It is easy to clean but it is heavy.
This is made eating dinner more fun and sociable. It’s a great way to enjoy a meal with family or friends!

Very nice hotpot plus grill. Hotpot and grill can be cooked same time, it is nice for multiple people with multiple food choices. Easy cook and clean. You deserve to have one, especially in winter time and cold weather!

Words can not explain how much I love this Grill. Its super easy to use and clean. There are so many recipes you can get online and try them out. We grilled vegetables, mean, chicken and prawns and in the pot done noodle soup. It warms up very quick and you can control the temperature easily. I definitely recommend it.
My only complaint is that this is a BITCH to clean. It’s non-stick but it’s chunky and takes a bit of creativity to clean in a sink.
If you’re thinking about ordering it just do it. You wont regret it. -order some disposable wooden chopsticks and some wire scoops with it.
The product arrived quickly and was very well packed. The box is nicely presented and would make a great gift.
Their is minimal bits that require putting together. The device itself is easy to use with only two controls.
The bbq plate gets very hot and cooks chicken, beef and vegetables with ease. I does take a bit of getting used to as its such a different way of cooking to throwing a meal together in a kitchen.
Once you get used to the challenge of cooking it makes for a really great night in. We spent 2.5 hours round the table and had a great laugh.
I want to address a lot of reviews about smoke. I didn’t use fatty meats and 100% did not get any smoke at all. Steam yes, smoke no. I cooked on my dining table and have a smoke alarm directly above, no issues.
Secondly the wire did not seem to get hot for me and no issues with sockets.
Advice – ensure meats are cooked really thin.
Buy some Gyoza’s and put water in the hotpot section. boil till piping hot then place on the BBQ for a bit. When you are done cooking your Gyoza’s add your stock.

One of my favourite meals at Chinese restaurants and now in my living room! It’s easy to use, very easy to clean, nearly dint buy it because people where complaining about cleaning it, I honestly don’t see the problem, I dint try to empty it at the sink, just used a flexible ladle and scooped out the soup base, wiped it down with hot soapy water, job done… it was amazing fun to get this 🙂
I like the separate temperature controls for the soup bowl and grill and I like how hot both can get. Even though it says it’s a smokeless grill, you still need to open a window to vent some of the fumes/steam from the grill/soup pot. Heats up quickly. Wish the cord was just a bit longer, otherwise 5 stars.
It has become the most used grill at-home now.

This little appliance is amazing. My kids love being involved making hot pot. The whole appliance works great, and its fun. I would recommend.
There was a little snag in the delivery, but that was due to the wrong communication. The actual delivery is great, and on time. And we could not wait anymore to have it a try.

Not “easy” the slightest to clean. If it only had come as a “detachable top” for easy clean that would’ve been five/5
But unfortunately it was difficult to clean after using it.
Arrives on time and with complete package. Warmth fast, both the grill and hotpot and very easy to clean. Family had so much fun eating together. Highly Recommended!
Moreover, their customer service is above and beyond. I recently moved and lost the power cord to the device. Crestfallen, I reached out to the manufacturer through Amazon and they not only got back to me immediately, but sent me a new cord! I’ll never be without this amazing appliance again. Love it.
Other than those personal preferences, I would definitely buy again and recommend.

Used this a couple of times with the family now and very awesome each time. No need to worry about working on two appliances. Easily large enough for 4 people. Hint, heat up a separate pot(s) of boiling water for the pot to keep things going.

Versatile – we tried bunch of diffrent recipes. for those who asked about fondue – yes you can make fondue with it.
Easy to set up and clean – we recommend using parchment paper.

Just got it, used same day, easy setup. Good size for my family of five, temperature was good throughout, easy to clean afterwards. Did not use the parchment paper that was provided.

Heats up super quickly, very easy to clean, and comes with some nice bonus utensils. I also appreciate the double well pot for two different soups! I think this size is great for 2-5 people.
PS: The lid ships with the handle knob thing separated. That’s what the extra metal pieces are for!

In practical use, it is like so many similar products with crude rotary thermostat controls… the knob may have 270 degrees of travel but the critical difference between “off” and “boiling over” is down to the finest hair of adjustment of around 5-10 degrees on the knob. The rest of the dial is rather useless. In real life use, the knobs have to be manually ridden quite a bit to maintain a useable cooking temperature. This is ok once you get used to it but the knobs may as well be replaced by onn-off switches really.
Cleaning the cooking surfaces isn’t quite as easy as the instructions would suggest. You cannot detach the cooking plate from the main body and therefore care must be taken to prevent water from ingressing into the electrics that reside inside the main body. There are rubber plugs supplied to prevent water from dripping through the oil-drain hole during cleaning. These are useless. They do not stay put and pop out within seconds of being put in. A minor nuisance, but something that shouldn’t be present at this price-point. I have been using “Blu-Tac” instead.
Overall, this unit does a workmanlike job but in my opinion has no special quality to justify the rather high price compared to other units available.
Would I buy it again? Probably not.

Plugged it in…. nothing.
Turned out that the supplied cable/ UK adapter was not working.
I used a PC mains cable (same as a kettle one) and it fired up fine.
They should supply a proper UK mains cable for this, rather than send a 2-pin EU one with a UK adapter plug.
The machine is brilliant.
Boiled up some noodles in the inner part and grilled Bacon, Sausage, Pork and burgers on the circular grill plate.
5 stars foir the machine.

Super easy to use and fun for a little date night at home .
Also super fun for when you have friends over.
Cleaning it can be a little bit of a pain but overall worth the price.
The grill portion is nice and cooks everything well. The hotpot is great for meats and vegetables and the divider is great for people in my family who like mild/spicy soups. The accessories and cookbooks are a nice addition to the overall deal.
One minor complaint is that the device as far as I could tell is that the heat adjustment is not as fine tuned as indicated by the knobs. Its either on/warm/hot, and nothing really in-between. Although it does not matter to my family, this could be a concern for you if you are expecting more control.
I have to commend the customer service on this one too, my first order had some stuff missing, and when I contacted the manufacturer they were really quick to respond, patient with my questions and answered all of them.
The first grill did not work. But I want to commend the shipper for a fast response and replacement. The second unit worked fine and I sure there was an issue with the first unit due to shipping. Other wise the grill work fine and very satisfied with the unit.

Casi no hay humo , os recomiendo hacer entrecot a la plancha ,luego el hotpot pues tipo sopa de pollo cantonesa, tb podeis hechar otra mitad con picante como la clasica hotpot de Sichuan.

– A big circle grill ring, easy access for every member in the table. Fun to grill.
– Two center hotpot bowl can heat up two different broths at once. Love to have this option. Spicy vs non-spicy, thin vs thick broths.
– Cleaning is easy. Tips: 1) I use a lemon and cut it into half. Use cooking tong and rub the grill with lemon. 2) After use, use paper towel to wipe excessive oil, before wash.
Really easy to use/clean and just the right size for a family of 4. Excellent customer service as I had some queries that were responded to very quickly and concisely. I’ve recommended to family and friends and they all were very impressed! It took 4 days to arrive from order to delivery 🙂 Thank you so much! The kids love it!
* We’ve used ours 4-5 times now.
* 4 adults or 6 if some smaller eaters can sit around it.
* Temperature controls worked well.
The Bad:
* Ours was missing the clip/tongs in the gift pack. Not a big deal, though, as we have our own.
* The foot pads can fall off if you aren’t careful in handling. They stick right back in easily, though.
The Notable:
* Cleaning was easier than expected. In part, this was because we used the provided parchment paper which captured most of the grease… but it seemed to have a nice nonstick surface, too. The instructions say you can submerge the whole thing in water to clean. I did not do that because I’m still concerned that the internal elements can corrode, etc… And I didn’t want grease getting stuck inside where I couldn’t reach it.
* The perimeter grill is nice for everyone’s accessibility, but also results in less room to grill. Don’t expect to put large pieces of meat there.
Gave it a go despite a negative review. Used it on the day we got it. Just WOW. We LOVE this product. Cleaning is easy. Somehow it’s making this whole social distancing insanity bearable.
The only thing is, it’s pretty big, so you need a big sink to clean it. Otherwise you can only wipe it down. Because of all the grease it collects from cooking the meats, wiping it down might not get the job done. Overall – very satisfy and definitely recommend.
everyone in the family was so happy and excited about this new way of cooking. for the fun and yummy food it’s brought us, absolutely worth the money. DON’T HESITATE. GET IT.
Also, when I got my product, I was installing the holder for the lid and it broke. Sent them an email and I got it within days. Not only they sell this amazing product, their customer service is top notch.
If you want the pot to boil faster then put the lid on. The grill with the parchment paper was maybe why it might’ve taken longer to cook meat, but cleaning up was so easy using the paper. Afterwards I put the whole thing in the sink to handwash and left it out to dry.
We have 4 in our family and it was just right. Anymore than that and I think folks may get a little hungry from waiting. But still, don’t let that deter you from buying it! Hell, for the price, buy 2! Then you’ll have room for 8 people! It was nice to have the whole family sitting down, no phones, and simply talking as we enjoyed our wonderful hotpot/Korean bbq.
Clean up was a breeze. Especially because we used the parchment paper to grill on. And it truly is smokeless! My wife HATES to have the house Smokey or “smelling like Food”. But she didn’t mind this at all.
If you’re hesitant, stop! Buy thing! You will not be disappointed.
So easy love how hotpot and grill work together at the same time! Cleaning is the easiest too. Well made and so easy to use, so happy to have this.
