I bought two of these for inside my kennels for my dogs.
Great for even the coldest weather – in fact! Too hot to stand near on the hottest setting!
Wow easy to fit, hand controls easy to use, and the heat output is awesome, just don’t get too close on full power and you will end up with a rosy facial

This heater is perfect I use it in an open patio area and it works perfectly, however it struggles if there is a fair amount of wind so best used in a sheltered area
We’ve put it on the fence near the patio – it looks excellent. Although it is designed for outside we have made a waterproof cover. 3 levels of heat – perfect. Roll on summer.
Wall mounted it easy enough on my own. The heat given off is fine. Only minor issue us if I switch it straight on at full power it trips the breaker but I knew this was a possible issue after reading the reviews. I just start at the lowest and work up to max power and that works a treat.
Nice looking, easy to fit, good range of heat settings, convenient remote controller. But … Fitting instructions are to mount the heater at least 1.8 metres from the floor, but the cable is only 1.7 metres long, and hardly anyone would have a 13A socket within reach! The other problem is that on switching on the lights and other equipment are starved of current temporarily. I fitted the heater in my workshop that has a lathe, milling machine etc. and none of those machines cause such a dip in the power supply. The heater should have a surge limiter.
Good product but id prefer a switch or botton on unit to change heat setting rather tgan just a remote incasebthe dog eats it and im stuck with out somthing to control it. Whats hapoens if its in perfect working order but company stops trading and cant get replacment remote
Only used once but generated a lot of warmth for a large open area. The remote was a bit tricky to work out initially instruction manual not that helpful until we realised you need to wait for the blue light to flash to switch it on and off. All good so far.
Had one of these heaters before – this one is to heat a different area of our patio – both work well.
Great heater,very stylish.Easy to put up.The only thing for me is that it can’t be controlled any other way than the remote control.
The first one we received was faulty but the seller replaced it within 48 hours – impressive.
The heater puts out three levels of heat with 3 being hot enough to chase away the winter cold (or early Spring at the moment)

I bought this heater for my shop as my current heaters were just not giving us enough heat (oil filled radiators) I am very happy with the Heater it has three temperatures which is good to change the heat. The Remote is a bit sub standard I feel & doesn’t always work first time. All in All for the money I am very happy with my purchase (but I haven’t had an electric bill Yet) !!
Initially when we plugged it in it kept tripping so we were going to send it back. We had a word with a friend who is an electrician and he says the fuse in the RDC is not big enough, we replaced the fuse for a bigger fuse and now it works perfectly.
I gave it 4 stars because of the initial problems.
Could do with a longer cable, but that is a minor thing, the heat even on its lowest setting is superb, too hot for our workshop on the high setting.

Much better than my gas patio heater. Easy to fit to brackets and take in when raining. Best garden product I’ve bought in years.
Initially we were a little concerned by the red glow of the heat elements prior to purchasing but the light actually provides a welcome extra light directly onto our work stands where the heat is mostly concentrated.
The cost is roughly double than the cheapest infrared stand alone heaters (which do not last very long in a workshop environment) but belts out loads more heat. Definitely on a winner here, well done Futura, an amazing product backed up by equally amazing customer service!
Good value for money, installation was straight forward and I had it up and running within 10 minutes. You have to use the remote controls very close to the unit (so bear that in mind before you think it doesnt work)

Short lead is an issue and not easy to replace if you want to extend and connect directly to a power supply
Very easy to install, but it’s a real shame about the poor length of power cable, especially since not many plug sockets are near to the ceiling. I ended up cutting the wire to connect to a fused-spur and then wired to the ring.
Heat wise it won’t help much on a cold night, but it’s great for when warm evenings turn a little bit nippy.
As for how it looks, it’s a nice sleek design and is not out of place in my garden space.
A minor complaint is that there is no control of the unit’s power without the remote control, which makes me worry in case of a fault or if I lose it.
We bought this for a special event- held outside in November. It is fitted under a canopy and did what it said it would. The family love the remote control.

My only criticism: cable far too short, only 1.5m.
Works really well good for the price nice to have 3 heat settings but if you want to heat a big area you need a more poerfull one
