Much more comfortable than the rubber fitness bands. They also don’t move up the leg as much as the rubber bands, so you spend more time exercising than adjusting bands. The three strengths are noticeable, will take a while to work up to the strongest one.

Reviewing after immediately unboxing, the box came with three levels of thicker resistance bands (light, medium, heavy) in distinct colours (as seen in the photos) which I liked.
Though I noticed some loose thread in the heavy resistance band and the drawstring bag provided had no stopper toggle. I would’ve liked a more compact drawstring bag that had a stopper. I didn’t like there was a lot of plastic packaging outside and inside the box it came in.
With the resistance bands, they definitely worked much better than my smaller mini bands for compound leg exercises. Reloj bands stay in place as opposed to the mini bands which rolls up in itself.
Will return to update review after some use and see how it holds up.

Really good value for money, can with a little travel bag so I can take all three the gym with ease, a handy booklet with a ton of different things you can do with them, the colours are super cute and I loved the packaging cam really fast to would 100% recommend especially if you’re a newbie like myself they do the job and more!

It feels so comfortable and after each squats, I could feel the effect of it.
The only disappointment was the time it took to dispatch them, I’ve recently noticed that Amazon Warehouse are taking over a week (with most items) to post items and I cannot understand why.
I’ve still given them 5 stars as it’s not fair to the actual producers of the product that Amazon are delaying the sensing of items!
a very good item for working out with. Comfortable and non slip they allow me to be able to use them without worry for leg and bum workout exercises with no worries. Very well made and instructions for their care are in the pack as well as giving a small flyer for exercises to do. Would recommend
