small percentage drop. So I think battery life will last nearer to 120 days.
I have highly recommended this camera to my friends/families and some of them have purchased this camera which they are very help with it.

Found this to be extremely easy to setup and add to my existing ezviz system, charges quickly and battery life is very good, although I have no installed a the ezviz solar charger to keep it topped up. Image quality is very good and remains good even when zoomed in. Having built in memory means I don’t have to subscribe to ezvizs cloud storage
I bought an Ezviz wired indoor camera years ago and was impressed. I recently purchased the white Ezviz battery camera with shorter battery life. I had no end of trouble with it not sending notifications. Not sure if it was faulty or rubbish software problem so i purchased this camera in the hope it would be better. And ive got to say its 100% better. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is it doesnt detect animals in my garden, though through researching alot of cameras they all seem the same these days. Its meant to be a bonus so you dont get loads of notifications but i personally would prefer to find out who’s visiting my garden. Very easy to install and battery life is great.
This works with the CB3 model fantastic and has kept my camera fully charged. This is a bit larger than the D model which does not work with the CB3 model camera even though it says that it does
I’ve been using this camera for about 18 months and it works very well. Defo five stars. Picture is clear, it never drops connection to router, survives all weathers, and battery lasts at least three months.
The only letdown is the phone app that you use to operate it. The app does everything it should but it’s not intuitive. Even now I sometimes get lost in it. Not a deal breaker because it works well once you’ve worked out your way round it.
So, great camera, great features and it would be good if Ezviz gave the app a thorough redesign.

The Ezviz bullet camera is brilliant very easy to set up & great storage built in. The night vision is great.
This is the second one of these I have purchased. Easy to set up and offers great flexibility in location being battery operated ( provided you’ve got good Wi-Fi signal where your locating it) picture quality is very good, night vision is pretty good also the built in led light illuminates quite a large area. Battery life so far has been very good I’ve only charged my other one once in 6 months. Works seamlessly with the Ezviz app, I’ve got a 4 camera system + hub and 2 wireless door bells and everything integrates.
An extremely robust security camera fully weatherproof and capable of being mounted magnetically to its base for easy adjustment/removal, or screwed to its base but which can still be easily removed for recharging.
Stated to have a 270 day battery life, it has 32GB storage included and, if required, can be viewed in live real time and/or movement activated which is then stored in a library and replayed later. It provides an impressively clear picture and has colour night vision, also really clear.
The camera incorporates a two way audio facility and if required, can be set to sound a siren and floodlight anyone detected.
The only downsides I have found is the quality of the app and instructions, and my use has been more by trial and error.
Picture are good and the solar panel seem to charge the cam up well.
Worth buying for a solo cam or even a couple but if building a system then I’d go another route, the battery life is ok although to get the full 270 days it needs to be in a location with little to no motion. I am yet to use the solar panel and it works fine without it. App is not too bad and the camera definitely works as it should. Quality is there too. Overall I’m happy
I have used many battery cameras and very few have achieved what they claim. This camera is the best so far. Battery life is excellent as well as the motion detection.
The settings can be a little complicated but once you get used to them its fine. It’s more expensive than the other cameras I have used but you get what you pay for.
Had to move position as wifi wasn’t strong enough. Solar cable didn’t fit properly but with 270 days on the battery not an issue. Really good picture and app easy to use.

Easy to fit and simple to use. You will need to fit this where you have a good wifi range/signal otherwise you may find that connectivity is an issue. apart from this would recommend.

You may purchase cloud storage, there are options of monthly or yearly sub, on 7 days (49.99 per year) or 30 days (99.99 per year) storage durations. However, I found the internal 32Gb is enough for day to day use.
The camera unit itself is quite weighty but solidly-made in IP66 waterproof housing. It comes with two options of mounting – magnetic and screwed-on. Both mounting unit will need two screws on the wall. I opted for the magnetic for easy removal for charging.
The image quality is great in the dark. It does the normal infra red mode, which is the ordinary black and white footages. It can also do a colour night mode, the device has a light that will switch on upon movement detection such that you will get coloured images and videos. This is particularly useful if you want to identify what clothes or shoes the intruders’ are wearing.
The battery seems to last a reasonable amount of time. I had it installed for one week now on a busy front door (public right of way, 50 triggers plus per day), and I have been playing with the app and the footages everyday during this time. It is currently showing 75% battery remaining. So it will definitely last a few months before needing a charge on quiet areas if not kept playing with the app and footages.
On the highest sensitivity (longest distance detection) it can pick up movements from 10m away at night and 30m away in the day.
Overall, this is a great camera that allows me to identify who’s at the door by what they are wearing, where I was not able to do with the traditional infra-red images. I take a star off for the app that is not perfect, it took me a few attempts to connect the camera, and there are some options that I expected are not there, such as zone detection or length of light stay on after triggered. For a record it is a review for Ezviz BC1C as seen on the picture, not that older version which has got over a 1K reviews here… which is not fair in my opinion. I guess, seller is trying to promote with the good feedbacks but let me say.. this is way better one!! Quality is outstanding, no falls alarms as I only have selected human detection to avoid any animals or insects bombarding my phone. 3 days later battery is still 100% after heavy use. App is very simple to use, don’t know what’s the big fuss about it ( but then again maybe its for the older version camera) Night vision works perfect in colour, have not tried black and white and it covers whole my front garden with two cars so all in all I am super happy. Set up is just a breeze, easiest thing I have done. So all in all I highly recommend as a stand alone camera.

First impressions are very good. Easy setup and very good picture quality. Can’t comment on battery life at the moment or night vision but I will update this review once I’ve been running it for a while. I already have a C3N but need a camera which didn’t need a power supply near by. Only issues so far is that I can’t seem to get push notifications through the app for this camera even though it’s turned on. Activations show in library but no notification. Also, I cant set it to be armed during the night (rather than constantly armed). The end time needs to be later than the start time which isn’t possible as it dosent take into account the end time will be the next morning. Any help with this would be appriciated. 4 stars for now.

This camera is of good quality and the performance is very good but do not expect the advertised battery life of 210 days as my camera has used 25% battery capacity in two weeks given a daily average detection of 8 events lasting about 20 seconds. Human AI detection works but is not foolproof as one particular cat seems to trigger a record event every night! Overall a good buy when on a special promotion deal.
My main gripe concerns the negative response I’ve had from Customer Support when I contacted them to purchase an additional Mounting Plate, as I wanted to set up and alternate BC1C between two locations; the BC1C kit is supplied with two mounts (screw and magnetic) but only ONE Mounting Plate. Customer Support via phone / email stated: “we don’t sell accessory separately. please kindly understand” I did try again – same response.
So be wary and don’t break that Mounting Plate!
