Possibly the best compact 1/2 air gun available at this price range , this is my second gun the first is still going strong after 5 years

Great little gun for the daily grind in the garage. Little size means you can fit it in places that would normally need a ratchet and socket. Gets HGV caliper bolts off with ease, usually you’d need a ratchet with a big bar and some elbow grease but this is just too easy.

Half the size of my Ingersoll rand and half the weight. Chuffed with the performance.

For the size of this gun I wasn’t expecting too much but the power it puts out is amazing, the term pocket rocket comes to mind and I continue to impress fellow mechanics with the power output.

This is my first experience of an impact gun so I can’t compare to others, but I think this is a brilliant piece of kit and far exceeds me expectations in terms of build quality and power for the price. Just wish I had bought this sooner!

Power: Some people have said don’t expect too much from this, but I haven’t had any issues with it undoing everything I’ve tried it on. Hub nuts which are 280nm, zipped them straight off, no problem. Someone also said “ideal for nuts up to 14mm”, but considering the hub nut I took off was 32mm I disagree, I wonder if some people are working on aircraft?! I’m using a 50L 9.6cfm 115psi compressor but have it set to 90psi.

Compact: I was tired of using breaker bars on my cars, especially in tight to reach areas like around control arms and suspension parts, which is one of the reasons I opted for a compact impact wrench. It is nice a compact and I managed to get to most areas when working on one of my cars.

Build: Difficult to compare, but I do own lots of other tools from a range of brands and this feels very well made. It’s a fair bit heavier than I expected, but it’s a reassuring weight and gives confidence that it’s not going to break, just make sure you have an inline oiler or keep it well oiled manually.

A really well made piece of kit. Ideal for small nuts up to 14mm in my opinion. Very compact which enables it to get into tight spaces.
Don’t expect to remove tyre nuts that have been tightened with a full size wrenches which are capable of 1500 + nm of torque with a impact wrench that produces 800nm. The maths says not a snowballs chance in hell.

I work as an apprentice in the automotive industry and carried out a fair amount of research into which tools to buy before getting them as money is an issue.

This looked to be the best budget impact wrench on the market and I have been very impressed so far.

It’s incredibly compact and is very lightweight, easy to hold and flick between settings.

I have yet to struggle to remove any nut or bolt but I have only owned it for a short while and it is mainly used on wheel nuts.
No negatives thus far but I will update the review if anything goes awry in the future.

Fantastic little gun, does exactly what it says on the tin. So much power for a little gun, whipped my wheel nuts off with ease. Works great with my little 50L air compressor at 90psi

Compact and powerful. Use it more than my CP air impact gun now! Trigger is a bit fiddly but apart from that it is fine.

This is a great addition to your tool box or even a weekend car guy who owns a compressor. I was unsure of which brand to purchase, a few options and brands around but on closer inspection this is a MAC. Guys at work have the MAC guns and this is identical but with the addition of the holes for the wire hanger. The specs are the same but it comes without a protective boot.
Performance wise I have no issue. I have removed calliper carrier bolts with ease, it fits in tight spaces and the most handy was the removal of the alternator pulley on a A4 that I was doing the timing belt on.
I wish I had bought one sooner but always seemed to think that the little brother air guns were a bit of a joke. How wrong I was.

For a stubby impact wrench this is really quite good. You can’t expect it to be as powerful as a full size gun, but this is pretty impressive.
Been using for a week now and seems to be holding up ok. Again please remember this is a small/stubby impact wrench so don’t expect too much from it, they aren’t a replacement for full size impact wrench’s.
