My wife found much easier to use than our lawnmower on wheels.
Efficient and does a good cut. Grass box easy to empty. Reasonable price for such a good mower.
Having destroyed the impeller fan in my previous famous but gone British named mower. I found a replacement on Amazon but I couldn’t get the damaged part off, so it was mower shopping. Wanted a small lawnmower due to space restrictions under the stairs.
Read some reviews and a 2019 garden magazine recommended it. Found some odd negative reviews. Mostly down to customers who don’t follow the instructions.
Mower is quieter than the previous, collects less grass, but is easier to put in compost bin. All metal blade, British design, goes up slope of 20 degrees, light weight, cut is good for moss/grass. Downsides the small collection box and the grass pick up grabs the lawn when pulling back

I only have a small patch of somewhat uneven grass so this is perfect for that. The first couple of times I used it the handles did keep coming off in the middle of mowing but for some reason have now stopped. I find it picks up pretty much all the grass but does blow some of it around. It cuts well and is easy to clean. For the price though I am very happy and it was easy to put together on arrival.

This lawn mower looks great is of high quality design and engineering, lightweight and so easy to use and makes light work of cutting the grass. Brilliant.
Easy to assemble. Mower comes on the highest cut setting so if you need shorter grass then apply the spacers supplied, instructions and tools supplied. Very pleased with it, did an expert job of the lawn, would recommend.
Depends on size of lawn. Basket emptied a dozen times, but was on first cut.
Overall it’s ok,but the grass collection could be better.the collection spout needs to be nearer the ground as in earlier models of flymo so more grass is collected.it’s not good to leave cut grass on a lawn.scarify your lawn at the end of a season and then see what gets collected.easy to manoeuvre although the blades will dig in the lawn a bit if it’s uneven in places.

As I have a smaller garden now, and because my large old flymo was getting old, I decided to downsize to one of these. It is light and does a decent cut, but for some reason it is not as manouverable. It picks up the grass okay. The grass box needs emptying quite frequently. It is a pretty cheap mower and it does the job okay.
Works as expected, easy to put together and use. Would recommend. Remember to clean off grass cuttings from underside and top after use.

Relatively easy to assemble, compact, ideal for a small garden. Hover mowers obviously blow the surrounding soil in the borders all over the place and flymo is no different. Mostly plastic so not sure how long it will last.
Easy to manoeuvre as it is a hover mower but makes a lot of mess as it blows the grass around. Ideal for small gardens (upto 30 sqm) anything bigger than that you better buy the next size up.
It is light and easy to store in a shed. The only negative side is the time consuming process when it comes to change the height of the cutting.

Generally a good little mower, however, I do not know how long the plastic used in its design will last. The mower is light, easy to use but perhaps a little too fragile……………….But only time will tell.
I’m finding folding flat quite difficult, you have to push the handle sides in towards the mower at the base and need strength to do this.
Also finding that lid doesn’t stay clipped closed when hanging.
Otherwise this is a good machine

It was easy to assemble after looking up instructions due to there not being any in the box. It’s lightweight and easy to manoeuvre.
Baught this to replace our old heavy cumbersome flymo, and does the job nicely.
Easy to assemble and gives perfect lawn cut with very little effort as its almost weightless in use due to hover mode. Had one before and it lasted 10 years! Great product!
Being a woman, I assembled it fine. I use it fine. But not good for long grass, that’s the downside. Cable needs to be longer. You need to make sure and clean it after use. But saying that it does the job OK.

Good lawnmower. Light to use. Once bottom blade was fixed correctly it was much easier to manoeuvre and gave a close cut.
I was a little hesitant about the reviews saying it left grass cuttings everywhere but it’s not that bad. The air intake that collects the grass is on the back right so you just have to adjust your mowing style to collect all the grass. Yes a little more effort but that’s why it’s priced that low. I agree with reviews saying that it struggles a little on uneven ground but of course you have to expect that from a hover mower.
It takes seconds to fold down the handle and stow the cable away so makes life easy when storing away. The grass collection basket is ok in size and for my small lawns I only have to empty it twice. Adjusting the height of the blade is done in a minute using the tool they provide you and gives a reasonable range in cutting height. I would definitely recommend giving the underside and front of the mower a good clean after every use as it does get blocked up quickly but expected for a small mower.
Assembly was very simple too with clear instructions and took maybe 5 minutes.
Product came as promised the next day first used2 days later. Found it easy to use and I am very pleased with it.
This mower is perfect for our two small lawns, very easy to assemble although the instructions were quite confusing so found a video on YouTube which was very easy to follow.

Metal blade can cut the cable, if a very strong plastic blade could be fitted it would be a better mower to use and a safer mower.

Nice lawnmower, light and compact, with the steel blade it sliced through the grass (even thick) cuts really low as well with the adjustable nuts for required height cutting setting, probably only good for smaller lawns, nevertheless good produc
Good value, perhaps getting one with a bigger cutting box would be a better idea.

Seems to function well and easy to put together. I haven’t managed to do the whole lawn yet only a test patch given how wet the weather has been. Folds up neatly and fits in one of my gardening bags which is handy for the time being.
Only negative is that a longer handle would prevent the need to bend forward for a taller person. Cuts well ; grass box is big enough; lightweight and easily manoeuvrable
Does the job. adjustable height of blades is handy, however I can’t undo the bolt, it’s too stiff. It does blow a lot of bits all over the place and involves a lot of brushing up. If you want a better mower then pay more basically.

The stopper that holds the handle on fell off and won’t go back on even tried to hammer it on no luck it’s useless now won’t buy it again.

Otherwise great cheap mower, picks up 99% of grass, flower beds / path free of cuttings. I left mower on setting without spacers, perfect cut. Tip one inch paint brush to clean mower is a great help

Small compact and fantastic quality, easy to use and so portable.
Heavier than expected; awkward to empty grass collector. Nowhere near as useful as hoped, had expectation it would be like a previous Flymo machine (some years ago) but disappointed in this. Cuts the grass ok but a lot more effort required.
After my last flymo gave up after 6 year’s, this seemed an ideal substitute. It was easy to put together with clear and straightforward instructions . Cuts the grass well but as small, needs to be emptied more often. Would definitely recommend

I was worried I was buying a cheap mower and it would not be man enough for the job, but have been pleasantly surprised, very good mower works well.
It is light and good value for money. Works well for a small patch of grass. It struggles on uneven surface or if the grass is relatively long.
Wanted a small mower for a grass pathway and this suits, its okay for that sort of area. I wouldn’t say it was fabulous but does the job okay. It is easy to empty the grass basket and to fit it back on. I would not recommend for an average sized lawn.
I bought this for my parents. My dad loved his old version but has said this feels a little heavier but overall is still pleased with it.
This is a very reasonably-priced hover-mower which is light and easy to use. The grass-collection isn’t as effective as my cylinder mower but it’s much lighter and more manoeuvrable.
Easy to assemble and folds down ok. Doesn’t pick up all the grass and if you need to pull it backwards will spread cut grass around. Overall though for the price a good little machine.
